Buddha taught: Practicing these seven measures makes ghosts not destructive .VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY =VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
To be ordained is difficult, but joining the ordained then, gradually progressing to the attainment of liberation is even more difficult.

The Blessed One always reminded them, monks and nuns practice the seven rotations of any kind. If we leave these seven dharmas, we cannot cultivate. The ancient virtue also taught, practicing as boats go against the water, will not go backward.
“Once upon a time the Buddha lived in La-approved city in the garden of Ca-lan-da, together with them, the monks and nuns were five hundred people.
Then the Blessed One told the monks:
- Now I will say seven legal rotten transfer, the teacher should listen, think smart.
Buddhist monks and nuns:
- Yes, Bach The Ton.
Then the Bhikkhu-stilts obeyed the Buddha's teachings, The Blessed said:
- What are the seven methods of conversion? Bhikkhu-stilts should know, Bhikkhu-stilts gathered in one place, in harmony with each other, on the bottom of humility, increasingly moving forward, cultivating the good deeds not rotten, not to give Ma the advantage. That is the first rot of the law.
Again, they increase harmony, according to the teachings go forward, not rotten, not ruined by Maou. That is the second rotten legal transfer.
Again, Bhikkhu-stilts not immersed work, not practice work, go forward, not to be ma ma convenient. That is the third rotten legal transfer.
Again, Bhikkhu-stilts, do not recite reading books, throughout the day advancing the will to move forward, not to be Ma Ma convenient. That is the fourth law turn rotten.
Again, Bhikkhu-stilts diligently practice eliminating hypnosis, constant self-alertness, more and more up, not to be convenient Ma. That is the fifth rotten legal transfer.
Again, Bhikkhu-stilts, did not learn the math, nor did people make it into it, prefer a secluded spot, practice this dharma, increasingly move forward, do not let Ma be convenient. That is the sixth law turning rotten.
Again, Bhikkhu-stilts, aroused the idea that 'all the world has nothing to like', practice meditation, be patient according to the methods taught, the more you go, the less convenient Ma will be. That is the legal turn rotten Saturday.
If a Bhikkhu-stilts accomplishes these seven measures, in harmony with each other, Ma will not be convenient.
Meanwhile, the Blessed One said:
Subtract the career
Do not think nonsense
If not run this
Nor is tam-soot
People or happy with the law
Distinguish this legal meaning
Bhikkhu-stilts preferred this
Will come to samadhi.

So, bhikkhus, pray for the means to achieve these seven dhammas. Like this, bhikkhus, learn this!
Then the Bhikkhu-stilts listening to the Buddha finished teaching, happy to do ".
It is clear that in order to progress, monks and nuns should abide by the seven dharmas:
1. Gathering together in one place,
2. Harmony,
3. Do not immerse yourself in work, do not practice life,
4. Do not chant miscellaneous reading,
5. Except for hypnosis,
6. Not learning algorithms (divination),
7. Start the idea that 'all the world has nothing to like', practice meditation. The Buddha asserted that: "If the Bhikkhu-stilts achieve these seven dhammas, get along with each other, then Ma will not be convenient."
These seven measures, in fact, are not difficult to practice, but because of predestined conditions, not all monks and nuns will complete them. If not completed, outside "Ma is convenient", inside "not be tam-soot", should be rotten. Design thought, the renunciants need the means to practice, propagate but also often self-reflection to maintain these seven rotten legal measures, not for "Ma is convenient", step by step in order to prove attaining tam-soot and the liberation achievement.
