225. Tasmā hi bhūtā nisāmetha sabbe mettaṃ karotha mānusiyā pajāya, divā ca ratto ca haranti ye baliṃ tasmā hi ne rakkhatha appamattā. Any wealth in this life or the next, or any kind of excellent treasure in the realms of heaven, indeed, nothing comparable to the Tathagata. This excellent treasure also exists in Buddha; Because of this honesty, hope for prosperity.
227. Khayaṃ virāgaṃ amataṃ paṇītaṃ yadajjhagā sakyamunī samāhito, na tena dhammena samatthi kiñci idampi damme ratanaṃ patentaṃ etena saccena suvatthi hotu. 228. Yaṃ buddhaseṭṭho parivaṇṇayī suci samādhimānantarikaññamāhu, samādhinā tena samo na vijjati idampi dhamme ratanaṃ paṃtaṃ etena saccena suvatthi hotu. 229. Ye puggalā a saatṃ pasatthā cattāri etāni yugāni honti, te dakkhiṇeyyā sugatassa sāvakā etesu dinnāni mahapphalāni, idampi saṅghe ratanaṃ paṇītaṃ etena saccena suvatthi hotu.
