LEARN ABOUT THE BREATH.
Ratanasutta is one of the Sutta with great force; If recited and listened properly, it will avoid all dangers and bring good results.
The Ratanasutta is recited to pray for sentient beings to be free from the dangers of illness (roga), inhuman (amanussa) and hunger (dubbhikkha). It is important that this Sutta is properly recited or listened to.
There are a few conditions to accomplish both reading and listening in order to benefit the Ratanasutta Sutta. Indeed, for the reader to read the full three conditions and about the listener also have the following three conditions:
I. The three conditions for the reader to recite are:
1. They must learn and recite this Ratanasutta Sutta, correctly and completely, without missing it.
2. They must understand the meaning of the Sutta, the Ratanasutta, when recited.
3. They have to recite with all hearts full of joy and compassion.
II. Three conditions for people who listen to the Sutta are:
1. A person who does not commit one of the five felony crimes:
- Kill the mother (Mātughātaka);
- Kill the father (Pitughātaka);
- Kill Arahantship (Arahantaghātaka),
- Make Buddha's blood (Lohituppādaka).
- And divide the Sangha (Saṅghabhedaka).

3. As one who listens to Suttas with confidence in the results of listening to Sutta, it will be Avoid the dangers and bring good results.
Only when these conditions are fulfilled will this person attain the benefits of Ratanasutta.
Therefore, it is important that when the Ratanasutta Sutta is recited and everyone should listen with faith, respect and attention.
Moreover, reciting the Ratanasutta Sutta has two benefits.
Those who chant read like those who give something; and those who listen are like those who receive something that has been given.
If they do not receive what they have been given, they receive nothing.
More clearly, if one does not listen to the recitation, let others chant and this person does other things; then they certainly will not accept what has been given, so they will not gain from the benefits of listening to sutras.
The origin of the Ratanasutta Sutta is told:
When the Buddha was still alive, one year, on the south side of the Gaṅgā river it rained continuously from day to day; but during those four years, there was no rain on the north side.
A disaster has since arisen with small states in this region, especially the capital city of Vesāli. The land was cracked, the field and garden burned dry; crop failures, rice reserves are not enough to hold steam, vegetables and vegetables do not have to eat ...
So severe hunger (dubbhikkhan-tarakappa) happened. That is the first accident. Due to starvation, the dead died a lot, and the living could no longer carry the body to the cemetery or cremation; they just threw the body outside, the stench spread everywhere.
The evil yaksha acts violently, causing misery for the people. That is the second accident. Because of the corpse, because of the stench, the plague made the death even more.
That is the third accident!
The kings urgently gathered, nominated a great minister, named Mahāli - as the head of the envoy, to bring an important offering to Rājagaha, thanks to King Bimbisāra, to assist the Buddha, hoping that he would come to the Licchavī region. , the capital Vesāli to save suffering for the masses.
The king did not dare to accept the mistress, said that the delegation should pay homage to the Buddha, offer offerings and report everything to him, now he is settling in Veḷuvana with the mass monks.
Venerable Moggallāna stood to one side, after listening to the great Mahāli, who presented the three tragedies at Vesāli, and then begged the Buddha to explain, thinking to himself:
"In the eyes of the world, the Buddha does not only preach the way Enlightenment, liberation - but now he is still a Great Man (Mahāpurisa), who can be able to manipulate nature, calling the wind like rain as the brahmins of witches!
However, not only could the Buddha be able to do it, but A-ra-Han players could. It is just a correlated, inter-physical, physical-biological operation of one another! In this case, the power of the mind is superior - being able to lead and mobilize other powers! ”
By the time the delegation left, the Buddha said to the great disciple:
- Hey Moggallāna! I think so! However, the three tragedies of Vesāli are due to three causes of interaction with which not everyone can see clearly and know clearly:
The first is due to the dry heat, the second is due to the evil that arises from the leaders, the third is due to the devas, good gods, and yaksha leaves. Now, call Ānanda here!
After that, the Buddha taught Ānanda a prayer of blessing, called Ratanasutta; then Mr. andananda selected another five hundred young Bhikkhu-khưu with good memorization and memorization ...
Right on the day when the Buddha had just landed on the East coast of the small state of Licchavī, a very heavy rain, dark and dark as the sky opened itself, torrentially poured down into the great land as if it had been waiting for so long. ! (At this time, the human being didn't know, but at that time, Sakka had mobilized the four heavenly kings, the natural soldiers, the generals, the dragon assemblies, the yaksha assembly to follow the Buddha.
Evil spirits, yaksha hide and hide away; all the gods, the yaksha masses in search!) The heavy rain lasted for half a day, how much defecation disappeared.
People everywhere poured into the streets, cheering, singing, dancing ... The kings, the generals, nobles came down to the Buddha's feet, choked with gratitude, shed tears, could not speak. speechless!
That night, the Paritta sutta was read ...
Oh! The Sutta with the voice of five hundred Bhikkhu-khưu copper taken up all night school, it's deep heroic indescribable. The whole space vibrated, wobbled.
The whole sky and Vesāli seemed to be submerged in the middle of the sea, the sound was so deep, so wonderful ... The gods were still full of space, respectfully listening to the sutras and saying the prayer of the Three Jewels and the defense of the country - if the the king and his court officials left the evil spirit and lived according to the Dharma.
The next day, a lot of people didn't understand what mantras read but had such tremendous power? It caused the entire people of Vesāli to listen respectfully, all anxiety and fear dissipated. Not only in the hearts of people, but the surrounding space also feels a peaceful and peaceful atmosphere!
The elders and the Arahats with deep wisdom must explain:
It is not a mantra, what mantra. This is a discourse that speaks of the power of the Three Jewels, the grace of Buddha, the Dharma, and the Sangha, which makes the gods happy and happy for their hearts. The power was also converged by the power of five hundred Bhikkhu-khưu reciting, forming the power of the Supreme Sangha, which can affect the entire interior and exterior to bring peace and cool to this country ...
The three tragedies in Vesāli were ceased because of that. It is due to the capacity of the mind.

CHAU WHEAT.
1. All living in this world,
There are living beings gathering,
Or on this earth,
Or in the middle of nowhere
Expecting that all living beings,
Pleasingly pleasing,
So, be careful,
Listen to this teaching.
2. Therefore the living beings,
All pay attention,
Run up compassion,
For all species, people.
During the day and night,
they bring offerings,
so don't distract
.
3. What property does the
mortal have This life or the next,
Or in the celestial world,
There is vengeance for victory,
Nothing can be compared,
With Tathagata, So Good
, In the Buddha,
Is the magical treasure ,
Hope with this truth,
To live chon happy.
4. Destruction and separation of greed,
Immortality and magic,
Shakyamuni Buddha,
Proof of meditation in meditation.
Nothing can be compared,
With that magical enmity.
Thus, in the Dharma,
Is the magical treasure,
Hoping with this truth,
To live a happy life.
5. Buddha World Religion vengeance,
Speak up praise,
Dharma meditation pure,
Continuous without interruption,
Unequal,
France's wonderful meditation,
So, where Dharma,
Is the precious treasure
Looking forward to this truth,
To live a happy life.
6. Eight of these four pairs,
Being praised by the noble,
They are Thien The,
Deserving to be offered.
Alms they,
Great results.
Thus, where they increase,
Is the magical treasure.
Looking forward to this truth,
To live a happy life.
7. The heart of little sex,
With the mind of perseverance,
Skillful relationship,
Gotama Teachings !.
They attain fruition,
They can enter immortality,
They attain easily,
Enjoy life of tranquility,
Thus, the place of increase of them,
Is a marvelous treasure,
Hoping for this truth,
To live a happy life.
8. So the stone pillar,
Khéo y like the earth,
Oil winds in the four directions,
Also can not waver,
I say feet multiplication,
Like this example.
The body merges with wisdom,
Seeing the Noble Truths,
Thus, the Sangha,
Is the precious treasure.
Looking forward to this truth,
To live a happy life.
9. The clever explainers,
The truths of the Holy Empire,
The cleverly preaching,
With deep intelligence,
Although they have the best,
Unrestrained distraction,
They are not so bad,
The eighth being.
Thus, where they increase,
Is the magical treasure.
Looking forward to this truth,
To live a happy life.
10. The position he fully thanks,
With the Chief Justice wise,
So there are three legal,
Being completely abandoned.
Seeing and suspecting,
Precepts are not;
For the four debates,
Totally liberated;
He could not do,
Six basic evil.
Thus, where they increase,
Is the magical treasure.

11. No matter
what evil he does,
With his body or with his words,
Even with his mind,
He cannot
cover up to Him,
He is told,
Can't see evil.
Thus, where they increase,
Is the magical treasure.

12. Beautiful are forest trees
With flower tops,
In the hot

Is the magical treasure

13. Noble, noble knows,
Give, bring nobility,

Thus, in the Buddha,
Is the magical treasure.

14. The old career has ended,
The new career did not create,
With the mind to give up,
In the future being.
The seed ends,
Desires not to grow,
Venerable Nirvana,
Such as this lamp.
Thus, where they increase,
Is the magical treasure.
Looking forward to this truth,
To live a happy life.
15. All living in this world,
There are living beings gathering,
Or on this earth,
Or in the middle of nowhere,
Pay homage to the Buddha,
Have come as real here,
Be species of Heaven, Human,
Prostrate and make offerings .
Hope that with this happiness,
All species will be happy.
16. In this place,
There are living beings gathering,
Or on this earth,

Pay homage to the Dharma,
Have come here as true,
To be of Heaven, to humankind,
