Why call the power of practice a force?  Because this power is different from world power. People often say that they are weak. A strong practitioner is not to bully others, but to comfort and bring joy to himself and others. The Buddha has the phrase: " Unnatural intelligence of the enemy ", meaning that the clever and intelligent cannot resist karma once it results But the force can overcome karma. Therefore, the important work of cultivators is to transform karma into force. Thanks to the power of moral power, we overcome all the external challenges and eliminate the inner afflictions.

The cultivator is different from a general in battle, winning only, not losing . Losing is dead. The power is the strength of the practice, the Patriarchs and the higher masters of virtue have used this virtue to empathize so many sentient beings.

Now how to have that power? Must practice, that is cultivation. The Venerable Master often reminded us of monks and nuns: There are three types of teachers:  One is a teacher, and the monks give a ceremony to recite mantras. Two teachers, ie teachers only study scriptures and go to preach, not putting time into cultivation. Three are monks, ie monks . What is cultivation? Is corrected. No one fixes this word, it's not easy. Wanting to repair the yard and not be sad, I want to be sad and not sad, I want to ask this one to fix it without asking. So tu. Only that. But it is not easy because our karma is so deep, it catches up for us to do it according to our old habits, we can't win it, so we don't finish it.

If you want to fix it, you must have a new hand, a handful or correction, meaning that the force must be stronger than the karma. For example, we don't want the yard to do anything, but whoever touches me yells at it, then calculates it. It is a strong karma field, so we cannot stop falling into the yard. We do not want to take part in ignorance, but to exert too strong karma should win. The Buddha taught wisdom to check his winning set to see how it can be safely fixed. So the strength of the practitioner is on the mind, the meditator specializes in the use of Prajna wisdom to rectify his winnings. The winning set is the force to oppose the karma.

As someone who insulted me, I didn't get angry with them, it was a good win. Shopping for this victory does not cost money, it is just lighting the fire of wisdom in yourself. This wisdom is available, if we remember it light, it is bright, not remember, it is dark. Buddha's house is called awakening or awareness. In order for wisdom to shine, awareness must be continuous. People have forgotten diseases, now want to remember to remind themselves constantly. As I went to the market this morning, I wanted to buy soy sauce but knew that I forgot it when I went to the market, I had to mutter "remember buying soy sauce" so don't forget. What is important, it must be engraved in the heart. The story of buying and selling, but also reminded us, how much more important life stories that we do not remind, how to remember, how to cultivate.

In the three originals of the greedy-si-si, the most difficult and most difficult to spit . Someone who feels gentle and keeps complaining about being a person, not being gentle. The Buddha told me to fix it, to let go of the mood and the thoughts that had just been cultivated. We practice and need to be bright and happy and have a good salary for ourselves and for everyone. When I am cool and happy, everyone feels happy following me. And I was too hot, they were hot, no one dared to close because they were afraid of being burned. So cultivators have to mind not to be sad, without anger, not to take part. Remind yourself often is to create a winning set of champions, making the force more powerful than karma, destroying the three career-greed.

In this life, there are suffering that is not caused by the outside, the Buddha said very clearly the birth, old age, sickness, death, resentment, loneliness, unsatisfactory demand and the warmth of the miserable, eight This basic suffering is not brought to people by anyone. Because of beings' own karma, there is suffering in life. People are easy to suffer because they are easily sad and easy to get involved. There is no need for anyone to tease, I hope I can be miserable. Buddha told sentient beings to confuse and sink into suffering. There are basic sufferings that force us to endure, but it is impossible, but there are also suffering that cannot be suffering, but we try to embrace to suffer, it is really delusion.

Back to the four basic problems of birth, aging, sickness and death. People are born with a cry of "suffering too much", showing that birth is suffering. To the elderly, the poignant suffering of losing health, suffering and suffering. Elderly but healthy but not very miserable, but when the body begins to decline, suffering is most obvious in the disease phase. So say old suffering, suffering. There are patients who take the medicine out of the medicine, there are those that do not finish the medicine. Many money-like people still cannot cure the disease, because it is still dependent on karma that has created this life and previous lives. 

In the previous life, killing and killing animals and animals, this life is weak and sick, and the medicine is constantly cured. With such cases, just taking the medicine and repenting the old karma, doing good deeds, helping sentient beings to alleviate the previous karma to reduce illness. Understanding the Dharma and knowing how to accept the karma that we have created and paid off the karma, the disease will go away.

When I was a kid, when I was in middle school, I had a very difficult disease to treat, it was a fungus under my feet. It hurts all day and night. I drank so many antibiotics, applying all kinds of green, red, black and white drugs ... still not over. At that time, I was very miserable, my skin was cracked, yellow water flowed out, not walking normally like you guys, just tiptoe and go. Later on, I did not know because of the burden of water or because of the Buddha's degree that my legs were not scabrous. I thought maybe I had paid my old karma. So the hard-to-treat illness is a form of obscurity, in addition to ordinary medicine, it must be converted by merit training.

Dharma practice is a very good way to treat mental illness . Once the mental illness is healed, the body is also healthy. We rely on living in the masses, happily practicing with our brothers and sisters, but our health improves. There are difficulties to me, we should welcome it happily because this is an opportunity for me to pay my karma, not to be afraid or worried. Thanks to that powerful mind and force, we will overcome all easily. People I have never met, never bother them but they don't like me, it's a sign of past karma. I kept having fun in my behavior, so I paid my old karma. On the contrary, I was uncomfortable, showing bad attitude to them, not only unable to resolve the old debt but also creating a new career. So know how to pay for it?

Whether we cultivate well or not is because of the victory. A bad thing is about to happen immediately. The new winning set does not slip and the bad win will go down the hole. When using wisdom to contemplate, knowing that everything is due to one's merit, we take responsibility for ourselves, cheerfully resolve it, it will end. Because karma is not really real, if it is considered as if it is not, it will become. If it is important, it will become available, difficult, even though it is only in illusory. So the strength of a cultivator is the strength to endure all circumstances in a gentle and happy way, not trying to endure and suffer.

Naturally at that time, I suddenly realized that my blessing was only enough to travel the speed of the turtle, but I couldn't go to the speed of the eagle. When we accept our scene, we feel very comfortable, no longer looking at or resentful. As a matter of changing one look, we can transform our suffering and be at peace. The car runs at a slow speed but I want to run faster, it will be damaged. So far I can't go anywhere, even more miserable than going slowly and going to the place.

The power of the driver made me feel ashamed. The layman was more calm than himself. I cultivated without any force and power. I sat and felt tired and frustrated, while the driver drove hard, the car slowed down, he should have been very upset and not bothered. Discovering my bad point, I changed from annoying to unpleasant fun. Uncle also happy to follow, the car ran to Dai Ninh at any time. Thanks to the talented doctor who is a Buddhist, he cleverly transforms the stressful situation, making us feel light and comfortable. That smart behavior, helped him succeed, although the car still kept running slow. Just a fresh soul will transform the surrounding environment freshly.

So we cultivate how to realize the true nature of the dharma . The negativity is not real, the compliment is not true, the sadness is not true joy. They are just hallucinations, not real for us to be sad. This old mind is peaceful, because we cannot initiate hope, then create karma from mind-body-mind. Now knowing the dharma is not true, just don't think about it anymore, no need to use minus to kill, it will be silent. Just as flowers spotted in spoiled are not true. I know it so I don't look at it, I can't mistake it, I don't need to eliminate it. It does not allow me to eradicate. This place is very profound and very practical, the way of cultivation is here.

Trying to get rid of the sadness is also a sadness for me to eliminate, thus increasing my sadness. Like spotted flowers which are not real, I took the bag for it to finish, the more I got into the mess. A phenomenon that two classes are wrong. The first mistake is due to rubbing the eyes, so that there are no spotted flowers in the spot. The second mistake is to take the spot flower. We, too, are mistakenly initially due to the unconsciousness of hope to create kamma so we have the body, the sentient beings, the karma ... The next time we want to get rid of all that is with this practice, the other practice, though It is not real. Now just stop thinking, do not suffer yourself, do not be greedy and foolish, naturally stop samsara.

Buddha told the beings to love and also met, but hated to meet . Thuong met in the scene of pros, hating to meet in the scene. If you don't want to see it again, don't love it, don't hate it, that means ending hope, ending the affliction and ending the new life and death. People who know how to cultivate are not sad, unhappy, not calculating, not thinking, living innocently and innocently in this life. The meditators often practice monks without cultivating. The public use of people who meditate is very light, the dharma knows how to know it, don't think about adding anything. Using Bat Nha position to illuminate the body, mind and scene are not real, let go easily. Practitioners use wisdom smoothly, in the four postures are in the right concentration, hope that the mind is calm, calm and peaceful mind. Just like when you don't rub your eyes anymore, the flower spots itself, not doing anything else.

We suffer because of compliments, or love or hate, now we can hate it. Indifferent. Such a person is the number one strong person, because no one can tease it. We have the right to be angry and also to have the right not to be angry, to have the right to sadness also to be sad. So why not choose the good for the good, choose to do the bad for the miserable, tired. Discharge of all ants, even if your body is finished, will be finished immediately. We are often very sad to feel loved ones, because they think they are ours. For example, the children of our corrupted neighbors are not miserable, but our children are corrupt and we suffer. Therefore, it is necessary to let go, let go and have nothing to let go, liberate yourself. It is the person with the number one power, the champion. Practicing is then old and sick without suffering.

The sick old man is not suffering, there is nothing miserable to die, what is scary! In fact, in four births, old age, sickness, death, people are afraid of death. Everyone is afraid to die, it cannot be denied. But beware, the period of suffering and suffering, people are afraid to be right, still die very quickly, why fear? In fact, I don't know anything but die, but because people are afraid to die, I don't want to die. At the time of death, the most frightening is being forced, but that level is also called illness, not death. Rather, it is not "death and suffering" but "fear of death and suffering". The disease sometimes lasts for five months. Some people live for many years as a disease for many years, they can stand it too. If you can't stand it, you will die. In addition, many people died very light, the Zen masters had the sentence: " Born as a blankets, death like taking off your shirt". Because you are so free, going through this door is very light. For them, death is not scary, only people who are hungry to live are afraid.

Born-old-disease-death is suffering of the body. Demand for unsatisfactoriness, resentment and affection, separation of warmth and mental strength are mental suffering. Because the demand is not good, people suffer, so there is no need to be more, to be tired. Because as the Buddha taught each person to have his own blessing, his blessings had five dongs and lived with five dongs, and ten dongs were blessed. There is a bridge, there are only a few people who just go there and try to live in a calm way. You are older, have the experience of life will be very poignant about this. Many people have struggled all over their lives and are still poor. There are people who do business very easily, do little but much. That is due to the blessed career. We go on living according to grace, keeping our righteous mind upright as well. Not wanting to pray so not disappointed, live peacefully and peacefully.

- The White Master, before the teacher was lost, I asked him to give me an advice to follow, weakening my practice.

The Venerable Master taught this:

- You just do all the work but don't get involved in all the work.

A full sentence, reasoning. Doing all the work without sticking all things, that is to stop all the people who try it, try it out, and become infected. Do it, do it well, it is okay, failure is fine, because there is no need, so I don't worry. So do not give birth to afflictions, so be full of merit.

Buddha insists on the separation of suffering, the person he loves and must be far away . Resentment of suffering and suffering that people hate but must meet and suffer all the time. Saying that does not mean Buddhism has no love. The Buddha was very loving with sentient beings, but the love of Buddha was borderless love, unconditional, compassionate, and not expected to be reciprocated. And we love with the condition that the injured person must be good to him, to respond to his love. If they are not good, not responding to their love is miserable. Suffering because of that price.

Love with the desire to respond, ultimately thinking of yourself, not loving anyone. Loving beings hate hate on their ego. The object who satisfies our ego then we love and lose that ego is not satisfied then we are sad. Any object that is not satisfied or against our ego will hate. True love does not have the shadow of self in it. Just love without any requirement. This is easy to say, but above that, it is difficult in life. We do not have people who love hate. Why? Because of the many karmic causes borrowed, grudgingly resentful, it was bad to meet again.

When we learn to understand the Dharma, we know that cause and effect can be transformed, so we do not create more bad karma, happily pay the karma we have created from previous lives. Do not nourish any more love hate, to avoid suffering in this life and the next. Knowing the law of cause and effect and continuing to love and hate is to know but to violate, nurture the element of death in samsara. We understand the religion, and for those who love hate, open our hearts, do not hate it because it will meet again. Every time meeting in samsara is one more time of suffering, there is nothing to be happy about. Why don't we remember that suffering and try to practice to escape!

The cultivator's career is wisdom . Using Bat Nha position to illuminate is all the problem of falling out, not only suffering. Venerable Master said there is only Bat Nha wisdom or treatment of all worldly diseases. Tying the Prajna monk one is all defilements falling, no doubt about it. This intelligence is available, just because we forget it, we cannot use it. So when we are angry, if anyone reminds us not to push people, we must thank them, it is good knowledge to tear up our self. On the way there are two classes of knowledge, always supporting us to overcome obstacles and challenges to achieve our career. The first is the forward knowledge, the second is the inversion of knowledge.

Often we adapt knowledge rather than contradicting knowledge, but playing with new knowledge creates a resilience for us to strongly advance. Because playing with knowledge does not indulge in ego, if we receive the instructions of these levels, we will quickly come closer to the true place. We must not depend on a fixed knowledge of goodness, cultivating a star free wisdom, the achievement of enlightenment enlightenment is the most precious. Sometimes knowledge is predestined to be the one who sacrifices to create unwholesome karma to bring us to the place of salvation. Be reverent, respectful and grateful to these people, thereby increasing our strength on the path of spiritual practice.

The five warms and anguish and suffering are the warm and incompatible years, the irregular increase and decrease of our mind and body make us unhappy . The cultivator must be skillful to regulate the body and mind, not to let go of the lung freely, and not to be too unreasonable. Practicing regularly, living a life of low self-sufficiency to maintain health. Should not cultivate while cultivating throughout the day and night, when not cultivating, relax without any elaborate time. Keeping the mind at ease, living innocently, not having to enjoy it? What must be concerned about laborious, delusive thoughts for afflictions arising. It is to overcome the five warms of the slumber.
