4.  Intellect
5.  Effort 
6.  Patience 7.  True
8.  Determined
9.  Compassion
10- Exhaust Center
        Patience is the  accepted  endure  the  circumstances  harsh, painful, unwanted objects against heart still no anger, hatred and maintaining  goodwill  in a  natural  calm. Most of  us  outside have been patient, but the  anger is  still hidden inside. If there is anger in the mind, it is not yet known as a GOOD RIGHT, A  PATIENT .
        A  Tibetan monk  , after ten years of  imprisonment  ,  tortured  in prison; When released, a journalist asked him: «In those years, what made you   most afraid ? »He  replied,"  I fear most is  losing compassion  towards those who  torture  me. » 
This is truly a  Bodhisattva who is  worth  worshiping and  offering .
        There are 3 types of  patience  :
        1 /  RIGHT  : is the  enduring   harsh adversity : sunshine, rain, cold, muoi, snake. Or be  beaten,  tortured ,  abused ,  cursed by the evil people   and still  accept to endure , there is no  attitude of  anger, resentment,   and  naturalkindness , no  wavering . 
        2 /  RING  : the body has  endured the humiliation of  suffering,  but the mouth does not utter a malicious , bitter and bitter reply  .
        3 /  Italy RIGHT  : neither in the mind nor  resentment , nor the  revenge .
        In these three rings, the  meaning of the rings  is the most important, which is a measure of the  patience  of a person with  Bodhisattva .
 WHO HAPPENED WITH WHO?
        - With  external  harsh, with their foreign workers left the offensive, with husband  brute , with jealous wives, with children  unruly , with difficult superiors, with  colleague  pinched ...

WHAT IS RISK TO DO?
        - To keep  good heart  and to  benefit  yourself and others

        - To  forgive  yourself and those who harm you, for  life  is not a battlefield, but a peaceful ,  happy realm  .

DOES ANY RINGS DIFFERENT  FROM MIND  ?
        According to  Abhidhamma   ( psychological  study PG)  patience  is a legal interest expenditure is friendly with  concomitants  adosa as  fundamental , so it is the same  nature  with  kindness , but  patient  other than the  kindness  of  the object  ;

WHAT IS THE RIGHT TO RECEIVE  THE WARNINGS  ?    
           Patience has many good blessings  .
        - Mind  equanimity  liberation , not  impatient  anger.
        - Do not cause unfairness to create karma
        - Be  loved and respected by  gods  and  human beings .

HOW TO  TAKE  THE HAPPINESS

          Anger  shows  under 4 forms:
                   * Note, contradiction (mécontentement, contrariété)
                   * Jealousy,  jealousy  (Jalousie)
                   * Stingy ,  stingy  (avarice)
                   * Remorse,  regret  (regret, remord)
          In fact, the courtyard is very easy to receive, there is no  need for meditation. It is a  state of  frustration , discomfort, not  satisfied  with a  gesture ,  speech  or  attitude  of someone or a   certain situation. I have a  feeling  there is something unstable in my  body and mind. . When the courtyard emerges, people  feel their  face heat up, heart beat fast, limbs vibrate, chest is  tight ,  breathing is not evenly broken, heavy head aches, the mind is dim, scowling face , the eyebrows, the teeth clenching, the hands shrinking. Some people suffer from bloodshed because the blood is rushed to the head, blood pressure skyrocketed, so there is  an idiom of "  instant blood" (like the character Chau  Du during the Three Kingdoms period in China  ). That's not to mention  cases of  cerebral vascular breakage or heart attack. No one  emotion  that causes many  harmful material  and  cost the  capacity  spirit  for by the  anger . When the yard has  reactions  inside the body that I do not  recognize  as adrenaline and cortisone are secreted much ...
          Second step:  overpowering  the pitch
          T sage  Satipatthana ,  also called Vipassana  (Vipassana) is a  method oftherapeutic effectiveness most to center field. We  use  internally  on 4 residents as follows:

        Only when it is possible to do  so can it  treat the yard. To  apply the  method on a  continuous ,  steady  throughout  life
          Third step  :   tracing  the cause  why the pitch?
          * All the  anger  originated from an  idea of  deep glass, the  self being  infringed upon ,  so I was anointed with fresh, loss , all orbiting 3  wrong  :  pride ,  conceit ,  craving  down basis  (love like what of us).
        We pitch because we think that the person has done (doing or will do) for me the miserable loss; or have done, (doing, will do) for the person he or she loves miserably, or makes the person who is hating  profit .
* We can be because a  desire  is not  satisfied .
* There are people in the yard because of the  habit , or the nature of  anger : the  habit of  practicing infection since childhood is  influenced  by  the family  : a violent father, a grumbling mother often leaves a mark on children Congenital can originate in the womb or from a  previous life  or yard. (If in the womb, we often hear the screams of the father, or the mourning of the mother).

          * One can pitch as  envious, jealous ,  stingy  unsparing , or  repentant regret ,  anxiety  fear .
          * People can see objects because the field   does not  fit  with the  interests and  views  of his . As  Buddha  is an object that makes  Brahmins  or  Muslims angry .
          * People pitch because of  lack of  learning ,  understanding  of  conditions,  karma , about  anatta ,  impermanence ....
          * People game because of  lack of  thinking  deeply ,  lack of  empathy generous , do not put yourself in the  situation  of others.
          * People can  play in front of an unfair scene  that others suffer, or a principle,  a   common value is not  respected .
          * Finally, people may suffer from irritation ,  frustration  due to  insomnia ,  pain and  disease , such as hyperthyroïdie, hepatitis ...
        To  identify  correctly the  causes of  major , it still lies within us. All outside just the  element  side, the  conditions  of catalyst supports. In all of the   above causes :  the nature of  anger  is the most difficult to treat . To provide  the capacity  to practice  the whole  life  do not know there is no cure! Cultivation is like a career transfer .
Only when it is possible to do  so can it  treat the yard. To  apply the  method  on a  continuous ,  steady  throughout  life
        Fourth step  :  find a long-term  treatment 
        After  finding out  the reason  of the  anger , to  find ways to  heal yourself or have the  psychological  part (Psychologue) the  doctor  neural  psychology (neuro-Psychiatre) help her treatment. But mainly to be yourself, no one  knows you better than yourself, others only help from outside.
          For those who  practice meditation , when the courtyard has just  arisen , he has  acknowledged , knows immediately and therefore it  is  immediately extinguished , by  applying  the observation  on the above four  concepts  (Body, Life, Mind, Dharma) MINDFUL is an  akusala mind , it will create  negative karma and cause  suffering  for the person himself. If it spreads in the mind, it could cause  harm  to those around it; burning  family happiness   for a moment; divide the  aggregate humiliation , as  siblings  meat give up  each other; friends  become  hostile  ; further  it can cause   bloody conflict and persistent war ...
          In the subjects of  Psychology  Therapy only  therapy  cognitive  behavioral (Therapie cognito-comportementale) is  effectively  the most:
        - It helps the patient  identify  ways  of thinking , the  thought  of yourself ,, these  erroneous  ideas  around.
        - It teaches patients to change  ways  of thinking , change the  way  interpretations  of  events , knowing  distinguish  what is right from wrong. Buddha Did not teach  us  right thought  is  thought  transcend  the notion  of  ego ,  thinking  away from  sensual pleasures ,  away from  the  anger  and  violenceVenerable  W. Rahula also wrote: «The  thought  brought  the nature  of desireselfishness ,  hatred  and  violence  are the result of a lack of  wisdom in every area of  life  individual ,  society , politics (see the  way  out of suffering W.         - It teaches patients where the pitch is  the attitude  negatively  hatred, and where the  attitude is  positive  healthy . Take action (agir) in calm  lucid  and not reactionary (reagir) in blind and  hatred .  Buddha does  not teach  us  :
        «If one takes for evil  revenge
          Oan unjustly denounced the   sorrowful fall .
          From the mind  of happiness  in color,
          Get the grace of resentment, where the  hatred  »( Dharma Sutra )
         Step Five  :  Must  train the  mind FROM  BI    
          Take a look at  the area of  female  homeowners  Vedehika (Business Kakacupama Sutta, Majjahima Nikaya): In a Sāvatthi, female  homeowners  name Vedehika  famous  good . Rumor has it  that she is a  gentle , humble, quiet person. She had a girl's servant named Kali who diligently  worked hard ,  taking care of  everything  in the house; she often  stays  up early, cleanses the house neatly; It can't be  blamed  .
        One day the maid thought: maybe the hostess have no aversion that arises is due because we  make are  fulfilled  everything  in the house. She had an  intention to  challenge  her mistress. The next morning Ms. Kali  woke up  late. The  hostess  called her girl up and said:

        - Hey,  if there's  no illness, why do you  wake up  late? The servant of that naughty girl. He seemed angry, his face was fierce
        Her slave girl wants to try  once  again to  understand the  intentions hostess. The next day, she  woke up  later than the previous day. The hostess called the girl to wake up in a grumpy,  angry voice   :

          The  above story gives the   following remarks :

        c / The  lack of compassion and patience of the mistress has caused her to lose her heart and become a  cruel , unassuming person.
        HOW DOES A  MIND PRACTICE  FROM  BI?
        1- Every time  we  live in a  happy situation  , think of those who are more  miserable and  unhappy  .
        2. Every time  we  do something  of merit  organic contraband  or  outflow , should  dedicate  to the rank  inhuman  and spacious  kindness  to all  beings .
        3- After each period of  chanting ,  we  should read the  article SURPRISE FROM BI  (Metta Sutta)
        4. After each meditation session  ,  we should  be  interested  in all  beings .
        5.  Practice  MEDITATION  FORGIVE  and MEDITATION  Compassion  ( concept center  from). Compassion Meditation   is one of the 4 meditation methods that support  Vipassana meditation  (the other three are to recite  the Buddha's grace , to  recite  O- body  and to recite the Death). 
         The sixth step  :  accept  and  forgive
          -  Acceptance  is  agreed  hidden himself under  the law of  causality . Today  the reason  we  are facing harsh conditions, pain, humiliation because previously or in a  past life  that  we have caused similar situation to others. The Buddha  was also slandered to marry her Cinca, and she was kicked by  De Ba Dat Da  to bleed. The law of  karma  does not reject anyone.

        - When  Accepting  that  we  have gone all  the way to  forgive  :  forgive  is not the yard, no longer keep in the heart of hate and anger; no longer want to retaliate,  revenge , but want to eliminate  hatred , want to reconcile with someone who has previously caused  suffering  and wants to help him  escape from  the current misery  Whether ethnic  Jews  have  forgiveness  for ethnic Germans and Chinese Communist VN sides have  forgiveness  for each other?
         Seventh step  :  practicing  mindfulness
        In  the  usual sense , discharge is  let go , does not hold,  does not accept  . In  Buddhism  discharge has two   main meanings :
        a / A  state  of  mind is not  happy, not sad, not happy, not miserable (a  neutral feeling  of  SUBSTANCE ).
        b / An  attitude , an  impartial , non-  loving action  does not hate. Look at the object through  its causes  and  consequences  . (This is a  mental institution belonging to the  HALF OF THE HALF )
        Discharge is not an  attitude  of indifference ,  coldness , detachment «  living dead  even now,  as long as  we are  unscathed  »
        Discharge is not an  unscrupulous  (  unrecognized ),  a  non-karmic character of a certain kind of mind, such as the Mind of Mind of the  Arhat  or  thevipākacitta  .
        Want to  practice the  mind, there are 5 ways to practice
        - The Bodhisattva's Action   with  the  Three levels of Ba Ba  Mat  , the mind is the 10th happiness of a  Bodhisattva
        - The  Four Immeasurable Minds  , the discharge is the  fourth immeasurablemind  in the Word, Bi, Hot and Discharge
        - Administrative  Samatha  Pure  t hi when elected  charity , the mind will be  purified  by the discharge.
        - Hanh  Thien Tue  shop  when elected to the 11th wisdom is  state  Drain is always present in  the mind acts fake.
        - Grade  beginners  as  we  are set  to drop , do not hold, not clinging,  not approved  in advance. If you  practice meditation  ,  practice keeping  the balance between 5  elements  : Tin, Tấn, Niệm, Định, Tệ.
CONCLUDE
          To  conclude , in the words of  Reverend  Dharmapala  (1): «The patience of the ornaments of Career  Thien Tri , is  the practice  of grade  Pham Hanh , is  power  protection  rank  ordained  and  lay , are bastion  firmly  to avoid all  evil by body, speech and mind »
        Patience  is a  diligent effort that  lasts and repeats itself in  time . Patience is the foundation for all  good deeds , the source of  HANH PHUC . Therefore,  the Buddha  declared in  the sutta  38 the  happiness  of the  gods  and  mankind :
                «A happy  patience ,
                Two happy nuns need peace,
                He was able to meet the  monks ,
                Four  depending on the  thesis,
