Patience is the accepted endure the circumstances harsh, painful, unwanted objects against heart still no anger, hatred and maintaining goodwill in a natural calm. * Finally, people may suffer from irritation , frustration due to insomnia , pain and disease , such as hyperthyroïdie, hepatitis ...

Fourth step : find a long-term treatment

HOW DOES A MIND PRACTICE FROM BI?
