Discharge the ego-ego.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.
Practitioners are happy in religion, happy with the words of the Buddha, every discussion more than losing is a joke, not worth anything. Remember that, thinking so, we know how to cultivate. So the discharge of the body is good, but the discharge of the ego is important. Cultivators need to know this.
Discharge means to give up all your delusions.
Discharge means to give up all your delusions. Why is it so important to give up hope? Because delusion is a delusion, is a cluster of dark clouds that obscure their true wisdom. But hope is still delusion, as long as clean all hope to be enlightened. We practice whatever method must be suppressed. Don't suppress hope, never become a Buddha.
For example, the Pure Land practice recites Buddha's name to one-mindedness. It means that the concept comes to the point where there is only one reciting the Buddha's name, not thinking anything other than the recitation of the Buddha's name. One-pointedness is also called mindfulness. Using a concept to suppress all thoughts, all thoughts are clean and finally one mind must be discharged until the unconscious mind. Mindfulness to the place where there is no more concept, then to see the Buddha, to be reborn.
The meditator too, at first because of the mental disorder too much, want it to stop using the means or counting the breath, or contemplate a method like the Five Aggregates ... When all the thoughts are quiet , the mind is pure in mind, it is in concentration. Meditation must go to a place of complete security, as long as it can attain unbornness.
We also have Buddha nature but we do not know how to return to living with our Buddha nature, so we do beings.
In sutras often teach, we all have Buddha's nature. "Necessarily beings of Buddha nature" means that all beings have Buddha nature. The Buddha knew that life returned to his Buddha nature, so he became a Buddha. We also have Buddha nature but we do not know how to return to living with our Buddha nature, so we do beings.
What should I do now to return to my Buddha nature? This is where I remind you. We have the Buddha nature but because we forget, don't realize, we should live with the karma of beings. Like in meditation time, do I want to be quiet or distracted? Want to be quiet, but will not be silent. Just being quiet is a little sad, thinking this, thinking that and running after it is gone.
Why do I often think so? Because Buddhahood is constant in the place where people do not have a silhouette, there is no appearance, so it is difficult to receive immensely. What has a general appearance, a silhouette I can easily recognize. But if we have a good experience, we see that when the soul is at ease, not thinking about anything for three minutes or so, during that time do I know? Still know. Eyes see the earpiece, there are people who know how to go and who have a voice to speak. The nose is the same, the smell of the smell is well known. So the six constant constants that we do not recognize, wait for thought to think that know. Because that knowing is not shaped, it is not so easy to forget.
If we start to think well, create a healthy, healthy karma; start thinking data, create karma, born realms of evil. Illustration
So every day we live with the mind of hope, running after the figure of the six ceiling, for that is our mind. The body is impermanent and gives birth to one's body. Take the body being destroyed, the mind of impermanence does it, when the eyes are bound to go in the six-way reincarnation, no doubt.
Now tu wants to get out of that way, so what to do? We often say tu to liberate birth and death, how to liberate? If we start to think well, create a healthy, healthy karma; start thinking data, create karma, born realms of evil. The three evil paths and the three good faiths are out of their healthy mind. If the mind is not good, then which way do we go? No way, ie liberation of birth and death. Meditation is no longer mindfulness of good and evil which leads us to go into samsara.
