Practitioners take measures to regulate breathing, because it is easy to control it.
Initially, practitioners use the mind to walk. As a result, the mind is not liberated by the outside. The mind is completely committed to the walk; Mouth reciting the Buddha; Earbuds; Eyes down, tracking the distance of the walk for a steady. And the breath is also gentle, in harmony with the pace of the walk. In general, the six centers focus on walking, the mind is not caught up in the memory.
In
the first stage, practice the recitation of the Buddha's name so that
the yogi is separated from the consequences of his life. The mind of one's defilement completely disappears, because there is no condition to follow it. This is only in the body adjustment phase.
After
the practitioner has checked that the steps are in right distance and
that the rhythm is right, the right foot is always in the right
direction; He begins to adjust his breathing. The practitioner controls how well the breath is going, whether it is steady or whether it is breathing faster or weaker. Come here to the stage adjusting the breath for harmony with the walk. Going for a while feeling tired, tired legs, sweating, heavy breath, heart beat, is the wrong practice. Because when walking or standing, it is necessary to keep the body in a normal state.
The practitioner uses the breath to control the walk, see in an eight-step recitation, breathing slightly. If only one breath, he inhaled slowly and all eight steps, then breathe out. Or take two breaths and two exhalation. It's like continuing on a regular basis. How many breaths and breaths are said above, just an example number. It can be changed to suit the shortness of breath of different people.
The main thing is to breathe regularly, gentle, natural and harmony with the pace of your walk. In the first stage, the practitioner tries to keep pace and distance, so the breath is overwhelmed, not legal.
