THE LIGHT OF ENVIRONMENT THROUGH THE LOOK OF BUDDHA ALL-GRADUATE. In the past and present, in the history of mankind, all mystics and theologians want to achieve good results in life, they must first go through the process of patience, effort, cultivation, and learning. , train oneself, help, and benefit others. By going through such processes of patience, cultivation, learning, and helping themselves and others, they can become scientists, mathematicians, literary, philosophical, religious, etc. . v... Bodhisattva Gautama Gautama,[1] a perfect spiritual teacher, full of virtue, compassion, and wisdom, spent 6 years practicing asceticism in the jungle with five brothers. Mr. A Nha Kieu-tran-like. After a period of studying the Way, the Bodhisatta, an outstanding man of flesh and blood, discovered the truth by meditating at Bodh Gaya for 49 days and nights, and fully realized under the Bodhi tree. At that time, the Bodhisattva became a Buddha named Shakyamuni, a historical Buddha, present in the history of human thought, revered by gods and humans, able to bring light true enlightenment, love, and peace for the Dharma Realm sentient beings all over the planet. Through the general meanings mentioned above, the writer boldly titled this article "The Light of Enlightenment through Bodhisattva Siddhartha's Insightful Look." The vision here is understood as the view of the results of the practice of meditation and insight, being able to clearly see the process of patience, diligence, meditation practice, enlightenment, teaching, and teaching of sentient beings. of Bodhisattva Siddhartha (Bodhisattva Siddhārtha). In the subject of this article, we come across phrases like “Light, Enlightenment, Bodhisattva, Siddhartha.” The following, The writer explains each term in turn and learns the meaning and content of the above terms. Usually, when referring to light, people think of sunlight, moon light, evening star light, morning star light; electric light, car light, neon light, etc. v … These types of light are natural light, physical light, or artificial light only. Different from the above types of light, the light discussed here is the light of enlightenment, which comes from the bodhisattva's practice of meditation, patience, effort, purification, and transformation of defilements into enlightenment. -slap Siddhartha. Through the practice of pure meditation, mindfulness, and awakening, the Bodhisattva is able to end ignorance, afflictions, defilements, attachments, etc., to achieve enlightenment, and to put an end to the cycle of rebirths. . Thus, the light of enlightenment mentioned here represents Buddhism, Buddha, Dharma, and disciples (Sangha). Buddhism is the way of peace, the Buddha is the King of peace, the right Dharma is the path of peace, and the disciples are the messengers of peace.[2] True peace comes when we learn, understand, practice, and apply the Buddhadharma in our daily lives appropriately in different localities, places, and countries. When we understand and practice like this, then the Buddha's light of enlightenment is able to shine throughout this world. Furthermore, we know that in the enlightenment factor there are other ingredients such as mindfulness, awareness, stability, relaxation, leisure, and equanimity. Having achieved these substances, the meditator will certainly have peace in the here and now in the present moment. Enlightenment has many different meanings and stages as follows: Enlightenment of ordinary practitioners, Through the process of cultivating, transforming defilements, applying, and practicing the Buddhadharma in our daily lives, we can achieve enlightenment gradually and partially. The bodhisattva's enlightenment, through the process of practice, eradicates defilements, and discovers suffering (Dukkha), the origin of suffering (Dukkha Samudaya), the cessation of suffering (Dukkha Nirodha), and the path leading to it. The cessation of suffering (Dukkha Nirodha Gāminī Patipadā),[3] Bodhisattva Siddhartha is capable of attaining full and perfect enlightenment. During the practice of Bodhisattva Siddhartha, with mindfulness and awareness, steady and relaxed, the Bodhisattva not only achieved enlightenment and liberation in many past lives, but also in the present. In life, he was the embodiment of a newborn Buddha, and also the later Sakyamuni Buddha. Once, King Tinh San, his father, twice folded his hands to greet his son and once paid homage to the Buddha; that is, 1. The king clasped his hands together to greet his son while Taoist Asita (Asita) was watching the generals for the newborn prince. Later, the crown prince will become a monk and become a fully awakened and enlightened being, capable of leading the way and showing the way to peace, tranquility and happiness for the masses all over the planet. 2. During the plowing ceremony, the king clasped his hands to salute his son while the 9-year-old prince was meditating under a jujube tree, contemplating, and saw sentient beings fighting, killing, and eating each other. With the available loving-kindness, the prince aroused love for all sentient beings. 3. The King bowed to the Buddha while the Buddha was begging for food on the way back to visit the city of Kapilavastu, Here, the royal princes who liked to grow up in the royal palace were arrogant and thought that the Buddha was only their descendant. At that time, reading their thoughts, the Buddha immediately used the power of compassionate water and fire of wisdom to subdue them. At that time, these people generate reverence and respect for the Buddha and the Sangha. Thus, we see that the possibility of enlightenment including the mortal and the holy substance is always present in their body and mind. In mortal substance there is holy substance; in the holy substance there is enlightenment and liberation. The holy substance in Buddhism is understood as Buddha nature or Buddha nature. However, in terms of absolute aspects, we see the possibility of enlightenment in them, in the holy buddha nature does not increase, in the ordinary buddha nature does not decrease. Further understanding is that, from the Buddhist point of view of compassion, in humans and animals, Buddha nature is present, and even among inanimate species, Buddha-nature is present. Understanding such meaning, we can cultivate and water the Buddha-nature in ourselves and in sentient and inanimate species by protecting the environment, respecting the life of all things and living things by practice the first ethical consciousness of the path of enlightenment. Whether in the position of ordinary people or saints, whether in sentient beings or sentient beings, if we cultivate compassion and good wisdom, the light of Buddha nature within us will manifest. However, in terms of relative terms, we know that the manifestation of Buddha nature depends on the level of practice of each ordinary practitioner and Bodhisattva practitioner. In holiness, Buddha-nature shines like the full moon, in mortals, Buddha-nature shines like the crescent moon. For Bodhisattva practitioners, through the process of practice and realization, Buddha nature can shine 100%, because defilements and defilements have been eradicated. For ordinary practitioners, through the process of practice, purification and transformation, Buddha nature can shine about …40, 60, 80…%, because afflictions and gonorrhea are and will eventually be completely eradicated. whole. The moon is dim because of clouds, Buddha nature is dim because of afflictions; Clouds dissolve thanks to the wind, afflictions of greed, hatred, and delusion... cessation through practice and transformation. Cultivation means the process of identifying and transforming the afflictions of greed, hatred, delusion, pride, doubt, and evil view... When the afflictions have been transformed and eliminated, the light of enlightenment of the Bodhi-practitioner- slap round bright and show. At this point, Bodhisattva Siddhartha, who has done it, has fully realized, and is worthy of the world's admiration and respect. When discussed here, the light of enlightenment is understood as the light of meditation, the light of wisdom, the light of peace, the light of great heroism, great power, and great compassion discovered and realized by Bodhisattva Siddhartha himself. It didn't fall from the sky, it wasn't a gift from a god. It is tasted and experienced by the Bodhisattva himself through cultivation, practice, and spiritual realization. It is very wonderful, outstanding, and practical at present, for those who are interested, learn, practice, and apply the Buddhadharma in their daily lives to bring peace, happiness, and happiness for others right here in this world. Indeed, the light of enlightenment is not manipulated by greed, hatred, delusion, ignorance, wrong views, hatred, and war. It is crafted with right patience, diligence, effort, the spirit of self-cultivation, self-help, self-realization, and self-liberation through the practice and application of the materials of compassion, wisdom, peace, and meditation. , and wisdom for the masses right now and here in the present life. These peaceful substances have the ability to arouse and awaken the fruits of wisdom in the bodhisattva's body and mind to become bright. Bodhisattva in Sanskrit is written as Bodhisattva; Bodhi means greatness, enlightenment, or awakening; Sattva means a being, a being, or an enlightened being. So bodhisattva (Bodhisattva) means a being who has attained enlightenment and awakened vows to walk on the path of joy, practice, and liberation to benefit oneself and others in this very life. On the road to enlightenment and liberation, Siddhartha is a real bodhisattva in the history of human thought, full of merit and wisdom, brave and diligent, energy and patience, find the truth and light of enlightenment later. It was this bodhisattva who practiced perfect meditation, become a noble spiritual teacher, leading the way to happiness and peace for the Dharma Realm sentient beings all over the planet. We ordinary people, because of our karma, were born in this world, so each person encounters many different circumstances, different identities, different families, different levels of wealth and poverty... no one is the same. Prince Siddhartha, a true Bodhisattva, was born in this world because of his vows and into a royal family, rich and powerful in the city of Kapilavat (P. Kapilavatthu S. Kapilavastu), part of present-day Nepal.[4] Growing up, the prince married Princess Yasodharā (Yasodharā), and had an only son, Rahula (Rāhula). Along with a servant named Sa Nac, one day the prince visited the four gates of the city, seeing four real scenes of life; that is, the old, the sick, the dead, and the hermit. The fourth real scene is the bhikshu, symbolizing a leisurely and free way of life, making a deep impression on the prince's heart, and inspiring the prince to become a homeless monk later. in natural and mountainous environments. Practicing and spending 6 years of asceticism at the Mahakala cave on the mountain of Statue Head (Dhungeshwari), Bodhisattva Siddhartha only ate a little fruit every day, and gradually his body was reduced to only skin. bones only. When he discovered that this ascetic practice did not lead to happiness and liberation, the Bodhisattva resolved to practice according to the Middle Way method: (not indulging in sensual pleasures, and not in mortification) by accepting it. and made offerings to Su-dà-ta (Sujata) with a bowl of milk porridge. The bodhisattva's health became restored. Then the Bodhisatta received a bunch of grass as an offering from the farmer, went straight to Bodhgaya, spent many days and nights meditating under the Bodhi tree. In the end, he won the victory over the demon army (Mara symbolizes the habits of craving, anger, delusion, attachment, etc.) in the interior), and attained full enlightenment. In the process of cultivation and towards enlightenment, the Bodhisatta experienced not only inner patience, but also external patience; Exterior is the external scene, namely the weather and the natural environment. In India, in the hot season, the temperature can reach 45 degrees Celsius. (45% C. = Celsius/ Centigrade = 120 degrees F. / Fehrenheit), and in the cold season, the temperature can be below 0 degrees Celsius. (0% C. = 0 degrees C. Celsius/ Centigrade = 32 degrees F. Fehrenheit). In this day and age, living at home, we have enough clothes, blankets, pillows, mattresses, heaters, air conditioners... to protect us very warmly, but sometimes we feel cold, hot, and uncomfortable. Now, let's think further about Bodhisattva Siddhārtha, who lived a family life, ate fruit, drank rain and spring water to feed himself, and used his mind to stay awake. awake, mindful, and meditating to feed the mind… At night, he sleeps under a tree, during the day, he goes for alms. He always uses the natural environment as his home, uses trees and forest leaves as a bed, uses the moon and stars as lamps, uses the practice of meditation, concentration, mindfulness, and awareness as spiritual food for his body and mind, and uses the propagation of the Dharma for the benefit of others. Next is the interior, the most important and deepest part of a person, understood as the store consciousness (Ālaya Vijñāna), containing the seeds of good and bad. The wholesome seeds include right patience, endurance, overcoming, selection, steadfastness, effort, energy, mental strength, unrelenting faith, light of enlightenment, wisdom... The unwholesome seeds include leisure, laziness, regression, hesitation, hesitation, weakness, weakness weakness, delusion, ignorance, etc.. Cultivation is the process of practicing patience, nurturing, selecting, promoting, and transforming from difficulties into happiness, suffering into happiness, ignorance into wisdom... . However, we humans, when faced with extreme weather, lack of food, cold sleep. v. etc., often we tend to live depressed and regressive. But, Bodhisattva Siddhartha always gladly accepted difficult situations, asceticism, and patience, viewing these adversities as forming spiritual strength, strong will, diligence, and energy. extraordinary, and directed the Bodhisattva to enlightenment and spiritual liberation later. With the spirit of great heroism, great strength, great compassion, and great wisdom, when he attained enlightenment and liberation, Bodhisattva Siddhartha practiced right effort, patience, and patience. In order to attain enlightenment and become a Buddha, a Bodhisattva must start from a man of dependent origination (S. pratītyasamutpāda; P. paticasamuppāda). Depending on this person, the Bodhisatta cultivates and finds the holy substance, the substance that is solid and relaxed, peaceful and happy. Leaving this person alone, the Bodhisattva cannot find those substances. As an enlightened and awakened practitioner, the Bodhisattva has found the light of truth through the application and practice of right view, right thought, right patience, purification, and transformation of the defilements of greed, hatred, si… Therefore, Buddhism always teaches people to practice, transform, and change karma is the key factor towards enlightenment. Relying on some supreme being to seek enlightenment in that person, the meditator never finds it. Relying on the conditioned person to practice, to purify, and to transform defilements and defilements, one can find enlightenment, liberation, and Buddha-nature in oneself. Bodhisattva Siddhartha, a good practitioner, finds the light of enlightenment and wisdom in ignorance and wrong view, sees Bodhi in affliction, happiness in suffering, lotus in mud, and flower in trash , and see the Middle Way in asceticism and in sensuality. In contrast, practicing asceticism with the Bodhisatta, the five brothers of Aãna Kieu-thānnhư, who were not good practitioners, could not find the Middle Way, did not practice perfect meditation like the Bodhisatta. slaps, and does not find enlightenment and liberation in oneself. With patience and effort, with the spirit of great conduct and great vows, the Bodhisatta found the light of enlightenment, the truth of Suffering (Dukkha), and the path leading to the transformation of suffering (Dukkha nirodha gāmini patipadā ariya sacca). This path is the Middle Path (Majjhimā paṭipadā) consisting of morality, meditation, and wisdom, closely interrelated with "Right Seeing, Right Thinking, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Occupation, Right Diligence, Right Mindfulness, and Right Mindfulness.” In a literal sense, this road is likened to a highway with eight lanes of traffic that intertwine like a figure with a shadow forming a useful means of transportation to help people travel easily. In a figurative sense, it is the path of peace that includes eight practices that are very practical for families, schools, and society as a whole. If everyone applies and practices this path together in their daily lives in accordance with the Dharma, then they can bring the fruits of true joy and happiness to the masses all over the planet. Above, the interior and exterior have been presented. Next, we continue to learn the meaning of the demon army. Different from the visible realm of humans, ghosts belong to the invisible realm; Army means a large group. According to the Buddhist metaphorical teachings, the demon junta embodies the seeds of negativity in our body and mind. For example, fatigue, laziness, leisure, indulgence, lethargy, hesitation, discouragement, withdrawal, greed, anger, delusion, violence, hatred, etc., are habits. negative. Right patience, effort, courage, energy, vitality, tolerance, generosity, peace, happiness, peace, wisdom, etc... are all positive habits. As the awakened one, we realize that the negative and positive seeds are always present within us from hour to hour, day to day, week to week, month to month, and year to year. to another year. Cultivation is a process that helps us purify and transform negative seeds into positive ones by applying and practicing Buddhism in our daily lives diligently, mindfully and consciously. sense. When we practice like this, the negative seeds within us will gradually be transformed, the positive seeds within us will be developed, and the light of enlightenment within us will be revealed. On the contrary, when we do not practice Buddhism well, the positive seed in us will be reduced and lost, the negative seed in us will grow and increase rapidly, Buddha nature and the light of enlightenment within us will be obscured and obscured. Those who practice Buddhism well, they will reap the fruits of joy and happiness a lot. Those who are not good at studying the Buddhadharma, or if they are not good at studying the Buddhadharma, they will reap very few fruits of peace and happiness. The process of practice is the process that helps us reach the light of enlightenment, peace, and happiness in every minute, hour, day, and stage of life. In the metaphorical sense, the devil indicates the mind of envy, discrimination, fear, inferiority, not being as good as other people, and fear of others being better than you. If a person does not practice or practices a little, the demon army in him easily appears, and conversely, if one practices diligently, the demon army in him disappears gradually. When the morning star just rose, Bodhisattva Siddhartha, who practiced diligently, completely overcome the demon army by ending all the afflictions and negative habits in him. At that time, the bodhisattva's mind became bright, the light of enlightenment, peace, peace, and happiness within him was able to illuminate himself and others in this world. Through the meanings mentioned above, we see that the light of enlightenment and awakening both originate from the practice; steady and relaxed are rooted in the practice; Peace and happiness are also derived from the practice. Along with the practice are the dharma of understanding, the dharma of learning, the dhamma of meditation, the dhamma of samadhi, the dharma of bliss, the dharma of propagation, and the dharma of protection that accompanies Siddhartha Bodhisattva. Through his practice, he completely had all these materials. At this point, we should further understand that, when a human being is born, he has eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body, and mind, his whole family is happy. When he grew up, studied, If he is successful, successful, has a stable job, and has a family, not only is he happy himself, but his family on both sides is also happy. The above meanings are referring to worldly people. Different from the people of the world, Bodhisattva Siddhartha, who came out of the world, found the light of enlightenment, the truth of suffering, and the way to transform suffering under the Bodhi tree. at Bodhgaya (Bodhgaya) about 589 BC. In this world, not only sentient beings, but also inanimate beings on the globe are imbued with the light of wisdom, compassion, wisdom, peace, and happiness from him. “Bodhisattva Siddhartha, determined to go forth from home, live happily in meditation, realize the path of awakening, realize the path of peace, realize the path of liberation, teach sentient beings, walk on the right path. by the light of enlightenment, by the light of the Buddhadharma, by the light of the Sangha of the Buddha, the World-Honored One. People practice together, the family is happy." According to the Buddhist perspective of interdependence, the newborn Buddha, Prince Siddhartha, or Bodhisattva Siddhartha all originate from the man of dependent origination and conjugation (Sanskrit pratītyasamutpāda; Pali paticcasamuppāda). . Through the practice of right effort, patience, and meditation, relying on this person, Bodhisattva Siddhartha found the light of enlightenment in himself, taught, and benefited others. . Thus, when this man was born, not only the people and royal lineage of the ancient Indian city of Kapilavat, part of present-day Nepal, rejoiced, and even the Dharma Realm sentient beings all over the planet are happy. There are two main reasons as follows: First, King Tinh San (Suddhodana) and Queen Ma Da (Māyādevī), When he was over 40 years old, he had his first child, named Siddhartha, who was satisfied, full of merit and wisdom. Both the king and queen donated to this earth the most precious person in the history of human thought. Indeed, this satisfied person always has good thoughts, good thoughts, and good words to bring the light of peace, compassion, wisdom, enlightenment, liberation, joy, and happiness to the number of people. winter all over the planet. Nowadays, with right faith and faith in the Three Jewels, those who have enough good conditions to learn, understand, teach, practice, and apply the Buddhadharma in their daily lives are able to donate virtue. and wisdom for the family, for the monastery, for the clan, and for the whole society. When they understand and practice like this, they have the ability to contribute to building a peaceful homeland, happy families, and bliss right here in this world. Second, after Prince Siddhartha was born, he accepted the invitation of King Pure Sanskrit (Suddhodana), the fairy Asita and the sage Kieu Tran Nhu, two hermits. famous at that time, invited to the court of the Ca-pilavastu (Pàli. Kapilavatthu Sanskrit. Kapilavastu) to see the future for the prince. Both of them predicted that when growing up, the crown prince would definitely give up the path of being a king, decide to choose the path of ordination, understand the truth of impermanence, practice meditation, become a perfectly Enlightened One, and bring peace and benefit to human beings. Indeed, the prophecies of the immortals Atita and Anya Kieu Tran-as the only prophecies in the history of Buddhism and mankind, later came true. With the spirit of self-cultivation, self-liberation, self-realization, self-liberation, and forgiveness, Prince Siddhartha grew up, understood the truth of impermanence, from the royal palace, determined to leave home, become a Buddha, known as Sakyamuni Buddha (Sakyamuni Buddha). In Sanskrit, Muni means quiet sage, Sakya is of royal lineage; Sakyamuni means quiet sage of the Sakya clan. Buddha means Fully Enlightened and Awakened One. So Sakyamuni Buddha means the fully enlightened person who has the ability to end all afflictions and ignorance, founded Buddhism, and brought the fruits of love and peace to all sentient beings on this earth. With the seed of enlightenment in many lifetimes, with the lineage of saints in many kalpas, when Bodhisattva Siddhartha Gautama became a Buddha, his light of enlightenment, compassion, and peace spread far and wide. throughout the world. This light is equal, does not discriminate, and does not hinder anyone. Those who have enough good fortune to learn, practice, and applying the Buddhadharma in their daily lives diligently, mindfully, and with awareness, they have the ability to reap the fruits of peace and happiness right here and now in this present life. This is a characteristic of Buddhism that is rarely or never found in other religions. In summary, through what has been mentioned above, we know that the light of enlightenment comes from the practice of Bodhisattva Siddhartha. When the Bodhisattva became a Buddha, the fully enlightened one, along with his disciples, the messengers of peace, continued to set out to transport the wheel of Dharma to spread the light of enlightenment and peace to the masses. throughout India. Today, the light of enlightenment and peace spreads not only in India, but also all over the world. Where the light of enlightenment is spread, where people stay firmly in the path of awakening and enlightenment, they never encounter discrimination, racism, and class division. Where Buddhism is spread, there, with the practice and application of Buddhism in daily life, people will live a gentle and good life. Wherever Buddhism is present, there Buddhism, the religion of peace, never causes religious wars for anyone. Likewise, wherever Buddhism is present, there will not only be peace in the homeland, people, and villages, but also peace in nature and all animals, because sentient and inanimate species are imbued with teachings of enlightenment, love, compassion, and wisdom of the path of peace. When we understand and practice like this, together we contribute to bringing true peace and happiness to the masses all over the planet. END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).
