Use Illness as a Means of Cultivation.
Every time the body of the disease appears we aggravate them by anxiety and restlessness. We need to see clearly: the physical body of a human being is a set of "Great" and they are always competitive against each other. Once these greats fall into an erm or when they are affected by external forces, natural diseases will appear strongly and long-term. So we need to accept that in this life infection is a certainty that is inevitable.
Once we suffer from a painful torment, we do not need to worry about this. Instead, let us think of the sufferings of sentient beings in Hell, the Foundation, or the Animals; they really suffer a lot more than we do. Ask yourself, "When they are suffering so much, why can't I bear the pain that they are so small? Am I so weak by suffering, so how uncomfortable are they to feel when the pain is so great? May their pain be reduced through the endurance of my suffering."
Think like that and imagine that there are countless types of suffering around you. When you inhale, imagine all the potentials, obstacles, diseases, and pains that ripen in you through which they are free of all suffering; when you exhale, imagine all the healings in the form of oranges shooting at them and give them peace. Let's do such an exercise so many times.
The benefit of hostile practice is more than any good, and any suffering is seen as an opportunity to practice. Think like this: "If I will never heal, I can continue to meditate on receiving all the suffering of all beings in me and giving them peace — this is a more hostile practice than all. Therefore, I am absolutely happy to lie here with this disease."
If you can practice sincerely according to this guide, you will surely gain many benefits in this life and many generations in the future, so keep it in mind carefully.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.25/2/2021.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
