The more suffering, the more attentive things are. A) Encourage Practice - Cultivation is based on one's practice. Like drinking water, when you don't drink it you don't know its taste; After drinking, we only know the taste. There is practice to ensure the cultivation is true. - Walk, stand, lie down, sit - you must use it to celebrate the Dharma assembly. Days pass quickly like arrows, do not be distracted! "One day has passed, the web is also decreasing. Like a fish running out of water, What are you asking for?" - Human life is impermanent - one breath out without re-entering, human life is full! Therefore, quickly become brave and diligent; do not let go of the lung, relax! Consider reciting the Buddha's name as the most urgent and urgent! - Inheritance, possessions - everything I didn't bring with me when I was born, and I wouldn't bring it with me at death. "Everything cannot be brought, Only personal karma" - Do not waste your precious life because of things outside of your body. Must soon practice! B) Happy Vow - The kind of good recitation, good karma we bring (from the previous life) is less, but more evil thoughts. Therefore, now we need to practice Suffering-virtue to eliminate karma. Therefore, should not be greedy sleep, greedy ...; must wipe out those bad thoughts! With mindfulness, there will be less defilements. - Suffering is the aspiration of the calendar of the Great Patriarch, of Duc Pho-Hien, Van-Thu, Quan-Yin, Ðề-Tibet, the Great Bodhisattva. Today, I imitate and follow their example. - When the Venerable Master Hư-Vân took three steps to prostrate to the mountain tide, he was alone, with a stick, and ate temporarily every day. Whenever bowing is taken into account; Tomorrow story, let the next day count. His mind has absolutely no attachment to anywhere. Therefore, Long, Thien, and Dharma protect him. For daily stories, do not start to discriminate. - Tu Khat-happiness means cleansing the mind, changing the seed. - Suffering is not a simple thing, because practicing Dafa is cultivating the mind. - Suffering is not a simple thing, it is just to do "mess." Making "mess" is not the right solution. If you do "mess", even after the end of your life, and then reincarnated, it will not come anywhere! - The Austerities does not mean doing much. - Work is to train your mind to think. - Work must be leisurely; not be too hasty or hasty. - If you work for a long time, you will get used to it; then you can be wise. Then, what to do work, you just need to see it naturally; I don't need to squeeze my forehead, to know it over and over. - Want to cultivate asceticism, need to practice to see if we have the ability to let go of this body or not. This body is false, bound to be destroyed; Even if you want to save it, there is no way to recover. "Discharge this body" is how? That is to eat protein rice, wear rough clothes, and cover three layers of tomato; regardless of delicious food, nice dress! - I teach you to cultivate based on the Dharma-BUDDHA. In the past, when I lived on the mountain to practice, it was only dependent on conditions. Whatever sentient beings can eat, man can eat it; that is called a natural offering of heaven and earth. If you are too hungry and you can stubbornly endure it, the body will deteriorate. Practice, you need to use mind; should not cultivate extreme things like not eating and drinking. - I cultivate to this day, feeling that if the most, unfortunately cultivating wrong, it is dangerous. Only having BUDDHA is the best. - What is "wearing raw clothes, eating protein rice"? It is not that they do not eat rice! It is to eat to be full, not to eat well; wear warm enough to cover the body, not dress well. It is good to sleep just to get enough spirit; do not want to sleep. Sleep a lot, it is easy to be drowsy, heavy. If you order food without food or go hungry, it will make your body weak and it will be difficult to cultivate peace of mind. So it is a waste for you to come here to practice. I used to work through it (fasting); Now we know it is wrong. - Exercising to sleep and sitting is a requirement of good base; it's not that simple. Don't talk about the method, how to practice it, how to deal with it, etc.… Speaking of which, you add attachments. - This is something that people with good roots want to cultivate. When you practice, when you are mindful, you will naturally succeed. However, if the wrong way goes wrong, "the body is lost, difficult to recover"! There have been many mistakes already! - Question: The Venerable Master often teaches us to follow the example of Master-Master's great calendars. However, if the situation is too good: there is nothing lacking in clothing, clothing, and living, then how to learn the example of the ancestors? A: You should not be greedy, indulging in everything (eating, dressing, and living); just being able to live through the day is fine. Don't say that there is a lot of food to offer, and then plug in the head and eat it, slave to the mouth. However, not too little to eat, to get hungry. You have to eat your stomach, eat enough and be full is good. Do not distinguish good food, bad food! Currently, food contains chemicals, or has been contaminated with chemicals, antiseptics ... When the food is really inedible, or spoiled, do not eat it. Just eat in a mess, eat more, you can die! 3. LOOSE THIS Rotten Skin Bag This rotten leather bag is for me to borrow and stay in. However, also because of it (this body) that we create an infinite amount of karma. We, all born of karma, are therefore full of suffering. Less killing, reciting more Buddha's name can eliminate karma. - When the body is sick, but taking any medicine will not heal, recite the Buddha's name, the disease will heal, because Buddha Amitabha is the "Supreme Medicine King" (the highest physician king). - Can humans escape fate and suffering? For example, someone with a heart attack, if he concentrated on reciting Buddha's name, the heart disease would definitely heal. If you recite the Buddha's name but still want to go to the doctor to check your illness, then recite the Buddha's name to return to recite the Buddha's name, the disease cannot be healed (lack of sincerity). If he can focus on reciting the Buddha's name, the disease will heal, but he himself does not know it! - This body is like a house; will definitely fall apart. At that time, no matter how you repair it, it will crash. Hence we have to let go of the attachment to this false body; Do not take too much care, worry about it. After all, this body is an illusion; However, we must skillfully take advantage of it to practice. - Should not be too sorry for this body. When sick, do not be too concerned because it is a challenge. So concerned about this body that was challenged When sick, you must more and more celebrate the impermanence of human life. It is difficult for anyone to avoid birth, old age, sickness, death, and suffering; therefore, more effort must be made, increasing spirituality!
