The Ten Great Vows Of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. If you want to accomplish this discipline of merit, you must practice the ten vast vows. Nhac sex achievements test merit, generous prayer of the past, generous aspiration. If you want to achieve this merit: If there are sentient beings who want to achieve these virtues of Buddha. Is it true that Buddha alone has such immeasurable merit, and all sentient beings have no part? Not like that. Buddhism is very equal, there is absolutely no dictatorial thought in it. The Buddha's teachings teach that everyone can become a Buddha and not only a human being can become a Buddha, but all animals flying in the air, wading under water ..., plants can become Buddhas. Species that fly in the air, wade underwater ... are all called animals; Plants are species such as plants and flowers; fetus, eggs born, humid creatures, biochemistry, these twelve kinds of sentient beings can all become Buddhas. Not to say that only I can become a Buddha, and you cannot, without this! Also unlike other religions say: "Only the Holy Spirit of my religion is real, other than that it is fake". When it comes to becoming a Buddha, just fear that you are unsuccessful, if you have already, you are all Buddha's feet, no one is a fake Buddha. All Buddhas are real Buddhas, all sentient beings can become Buddhas. It is impossible to say just allow me to become a Buddha and you are not allowed to become a Buddha, such teachings are too narrow. What does it mean if your one Spirit alone is true? That will become a lonely god. All sentient beings can become Buddhas, so there are many, many Buddhas. Besides, "Buddhism is fellow Buddhism", so all Buddhas are the same, there is no difference. We, like all sentient beings who want to accomplish the merits of the Buddha, "must practice the ten great aspirations". Should practice ten great aspirations; Successfully cultivate these ten broad aspirations to achieve the merits of the Buddhas. What are ten? One is to pay homage to the Buddhas; the second is to proclaim Tathagata; the third is the offering of the offerings; four is confession of karma; five is rejoicing merit, six is sometimes changing the Falun; seven is to invite Buddha to stay in the world; eight is usually learned according to Buddha, nine is consensus sentient beings; ten is the dedication all over. Isometric? The most false worship of the Buddhas; the second author proclaimed Tathagata; the three fake advertisement offerings; Four fake confession of karma; the five fake rejoicing merit; Claims to change the Falun; fake fake Buddha's position; fake bowls often depend on Buddhist studies; Immortal beings agree with sentient beings; spectral direction. What are the ten: What are these ten broad disciplines? This is precisely the question of this broad list of ten virtues. One is to pay homage to the Buddhas: The first is to pay homage to the Buddhas. The ceremony is polite and polite. Ceremony is a form of showing respect from one person to another. You will be polite to someone who is respectful, someone else will also be respectful against you. Ceremony is one of the Five Common [[1]]: human, ceremony, meaning, wisdom, credit. The reason that humans differ from the animals is because of the ceremony. If human beings do not have a ceremony, it will be no different from animals. Why must be polite? Because we have respect for those around us, we should celebrate. We respect a person who must be made holy. For the Buddhas, the more we must show respect. Previously, the Chinese did not want to behave in front of Buddha, and neither do Americans now. When I just arrived in the United States, a lot of people told me, "Americans hate the most is bowing to Buddha"; I said, "That's very good! They don't want to bow, I definitely make them bow. If they don't bow, I won't teach them the Buddha's teachings, there's no need to be careful! ”. You bow to the Buddha, I will teach you the Dharma; If you do not take the stage, even if you want to study the Dharma with me, I will not teach it. Why? Since you are not polite towards the Buddha, what should I teach you about the Dharma? In the past, the Chinese people too, believed in Buddha, but did not want to bow to the Buddha. Like the ape does not know Buddha's ceremony, you teach it, it does not want to. There are also buffaloes, Horses also do not know the Buddha's ceremony, although in the reverence of the Buddha, they do not worship the Buddha. Previously, Chinese Buddhists did the same, respectfully but disrespectfully, but believe but not worship. In the Northern Wei period (386-535), Venerable Lặc-na-ma-Thread (Ratnamati) of Westerners saw this situation of the Chinese people, believing in Buddha but did not accept the worship, so it has no effect. Then, he came to China to set up seven Dharma rituals to teach Chinese people to worship Buddha. On the momentum of Buddhism spread to all over the country, everywhere it is also encountered a similar case. Initially Buddhism was introduced to China, the Chinese did not want to worship Buddha; Currently transmitted to the United States, Americans do not want to celebrate Buddha either. Why do not want to worship Buddha? Because in the past, there has never been a ceremony, in that human existence there exists the general self, the selfishness that this self is even bigger than the mountain Tu-di, So how can we worship Buddha? Someone saw someone else praying to the Buddha. They immediately came to stand like a log; Someone came to the place where people prayed to the Buddha to sit still like a rock ..., there are many different types. If we believe in Buddha, we should worship Buddha. If we do not worship Buddha, what should we say to believe? So we definitely have to worship Buddha. Someone said: "Buddha statue is just a carved log, what use do we worship that wooden statue?" The real wooden Buddha is not a Buddha, you should not be mistaken. Buddha is everywhere, there is no place that his dharmakaya does not exist. Wooden statue is just a symbol representing Buddha only. Just like every country has its flag, and everyone looks forward to the flag of the ceremony very respectfully. A flag is just a fabric or leather made up, So what effect do you look forward to with respect? The national flag represents the life of the nation, so the people who look forward to the national flag are paying homage to their country. The Buddha statue, too, is just a symbol of Buddha, not saying that the Buddha is actually Buddha. Then why must we face the Buddha's worship? Buddha exists everywhere, so do we need to rotate the four directions and eight directions to worship? That is also not true. The respect must have a place towards refuge, there must be a place to lean, there must be an objective for delegates. Like a country with many provinces, if you have to look to the flag of each province or district to pay homage, how can you arrive in time? So it's enough to point up just one flag to pay homage. We look towards Buddha to respectfully, the meaning is the same. There are seven ways of worshiping Buddha: Ceremony Crossroads: Why is it called a ceremony? It is seeing other people worshiping, we also worship, but the general self has not completely abandoned, bowing to the Buddha without any naturalness, and always wonders: What do I bow to the Buddha for? I don't have to bow to him? Therefore, we prostrate unhappily, very reluctantly. Or someone who sees someone else praying to the Buddha, everyone bowing but if we don't, we stand out too much, feel embarrassed, so we do it. Although the Buddha ceremony, but the general self is not lost, the ego remains. Seeing other people prostrate, they also bow, but in their hearts they think: "I'm really superstitious, what is the effect of worshiping Buddha? It's too superstitious! ”. To pray to honor: Why is it called to pray for honor? Listen to many people praise that: "The other person bows to the Buddha a lot, both bow to the Buddha, both praying and repenting, it is a practice of spiritual practice!". Hearing people praise others like that, this person also wants to be known for spiritual practice, should imitate the Buddha's worship and repent freely. Although this person rejoices, but it is not a sincere ceremony of the Buddha, it is because he wants to get the voice of spiritual practice, but the ceremony should be called praying for honor. This person does not have to believe, nor does he not believe the ceremony. It just means seeing the Buddha worshiper being offered, revered and praised by everyone as a true practitioner, so he also wants to be like that to worship the Buddha. Body and mind chanting ceremony: Why is the body and mind chanting ceremony? It is when we see people being different, we also worship; Everyone prostrates, I also bow, body and mind are oriented towards people - like other people, we are the same, regardless of whether the Buddha ceremony is beneficial or not, no matter whether the Buddha ceremony is righteous or superstitious. credit, also do not have the mind to seek fame, just follow other people only. This way of worship has no merit, no fault, but it is an ordinary thing. Purification ceremony: Why is it called pure ceremony? Wisdom is wisdom, purity is purity; use true wisdom, pure three kamma, body, speech, and mind to worship Buddha. That is the way of worshiping Buddha of the wise. If you worship the Buddha like that, you will not commit killing, stealing or adultery. That is pure karma. When you worship the Buddha, there is no greed, ignorance, and anger, but only respectful mind to worship the Buddha, so the karma is also purified. When you worship the Buddha, recite the Buddha's mouth or recite the mantras, so your speech and karma will not violate your speech, speech, or negative speech, and dual damage. That is pure karma. Three pure karma, body, speech, and mind, that is, using true wisdom to worship the Buddha, should be called pure wisdom. Enter the legal world ceremony: Why is it called the legal world ceremony entry? At the ceremony of Buddha visualization: Although our body has not yet become a Buddha, our xinxing is present throughout the world. Now we face a Buddha worshiping Buddha, but at the same time we also respect Buddhas throughout the Dharma realm; not just a single Buddha ceremony, but in front of each Buddha there is an emanation of me who respectfully makes prostrations and offerings to the Bodhisattva Buddhas. There should be a saying: "necessarily idealistic creation". Your mind disappears throughout the Dharma realm, so your body is also full of the world. If you worship the Buddha with such a mindset, each of your prostrations is also throughout the Dharma realm. “What is the legal world? I have listened to the Sutras for a few days but do not know what the legal world is? ". All the three great heavenly worlds are contained in the legal world, inside the legal realm, nothing outside the world. Your mind is the end of nothingness, the end of the world, so your respect is the end of nothingness, the same is true of the world and the merit you attain. That is called turning into the legal world ceremony. Orthodox practice of solstice ceremony: Righteousness is dedicated to visualizing the Buddha ceremony. Visualization: We worship a Buddha is also the worshiping of the Dharma realm of the Buddhas; The worshiping ceremony of the Buddhas is also the worshiping ceremony of a Buddha. Because the Buddhas in the ten directions and three generations have one Dharmakaya, it is said that "Buddhism is the same as Buddhism". We have to focus on consistently contemplating the Buddha's ceremony, not allowing delusions to interfere, so our body is worshiping the Buddha, but the mind runs to the cinema, or runs to the racecourse, discotheque, pub or restaurant. . In short, like a traveler going everywhere without buying a ticket, going up in the sky, down to the ground, sometimes running through New York, sometimes running back to San Francisco, but I don't know why, I think I have divine powers, but in fact, even a devil does not. It should not be said that divine powers are delusions, also known as wrong views, without righteousness. Practicing the righteousness is not to initiate the idea, to worship Buddha, to worship one-pointedly, the mind cannot do two things at the same time, cannot be worshiping Buddha here, but the mind aspires to another place. If the Buddha's ceremony has such integrity, it is better for you to worship a Buddha than the hundred, thousand, and ten thousand Buddhas; one prostration goes beyond the hundred, thousand, and ten thousand prostrations that are interrupted by delusions. So practice needs to come from one door with one mind. You need to know the dharma, if you do not know the dharma, even though it is the same ceremony as other people, but people worship the Buddha simply, and you worship the Buddha and your mind arises, thinking: After Buddha, we will go drink a cup of coffee, or drink some wine ”. You believe that, that is an evil habit. At the ceremony, the Buddha did not accept one-pointedness, the whole thought was raised up, such a ceremony did not have any merit. The truth is equal to the ceremony: The truth is that the ceremony is a ceremony that has no ceremony, no ceremony but ceremony. Someone said: "Oh, a ceremony without ceremony, no ceremony but a ceremony, then I don't worship Buddha is the Buddha ceremony!" There is no such explanation. It means that even though you worship the Buddha but don't accept the appearance of the Buddha, it's not like you don't worship the Buddha and think you have worshiped Buddha, saying that is crazy. It was like someone coming here told me that you have gone into nothingness. Saying that is so stupid! That kind of person has no cure, no way to save it. Why is that? Because their attachments are so heavy that they become too dumb. The truth is that the equality ceremony is equal to worshiping the Tam Bao, not attached to the general, revering the Buddha, respect the Dharma, respect the Sangha, regardless of the object of worship, a thought does not arise, one thought does not cease. This is the true law of immortality and immortality. It should be said: "One thought does not produce total manifestation". If you really can tell the Buddha to reach an unborn mindfulness, then the ten directions of the world will appear in full body. This body of yours, although here, is large in the same world, it is the truth, the form is formless (the truth is formless, but there is nowhere without the presence of the truth. , no possessors]). If you worship without the form of human beings, self, sentient beings, and living beings, together with the dharma realm merging into one body, then your body is also the dharma realm, the dharma realm is also your body. You see, is that wonderful? Previously your body was just a small point of Mount Tu-di, Mount Tu-di in the realm of the world like a single particle. You should not assume that Mount Tu-di is huge. At present, Mount Tu-di is in your Dharmakaya, your dharmakaya covers Mount Tu-di, do you see if that is miraculous! All things are in the universe, there is nothing that is not covered by your Fa nature, so there is nothing that you do not know. The truth is that equal ceremony is an impossible realm, if you can worship the Buddha to reach that realm, you say, can that magic be said to all? Can't say it all. Above mentioned briefly there are seven ways of worshiping Tam Bao. If we say it broadly, the ritual has three hundred, the posture has three thousand, so there are many rituals. In China there is a set of rituals called "Ceremony" (one of the "Four Letters" of Confucianism), specializes in writing about ritual ways. In the "Signing Ceremony" it is stated that each person has a seat, adults have seats for adults, children have seats for children, men have seats for men, women have seats for the woman, the old with the old man's seat, cannot sit messily. I apply for an application, such as: Where should children sit? "Signing Ceremony" says: "The baby sits in the corner" (The pupil is sitting). Children must sit in the corner, not face-to-face. Lecture to "ceremony", remember that when I was 12 years old I paid great attention to politeness. How to pay attention to politeness? I really like others who respect me. Respectfully like? When I was a child I liked to be emperor, usually the children in the village, sometimes fifty, sometimes a hundred, all obeyed my command. I told them to pile up a rather large mound, then I sat limply on the pile of dirt and told them to bow to me. Strangely, those children who did not object, turned towards me and bowed, obeyed my orders. When I was twelve years old, I saw a baby die, at that time I knew that man would die, so from then on I changed that bad habit, did not force the children to bow to me. I turn to others for prostration. First to start from whom? Starting with my parents. Early in the morning, prostrate to parents, evening also prostrate to parents. Father three, my mother three, like that light six prostration, evening six prostrations. Later I thought in this world not only my parents but also heaven, earth, king and teacher. Then I bowed to heaven, earth, king, and teacher. At that time, I did not know who my teacher was, because I had not met him yet, but in my heart I thought this: "In the future I will definitely have a teacher, although I have not met him at present, I need to prostrate to him first". That's why I prayed to heaven, earth, king, parents and teacher like that. If you look from the perspective of many people, what I do is very superstitious. Later I thought there were still saints in this world, so I prayed to saints again; Thinking that there are sages, I bow to sages. Later I also knew that in this world there is Buddha, so the direction of bowing to Buddha; bowing Bo-slaps, bowing to Thanh Van, Duyen Sensory. Next I thought that there are really good people in this world, I bow to good people; There are good people in this world, I bow to good people. I think that these people often do charity work to help people in need, so I bow to them on behalf of the poor. I think wicked people are pitiful too, I again represent these wicked people prostrating to the Buddha, asking the Buddha to forgive them for their mistakes, helping them to convert evil to good. I again act on behalf of all the sinners in this world, bowing to the Buddha, towards the Buddha to repent; On behalf of those who are not filial to their parents in life, repent to the Buddha. I think that I am the worst of the bad people, I should bow to the Buddha for all of them. Just like that after each prostration, I do exactly eight hundred and thirty prostrations. At what time do I bow? Small tip to you: My practice is very surreal! Early in the morning when everyone was not awake, I got up dressed in clean clothes, washed my face, went outside to light a incense stick and started prostrating. Regardless of the wind, the rain, the snow falling, I have to prostrate, even if it snows, I don't notice whether it's freezing cold or cool, I put my hand in the snow to bow. Eight hundred and thirty prostrations kept on kneeling, standing up; Standing up and kneeling, it was estimated to be an hour and a half. At night waiting after everyone went to bed, I went out to pray again. Just like that, I did prostrations for many years until after I was at the tomb of my filial mother that I reduced the number of bows, only to do it every day. No more prostrating as before, this will save a lot of time. I think everyone wants to know how I worshiped Buddha, so I just said it briefly. Respect to the Buddhas: the word "glass" means obeying the rules, based on the rules. The things you do are in accordance with the ceremony, that is the glass. If you don't keep ceremony, it is disrespectful. For example, if you respect someone, you will keep the form in front of that person, but if you don't respect that person, you will be sloppy, arbitrarily doing your own liking. Now we should pay homage to the Buddhas, which is the homage to all the Buddhas in the ten directions and three generations. Buddha was a great enlightened being, one who achieved great enlightenment. We do not know that these three realms are suffering, nor do we want to get out of the three realms, which is called unconsciousness. The second yana in the ordinary person is an enlightened person. What does the Second Enlightenment become enlightened? Enlightenment of birth and death is impermanent, extremely dangerous, so they practice to attain the divine zero [[2]], attain enlightenment of the Four Noble Truths, the Method of Twelve Causes and Conditions, which is called La-Han, also called Dependent Origination. Enlightenment. The Chinese New Year is also called Duyen Giac. These people are in the realm that can be considered an enlightened person, but cannot bring their enlightenment to people, they only know for self-interest but do not know the benefit, so they can only do it by themselves. enlightenment. Bodhisattva and La-Han are not the same, The Bodhisattva was able to self-consciously also be able to forgive, was able to self-benefit and also benefit. Buddha and Bodhisattva are also different. Bodhisattva can be self-conscious, self-forgiving, but not fully satisfied. Buddha is full of happiness, which means that the sense is also full, the practice is also full; self-consciousness is full but self-awareness is also complete. The reason Buddha became a great enlightened being is because all three types of his enlightenment are perfect, countless merits are complete, so it is called Buddha. The Hinayana teachings claim that there is only one Buddha, the Sakyamuni Buddha, that does not accept other Buddhas. The Hinayana Dharma is the dharma that Buddha Shakyamuni taught to the five monks for the first time at Deer Park, so those who follow Hinayana only know Shakyamuni Buddha. in another world there are countless Buddhas. Because they don't know, they say there is no Buddha in the ten directions, only Buddha Shakyamuni. So the ten directions of Buddhism are not there? Not like that! Even if they admit there are ten Buddhas, there are already ten Buddhas, if they don't admit there are still ten Buddhas. Buddha in the ten directions and Buddha Shakyamuni is one, should say: "The ten directions of the Buddha's life, the same Dharmakaya" (the three directions of the Buddha's body are the most communal Dharmakaya). Now Samantabhadra Bodhisattva develops vast vows, how great are those spiritual aspirations? Those are the aspirations of the inexplicable realm, so there is no way to know how large his vows are, so call Samantabhadra Bodhisattva "Vow King", He is the king of the vows. The first prayer "worshiping the Buddhas" is not just paying homage to Buddha Shakyamuni or Amitabha Buddha, but one ceremony is all ceremonies; One Buddha is all Buddhas. To pay homage to a Buddha is to bow to all the Buddhas, to bow to all the Buddhas is to pay homage to a Buddha. Paying homage to all Buddhas without accepting all Buddhas, paying homage to one Buddha is also not attached to one Buddha, that is the practice of "truth and equality". Whether it is a ceremony for all Buddhas or a Buddha, but also does not accept that general. Should not say: "This time my merit is great, I have worshiped so many Buddhas, others cultivating cannot match me". The ceremony of the Buddha should not be attached to the general, that is called "honoring the Buddhas". Pay homage to the Buddhas, do the Buddhas need us to pay homage? If we worship Buddha, then Buddha is also Buddha, if we don't worship Buddha, Buddha is still Buddha. It is absolutely not because we worship the Buddha that the Buddha will have more benefits, the new Buddha is greater; while we do not worship Buddha, the Buddha suffers, the Buddha is overshadowed. We worship the Buddha to show our respect for the Buddha, and the Buddha will neither increase nor decrease, so we should not have attachment to the Buddha. The second is to proclaim Tathagata: Why must proclaim Tathagata? The Tathagata does not need our acclaim, He is not like us. You confess Him, will He rejoice, nose will open, eyes will shine? Not even praising Him, hmm! His nose was hot, His eyes fell? If so, then Buddha is no different than human, we don't need to worship him, we don't need to praise Him. Why? Because He is like an ordinary man, what do we need to worship Him, praise Him? Buddha did not need us to praise him, so why do we still praise Him? Isn't that a very contradiction? There is no such thing as a contradiction. If we praise the Buddha, our self-nature will generate merit. What merit is born? The self-nature of each of us has aura, if you praise the Buddha, the aura of self-nature will appear to destroy your own delusion. Thanks to the merit of praising the Buddha, you will not create karma without being invisible. If your vision was partially reduced, the light of wisdom revealed more of it. Why are religious people afraid to start thinking? It is because of this point. You have just started thinking, your self-nature is like being swept on a black layer; if you do not give rise to thought, the light of your self will be displayed brighter and brighter. When praising the Buddha is in your heart rejoicing with the Buddha, rejoicing with Buddha is in harmony with the light of Buddha's wisdom, so the light of your nature will also be revealed. What is called praise Tathagata? Like saying: Buddha, all over the earth and heaven, no one is like that in the Ten directions like that. All in the world I see. All no one can be equal to the Buddha. Heavenly people are as infinite as the Low Buddha, the world has countless herons, The world possesses the true self-realization Necessarily non-existent like fake Buddha. That is praising Tathagata; In heaven, in heaven and even on the earth, there are no deities, Bodhisattvas, Bodhisattvas, Buddhas, can compare with Buddha, no one can match; not only in heaven, on earth, no one can match Buddha, but also in the ten directions of the world nobody can match. See, this world of ours, although there are five major continents such as America, Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa, but these five major continents are just one world, and there are world in ten Phuong. The world in the ten directions has boundless worlds. Currently there are countries planning to use rockets to send people to the moon, the moon can also be said to be one of the worlds, just a small world but not a great world. Although there are many people and things in the ten directions of the world, but no one, nothing can match Buddha. All that exists in this world you can see all over, but all cannot be compared with Buddha. Or admire. Amitabha Buddha with golden body A good and shining General with nothing like the graceful Year of Tu-di. Four great seas in all eyes In aura of countless Buddha countless Bodhisattvas appearing in the Forty-eight vows sentient beings Nine products to liberate golden lotus. Amitabha Buddha body of metal color, General good optical-intelligent unequal-rotation, White grace-shifting five Tu-di, Cam purification of the four great seas, Quang neutralizing Buddha countless memories, Hoa Bo-slapped them boundless herons, Four of the ten volleyball sentient beings, Nine products for the spirit of being posted. The body of Amitabha Buddha, the world priest of the West Pole Lac, is a golden color. He has thirty-two good generals [3], eighty beauty [4], aura radiating all over, no one can match. How big is the aura of white hair between the eyebrows of Amitabha Buddha? As big as the five mountains Tu-di. His eyes are blue and clear, like the four great seas. Buddha's eyes are as big as four great seas, you see how big the Buddha's body must be! In the aura of Amitabha Buddha it turned out to be boundless Buddha. He not only turned out the Buddhas but also turned out countless Bodhisattvas, He not only turned out Bodhisattvas, but also turned out Shravakaya, Dependent Origination, and he also turned out to infinite number of sentient beings in the six paths. . Amitabha Buddha has generated forty-eight great vows, each one aimed at liberating all sentient beings. The lotus flower in the Western world of Great Bliss is divided into nine products, each of which is divided into nine products, so nine times nine is eighty-one products, used to lead sentient beings to the shore of Nirvana of liberation, born in the world of Great Bliss. To be born in the Western world of Great Bliss, partly through proclaiming the Tathagata, to have this merit is to practice like the Tathagata. "Tathagata": The Vajra Sutra says: "The Tathagata is not coming from nowhere and going nowhere, so it should be called the Tathagata" (fake Tathagata, no future, no past life herons, known as Tathagata) . "Like" is quiet; "Hybrid" is dynamic. The Tathagata can be said to be like coming, but His being is not moving, coming from nowhere, going nowhere. "Like" is the reason, "Lai" is the thing. That is also the realm of "uneasiness reasoning" of this Sutra. This Sutta has: legal world, the legal world, the legal world ignorance and the ignorance of the legal world. Tathagata is the legal world without fear and is also one of the ten titles of the Buddha. The third is extensive cultivation of offerings: "Wide" is vast, "tu" must practice, practice in a vast way. There are many types of offering such as: Making offerings to the body, offering the mind to offering, bringing the body and mind to make offerings. What is offering the body? Like the two monastic disciples of the Buddha who bring their bodies to the Buddhas, bring the body to the Buddha, bring the body to practice Buddhism. These people not only make offerings to their bodies but can also be said to make offerings to them, use their mind to truly practice the Dharma, daily prostrate to the Buddha, chant sutras, pray, do not forget to recite, always happily practice. Buddhism, make offerings to the Buddhas wholeheartedly. As the majority of lay people take advantage of their free time to go to the temple to offer incense offerings to the Buddha, that is also called offering body and mind. Or someone who is busy all the time, does not have time to go to the temple, every day stay at home to respectfully offer incense offerings to the Buddha, practice visualization of the Buddha's ceremony, which is also called offering the body and mind. Or someone who, due to many different circumstances such as distant roads, can also use the same way of making offerings to body and mind. Or someone offers incense and flowers; or someone lights up a lamp or candle to make offerings to the Buddha; or someone who offers fruit, new clothes ... there are countless ways of offering like that. Offering inherently has ten types, from ten kinds of offering turned into one hundred, one hundred kinds turning into a thousand kinds, a thousand kinds of offerings, that is called wide offerings. We confront a Buddha who makes an offering, should visualize the offering to spread throughout the boundless Dharma realm of the Buddhas. Before each Buddha, there is my body in which the dhamma is offered. You visualize like that called making offerings throughout the Dharma realm. Offering the legal realm, the achievement of merit such as the Dharma realm, the achievement of merit in the Dharma realm, the attainment of wisdom like the realm of the Dharma realm, and the attainment of the knowledge of the Dharma realm, the achievement of the French realm. Because of this, making generous offerings is making offerings with all your abilities. You have all the energy you make full use to make offerings to the Buddha, make offerings to the Dharma, and make offerings to the Sangha. Samantabhadra Bodhisattva practiced such a practice, he practiced the practice of making offerings to the Three Jewels in a large way. Four is to confess karma: "Penance" is to repent of the previous mistakes, to change the previous mistakes; "Repent" is to get rid of the mistakes later, from now on, not to make those mistakes again. So repentance can be said that the faults that arise cause it to cease, the unborn evil deeds do not allow it to arise and it can also be said that the good deeds that have been born cause it to grow, the good deeds not to arise. cause it to arise. The good deeds that have been born cause it to grow ceaselessly, the unborn good deeds cause it to be born ceaselessly. "Karma" has many types, karma is one of the three obstacles. The three obstacles are karma, karma, and negativity. Now it is said that repentance of karma is also the repentance of repentance, repentance of afflictions. As a result, there are three types of karma: body karma, speech and karma. The karma created by the body is the karma of killing, the karma of stealing and the karma of lust. Slaughtering, concretely speaking, killing large animals; To speak a little deeper is to kill small creatures like ants, Mosquito, fly ..., that's also called killing. In addition to killing large species, babies can also kill with ideas. Why is it called killing with ideas? Even though you have not really killed, but in your mind there has arisen the idea of killing. If you keep on attaining the nature, then you have committed the precept of killing. Self-nature does not kill, but in your mind has started to kill the Bodhisattva is considered a transgression. You arise a thought to kill, cause kills, conditions to kill, how to kill, karma to kill, that are all called transgression. The same is true of theft. A great thief is to invade another person's country, a small theft is to take your property and a smaller theft is to take a needle, a thread, a blade of grass, a man's tree. In general, what people do not give to themselves is called theft. Lustful karma also has big and small, has rough reality, Until the mind arises a sexual concept, in the place of self-nature has not been impure. The mind has three evil things: greed, hatred, and ignorance; there is karma created by greedy mind, there is karma created by aversion mind, karma created by delusion. There are four evils in the mouth: telling lies, lying lies, saying cruel words, speaking piercing words. The multitude of actions are places where karma is created. Now we all have to develop a mind of repentance, may the sins created from now on do not dare to do more, to end completely; unfulfilled evil is not allowed to arise. That is called confession of karma. How to repent? In front of Buddha earnestly earnestly, tearful tears, compassionate one begged for repentance. If you truly repent, the karma will be eliminated. The year is the rejoicing of merit: "Depending" means to follow or to follow, "Joy" means to rejoice, "merit" is the merit that has been established, "virtue" is the virtue done. Rejoicing can also be called happy others according to the merits they have done, we can also say that we rejoice according to the merits that others have done. If you want to repent of karma, you must rejoice in the merits, if you want to cultivate a wealth of merit, you must repent of your karma. If the moment of karma cannot be eliminated, it should create more merit, so saying rejoicing merit is also repenting of karma, repenting of karma is also rejoicing merit. Was that so, why still the fifth prayer is rejoicing merit? Because the fourth vow specializes in confessing karma, you want to confess karma, so at the same time, you can rejoice in the merit in the fifth vow. To rejoice in merit involves all kinds of good deeds. All the good merits, you should rejoice; all the sinful things you should not do. What is rejoicing merit? As someone suggests doing something that benefits everyone, doing a good deed is called good. What is the result? Public means plus, that is, the public works; Everyone's work, things like that you should do a little more. You consider the word public (功) as the word public (工) of the job, add next to the word force (力), which means you have to work hard, especially when doing common things, you should do do my best. Currently, the general tasks are mostly done by the government. For example, repairing bridges, accreting roads ... are all places to establish merits. What you do that benefits everyone is called public. Public works are saved and normally visible to all people. When doing a common task, there is usually an icon that makes everyone who looks at it know who it is. Just like you build a few classrooms for a certain school, your name will be engraved on the school gate, which is called public. Duc: Happiness is found in the mind called virtue. The things you do make your heart rejoice, that is virtue. Usually you make the merits, everyone will know, but with virtue, people don't really know. Germany has merit and virtue. Virtue is a work you do that makes everyone very happy and clearly known. Tantric virtue is something you do that benefits everyone, but often people don't know it. Like someone who has the power to quietly follow to help all sentient beings, but everyone does not know, that is secret virtue. To rejoice in merit is to do well by yourself, so it makes others feel like it too, that is, others rejoice in their merits; Other people do a good job, you know it so you also bring your strength to help them, that is, you rejoice in the merits of others. Rejoicing the merits not only rejoicing oneself but also rejoicing others, to rejoice in all the good deeds that beings in the dharma realm have done with a joyful mind, whatever good deeds you should help. do. Depending on the merit rejoicing, there is rejoicing the merit of the Buddha, the merit of the Bodhisattva, the merit of Thanh Van, the Pratyekabuddha, the merit of all sentient beings. What is called rejoicing the merit of the Buddha? For example, if you teach the sutras, the sermons, teach sentient beings, it is the Buddha's merit rejoicing. You recommend teaching people who practice six degrees, all kinds of happiness, practice Bodhisattva, that is the joyfulness of the Bodhisattva. You recommend teaching people to cultivate the Twelve Causes and Conditions, that is, rejoicing the merits of Dependent Origination. You teach everyone to practice the Four Noble Truths, that is to rejoice in the merits of Thanh Van. You rejoice in heaven, who cultivates the five moral precepts, and that is called rejoicing the merits of heaven and people. Teaching about rejoicing the merit is endless, now I only teach such great idea. Six is to change the Dharma: What is Falun? "Rotation" means to restore. This dharma wheel can subjugate the pagan celestial spirit, making the Fa-rectification last long. After the Buddha attained enlightenment, three times changed the wheel of the Four Noble Truths of the five monks, which is called turning the wheel of dharma. Visiting Buddha, Bodhisattva, Thanh Van, Duyen Giac, La-Han sermon, visiting the dharma sermon are called sometimes turning the wheel of dharma. Like we teach the sutras every day, there are two lay people or mages who come first to request the dharma, which is the act of requesting to change the sixth wheel of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva. What is the benefit of turning the wheel of dharma? In this world, if someone turned the wheel of dharma, the demon king would not dare appear, if there were no people changing the wheel of dharma, the demon king would appear in the world. That is one point, but if you now request the dharma, the merit of changing the wheel of dharma will be achieved through your request, you have acquired the merit of turning the wheel of dharma, then wisdom will open. Again, sometimes changing the wheel of law is also rejoicing merit. Because you invite the magician to lecture everyone to hear, bringing benefits to everyone, there is rejoicing in merit in doing so. So these ten great vows are always linked together, as if you want to repent, you must rejoice in the merits, if you want to rejoice in the merits, you must request to change the wheel of dharma. The turn of the wheel of dharma is the greatest way to rejoice in merit. Not only does the teaching of the sermon be called the turning of the wheel of dharma, but anyone doing any work related to Buddhism is also called the turning of the wheel of dharma. Like printing this sutra for everyone to see is also called turning the wheel of dharma. The recommended amount of money for recording the lecture is also to change the wheel of practice; Now the tape recorder recording the dharma sound is also called turning dharma; you translate the sutras also called turning the wheel of dharma. Those who are taking notes here, taking clear notes will later explain to everyone, that is preparing to change the wheel of dharma. We chanting, praying is also turning the wheel of dharma. Whenever you are in Buddhism, doing things beneficial to Buddhism is called turning the wheel of dharma. You see that the Chinese characters in front of us are also changing the great dharma. Every night we teach the sutras is also turning the wheel of dharma; In the daytime, sitting meditation is also turning the wheel of dharma. All of the above are a form of turning wheel of dharma. Currently, we here listen to the dharma, which is also changing the wheel of dharma, as long as you understand it clearly, that is to change the wheel of law. If you do not understand, feel that this work is too hard, too hard, it is fear of turning the wheel of dharma. Seven is to invite Buddha to stay in the world: Buddha was born, stayed in life, finally entered Nirvana. When Buddha was in life, the world was like a sun, everywhere was bright; Buddha entered Nirvana, the world became dark. Therefore, Samantabhadra Bodhisattva made a great request for Buddha to stay in life, do not enter Nirvana. Buddha is always satisfied for sentient beings, if all sentient beings invoke Buddha in life, he will not enter Nirvana. If there are no sentient beings who invoke the Buddha in life then after completing the teaching of sentient beings worthy of teaching, He will enter Nirvana, so the seventh vow of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is to request Buddha in life. Eight is often learned according to the Buddha: Samantabhadra Bodhisattva vows to always follow the Buddha's teaching side. The Buddhadharma is immense, but if we learn the Dharma, we should not be afraid much. The more we learn Buddhism, the greater wisdom. Like Sun fake A-nan, why is his memory so good? Should say: "Dharma is like a big sea, flowing into the mind of A-nan" (Buddhism is like a great sea, saved in A-nan mind). Why is the Buddha Dharma like water in the great sea, all flowing into the mind of false Buddha A-nan? Because Sun fake A-nan forever after life, forever focus on multi-text, so his memory can be so good. In the sense of "often studying according to the Buddha" also implies the meaning of indulgence, laziness, and lethargy; need to diligently cultivate the precepts, wisdom, concentration, complete the mind of greed, anger, delusion. If you can diligently practice morality, concentration, wisdom, and completely put an end to greed, anger, and delusion, that is often studying according to Buddha. Nine is the consensus of sentient beings: This word "constant" has the same meaning as the word "lower", which is a constant constant. "Thuan" is convenient and depends on the realm of sentient beings. Sentient beings are insane, so will you follow the insanity of sentient beings? Basic beings without knowledge, if you follow those beings without knowledge, won't you also walk on the same dull path? The consensus of sentient beings is according to the custom of sentient beings to save them from the reverse flow, which is called consensus. Why say save them from the reverse flow? Since sentient beings are all insane, the madness is the reverse flow. Like the water flowing down the East, you go back in the boat from East to West, that is called upstream. If you follow sentient beings, you cannot become a Buddha. If you want to become a Buddha, you cannot follow sentient beings. So Bo-slapped Samantabhadra why follow sentient beings? That is, he wants to bring sentient beings downstream from the upstream, to save them from the upstream. It should be said: "upstream the flow of the noble realm into the French nature of the Saint" (Abundant subjugation in the current world, entering the French Holy person counts downstream), that is called constant sentient beings. If not, you follow sentient beings, they enjoy creating karma, why would Bodhisattvas like you create sin according to them? Beings are enchanted, due to charm, create karma, create karma, they must suffer retribution (or arisen, creating karma, feeling the expectation). Then you are also enthralled following sentient beings, create karma and bear karma? Isn't that already turned into sentient beings? The consensus of sentient beings is that it is not boring to teach sentient beings, causing sentient beings to lose their delusion of awareness, away from the path of delusion to attain enlightenment, so the consensus of sentient beings is also the ba-la-secret effort, Ba-la-honey diligent is not bothered by sinful sentient beings. Sentient beings create a lot of misery, nor does Buddha hate them, will not say, "Oh! You are such a living being that creates so much misery, I will not degree you, let you fall to hell! ”. Buddha has no such mind. Even if sentient beings create karma, Buddha only uses a compassionate, happy mind to save them. That is true three-la-secret effort. When Buddha Shakyamuni was still practicing Bodhisattva, he had a lifetime in the mountains of practicing alms-giving diligently. Once, it snowed heavily for many days, All the scenery on the mountain was engulfed in snow. There was a mother tiger that brought a baby tiger looking for prey, but she did not. The tiger's eyes were about to die, the mother tiger could not be too hungry. Shakyamuni Buddha saw it, and thought: "I vow to give my body alms to the tigers, may they, after eating my flesh, give rise to the Bodhi mind, becoming godly." Having made his vows, he immediately took off his clothes, jumped down next to the tiger to feed them. That is the three-la-honey alms, also the three-la-secret effort, which is part of the consensus of beings. The Buddha's consensus for sentient beings is like that, but if we agree with sentient beings, we must educate them, unable to say: "Samantabhadra Bodhisattva says to agree with sentient beings, so there are sentient beings to suck, I also smoke along. surname; There are sentient beings who drink, I also drink; there are sentient beings working deludedly, I also do a bit of delusion like them ”, that is not consistent sentient beings. The consensus of sentient beings is to bring sentient beings out of the delusion, to transform sentient beings to us, to cultivate the path together with us, that is the consensus of sentient beings. You should not misunderstand that "consensus of sentient beings" is racing together with sentient beings, running until forgetting about your home, not knowing where your home is. Ten is dedicating all over: "Universal" is the same, "period" is complete. "Spectacular dedication" is that all the works are dedicating. Dedicate to whom? Dedicate to the Buddhas. The merits done every day are dedicated to the Buddhas. So should say: May this merit bring the Buddha's kingdom Seriously On the temple four heavy blessings Under the three-way suffering If anyone hears All the bodhicitta mind All this one bodhichitta. That is the dedication. Islamic is back, is to rotate inwards; the direction is the outward direction. Before you have to turn around, then you can look outside. Dedicate to where? Each of us is from ordinary people towards saints, that is, from sentient beings towards Buddhas. Revering the holy spirit, it is dedication; to revive sentient beings towards Buddha; retribution; the great direction; dedication to forgive self, that is the dedication. What is called self-indulgence? For example, we do good deeds, and then dedicate the merit of those actions to our friends, causing them to develop Bodhi mind, becoming immoral, that is called self-indulgence. Reconstructing the logic is that we do that work, although we have the appearance, but we must focus on its reason, which is invisible, to bring tangible merit to the endless Dharma realm. When I was in the minor direction, I used to practice Hinayana, Now we do not practice Hinayana anymore, but instead practice according to the Mahayana Dharma, which is called the great direction. Again, if we teach the sutras on a daily basis, it is the giving of the Dharma, which is the supremacy of all other generosity, it can be said that the merit is even greater than bringing seven treasures of generosity throughout the three great heavenly beings world. Despite such great merit, I myself did not pray, but vowed to bring the merit to preach the sutras, to preach the sermons, to change the great Dharma wheel to solemn the pure land of the Buddhas in the ten directions. On the repayment of the merits of heaven and earth, monarchs, parents, ancestors; under suffering suffering in the three paths of hell, hungry ghost, animal. If someone is destined to meet this sutra teaching assembly, hear this dhamma, so quickly generate Bodhi mind, wait after the present body is all over, we will be reborn together in the realm of Dewachen. This is dedication.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY= VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.25/2/2021.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
