The Buddha taught "life is suffering" but what kind of suffering? What kind is natural? What kind of do we self pick? Which suffering is greater than suffering?
1. Natural Dimensions:
Natural suffering is too hungry, too full, too hot, cold too ... who are born in life, from Buddha to beings must have. It is extremely precious, a gift for each person, if not suffering from it becomes a rock (no sense of hot and cold ...). This suffering is natural and necessary as life instinct in life helps us to know the danger level to the wave network to avoid. Knowing life means appreciating the value of this suffering of life.
2. Suffering:
This suffering is the result of past wrongdoings. This expression expresses the law of cause and effect to help people see the mistakes of their previous craft, so that they know how to adjust their awareness and behavior. The education effect is very high, helping people to evolve on the path of enlightenment. If there is no suffering, no one knows how wrong they are.
3. Virtual background:
This suffering is created by illusion but not real. This is the true form of suffering which the Buddha speaks of in the Four Noble Truths. It is more miserable than the two kinds of suffering, which is called the Suffering. It can end, or end when no illusion of illusion. Mistaken suffering with natural suffering and suffering is not true. The suffering of love, compassion, non-charity creates new forms of suffering, suffering, suffering in suffering. Three types of suffering in this suffering are created by illusion so called virtual misery.
Although created by illusion, but once the results are formed, it becomes a real pain. For example, by imagining fear of ghosts, but when frightened, lost sleep. Therefore, from the suffering of the mind, it results in the suffering of the body that becomes suffering.
If the illusion disappears, the pain also disappears, only the sequelae on the body only (myocardial infarction, for example). For example, a person who sees a rope that thinks a snake is afraid of anxiety produces a nervous strain that is painful, but when looking back at the rope, all the illusion and its effect cease. So this suffering is suffering can be stopped by reflecting that it is only due to illusion born.
DOB should be understood correctly. Many people misunderstand suffering is natural suffering or misery should try to escape these two types of suffering, so like stone wood. Only when suffering suffering from illusion is born, then the delusion of the self, and of course there is no suffering anymore. But at that moment, the natural suffering was more accurate to avoid.
For example, drink a little alcohol has clearly seen its immediate harm should not be addicted and avoid illness. Or when there is suffering results know the cause of his creation should not complain to anyone else. Thus, only the end of the suffering created by the illusion that the Buddha calls suffering, not the desire to escape suffering and suffering. That is a big mistake in the practice. If so mistaken, the practice will lead to the destruction of the truth, not the destruction of the self that creates the illusion.
It is also necessary to distinguish between cause and effect: there is suffering from the inhuman mind, called unpleasant feeling, but still suffering, not the mind of the man of creation. The "body" has the perceptions of seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, touching, and knowing that this is the manifestation of the inhuman mind that experiences feelings of pleasure, suffering, joy, good and equanimity. Some object, due to inhuman immaterial evil hatred and self-suffering, not the present man-made. In fact, if there is no heterosexual mind, then there is no body. Even the Buddha and the Stupas are also from the inhuman mindlessness, so they still have feelings of suffering. Cause and effect in the karmic is also the cause of natural cause and effect, so the consequences are still natural, only different innocent and charming only ...END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.25/9/2017.
