7 th in the 4th in Jetavana (-586).

Prior to the day when the Buddha went begging for alms in the Sravasti City, before a well-off house, the owner was away, a white dog leaning against the barking fierce. The Buddha looked straight at the dog said:
 Well, hold on!
The dog suddenly looks scared, ear buds, bowed, curved tail between the legs, slowly go to the front door down. When his owner, Suka, returned, the dog was upset and asked the employee:
 Why the dog today looks so scared, so scared?
 Sir, Gotama sat up in front of the alms house, and he barked at the barking fierce, beaten by Gotama, who was lying there until now.
Suka angry looking to the Jetavana monk asked the Buddha what to do to change the sad dog to stop eating, lying still. Give newspaper:
 That dog in his previous life was his father. Before he died he could only show him the gold mark, so he regretted reborn as a dog that was usually placed in the gold mark to hold. Go to the place to dig up, then it will be upset.
Suka heard, back home to dig the gold cup. He was so excited, and visiting Buddhist holy offerings to the boys they increase [1] .

The Buddha taught seven classes of wife on earth. [2] 

One day, Mr. Sudatta invited the Buddha to his maternity house. While Lord Buddha and Mr. Sudatta were talking in the living room, there was a loud noise coming from the back of the house.Buddha asked what is the matter. Mr. Sudatta said,
 Lord, that is Sujata, your daughter. My only youngest son Kala is still living with me. His wife is a rich man, who is often used to scolding a servant, but does not respect the elder, ignoring the counsel of her husband and mother-in-law. Today knows that the Exalted to the house that it also does not abstain anything. We ask the Blessed One to forgive.
The Buddha called the bride out and gave a lecture on the seven classes of wives in society. The Buddha said:
 Society today is often unaware of the important role of women in the family. Actually a family is happy or not largely due to the character, manners and ingenuity of the general. If one observes, there are seven types of wife:
1) - The woman does not have compassion, low spirit, careless husband care, not polite courtesy, love to do stubborn, damaged body stigma. That is  the murder wife (Vadhakabhariya).
2) - A woman steals her husband. Or the seal of the husband made for personal use. It is  a wife of theft (Corabhariya).
3) - The woman is lazy, voracious, does not do anything all day, enjoys gossiping and groaning, not paying attention to her husband's hard labor. It is  a wife like the mistress  (Ayyabhariya).
4) - The woman loves her husband as a loving mother and takes good care of her. It is  a wife like mother  (Matubhariya).
5) - The husband respects her husband like his sister respectfully, peacefully and wholeheartedly serve. It is  a wife like a sister  (Bhaginibhariya).
6) - Charming woman, gentle, cheerful, joyful whenever she sees her husband as long-distance friend. It is  a wife like a close friend  (Sakhibhariya).
7) - The woman who suffered whips also did not fear, complain, silent bear and always obey her husband. It is  a wife like a maid  (Dasibhariya).
 Lord, please think that from now on you belong to the wife category as the girl.

The Buddha taught there is suffering is suffering [3] 

One afternoon, there was a young man, a groggy face because his only son had just died. For a few days, he went to the grave yard crying "Baby, where are you now?" Many people find him so miserable to tell him to go to see the Buddha at the Jetavana monastery. After listening to him, Lord Buddha advised:
 Hey man, life is like that. Every hurt is suffering.
 You were wrong, he was protesting right away. Merchants only bring people joy and happiness only. Only death brings suffering.
Having said that, he dissatisfied and stood up, leaving the Buddha an opportunity to explain further. He was disappointed, wandering a while when a team of people were gambling. He sat down to attend and by the way told them about the meeting with Buddha. All the other people agreed: "Love can not bring misery and disappointment, but love brings joy and happiness." He was right, Sasuke Gotama said wrongly.
This story is spread out, and soon became a hotly debated topic among sravasti sects. Many sect leaders also claim that the Buddha has a misconception of love. Tale to the king Pasenadi ear [4] .
That afternoon, during a family meal, the king said to the empress:
 The sarcasm that people call the Buddha may not be a good person.
 Why did the emperor say so? Asked Queen. Who complains Gotama?
- This  morning I heard the mandarins in the tide of Gotama. They say that as Gotama saves more and more suffering much suffering.
 If Gotama said so then it must be true.
 Empress should not say so. I have to think about it. Do not act like a pupil, whatever the teacher says is right.
Empress is silent. The next morning she asked a person to call Nalijangha to the Buddha to ask if he had said that "Love is the source of suffering and despair"? If so, please explain the Buddha more clearly, and try to remember all the Buddha taught to tell her story.
Nalijangha to see the Buddha, confirmed by the Buddha and told the following two stories show that love comes with suffering:
 In Sravasti, recently a girl has just lost her mother. She was so distressed that she went crazy, all day wandering the streets, and everyone asked, "Where is my mother?" Also in Sravasti, not long ago, two young men and women fell in love, but the girl's family forced her to marry her for a boy she did not love. Therefore, two lovers must commit suicide, thinking that only death can bring them together. This is Nalijangha, as saying that suffering is suffering because when you love, people often cling to a person or something. While in this world all things are impermanent, there must be birth, there must be tan, no one avoided.
Nalijangha tells her story to Queen Mallika. One day, when King Pasenadi was free, the queen asked the king,
 How do you think? Is Vajiri Princess the one you love the most and love the most?
 Yes so, my love and my daughter are also possible.
 So what if there is unfortunate happen to Vajiri then you have worry, sorrow and disappointment?
The pasenadi king was startled, silent. The king found that in love there were already seeds of anxiety, grief and despair. King naturally lost peace, murmured:
- Every day I have the opportunity to visit Gotama sa.

Buddha Pasenadi King [5] 

One day King Pasenadi went alone to visit the Buddha, without a queen and princesses. He left the car and the guard outside Jetavana and walked alone. An overseer brought the king to see the Buddha before the leaves of the people. After the greeting and peace, the king immediately:
 Ladies and recluses Gotama, people often praise him as Buddha, to have reached the highest enlightenment fruition. I wondered how old he was, he was only ten years old, how did he achieve that? I have heard of noble leaders such as Purana Kassapa, Makkhali Gosaleiputta, Nigantha Nataputta, Sanjaya Belatthiputta and so on. These are all long-time practitioners, their ages are high, why do not they claim themselves to be completely enlightened? There are also Pakudha Kaccana and Ajita Kesakambala. Did you hear about them?
 Great King, the Buddha survived, I have heard of them and have a taste I have ever met.Excellency, enlightenment does not depend on age and years of study. There are little things that one should not despise like a little prince, a snake, a small flame and a young priest. The baby king may also have the kingly qualities of a king. A snake can also make you lose your life for a moment. A small spot of fire can burn a forest or a city. A young monk can attain enlightenment altogether. Prince Siddhartha, the wise man never despised a young son, a serpent, a small flame, a young priest.
King Pasenadi watched the Buddha in amazement. The Buddha uttered these words in a casual way, calm, not a little complex. The king began to have faith in the Buddha. He continued:
 recluse Gotama, has said that he advocated should not love. The more worries, the more worries, sorrows and disappointments. I think that might be true, but my heart is still. I think if there is no love life will be dry and very tasteless. Please consider this place for me.
 Great king, heal rather, his question had the opportunity to enlighten me weak sense for people to understand me. Life requires love, but not love based on desire, passion and entanglement, but love is broad, equality, without distinction called compassion. The word (maitri) is joy, karuna is suffering.Compassion does not accept a person, there are recipients, should not be entangled in the trap of greed, hatred and delusion. Because without being entangled in self, we do not bring worry, sorrow and disappointment. The compassionate person is willing to give pleasure, to save suffering for all beings, regardless of whether he or she is his parents or brothers. Great king, he is the leader of a country, if he develop compassion, the people throughout the country are grateful for merit.
 I have a family to look after, a kingdom to take care of. If I do not love my family and my people in my country, how can I care and take care of them?
 Great king, I do not mean great king should not love the Prince and Princess Vajiri Jeta, I only recommend great king should love everyone as he loves the prince and princess. Love equality, without distinction, is compassion. Compassion and choice create injustice and division, hatred and war. Only compassion really brings peace and happiness to everyone.
 What a miracle! But how can we express our love for one person if we do not show them that they care for them more than others?
 Every king has his own suffering and desire. Finding ways to satisfy their true desires is "From," seeking to deal with their suffering as "Bi". Joy, relief of suffering equality for all. It is only convenient to take action. He should be happy, save suffering depends not on the person.
 What a miracle! Santa Gotama His teachings on compassion and preaching are wonderful and profound. I need time to reflect and to penetrate the two words compassion. I thank you and say goodbye to you. The other day I will come here to learn about your enlightenment and liberation teachings.
That afternoon, Queen Mallika and Princess Vajiri suddenly found the king very sweet and quiet.Empress and princess know that is the effect of the meeting between the king and the Buddha.

In the 4th, there are more than 150 youths in the family [6]


The visit of King Pasenadi at the Jetavana monastery has been widely discussed and has had a significant impact on the Sravasti capital. Some sectarian leaders, who have long been respected and patronized by the king, begin to feel guilty about being abandoned. They looked at Jetavana's mummy with an unsympathetic eye.
However, the intellectuals and youths who came to Jetavana became more and more crowded. In the fourth season, more than 150 young men were ordained, and Sariputta was given the ceremony.Many people practice diligently during these three months of residence. Every seven days, at the monastery there is a sermon. See the king Pasenadi diligently visit the dispensary and listen to the sermon, some officials in the court also imitate the king.
The holiday season ends with a large offering ceremony. The king and the court have listened to the Buddha's teachings of a food offering, bowls and utensils for the monks and nuns for the poor families. After this ceremony was completed, King Pasenadi and Queen Mallika both seek refuge in the Three Jewels, as disciples of the Buddha.

Buddha to the bearer of the name Sunita renunciation [7] 

After the settling season, the Buddha and the congregation split in the vicinity of the capital Sravasti. One day, while begging for food in a peri-urban neighborhood, near the Aciravati River, Buddha meets a burnt-down Sunita. Seeing the Buddha and the almataka are solemn, adjust to go, Sunita awkward. He knew he was wearing dirty clothes, smelly, carrying two boxes of manure. He hurried down the river. The Buddha knew that this was a good person so he went down to the river to meet Sunita. Seeing this, Sariputta also left the ranks to follow the Buddha. Teacher Meghiya, the attendant of the Buddha, also hurry to follow. Other bhikkhus find the strangers also stopped, stood silent in the line, watching the eye.
Sunita is dead wrong. He put his load down, looking at him. Above the road, the yellow-and-yellow caskets stood in long rows. On the bank of the river, three bright saris are approaching him. Not knowing where to go, Sunita waded into the water, going away to avoid. According to the custom at that time, Sunita knew that the lower classes like him had no right to approach monks and officials.But when he was about four feet from the shore, the water reached the knee, the Buddha came to the water, looking at him as if to ask something. Sunita clutched the Buddha's hand. Buddhist persistence:
 He came over here and asked me a little bit.
 Dear God, I dare not. I'm a bad boy, I dare not come near you, I'm afraid to defile you.
 We are monks and nuns. We are only afraid of lust, anger and delusion that can contaminate our minds. Do not be afraid, come here and ask me a little question. What's your name?
 Yes, my name is Sunita. Please ask what you want to ask. I dare not come near you.
 Hey Sunita, listen carefully. The Ganga, Yamuna, Aciravati River, Mahi River, Rohini River, and so on, once flowed into the sea, became sea water, the same saltiness. In the same way, any person of any class, whether good or good, once left the monastery, resolved away from desire, anger, delusion, determined to practice a clean lifestyle, high bar The same is equally valid. All beings have Buddha Nature. Those who are committed to practicing noble doctrine can become saints. Hey sunita, do you want to join a mendicant congregation?
 Dear Sunita, Sunita stuttered, I dare not ... I dare not ... Yes, if you allow it ... then I'm very happy. Yes, I am very happy if you allow me to join the mendicant congregation. I would like to do my best to do what he teaches.
After saying this, Sunita squealed. The Buddha told Sunita to take a bath and wash ashore and he will go home. Then he taught his attendant Meghiya to see Ananda asking for a checkered shirt on the bank of the river. When the attendant brought the cassette to the place, then Sunita just finished bath.The Buddha made Sunita's ordination at the river bank, then handed over to Venerable Sariputta the new matriarch of Jetavana, while the Buddha and the congregation continued to beg for alms.
All that happened on the river bank was witnessed by the local people that day. The news that Sunita was entering the Congregation of the Mendicants began to spread in the capital, causing a stir.Both the clergy and the clergy expressed their disapproval of the boldness. The great virtuous Sariputta, Moggallana, Mahakassapa, Anuruddha reported to the Buddha about the bad publicity to ask for countermeasures. The Buddha taught:
 Tathagata once told the teacher "If the teacher diligently cultivate the teachings of the Tathagata, then surely the teacher will achieve the results as Lai." What do you think? If Sunita diligently practicing the teachings of the Tathagata Sunita can achieve direct results?
 Sun Sun, if Sunita diligently practice according to the teachings of the Tathagata, it will certainly soon become a result.
 Yes. Master, it is important to save a living being from suffering in samsara. Please try to instruct Sunita diligently practice the Dharma. Once Sunita has harvested good results, the public opinion will stop. Again, the teachers, Tathagata once advised the teacher should practice equality of mind while begging, the acquisition of new monks into the congregation must also be done with equal mind. Again, the teachers, the incorporation of Sunita into the congregation is a bell alerting the elite to social injustice caused by the mind-set of grasping the current class. If we do not do it, then who else can do it? The patience and patience of the teacher will be fine.
The great Buddhist disciples are happy to worship.

King Pasenadi and monks Sun ita [8]

One day the king escorted him to the Jetavana monastery. Car stopped in front of the gate, the king walking alone. King Pasenadi was familiar with the way in the monastery so he went straight to the Buddha's amulet, without asking. Occasionally met some monks to go, the king stood and folded his arms greeted. The masters also stood hand in hand. The King noticed that everyone had a calm, leisurely, leisurely manner. In the middle of the road to the retreat of the Buddha, the king met a mendicant sitting in a sermon under a tree, surrounded by several young mendicants and ten white lay people are listening hard. The mendicant was sitting sermon, age less than forty but dignified solemn manner. The king watches this beautiful sight, listens for a moment, and then continues to walk towards the Buddha.
In front of the am, the king saw the Buddha standing before the door himself. After greeting, the king said:
 Sir, who is the mendicant teaching under the tree who is the other who has such respectable solemn attitude?
 Great King, that is Sunita Bhikkhu. He was ordained a month ago but the monk studied diligently. He is very playful, honest, intelligent and has big head. With this momentum, in just a few years you can go anywhere.
 Sir, is that someone ... is Sunita responsible for the job?
 Great king, yes. Because of previous evil karma Sunita must be born in the downstream, as a burden. But Sunita has also planted many good qualities so this life of ethics is very fast. Ladies and gentlemen, all beings have Buddha Tanh, have the ability to enlighten the Buddha. People mistakenly see only the present life, the difference in mind, praise, discrimination, making the mind more delusive dense. Enlightened people know that all beings have the Buddha nature, only because of good and evil, but temporary differences, should develop equality and compassion, create favorable conditions for early beings to wake up, escape the scene. suffering reincarnation.
 That is wonderful, sir. With equality, compassion, and noble doctrine, Sunita was able to escape the downfall, no longer despised, discriminated against. Today, he again escaped from the delusional insights of the secular, developed the center of equality, great compassion to follow the noble teachings. I was asleep just waking, as stray people in the forest have found an exit. I will continue to support the Dharma from now until the end of my life.
From that day on rumors about the bearer of the name Sunita left home was accompanied by King Pasenadi became a disciple of the Buddha. The disputes dissipated as people noticed the patience and diligence of the new monk.

Buddha gave Bhikkhu-nanda Nanda up the sky of Dao-Loi [9] 

One day, the Buddha was told by master Meghiya that the virtue of Nanda, the half-brother of Buddha, was uncomfortable in his ordination. Nanda felt remorse leaving the newlyweds wife, Princess Janapada Kalyani, who said:
 Brother know, I still remember the day I took a bowl of Buddha from the king's palace Nigrodha, Princess Janapada Kalyani came to speak softly to my ears "Come down light, Do not go long, I'm sad, I miss you! " And now it's been more than a year since I left her. I regretted leaving a beautiful young bride, gentle, to her melancholy waiting, desperate. I have now been ordained in order to live a noble life, but when I think of her, I feel very regret, no longer suffering. I intend to renounce these noble precepts, may the Blessed One return me to the layman's life to be near her.
The following afternoon, Buddha called Nanda to walk meditation. He asked the virtue Nanda really did say so. Venerable Nanda admits that his spirit is weakened by anxiety for the suffering princess waiting for her. Give newspaper:
 Hey Nanda, life is pain, no one avoids it. If there are children around, Kalyani also suffers from other causes, such as jealousy, anxiety, sickness, senility, etc. Only the enlightened, the awakened in meditation And pure peace is the inner peace, not depending on the outside. After leaving this body, at least to be born in heaven Tavatimsa to enjoy full enjoyment. Do you want to go to heaven to see how living beings live there?
 Dear Brother, I want to. But how to go?
 You sit meditating beside me, I will take you away.
The Buddha found solitary place, two people meditate under a tree. The Buddha used the power of Nanda to bring Tavatimsa. On the way, across a forest was fire, Nanda see a female monkey, burned ears, burning nose, burning tail, trying to cling to the trunk of the leaves. When it came to the sky, Nanda suddenly felt a strange delight. Everything here is beautiful and beautiful: the beautiful fairies dancing in magnificent palaces, the scenery are serene and serene, evoking in Nanda's mind an unforgettable joy. Nanda forgot the scene of the world, forgot his newly-married wife, he was as hypnotic in front of the magnificent scene heavenly heavens. The Buddha said:
 Nanda, you see the fairies here and princess Janapada Kalyani who is more beautiful?
 Exalted, compared to the fairies here, Kalyani is like a burning monkey trying to cling to the tree once.
 Hey Nanda, so be energetic, try it up. Tathagata assures that if you diligently practice the teachings of the Tathagata, then after the network, you will be reborn here living with these fairies.
As a child is encouraged, Venerable Nanda White said:
 Dear Bhagavan, disciple prayer will try practice the noble teachings about heaven to be born this Tavatimsa Heaven.
When the monks knew that Venerable Nanda tried to live a virtuous life, and diligently practiced meditation for the sake of being born to the heavenly Tavatimsa, to live with the saints, to ridicule the virtue " rent "to expect the Buddha to reward the commitment. Nanda Nanda awakened his lowly goals, ashamed, dismissed bad thoughts, and tried hard to practice, soon attained Arahantship. The virtue comes to the Buddha:

 Nanda, as long as the mind is completely pure, no longer stuck in the world, then Tathagata will cancel the promise.
When some monks expressed skepticism about the fruitfulness of the great virtue of Nanda, the Buddha said:
 Nanda was like a dilapidated roof before, but today he is like a thick canopy. Rain  can not penetrate the thick layer of a roofed roof. Likewise, desire can not penetrate the mature mind that is fully developed. [ten]
Among the disciples of the Buddha, Venerable Nanda is known for being the most self-controlled.
According to the Theragatha, the great virtue of Nanda uttered these words:
 One day, I was light and shallow. My mind is focused on courage. My results are so light and shallow. All my dates are wasted in sex, disloyalty, sexiness.
But thanks to the generosity and generosity of the Buddha, the former royal line, I am fortunate to be brought into high life with deep profound thoughts. And from the endless ponds of life, my mind was picked up and rescued. [11]

8th lower in Mahavana, Vesali (-585)


Jetavana Jamboree has established a solid monastic discipline with over 500 monks. As promised to the Licchavi, Lord Buddha left Sravasti to return to Vesali to prepare his fifth detention season at Mahavana. It was here that the Licchavi princes became monasteries consisting of a large two-storey, sharp-edged hall called the Kutagara lecture hall, and a number of ramparts strewn in the forest. Most of the trees in the forest are of the sala (Shorea robusta).
It was not long before the Buddha came to Vesali to hear the dispute between Sakya and Koliya about the waters of the Rohini River at the border of two lands.

Dispute between Sakya and Koliya [12] 

Before the four month holiday, in the month of Jetthamula, there was a rift between Sakya and Koliya in the Rohini River, the border between the two lands. Sakya is the motherland of the Buddha.Koliya is the hometown of the Buddha and also the home of Princess Yasodhara.
No year is drought, no rain, so the river water level is very low Rohini, not enough for farmers on both sides of the river use. Farmer representative of Koliya said:
 Water of the Rohini River this year is too little, not enough for both sides. But our rice is about to ripen. So let us use water first, until the rice is ripe and then it will be your turn.
 Rice on our side is also in need of water. Wait when the rice on your side is ripe, then the rice on our side is too weak, then the river has dried up. We will have to go over there begging. Let us use water first and then use it later.
The words come back to the words:
 Now they are hungry, they dragged together to Kapilavastu begging. What troops are you marrying like dogs [13] .
 Who say they are dogs now? We now are military lepers living in the forest like animals [14].
From negotiation to controversy, then to rock. In the end, the two countries' armies were arrayed on both sides of the river. The situation becomes more acute, the war is imminent.
The Buddha is staying in the Kutagara Hall of Mahavana, or believe, rushed to the place to settle the dispute. Asking the military commanders on both sides, they said that the other side despised, violating the boundaries and property of the party. No one talks about the true reason for the dispute. It was not until the Buddha talked to the peasant farmers that the main reason was the lack of water for irrigation in the rice fields on both sides of the river.
Thanks to the friendship with both sides, Lord Buddha arranged a meeting between the representatives representing the two Sakya and Koliya countries to discuss and seek reconciliation.Buddha said:
- You  are king, the waters of the Rohini River this year is weak because it is less rainy. A few months later, in the rainy season, the river water level will return to the same level, the people on both sides of the river have enough water to use. If there were to be a war, not only should the soldiers die or be disastrous, but the people and fields of both sides would suffer unforeseen damage. Now, do you think that your life, the soldiers, the people are important, or the water of the Rohini River and the field is important?
 Lord Buddha, human life is of course more valuable.
 Yes! Then Tathagata advised you to seek mediation to temporarily divide the water Rohini equally to the people on both sides of the river with temporary water. Wars are often deadly and hateful, and never bring about a good solution, even to the victor.
Ourselves,  we will be happy by eliminating hatred when living among hated people (Dhammapada, verse 197); We will be happy if we can live well among the sick (Dhammapada, verse 198); We will be happy if we can live peacefully among the ambitious people  (Dhammapada, verse 199). Victory of animosity, failure to suffer, failure to fight, live happily ever after  (Dhammapada, song 201).
Listening to the 250 Sakya princes and 250 kings of Koliya ordained to the Buddha. Due to the Buddha's intervention, the two sides reached an agreement on dividing water for the people of the two rivers of Rohini while waiting for the rainy season. The emperor's withdrawal of the tide, narrating the Buddha's words reconcile Suddhodana king, King Suppabuddha, courtiers and their wives hear. The two Sakya and Koliya countries reestablished the same intimacy.

King Suddhodana Ice-Ha [15]  (-585) 

This year the Buddha was 39 years old. When the fifth season of Vesali was finished, news of Kapilavastu was reported by Suddhodana. This year the king was 81 years old. It was the king who sent the great Mahanama, the prince of Sukkodana, to visit the Buddha so that he could see his face for the last time.
Kapilavastu City is 220 km northwest of Vesali. Mahanama asked the Buddha to use a carriage for fast return before the king's death. The Buddha accepts and tells Anuruddha, Nanda, Ananda and Rahula to go. Everyone got in the car by noon. Prince Licchavi and Ambapali were not good enough to leave. Only the mourners send the Buddha to the gate of Kutagara. After the Buddha's departure, over two hundred almsgivers, most of whom belonged to the Sakya, also departed for Kapilavastu, northwest. They wanted to be with the Buddha in Suddhodana's cremation.

The king practiced for a moment, his face calm, the king said:
 Now we have seen that life is impermanent. Eighty years passed like a dream. The more the more miserable fame. Happiness may come only in a leisurely, idyllic and free life .
 My dear king, yes, Buddha said. But it is not late yet. Sister may begin a leisurely life, simple and free now. My dear King, the human body, although young children are old, human mind although every moment change, birth and death non-stop, but the king's mind always constant, constant, is endless peace source. Once the subordinate realizes that the body and mind are impermanent, they are the source of suffering, deserved to be nourished; At that time the wisdom bowl will be glow to bring the king back to the true heart, pure, mysterious, holy of the king ....
The Buddha continued to preach about the universe of impermanence and the ordinary qualities of the mind and mind, which everyone has, and advised the king to concentrate on it. King Suddhodana listens, mind is open. Listening to the king, the peace of mind, attained Arahant. The king said:
 Hundred know birth, aging, sickness and death are natural. I have no regrets in this world anymore. Today, there are enough people here, the Exalted and the mandarins arranged to appoint a replacement for water. If I had done something wrong before, I would like to forgive you before I close my eyes.
The Buddha asked the king to go to the next room with the king. In the only room left Queen Pajapati sit next to the bed to care for the king. His face was very calm. After the negotiation, everyone accepted the proposal of the Buddha to Mahanama, the first son of Prince Sukkodana (Crown Princess) ascended to the throne of King Suddhodana.
When everyone came back to the resolution room, Suddhodana happily advised everyone to help Mahanama fulfill the mission, especially in the early stages. Having said this, the king calmly closed his eyes in peace. The Buddha advised everyone to go out so that the king could rest. King Suddhodana lay still, enjoying the joy of liberation for seven days and then died.

His Eminence Pajapati Gotami (16) 

Suddhodana is the coronation of Mahanama. The Buddha and the congregation stayed in Kapilavastu for three months at the Nigrodha monastery for propagation. One day, Maha-Pajapati Gotami went to the monastery to offer some cassocks to the Buddha and the great disciples, and she asked to be ordained as a mendicant. She said:
 If the Blessed One accepts women to be ordained, renounce their family life to embrace themselves in homeless life, within the framework of the teachings and precepts that the Buddha declared, In the galaxy will be many more people inherited the gift of the Buddha. As of now, the ladies of the kings have died or have left the house, and I am living a sad life in the palace, very eager to live the noble life of the monk. Dear Buddha, happy to accept.
Buddha silent. A moment later he said:
 No, Grandma Gotami.
The second and third time, Maha-Pajapati Gotami repeated the request, but the Buddha did not approve. She returned to lament with the order of Ms. Yasodhara. Several days later Buddha returned to Vesali. To Vesali, the Buddha resides in Mahavana.
Staying in Kapilavastu, Pajapati Gotami was not discouraged by the Buddha's refusal. It is known that 250 Sakya wives and 250 Koliya husbands who left their homes after the Buddha's sermon on the banks of the Rohini River agreed to vows like her, summoned all 500 of them and said,
 The Buddha said, in the spirit of moral consciousness, everyone is equal, because everyone is capable of enlightenment and liberation. The Buddha admitted to the noble congregation of the lower classes, no reason why people do not allow women to ordained. If we prove our determination by going straight to the hair, taking off all the jewelery, putting the gold on the body, living a homeless monk, walking to Vesali to get ordained, I Believe that the Blessed One will accept.
Everyone in the meeting was happy to hear from Gotami. They worshiped her as the leader to fulfill her wish to become a monk, because everyone knows she is not devoid of any resistance. She turned to Yasodhara:
 Hey Gopa, let's just wait, do not follow me on this trip. Without children, things could be easier. As long as I succeed, I will go home later.

Phra Pajapati and 500 relatives ordained in Vesali. [17] 

A month later, in early 584 BC, at the Mahavana monastery in Vesali, early in the morning, while going to the lake to get water, Venerable Ananda saw Gotami and a large number of women in yellow, Down the hair, go barefoot, are in front of Kutagara lecture hall. Surprised, the great virtue came before the order of Mrs. Gotami asked:
 Your command, why do you stand here in the morning light like this? Why is her legs so swollen and bleeding? And these princesses too ...
 Ananda Ananda, I and 500 princesses want to give up the lonely life bored at home should have to go down hair, put out all jewelry, give up all material comforts, just wish to live the bar laudable nobility of the monk. We practiced mendicant living, begging, sleeping under the tree, while taking a vacuum from Kapilavastu. We want to show that we can also live the life of the mendicant.May the great blessings of Buddhism allow us to be ordained.

 Enough, Ananda, Tathagata can not accept the women's ordination.
The second time, and the third time, Venerable Ananda tried to ask, but Lord Buddha refused.After a thoughtful thought, Ananda venerated again carefully:
 Blessed, the woman likely achieved attainment Tu-momentum-completion (Sotàpanna), Tu-momentum-function (Sakadagami), A-na-jaw (Anagami) and Arhat (Arahat Will not they practice according to the teachings and precepts that the Buddha declared?
 Ananda, the Buddha replied, anyone who cultivate according to the teachings and precepts of the mendicant congregation can achieve the following results:
The first is the Sotapanna : The Fourth Consciousness should seek guidance, thanks to the knowledge should know how to remove the defilement, the mind is pure and began to enter the holy line, discharge grace love, not busy beach bound, persistent male gender, keep the body pure mouth, results Pro-save. This person attained the first two stages of the Noble Eightfold Path, Right View.
The second one is Sakadagami : Most recently eliminated 3 fetters are sex, anger, si, thin only, the body is dreadful, less static, the mind is quietly calm There are no six obstacles, the Ultimate One, the only one who is born again in the human realm, after that will be born in the heavens. This person attained the four stages of the Noble Eightfold Path namely Right View, Right Thought, Right Speech, Right Action.

So  the Blessed Lady, so the women if allowed to leave the religious can also bear the fruit !?Lord Buddha, Maha Pajapati Gotami was 81 years old, she has a lot to cultivate the Buddha. She took care of him, took care of him, took care of her in her heart, and ordered Maha Maya. In order to prove that the women could also live a homeless mendicant, she and 500 Sakya and Koliya women took themselves in their hair, discarded all jewelry, went barefoot, slept under a tree, eat, from Kapilavastu come here. May the Blessed One accept the orders of Grandma and Ladies to be ordained in the teachings of the Blessed One. Women will now have a shelter, practice according to the Dharma to be freed from the suffering scene of samsara. Lord Buddha, please open the compassionate door for your orders and the princesses.
Buddha silent. A few moments later, he told his attendant Nagita to invite the great sages Sariputta, Moggallana, Anuruddha, Bhaddiya, Kimbila and Maha Kassapa to the discussion. After consulting with the great disciples, the Buddha said:

Then she turned to her princesses:
 Children, do not be afraid. The most important thing is that we are ordained as mendicant (khikkhuni, bhiksuni). The things in the "Eight Immortals" are not obstacles to our study, but the gateway to us into the noble teachings.
Venerable Ananda was happy to report this to the Buddha. That afternoon, the first 501 women were ordained to ordain ordained monk (samaneri). Maha Pajapati Gotami was appointed chief of staff[23] . Ms. Ambapali would like to offer her mango orchard to make the nursery for the nuns. The great virtue of Sariputta is entrusted by the Buddha to the teaching of the rules of primary practice in the ordained life of the nuns.
The following day, the Buddha said:
 Ananda, if women are not allowed to escape the secular world to embrace the homeless lifestyle within the framework of the Dhamma and Discipline that Tathagata has announced, the monastic life and Dhamma will be higher. survive for 1000 years. But now women are allowed to live homeless life, the monastic life and Dhamma only sublime 500 years only. [24]
Then the Buddha added:
 Ananda, in a house with more women and less men, theft would be easy to get in. Also, in any Dhamma and Vinaya, if women were allowed to renounce the world to live without homelessness, the spiritual life would not last long. Just as the other man dug the dike alongside the large lake to stop the water from overflowing, the Tathagata prevents the passing of the Enlightened Dharma for the bhikkhuni, keeping it intact for life.

Eight days later, Maha Pajapati came to ask for advice from the Buddha. She said:
Well  , my age is high, please the Blessed Sun just teach me how can help me progress on the path to liberation.
 Hey Gotami, in everyday life, cultivators must clearly realize that what leads to aspiration does not lead to happiness; to conceit, not to reverence; want more, do not want less; like the urban flower scene, do not like hiding; do not try, do not try; difficult to be satisfied, without virtue; These things certainly do not belong to the Dhamma, not to the Vinaya, not the teachings of the Master. [25] Know what to avoid, what to do. In addition to diligent practice of mindfulness of breathing (Anapana-sati), customary law Satipatthana [26]  (Cattaro sati-patthanani) to achieve the qualities respectively.
Maha Pajapati bowed back. She diligently practiced what the Buddha taught. Soon after, she attained Arahantship. Five hundred Sakya and Koliya princesses joined the monk, later attaining Arahantship.
From the date of the nuns, a monk of the Buddha began to be called congregational fourfold, including: monks (Bhikkhu, bhiksu), monks-ni (bhikkhuni, bhiksuni), good men [27]  (upasaka), female believer [28] (upasika).
Maha Pajapati, after careful study, presented the Buddha with the nuns' clothing and was approved by the Buddha. A dress of the monk includes:

The suffering life of Uppalavanna nun [29] 

One day, passing by a park in Vesali, the great Moggallana met a salty woman who stood in the way of great virtue, glancing thoughtfully teasing. That is Uppalavanna, a beautiful woman in the female. People call her Uppalavanna, they give her a beautiful fresh look like a lotus green.Moggallana looked directly at this woman and knew that this was a woman with a lot of unhappiness.Venerable said:
 She has a beautiful appearance, superficial outfit, but I know her soul filled with misery. Her karma is heavy and she sits in the muddy road every day. You should wake up as soon as possible.
Uppalavanna panicked, seeing this mendicant inwardly. But she tried to keep her face calm, smiling,
 Maybe you are right. But I have no other way.
 Why are you so pessimistic? Regardless of the past, one can still divert to build a brighter future. Clothes dirty, we use river water for washing. Body dirty, I wash. Mind turbidity turbidity and boredom, we use the noble teachings to repair. The Buddha says, "Everyone is capable of enlightenment and liberation, and everyone is capable of becoming a Buddha.
Uppalavanna took the towel slowly to tears, sobbing said:
 But my life is full of transgression and sin. I also can not save the Buddha as teacher.
 No problem. She told me myself to try.
Uppalavanna recounted that she was the daughter of a wealthy family in Rajagriha. She married at the age of sixteen. After the death of her father-in-law, her mother-in-law went to bed with her husband. Uppalavanna gave birth to a daughter. Witnessing incest, she left home, leaving her daughter alone. A few years later she met a businessman in Benares and was married to him. Some time later, it was heard that her husband bought a maid to hide in a house on the outskirts of the city. She found jealousy, discovered that it was her daughter in her past.
Extremely hurt, she left home, bringing hatred both heaven and earth people. She no longer believes in anyone. In the capital city of Vesali, she was a jewelery merchant, just money, gorgeous jewelry and material pleasures. Moral to her is only illusion, false, does not mean true. To her, the cassette is just a layer of hypocrisy covering the despair of human despicable. To prove that she was provocative, teasing Moggallana.
