Buddha is in mind when we direct goodness.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.

The Buddha once said that everyone has Buddha nature, anyone can practice to become a Buddha. To have that, the Buddha is in the mind, the mind with Buddha is perfect. But it seems that when we practice but we forget that, we only think of ourselves as much, so the results are not very good.

The mind of a practitioner keeps looking outside in search of impermanent ideals. But to leave this heart empty, what more impermanence is less here.

Practicing whether to see Buddha?

During the practice in the temple, there will often be a bell ringing in response. The bell is chanted while chanting, meditating, not for any Buddha. It is for oneself, the mind is determined and clinging, not straying. That bell is the means, the light to guide the Buddha's teachings into your mind. From that, focus on the tranquility of the mind.

In the Sutras Sutras it says, "It is not Buddha that is Buddha". This Buddha is a Buddha from within, if we keep mindful of the Buddha being around, will we behave like when Buddha was not around? Certainly not, because the moment we become aware of the scrutiny of the Buddha, we act ourselves not to commit a transgression. But it is not really our own ego.

The core practice is that point. It is when we act, practice or create something. We do not because Buddha will examine the judgment, but what we do is instinctively our own honesty. At that time, our mind will be full in the Buddha-realm.

Cultivation is a process of expanding one's own soul, whether we see a Buddha or cannot create it by ourselves. But when our mind is full, there will be Buddha in ourselves. But when we have been practicing for a long time, but we do not see any expansion in ourselves, we have gone the wrong way.

Practicing to see what is in my mind?

There are many people, taking the time to exchange history to accumulate enlightenment. Actively doing good actions to accumulate merit. Always think and take the time to think about Buddha so that Buddha turns to himself. But these are not enough, if we lack the necessary practice. The practice here is awareness in every action, we neither wait nor wait for a blessing to act. That action comes from instinct, from the sense that it is good for the surroundings and for myself.

Understand that practice is a process, not an action. The more persistent you are, the more patient you will be, and the more challenges you will face. Then, the easier it is for you to overcome the difficulties or obstacles that come. And keep in mind one thing, the difficulties themselves, that will be a test of your inner effort and consistency. Will you be indifferent to everything, or will you try to accept and accept everything that will come? Must come from yourself.

The practice that you are doing. You do not do it for a particular journey or destination. Practice because you feel it is necessary, it is relevant and suitable for you. The practice that you have will be a source of inspiration for you to receive and overcome problems in life. And it will shine through in yourself, whether existing and intact by something.

Which Buddha exists in the mind?

Many people think that Buddha exists only in a sacred place, in a holy temple at Buddha's door. But they do not know, if the practice is complete. Then we will see that there is also a Buddha in ourselves. The essence is because Buddha was not born for people to kneel and practice rituals when they see. Buddha was born to inspire people to practice kindness everywhere. When we can create in each action. Each of these actions is filled with love and compassion. That is the good and beauty that the Buddha directed in every action of everyone.

To do this thing. When we act, do not think about how much virtue will be accumulated. How Buddha will bless himself. Blessings will not come from Buddha. Which comes from the love and affection of everyone around for their actions. So it can be said that. Kindness and compassion are contagious, and shared with everyone in this life.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.31/8/2020.
