The reason why Buddha passed away Nirvana at Kusinārā .VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH. Although there are many great countries and big cities, the Buddha did not choose to be the place of the Buddha's Nirvana, but chose Kusinara for three reasons: 1- In the past, Kusinārā was a large city named Kusavatī city, with the Holy King Mahādassana reigning over four continents. If the Buddha passed away from Nirvana elsewhere, there would be no reason to preach the Mahādassanasutta Sutta. Therefore, the Buddha chose the land of Kusinara as the place to pass away Nirvana so that the Buddha had the opportunity to give the Mahādassanasutta discourse. Beings who listen to this sutta will generate pure faith in the Three Jewels, and strive diligently to practice all virtuous deeds. 2- Ascetic Subhadda is the last disciple of the Buddha, currently in the country of Kusinārā. Apart from the Buddha, there is no other disciple who is capable of saving the Taoist Subhadda. Therefore, the Buddha had to come to Kusinara to save the ascetic Subhadda, the last disciple of Gotama Buddha. The Bhikkhu Subhadda will become an Arahant, before the Buddha passes away from Nirvana. 3- The Buddha knew well that: After hearing the news that Gotama Buddha passed away from Nirvana and finished the cremation ceremony, the great countries will come to compete for the relics of the Buddha. The Buddha clearly saw and knew that only the brahmin Doṇa was able to mediate between messengers from great countries and knew how to divide the relics for each country to bring. to build a stupa to worship the relics. The brahmin Doṇa is currently living in the land of Kusinārā, so the Buddha decided to choose the land of Kusinārā as the place to pass away Nirvana.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.1/12/201.
