Buddha taught how to let go of all afflictions.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
Buddha taught that, if the heart is not lacking, it is called "rich", being needed by others, is called "precious". Pleasure is not a personality type but an energy type. Let go, let go of "Greed, hatred, delusion" so that the soul is at peace, the body is free.
>>Buddhist teachings worth pondering
Grief is common sense
Letting go of afflictions is, first of all, to relieve all worries, to make people happy. Then let people give you the opportunity to grow up.
Human affliction often revolves around 12 words:
Can't let go
Do not think
Can't see through
Can't forget
In daily life, with pressure and collision, it is often difficult for us to avoid disagreements in work, daily activities, and relationships at home and work. When we get into an argument, we can lose control and get angry or talkative, we can win or lose an argument, it's often not easy to keep the peace… As a result, we get hurt or hurt. pity for others. You will even feel yourself becoming painful, losing faith, and regretting. But the words were said like a bowl of water thrown away, it was too late to regret it then.
In times like these, what one needs to do is stay calm and let go of anger and delusion, letting go of what makes us feel insecure.
Buddha taught that, if the heart is not lacking, it is called "rich", being needed by others, is called "precious". Pleasure is not a personality type but an energy type. The best way to deal with depression is to forget about it.
“Do not compete” is compassion.
"Not arguing" is wisdom.
"Not listening" is purity.
"Not looking" is self-existence.
"Forgiveness" is liberation.
"Knowing enough" is letting go.
People in ordinary life are unhappy for many reasons. But the most important are the following three reasons: First: Get used to exaggerating the happiness of others; Second: Get used to exaggerating your own suffering; Third: Get used to comparing your own suffering with the suffering of others, comparing your own shortcomings with the advantages of others.
All of the above reasons stem from self-obsession, or in other words, an attitude of dissatisfaction with yourself, whatever you want to be, want more but refuse to "give up".
Living in the world, being a human should not be too strict, working does not need to be too perfect, joy cannot be enjoyed, should be understood in moderation, tolerance towards others is for yourself. My body is partially flexible, a way back.
Let go of afflictions according to the Buddha's teachings
When the Buddha was in the world, he asked a monk a question: "How long does a human's lifespan usually last?"
Then a recluse replied: "Only as long as a breath" . Buddha said: "That's right. You are a man who understands the Way" (excerpted from the Fourteen Chapters Sutra)
Breath is a breath that regulates the weather, like when people are in trouble, they often take a long breath, so they can release negative energy to some extent. Or vice versa can also be understood, the breath here is enlightenment, taking a breath, not caring about ordinary things, forever enclosing body and mind in peace, enlightenment, eternal peace, because no need to worry.
Learn to control yourself
You can't control the actions of others, and you shouldn't even try. But you can control not only your actions, but also your thoughts.
You can stop reliving the pain, and choose to move on. You have this ability. You just have to learn how to do it.
People who study and practice the Way don't fall into the mood of regretting the past or imagining the future. Happiness can only manifest in the present present. So know how to let go of all afflictions
Don't control
Be willing to give up control of everything that concerns you or others: situations, events, and people. Accept everything and everyone – exactly as they are – and you will feel good. Let things happen by themselves.
Especially on pointless and unnecessary arguments. Because the vast majority of people just want to win, not willing to give up. At best, both sides win. Regardless of domestic or foreign, domestic, international, people in the world, win-win is the best choice.
Not being in control is also a way to let go of afflictions
In the Buddhist scriptures, there is a story that says: "The little monk and the old monk go together to change their relationship, the little monk is polite and respectful, everything follows the master. When they reached the riverbank, a girl wanted to cross the river but couldn't. The old monk carried the girl across the river, the girl, after thanking him, left. The little monk kept wondering in his heart, "How can Master carry a girl across the river like that?". But he didn't dare to ask, so after walking for 20 miles, he really couldn't help but ask his master: "We are monastics, how can you carry a girl across the river?" Master said calmly, "I've already dropped her by the river, and you've carried her 20 miles and still haven't let go."
The old monk's words were full of meditation, which contained the art of human life. Along the way, you can see countless beautiful scenes, experience many bumps and difficulties. If we bring all the places we have gone through and carry all the suffering, we will only cause ourselves to contain a lot of defilements. Ready to let go is a way of psychological balance, need to sincerely and calmly face life.
Give up making excuses
Pack the excuses and throw them away. You don't need them. Often we just limit ourselves to what we do for a variety of reasons. Instead of growing up, improving our lives and spirits, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, making all kinds of excuses that, in 99.9% of cases, aren't real.
Let go of attachment
This is a concept that most of us have a hard time understanding, but it's not something impossible. When you separate yourself from everything, you become more peaceful, tolerant, friendly and serene, so you can come to a place where you can understand everything without suffering. suffering. It is a state beyond words.
So that after a hard working day, we tell ourselves and smile to ourselves: "I let go...Let go to make tomorrow better".END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.28/12/2021.
