The path of meditation that The Sun goes through.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.

procession when enlightened, Bhagavan noticed renunciation path is peace, but did not feel excited. When Shinto thinks to the end of the danger of sex, the excitement of the mind of renunciation arises, and the mind of The Sun sees "This is calm". After that, Sun Shuxan resided in meditation. During the stay of the Venerable Master, the thoughts that go with sex are still present, then these thoughts become pathological, it also causes suffering.
So Religion stopped the range and the four, and the second meditation; But The Sun did not feel excited and liberated. After that, The Ton thought to the end of the danger of the range and the Four, then Religion immediately found excitement, liberation, knowing "This is peace". But when residing in the second meditation, the idea of going with the range, the four still existed, and then this idea was sick.
So the sailings leave the wedding and attain Tam meditation. At the first time The Sun did not feel the excitement and liberation of the Three Meditation, he immediately pondered to the danger of joy, then Religion felt excited, calm and liberated, knowing that "This is calm" . After a period of stay in Tam meditation, the ideas that go together with Hy still appear, and then this idea is sick.

The Sun immediately abandoned the wedding, from the lost and witnessed the fourth Meditation. The first stay in this Zen, The Sun does not feel excited, stay, free. After that, The Religion is only full of the danger of peanuts, He feels the excitement, calmness and liberation of the discharge of mindfulness (the Fourth Meditation), knowing that "This is calm". While staying at the four meditation centers, straying, discharging suffering, the thoughts that go together with the discharge are still present, then for him, these thoughts are sick.
Then The Sun went out of the ideals, completely ceased all the delusions, not paying attention to the false ideas. Then The Religion attained "No boundless origin". At first witnessing this Zen scene, The Sun did not feel excited and did not have liberation for this Zen. The Sun immediately thought to the danger of the rupa, seeing this danger to the same degree, The Sun immediately felt excited, calm and liberated for No boundless origin, knowing that "This is calm". After a while an stay in No boundless origin, the idea of going with the identity still exists. So see this as a disease, as suffering arises in a happy person.
World Religion renounced completely No boundless origin, and attain "The infinite form of origin" (Consciousness is boundless). At the beginning of this attainment, The Religion does not feel excited, does not feel calm and liberated for the boundless Consciousness, He comes to think of the danger of Non-rhetoric, see fullness This danger, he immediately found excitement, peace and liberation for the boundless consciousness of origin, the thoughts of the face of no boundlessness are still present, this is a disease for him, as suffering arises up in the middle of being happy.
The Religion renounces completely the boundless Consciousness and achieves "no possession of intention" (knowing that there is nothing). At the beginning of this meditation, he did not feel excited, calm and liberated, he thought to the dangers of boundless consciousness until he felt the fullness of the Zen realm. He felt excited, calm and liberated for the Landlessness. After a period of stay in the Meditation of Non-possession of this land, the thoughts of the infinite form of the present still exist as the present of suffering for the happy person. For Him, this is a disease that needs to be removed.
So Religion leave again. He gave up completely, ended utterly thought of possession, and attained "Non-ideal non-idealism". Although knowing that "This is calm", at the beginning, he still did not feel excited, calm and liberated for this Zen. He moved to thinking about the dangers of Non-possession until he saw the fullness of this danger, the feeling of inspiration, calmness and liberation for the "non-idealistic thought" intended to come to Him. After a period of non-idealistic non-ideal stay, the thoughts of the presence of the non-possessed start up as suffering arises with the happy person. For him, this is a disease that needs to be eliminated.
Then The Religion left again, giving up completely African idea of non-ideal and witnessed "Kill life idea".Even if you know that "This is peace", in the beginning of this meditation, The Sun still did not have the excitement, stay and liberation for him. He thought to the danger of non-idealism, until he saw the fullness of the danger, he enjoyed the benefits of the life of destiny and the mind of excitement, dwell and solution. exit. So Religion see "This is calm, very calm". After a period of stay in the life of destiny, with the wisdom of the Blessed One found that all smuggled or went to eradicate.
After favoring things and playing with the evidence of attainment, an abode and the pure initiation of the nine precepts of the above meditation, The Sun declared that he had attained "
The above is the process of cultivating the enlightenment of the Nine World Religion. This is a continuous process of going away, continuously renouncing what is attained, constantly feeling awake, knowing that the meditations (from the beginning to the non-ideal and non-ideal) are the conditions that are conditioned and conditioned, being vi, is impermanent, is suffering, constantly arises the interest to find true liberation. The privilege here is necessary so as not to be attached, immersed in the Zen scenes, the power of renouncing all the dharma that has been formed. The interest here is the presence of wisdom, of the ability to see things as they are.
We can draw from the experience of World Religion a precious lesson that: "if one always keeps mindfulness on the true meaning of compounded elements: egolessness, impermanence, and Suffering will pass quickly through the realms of meditation, easily emerge from the scenes of meditation to aim at 'Destroying the life of thought', where the contraband or will be completely subtracted, the feeling of contempt , suffering and thoughts go to the feelings of contemplation, suffering will be completely pure. "
We can also draw another miraculous lesson that: the  essence of Zen practice lies in staying in mindfulness of suffering, impermanence, and selflessness of the methods to renounce craving and attachment. The liberation of suffering is present right in that separation. Renunciation comes shortly after the dangerous sight of what binds us, binding our minds; the attainment of a higher level of meditation comes immediately after the renunciation of the realm is; the stay of the realm of attainment is the result of the deepening of the danger of the realm that has just come out. So, the process of liberating practice is the experience of processes that clearly see the impermanent, dangerous and painful aspects of the dharma, and the renunciation of what is made, worked out . Practitioners are not tired, take steps full of awakening, excitement, peace and liberation. This path to go is the orthodox meditation path  of Buddhism . The difference is the path of the pagan.
Abandonment, or letting go in Buddhist meditation means staying in mindfulness awareness and synonymous with peace and liberation of meditation. In other words, letting go is letting go of craving and attachment to all the dhammas that are performed, made.
If anyone advocates keeping the mind No (or not mindful) when practicing Buddhist Meditation, then understanding the  mind is not mindfulness and being away from all craving and attachment in life . The Buddhist meditation practice does not have any dreaming about breathing or sitting, or any other practice, except for the resurrection hope. We must return to the path of meditation of the Blessed One. The truth and the path of truth are only illuminated under the Bodhi root, but not elsewhere . There, the truth will glow once and will shine forever. This is our direction in studying the Fa, understanding the Fa and practicing the Dharma. It is also the direction of those who identify themselves as Buddhists, no matter what direction they are on the earth. There, the aura of the Pratyekabuddha and the four foundations of mind, and the aura still shines at the point of demarcation between samsara and liberation, between the main road and the evil path.
The direction of dependent origination and mindfulness is to illuminate the doctrine of the Buddha in the midst of this life. Let us listen to the following teaching of the Blessed One about the grace of the dharma not to last long, or to exist for a long time:
"She-la-Mon, because the four concepts of mindfulness are not practiced, cannot be made full after the passing of the Tathagata, so the magic of Dharma does not last long. Because the four concepts of mindfulness are practiced, made prolific, this Brahmin, after the Tathagata passed away, the magic is long-lived. " (Samyutta V, p. 183)
So far, we have a clear conclusion that is the main problem of a flourishing Sangha church and Buddhism flourishing or surviving, which is a question of learning. Dharma and practice of gender, samadhi and wisdom of Buddhist monks as well as at home. Other problems are secondary. The era of a flourishing Buddhist society under the reign of King Ashoka (Asoka) must be an era in which the Buddhist population learns much about the doctrine and practices of teachings, especially Meditation (Mindfulness of the Mindfulness). ).
Until when the Zen monasteries are developed more strongly than other areas called "beliefs" of Buddhism, then until then, we have optimistic belief that Buddhism flourishes, or is going. into flourishing.
Is it necessary to elaborate the practice of satipa xứ xứhāna into the elaborate morning or afternoon of the renunciation, and elaborately replace the purity of the Buddhists at home so that the dharma will last longer in life ?
That is the question that Buddhists need to ponder after understanding the four foundations of mindfulness ...END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.16/3/2019.
