How does Princess Dieu Thien and Quan Am Bodhisattva have a relationship? Some people say that the Princess Dieu Thien was born by Quan The Bo Tat Bodhisattva, and someone said that Princess Dieu Thien went through a hard cultivation process, eventually attaining the result of becoming the Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara.
What is the story behind that? First, let's go back to the history of the North and South dynasties a thousand years ago, to learn about the traces as well as the status of this famous princess.
Legend has it that, during the Southern and Northern dynasties (420-589), King Dieu Trang Vuong had three daughters such as pearl like Dieu Nhan, Dieu Am and Dieu Thien, respectively. The third princess Dieu Thien was very intelligent and loved the most by her father. She is not only a great beauty, but also a heart of goodwill, calm and gentle personality and quick and smart.
When the princess reached the age of marriage, Dieu Trang Vuong personally chose for her great talent, but the princess was over and over again. In December with bone-chilling weather, snow covered the ground, it was also a time when people were eager to welcome the new year. And Princess Dieu Thien has to go to the mountain alone, where the snow is covered with white, and she has planted every young tree to become a Buddha. And don't know when, all the young trees were covered on the snowy mountain.
When she turned her head to look back, the princess found all blooming flowers. From then on, people around the region called the mountain where the princess planted flowers by the name of Thap Hoa Linh and handed down until today.
Dieu Trang Vuong angrily burned the pagoda, the tiger saved Dieu Thien
So the princess Dieu Thien was satisfied, she left the palace, went to practice at Bach Tu pagoda, located at the foot of the eastern mountain of the "Dai Huong Son" temple in Dieu Chau, Shaanxi. She never stepped out of the door, a sincere devotion to Buddha. However, those who are reverent and determined to practice spirituality must go through trial and error, and so will the princess.
Dieu Thien is pure and pure, but still smeared by malicious rumors of some hoodlums. Rumors circulated throughout the four directions that Dieu Trang Vuong felt lost. The King was extremely indignant and thought that it was a crime of no tolerance, so he ordered the people to burn Bach Tu Pagoda where the princess practices.
The White Tu Pagoda is immersed in the smoke of the sky and sky, only a pile of ashes remains, but strangely, the Dieu Thien princess still chants and chants Buddha's prayers peacefully. The indignation that caused Dieu Trang Vuong to lose his mind, he did not feel the dignity of the Dharma.
While angry, he again ordered the torture with Dieu Thien. But when the executioner just raised his hand, the blade suddenly broke in half. King Dieu Trang Vuong ordered the use of the hanging form to condemn him, at the same time a large tiger jumped into the rescue of the princess.
After being rescued from the school, Princess Dieu Thien went to Tinh Thuy Lake to clean up the dust, fix it again. Later, the lake where the bleached princess was named Phuong Hoang Lake, where she edited her dress was later built into Sister Trang Lau.
The Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara brings salvation to the soul
Princess Dieu Thien continued to go into the mountain, on the way she met horizontal barriers. The princess thought, if only the spring water were flowing under the stones, the pedestrians would walk more easily. The princess had just closed her eyes and chanted, within three miles of the foot of the Great Perfume Mountain, the streams were flowing through the rocks, continuously ceaselessly ...
The sky was pitch black, it was difficult to see the way, the princess came to a rock and told herself: "How good is this stone that can be as bright as the moon to help us look at the road?" . So the stone immediately emitted blue light that helped her see the way.
Today the stone is called Nguyet Quang Nham, in the night, if seen from a distance, blue light rays can be seen, but in the day it is not different from ordinary stones.
Finally, Princess Dieu Thien came to practice in a cave on Dai Huong Son. As time passed, the princess finally cultivated the results. After attaining the righteous result, Dieu Thien embodied the stately statues of the solemn Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara, the god of wisdom, showing the good faith of men and women, including his father and sisters.
The royal prince liked the poor people because of the attainment of the enlightenment of the princess and devotion to Buddha. After Dieu Thien coordinates, the humiliation of her thousand years is not decaying, increasing the faith for spiritual practitioners.
