Nan Nan for brotherhoods.

In the Sangha community, there is only Xa Loi (Sàrìputta) who is the best friend of Ananda. And Anuruddha (A Nau Long Da), although he is his brother, but the relationship between the two has proved not very close. The only reason is because Anuruddha likes quiet loneliness, and Ananda is constantly in contact with people. On the other hand, Xa Loi (Sàrìputta) is a great disciple who has the sermon like the Buddha most, so when talking with Xa Loi, A Nan has the feeling that he is talking to the Venerable Master.
In the sutra, it is also clearly stated: Only Xa Loi and Ananda are the two people who were given two "positions" by the Buddha: the "Great Tathagata," the "Great Tathagata", and the Abhidharma, " Great As Lai Thinh Van ". (That is, someone who deserves to describe the "Buddha's Idea": The Tathagata of the Messenger.) And the other person deserves to repeat it just like the Buddha's teaching: Nhu Lai Thinh Van).
Another passage in the Sutra Tripitaka also states that the Shariputra (Sàrìputta) is a very eloquent hypothesis, especially when he uttered words like a roaring lion (Sutra Sutta: Sihasutta).
And Ananda is a "Sutra of Sutra", ie "the seat of Buddha's language" is the most solid and intact. (It is said that A Nan Da heard the Buddha teach, it is possible to recite the same, not add, not reduce, even if only one word or rhyme).
At this point, we can compare Nan Nan to Section Kien Lien (Moggallana). The famous great disciple of the Buddha (Section Kien Lien) also has a very simple, honest, popular and easy-to-understand sermon. The item of Lien Lien is the second great apostle (after Ananda) who is famous for virtue of repeating the Buddha language in an original way without remainder.
On the other hand, A Nan Da and Xa Loi Phat are often assigned by the Buddha to perform some common tasks. For example, when he was patriarchal (Anàthapindika) with severe pain, they visited many times together (According to the Nikjiaa Majjhima No. 153, and Samyutta NiKaya, 55-56). Or both have joined forces to solve the discord in the clergy in Kasambi.
In the face of the thesis, A Nan Da and Xa Loi Phat exchanged close ties with each other countless times. Therefore, when Nan Nan passed away, he immediately passed away and expressed his regret as follows:
"Suddenly, the scene changed sadly, 
Huynh went" mind "to no more mastery, 
Losing his line of sadness and tears, 
Losing his heart like the light of the light went off".

Indeed, when Xa Loi Phat passed away, A Nan Da did not yet attain the Holy Arhat fruit, so the sadness and mourning in his heart, as deep as a great storm blew out all intellectual light in the mind of the Sun. This venerable fake. It is also a lesson for Ananda to understand the suffering caused by death and compassion (Two of the eight worldly dharma).
The Buddha saw A Nan Da extremely miserable, and saved him by questioning the following:
- Hey A Nan Da! Will the Venerableess bring with him a portion of virtue, a pure part, an intellectual part, a holy part or a part of liberation?
- Venerable The Sun! Is not!
Then A New Life:
- But the Venerable Phất: anh is a brother who always protects and leads new toddlers into the Holy Path.
The Buddha then proclaimed other comforting words, guided Ananda to a higher dignity. He asked:
- Hey A Nan Da! remember a truth that Tathagata taught: Nothing born will be forever. Although the relic of the relics of the Buddhists can be seen as a big tree branch that has left the trunk. Without the presence of Xa Loi Phat, the Sangha community is greatly disadvantaged. But not because of that, the cycle of attachment is attached to the guidance and protection of others, even if he is a Tathagata, not to say that it is Xa Loi! So Ananda will light yourself on the torch of wisdom for yourself, should not depend on a power (According Samyutta Nikàya 7, 13: Tap A Ham 7, 13). Hearing the Buddha's teaching like that, A Nan Da is new and diligent, and then diligently performs the task.
In addition to Xa Loi Phat, A Nan Da also often preaches, closes and lives together with a lot of other Sangha (The author only asked to repeat one of two symbolic cases):
For example, one day, Bhikkhu khưu Vangisa went to beg for alms with Ananda. Along the way, Vangisa suddenly feels boredom of being single, the most dangerous mind of the monks. His mind is naturally full of sadness, and then requires sensuality. Immediately, he realized that the life of a monk was meaningless, and getting married and creating a family home was much more attractive and happy.
Bhikkhu khưu Vangisa is a talented poet. Suddenly using poetic words (in the Buddhist scriptures called Shelter language) asked Nan Nan to help him carry out his wish.
A Nan Da understood what was burning in the mind of a companion, then advised him with the following elegant words:
"Life is only beautiful when burning love, 
He who would love life do not know sorrow. 
Love of life is love theater! 
Drapes let makeup done ... nothing? 
Hey junior nor to bohemia 
Be concentrating his thoughts knew it! 
When passion colors useless relative, 
spiritual retreat and find happiness everywhere! ".

In the above verse, A Nan Da showed Vangisa that: "Because he was being cooked by his craving in mind, Vangisa could not recognize the truth of suffering (suffering), especially suffering. When the desire for love occupies the mind, then it is easy for people to become humiliated and frustrated, in case if the victim is a Taoist, it will make them bored. Hate the life of virtue, so A Nan Da advised Vangisa to calmly remember all the images in the world, like the beauty on the stage, although on the outside it looks beautiful and desirable, but in reality it is very bad. far away, worth dying ... let him understand that "this body, whether beautiful or ugly, sick or healthy, disabled or intact, is the source of suffering on earth. i ". recluses any apparent introspection so,
Another case, after Buddha entered Nirvana: Bhikkhu Channa was once skeptical (Vicikic and) harassed. Although he knew that the body of the five aggregates was impermanent, he still loved, and feared, "I believe in Nirvana is falling into the comments!" or: "Is Nirvana a marvelous state?" or: "Anatta is equivalent to a number?".
Because the life of every creature in this world is only meaningful when it is in that life there is something sacred and eternal. If we practice to become a "disappearing" state, that practice is based on the prejudice.
Thinking like that, Channa rushed to Aanda Da to relieve the questions in her mind.
Nan Nan reminded Channa that: It is the virtue of the Buddha who taught: When such a question arises in the mind of a practitioner, when the level of practice of that person is advanced, he is prepared break through the last wall of the cycle of birth and death. That wall is the Acceptance (supposedly) and Acceptance (for not) ...
Then Ananda told the whole talk about the Buddha and the Buddha's teachings, instructing Channa.When he heard only the opening paragraph, Channa suddenly felt relieved. he listened attentively to the whole lecture more and more happily. He praised the Buddha's teachings repeated, as follows:
