This is the third in the Yijing. It consists of two parts: the upper part is the image of water (water, or water vapor, or cloud); The lower part is the image of Lei (thunder). Truth means trouble, trouble, difficulty, trouble. This is the scene of dark clouds, lightning flashes, warning that it was about to rain. Yijing teaches that: When the man saw this scene, he immediately had to hurry to arrange work, set everything to prevent rain, so the military said  the military order, repair , before when disaster or incident occurs.

The following is a historical story about the Trunks:

There was a warlord named Zhou (852-912 AD), who wished to be the emperor, and fought against the current local government leader, Li Keqing (856-924 AD). and challenged the king of Chieu Tong (889-903 AD). At that time, people in neighboring areas bear all the hard time, interference because of the war, is the time of the Trunks.

Now a temple is being renovated. Mr. Temasek urged construction workers to secretly build two walled walls, which were dry in the middle of the wall. He tried to build so many pillars to resist the ceiling. Because these pillars were not necessary, the other monks saw him doing so ridicule, suggesting that he should be old, lacking lucidity.

Several months later, when the temple was built, civil war broke out. Soldiers and rebels surfaced everywhere. Traders have to stagnate. Farmers can not continue to take care of the farm. Cities and countryside are everywhere looted and burned. People suffering, lost countless lives. When the cold winter comes, precious wood like gold, rice is as expensive as jade. No one wants to sell grain, fruit, which is hard to find at the time. The rich, rich man, because the pity to not exchange ivory, wealth, so many people must starve to death.

Now, during this chaos, the monk instructed the monks to slowly cut down the extra pillars to make firewood, and then take out the dry food and eat them again. All of them increased without starvation, dead cold. Everybody applauds the practical wisdom, the broad vision of his staff.

It was because he saw that the world was in the twilight, and he knew the sentence:  The military order, repair.

If you know the Trunks on the spiritual side:

Black clouds clustered, spreading: symbolize the idea, prejudice, attachment before accumulation. Lightning flash: symbolizes feelings, afflictions, anger, anxiety, etc. When too many delusions and delusions will lead to foolish, unreasonable, unjustified actions; Just like when there is a dark cloud, thunder will also rain before it. Yijing teaches:  the military ordering, modification  means teaching the practitioner to see and recognize their delusions, attachments and afflictions, must quickly reflect, modify themselves. Placement, ie to think with the precepts, with reason and effect. The change is to change attitudes, habits and concepts.Modify some hierarchy:

1. At the lowest level: Once the clouds have spread, lightning has risen, we must preserve the precepts of speech, control the action not to harm others. Confucianism teaches:  To play, to meditate, to meditate (mind outbreak, but between balance, the ceremony is called peace), or keep the peace of air.

2. At a slightly higher level: Observing the cause and effect to destroy prejudice and attachment; Examine the nature of the afflictions to end it.

3. At a higher level: Do not let the dark clouds come, do not let the thunder rise. Confucianism teaches:  hỉ, anger, ai, peanuts, chi chi Trung  (When happy, angry, sad, happy not to be called the middle). Buddha: Do not initiate wrong view, do not mind attachment, do not give birth defilement. The heart of compassion and hatred.

A story about Trunks as follows:

There are couple working in the trade for many years. They are often cheated by other traders.Annoyed, the two newcomers complained to a Zen master; They think that they had to do something wrong in their previous lives, so they were deceived in this life.

The monk laughed, asking: "Drill blame for previous life! Have you ever gotten anybody?

With a pause, the two said, Yes, but we stopped. Long time ago, we did not deceive anyone.

He continued, "Do you still calculate, fight over, win?"

They replied: Yes, of course we have to calculate, I have to calculate words, teacher.

Teacher: So you still lie, say good things, say good-looking for yourself?

They said: I do not advertise myself, who buys what I sell?

Monk asked: Do you say bad things, denigrate others, denigrate the goods they sell?

They said: We do not speak out (that other people are bad), customers keep running to buy another place, do not buy us children.

Conclusion: When your mind disputes, deceit, denigrate, won, then you will sense the consequences are the deception, the fight. Your business is said to be trading, really like fighting the enemy. How can you be happy, peaceful, not deceived.
