Quality is really non-existent

When considering all of this, all of the products are the same "material" that will be damaged and discarded shortly after use. You do not have to search, just watch your eyes, your eyes widen and your clientele will give you the information you need.

Bad habits can feel quite comfortable

 
A good teacher is like a perfect mirror you use until you discover and clean your own mirror. Just like Hang Heng correct my seat. I can feel it but it's actually wrong. I can not see that. Now that I know how it feels to feel, I can use my own example.
On a deeper level, Master is showing me mistakes and mistakes in my heart.Bad habits can feel quite comfortable and "right", meaning natural. Thus, with infinite compassion and infinite wisdom, the Master shines light all over us until we can see the "Great Hall of Wisdom (Great Glass Greatness)" of self.

1. Great compassion.  You live and act in a spirit of complete awakening, seeing that you and every being are derived from the same substance and the same factors. Just because of a vague notion of discriminative mind that can see the fundamental differences between beings.We are all one body, we should cherish each other as protecting our eyes.

2. Mind equality.  The good and unwholesome are no different. His behavior is well controlled, harmless and upright. Then why does he have to worry about breaking the rule?He keeps all the precepts naturally, he is a non-gender. He considers all beings as his own, so how else can distinguish beings? 

3. Mindless.  In the ten thousand world, he keeps his mind in the Three Jewels constant, usually and never ceases. 

4. Mind uncontaminated mind (not defiled, not grasp). Finding yourself and all beings alike - in the same way, with compassion for all beings - he does not feel like a separate individual.He does not do anything for himself. He has no selfish desire for attachment; he cares for everyone. He does not have to cling to a special person or a particular style other than the others. That is too selfish, leading to defilement, and clinging. It will not harmonize with compassion. 

Mind inertia does not. Everything created from the four elements will return to the four elements, including the body. Finally, nothing lasts long, all is empty. As such, the Bodhisattva initiates a compassionate mind on all sentient beings, who are clinging to nåma and rúpa because they find it unpleasant to realize that what they see as actually turns out to be empty.

6. Center of glass. 
 For others, he shows real respect, he feels it. That is the best way to transfer others to Supreme Bodhi. 

7. Center of humility.  For himself, he has no illusions about himself, no self, no "big" and no clinging or planning for the next moment, for the next year. He is humble and expresses that. He searches for Bodhi for himself and for him.

8. mind disorder.  Which of the following is true today? Bodhisattvas do not forget to apply this doctrine in any situation regardless of whether they are pleasant or uncomfortable because he sees all the realms are empty equally. He is not obsessed (ignorance) or is moved and he reacts like a mirror. The mirror reflects the scene completely and without confusion.When nothing happens, the Bodhisattva is clear and clear (luminous) as a mirror. 

9. Mind not hope, not accept. He is not self, no me, so there is no "my". No "my" is not preferred. No preference, no distinction. Without distinction, the mind of the Bodhisattva has no thoughts, no defilements, no "right" or "should". Thus, he is not easily shaken nor attached to any particular dharma. The direction of the director is clear throughout the freedom, the director completely realize the self-purity of light. 

10. Supreme Bodhi Center. Because these ten things are derived from the Great Compassion, they also aim to enlighten the fullness of all sentient beings. It is the goal, the refuge, the safe path leading to the end of suffering, the attainment of peace. It is eternal peace, and true freedom. It is supreme and eternal. In the world of darkness, evil, and ignorance, it is light, goodness and lucid.

These ten things are more powerful than all the weapons in the world because they make people no longer afraid, so who needs weapons? The true transformation from Mahayana to Mahayana Bodhi is an internal change, an irreversible growth from seed to fullness. This world can only benefit from the practice of Dalaiya, starting with this!

All conditions should not be bound. 

Everyone has ties that are called ties or relationships. With each word, behavior, and thought, we push or pull the causal link to the beneficial or the harmful side. This is true of everything, and everywhere, not just human, but "human" is the subject here. We will discuss the following ingredients.
Why are people getting married? Why did a father kill his son? Why is a person popular when his brother is hated by everyone? Why are you strongly attracted to this friend, and why are your friends cold enough not to attract you? This is due to the conditions that you planted in the past (and are creating conditions in the moment).
Master Hằng Triều and I have deep charms on the positive side. We are so similar that we fit together even in our intuition, we see the same shapes in the clouds and in the dark. We mix the sound when singing in elaborate sessions. Light and dark. I gradually trust in our interoperability. When we prostrate, if I have to pause for a drink or go to the toilet, I know that I just have to wait for Hang Tung to bow a few more times to have the same urge as myself, and Hang Trieu will export is on my right and says "I have to stop here" or "do you want to drink water?". Everything is going on like this at all times and the stages of our journey. We share the same ideas and daily schedule. Our life as a layman is so similar that it feels a little strange - the chance of being coincidental is not there. In short, we have a very strong relationship.

Bodhisattva Strong-Than-Love-Love

6. No greed - this is the key to liberation and wisdom.

Very dry Everything cracked. No soft rustling sound, only rubbing and scratching. Brittle and unbalanced. Moisture is off the ground. As we walked along the road, the ground fell apart and sagged like a hollow shell. The trucks and drivers' groups drove past us, toward the dusty brown hills.
When the wind stops blowing, this rural drought is truly a hell on earth. Cattle and wild animals are fed with dead dry grass, without a shadow shading the sun and no water to quench heat. Minutes after drinking water from the ball, our lips and mouth dry again.
Scientists call this a "cyclical low rainfall trend." They "can not speculate" what caused it or how to end it. "Those who are not scientists" also call it a cycle, a cycle of cause and effect, of behavior and retribution. That is karma. After the abuse and waste of water, especially in the "progress" of chemistry and atoms, we lose it. We are the same, and we all share the four elements of earth, water, wind, fire. We are one body, one mind. If these four elements are not harmonious, that is because our minds are crooked and not harmonious. When will water come back? When we repent of past mistakes and modifications. When will we purify our hearts?

The biggest discovery this month is that energy and light and insight come from actually turning desire, cutting it and turning it back inside. That's it! Power! For a moment I can see all the way to enlightenment. It's like this.

Association for Protection of Rings

One of Tolkien's best books, The Lord of the Rings, recounts the pilgrimage of Frodo and Samwise to save all the good things of the world and destroy evil. Their journey was supervised by Gadalf, who was the supreme sorcerer of that realm, a good-looking, white-minded, well-guarded, white man who was linked to ancient wisdom.
In the end, the only thing the two Hobbits won was their innocence, their selflessness, and their prayers. Their journey occurs both inside and outside. When their heart is upright, they do not have any difficulty, or they meet strong friends and wisdom to help them. When their mind is not good or not true to their task, the trouble occurs.
Completing the mission, the Hobbit and their companions return to the Shire. Samwise learned courage, self-respect, and a little wisdom. Frodo was severely injured by a spider and lost a finger on the edge of Mount Doom, and he no longer clung to the pleasures of this world.Instead, he goes to Gray Havens, a kind of pure Buddhist land. Frodo demonstrates his compassion for the Shire. He forgives an enemy and forgives his evil deeds. Frodo has seen enough of the killing and has experienced the unity of all the living creatures and the fragile death of the creature.
While the characters in Tolkein's Trilogy do not meet the Dharma and they all seek the truth outside, the best thing is that the Book of the Rings reminds us of the great Bodhisattva vows in Tackling all evil and doing all good. The book is pure and lyrical. There is killing but it speaks much about devil's surrender and transforms beings rather than killing.
There is a great sharing of integrity and goodness among many different races and beings. It is like the ideal of the "great" of China. Hằng Triều and I more than once felt the call to make our journey from this good story. The experience we share sometimes reflects the efforts and joy of the Forbearance Protection Association. Sometimes it's a bit weird and we wonder how Tolkien could be so close to Buddhism and did he draw from his own Bodhicitta when writing on the trilogy? . We look forward to this series.
It is good that this book exists in the world and it will attract many good people to the Dharma.

After five months on the road, the simplest things are still deepest and most valuable: "Practice hard, be patient. Not be rotated by the realms. " The best method is to practice more and say less.

Last night I had a dream, in that dream some men tried to break into our car and steal our belongings. At that time we were bowing and doing things right. I saw them and walked towards them, and somehow convinced them not to steal our belongings.
This afternoon, as we bowed along this isolated road, I thought I had seen from the corners of my eyes the silhouette of two people - like someone jumping over the highway fence and toward the car of we are parked. The car is on the other side of a hill and outside our sight.Strangely, at the same time, Hang Jing, for whatever reason he could not explain, began to bow faster. Feeling something was happening, I walked up to the top of the hill and saw two men pulling the door and trying to open the windows of the Plymouth. When they saw me coming, they ran back across the highway. What amazed me was that they were also the ones who appeared in my dreams - clothes, hair, and everything.
At the edge of the oilfields north of Ventura, there were similar dreams of having our sleeping bags stolen. In those dreams, we broke the rules and brought the devices to the thieves as if they were old friends. It turned out, a few days later, we actually broke the rules (late and many things) and that day, our sleeping bag was stolen.
In the dream last night, we obeyed the rules and stopped the theft. The next afternoon, we decided to go out and bow to "punctual", instead of spending time shaving and washing. We did not talk and we were on time for the ceremony and bowing. No stealing.
Is it a coincidence? Maybe so. However, things do not feel that way. It felt like we were in control and responsible for what happened to us. It is a practical lesson on karma and the doctrine of "All created by the mind." Get the wrong results run erroneously or erroneously like the hair. That night we read verses in the Flower Adornment:

As the trip started, our defense against the world of Los Ageles was very high. The first time we returned to KimLong after a month outside showed our stress. Going back out again and we feel less stressed, and more real. We both had a bigger capacity to cover the "real". The second time back to Kim Luan is clearer. We reflect on the transition from solitary stress to a completely social environment. "The monk was not moved." Start feeling more flexible, more realistic in both worlds. Return to the oilfield and we were blown away and wasted needles (golden light). Get sick, recover and continue. Suddenly, there was a surprise visit by Master and Kim Son Holy Temple to the city of Santa Barbara. We really yearn for old friends to see what we are doing, how to feel outside. An energy gift from Master along with the visit.Followed by a sudden trip back to the Kim Luan pagoda, more clever, transition less bumpy.Aware of not wanting to release energy. Fight with the senses, using that method, another dose of needle energy.

When doubt and suspense are full, I envision my parents, and then all the beings I have met or known. I remember their kindness and feel their fear and suffering as my own. I think about my debt and the opportunity I have to pay for all.
I envisioned the Venerable Master and evaluated my lack of diligence, lack of accomplishment and lack of compassion. The abbot gave me patience and lit up the Way. My parents have solidified my roots and fortune. Both of them "recharge" my vow to "help and support beings everywhere," and let me "do my best."
Parents and Master gave away and sacrificed so much with the spirit of no-self! How can I waste time on small and unclean thoughts? Let's go, Hangeng, just do good, do not do wrong.Make offerings through your actions and purify your mind. In each move "go, stand, sit", purify the mind.
I can remember "meditation" as a child. That "meditation" consists of staring at a spot or closing your eyes, trying not to let any thought or image arise. I try to do everything inside me "behave consciously and quietly", like mud at the bottom of the pond in clear water. It's fun, it's a game. Whenever a thought or word or image arises, I will have to start over. Riding or sitting in the church, at night or in the morning when everything is quiet and still sleeping are the best moments.
I know the kids make their own mantras. They "keep the mind" with repeated sounds and syllables that sound like "meaningless" to adults. Whenever they feel nervous or in need of concentration, the sounds automatically appear. Other children make hand gestures and fingers seem meaningless, repeating the pattern and process. They use these patterns when they feel scared or alone. Some children only count 2-4-6-8, 1-3-5-7, etc. in the opposite direction or forward direction and sometimes in sync with their moves.
All these techniques are just methods of concentration and retreat. They are natural and point to an inability to learn that everything is created from the mind, that is, inside and outside, or subject and object, we and people - distinctions - are false.
How does the child from the available consciousness perceive this truth and find every natural way to purify and use the power of their mind? How do we forget?
In terms of groups, the children are the most sensitive and sympathetic to the Three Kingdoms. Why? It is said that children rapidly progress and develop spiritual penetration because they are not defiled by sexual desire as adults. Unbounded by sexual emotion and fear, they reduce a great clinging to their own nature, obscuring their pure mind.
This seems to be true. Most people describe the change of puberty as terrible and difficult, marked by "loss" and pain. When sexual desire dominates thought and spirit, confusion and disorientation will follow. If one can reverse this process - "reflective reflection", that is, uncontrolled sexual desire, that person will soon begin to "see" again, and be on the path of consciousness. realization. In Ethics it says:
"So often, no desire to see the magic; ordinary people only see the outside "(1).
If you can not turn your sexual desire, you will be in the dust and sunk, suffering in samsara.There is no big secret or special gift on this. That is just hard work and practice. It is not easy, as Tung and I are discovering so. But it is not impossible, and the more you practice, the easier it is. Learn to stop the leaks like becoming a kid again. This is really fun and is full of surprises every day.

Teacher Heng and I squat on a cold hillside before dawn, overlooking the ocean and rugged coastline. A faint red light on the horizon eastward slowly through the black sky. Then, while sewing under the oil lamp after late night, a thought occurred to me "I used to want to live like this. And now we are! Unbelievable!"
The cold north wind shatters the skin to help the air and the scene appear miles clear.Everything is clean and clear. No dampness or smoke. Cleansed and purified by a cold wind, we bow through, feel light and clear.
Benevolence, the "ascetic", the same effect. Ascetic helps to avoid the negative attachment and dust "guest" (ceiling guest) brought by the desire. In Ethics it says:
Colors in the color of our eyes, the 
bar in the year of ecstasy. 
Year of soft tongue numb wrong, 
Wrong hunting, human heart crazy. 
Rarely tilted virtue

What is "ascetic"? A total of twelve practices that the Buddha advised, such as: wearing a torn cloth, begging, eating a meal at noon, eating enough or eating, outdoors lie down, in the desert (a delicate). Why call "suffering"? As it is like when you are sick, often the first cure for pain, the remedy is very bitter. In the Lotus Sutra it is said: "Bitter or subtraumatic diseases are suffering."
Before I left home, I was really scared of this asceticism. I am afraid of abandoning my good food and clothes, afraid to eat a meal every day, and afraid to sleep. I had dreams that never could eat strawberries or donuts. (How can I live without fried bread?). But the water gives us lessons when we are wet and the fire burns, the "benefit" of asceticism lies in the practice of asceticism. How long have I thought that genuine understanding is a "knowledge journey" that separates direct experience and effort? How simple! In Buddhism, there are innumerable ways to experience endless wisdom. One of the four vows of the Bodhisattva is, "the unlimited course of vow of learning".

My ego is fighting to survive: abdominal pain, diarrhea last night and morning, and now nausea and dizziness. Evil is a complete change of mind and body. I can remember to make myself sick as a child when I did not want to go to school. So now a desperate self is doing the same - doing anything to undermine the prostration. "You will feel better if you rest." The sick man can not bow. This prostration is not healthy. "The despairing self desires sleep and begs but in vain.

It is said that divine power is the same. We all have divine powers, but divine beings do not work - they do not know, because we scatter our light and waste light through our body, speech and mind. The little insights that we have so far opened up on this journey are available during prostration and during one-on-one intervals.
The ear can not hear when the mouth is squashed. Eyes can not see if they are looking at the "self". The mind can not see the life and thoughts of others when it is manipulated in one way or another by greed and clinging. There is a saying that "a single thought does not manifest itself." With a mind full of pop melodies, food and reputation ideas, gains and losses, and forever calculated, what else can be found?
Therefore, his silence is a constant reminder to me to concentrate and keep my mindfulness - to close and open up. With every thought arising, our lives are rotated. 
Two people said they were "free therapists" just before the meal and wanted us to "walk in the van and share the energy." This is a certain situation can not be - a situation of "Little Red Riding Hood meets the wolf therapist."
I slowly learned that my mistakes in judgment or delusion caused trouble (the ants, big winds, stolen belongings, damaged cars, etc.). There are so many people who do not like what they show or say. I'm looking to prevent unwanted guests from coming. In Los Angeles, I had a polite and cordial conversation with a thief while he was breaking through the window breaking into our car at 3:30 in the morning. "Can I help you?" As usual, it was the prostration that "talked" and my own words were mistaken. If I could be more quiet inside, I'm sure we would attract less "unwanted wolves" from the outside.
As we walked north on Highway 101, a high-speed car suddenly lost its control a few yards from us. The car dropped off the road, crashed into the steep bank of the road, almost overturned, and then dashed back into the traffic, turning around and whistling past the tracks, completely out of control. The traffic was dense, but so marvelous, there was no collision, and 10 or 15 trembling men continued southward, barely escaping death.
All this happened in less than 15 seconds, and we were in the middle of it, with no curb or time to find safety. How did the car suddenly get control back? How does it avoid touching five or six other cars just a few inches apart? Why does not the car get out of the way by running into the emergency road - the road we're bowing to?
Heng said that he saw clearly the Master before and during the incident. We both feel protected and see the images of the Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva during that time. The car headed straight for us and suddenly regained control and passed. That made me wonder and a little shocked.

What did you do with your light?

Music, movies, stage, etc., are "sharp" and such things are just like sex. Sacred is one of the five aggregates, along with feeling, perception, form, and consciousness. At the root, they are all empty. The aggregates are described as "the illusory elements of personality." The aggregates that rotate and blur are the cause of suffering.
Performers are good at moving and arranging forms. Color lights, costumes, music, makeup, etc ... skillfully show how you want. Feelings, emotions and lusts are stroked and directed just like puppets are guided. Your natural light is drained of a spotlight. Good acting involves using your "share" of light energy to manipulate and influence others and immerse yourself in a fantasy trip of the self.
Turn your light to the limelight to exhaust. A person who is always pressured (always "come to me") to keep the mask and the stage curtain up. Turn the light back on, no one sees, but many benefits. Turn the lights out, everyone sees, but do not do anyone better. We all have this kind of light or energy. It's a waste to use it to milk and cheat, to hide and hide! We destroy our interior when trying to look good.
But actually acting is not just on stage. Make a pupil, lover, leader, teacher, good husband, etc. Often is a type of acting - another play, another audience. How stuck! There is a song that says, "I have to stay away from this day by day, everyone knows this is not going to happen."
In sharing this insight, we feel like a big burden has been lifted from our back. We both feel ashamed and disgusted at all of our performances - of what we have done with our light. But by simply turning off the limelight, the primordial light will return itself. That primordial light is not wasted or lost. It does not decrease nor increase. We just turned away from it. And we can, with unanimous repentance and transformation, unite with the "true nature". And a meditation verse says,

So today I want to tell you a method of spiritual practice. The secret of the practice consists of three words: 
1. Legs: meaning not spoiled, not faked; Doing anything very true. 
2. City: means sincerely, very reverent, very sincere, not lazy, not to do through loudspeaker. 
3. Constant: meaning is always consistent, constant constant, unchanging. 
Every action, every word must have mind, foot, constant. Doing what you have three minds that the future will definitely accomplish.

We are reading the book The Great Divine Resurrection of Zen Master. In that Master wrote that "purity of mind to observe three thousand world paradise, bad kamma full". I remember the feeling that I and others were the first children to go to school, reading through the new textbooks. The history books have the most images, so it is an award, especially the 20th century chapter. How we are so stunned.
Pictures of war and conflict are full of pages. The trench war, the dust storm, and the Great Depression, Nazi Germany, World War II (as it was the natural continuation of World War I, "the war to end the wars", a huge picture of a giant mushroom cloud, a fatigued and sad Einstein, Martin Luther King, Kennedy's family and their assassins, the Berlin Wall, Mao Zedong, and a chart for We see the difference in Gross National Product (GNP) between "developed" and "underdeveloped" countries, and that is before it really becomes heavy! We all know what the press says, And every night the news on the TV brings only gloomy clouds into our lives.
And none of these books or newspapers have adults answering our questions like, "Why?" Where are the great lights and peace in this world? Why do not there be more heroes or expeditions turning this tide of slaughter and suffering? Is there any hope?
No words are clearer than this, the Master responds to these straightforward questions, the Venerable Master writes: "The inexorable quantity of calamities is caused by karma. If we do not timely aware of the cause of killing, predestined attachment, method of killing, killing karma, it is difficult to change the yoke to be peaceful .. " 

This little book Going straight to the heart of the disease era, "Disaster incidents are caused by the killing of the birth, the killing is caused by the mind born." And, later, the message was brought home. "If the heart does not kill, robbery, adultery, lied to, drinking wine, but strict discipline, immediately be eliminated ".
The words of the Venerable Master are full of hope and, yes, the mighty. They speak directly to good and compassion in all of us. "Great people start to turn towards good ... Why do not we think instead of such (bad idea evil), then wash the body mind; clean dust, start shame;Have to change the past mistakes to create a new life; become special people with great power; Do the benefits to beings in the Dharma; see the citizens of all nations are brothers and create virtue; Let's set the pattern for everyone. "
These words should be written under the mushroom cloud in historical books. It is exactly the straightforward talk of the heart that we seek as children and we have not been able to find, these words are an antidote to the inevitable despair. Grab us when we look at the "Civilization Age."
Walking along the far side of California 1 in California, the thought came to me that the Bodhisattvas had kept the world together. By actually practicing these simple truths, the Bodhisattvas affect all sentient beings so that they make the minds of the living beings straight and calm the minds of sentient beings. I thought, "It's so simple!" The "secret" of why and everything happens so whispers in the hearts of all of us. "All created by the mind, all created by the mind, all see me."
As children, we know that behind the depressed portraits of "cruel progression", there is still good and great might. How do we know so? Because it is still beating the beat in each of us and looking for a place and a way to cling to and flow. This is called "landmark". It does not disappear by the times and can be "refreshed every day, day in and day out."
At that time I did not know how to initiate that wisdom and compassion. And all the pictures that made my share seem small and farce. Venerable Master wrote: "Duty of geography optical has a wonderful personal interest that the taste is extremely endless! If you want to enjoy that idea, you have to start the good heart, filter the xinxing. How can one put this factual data out of our textbooks?
Beauty: Truck, stone, shoulder bag, blood and smell, and even Hang Jing's back became very familiar - like returning home you care after a long time away. long time.
I have the feeling of the Master and his disciples while bowing on a quiet road: karmic affection, karmic retribution, vow and a teacher describing our arrival and distances. way."Refuge" is "turn around and take refuge." Most people, when they take refuge, feel they are returning home, as if they have found their way back from a long and arduous journey. Time and memory were lost and anxious, many obstacles and afflictions - struggles and searches, there is always something urgent "there is still something, there is somewhere we belong "
With deep roots, we meet many times on the path and leave. The feeling of being met (deja vus) and the feelings "Hey, you look so familiar" are the remnants of long-distance relationships and experience together.
If this time we can do, we can get out of the wheel of samsara, and come and go, happily chanting compassion. Enlightened one can leave the dust and become a place of trust for all sentient beings - a vast Bodhicitta.

The problem of this "Five Things" is to control mindfulness and concentration, even when eating. It is said that "Dich Hue is not two". Tue market with determination; no other wisdom.They are not two but one. One-pointedness, right before your eyes, you become foolish and create chaos. At lunch, the light of the lightning flashes. Eyes bigger than stomach. People bite their tongues and hands, hiccups, and almost always because they swallow up faster - the demon is in control.
However, mainly, eat to help us keep our lives. It helps slow down the damage and break down into our soil, water, wind, and fire elements. So there is some anxiety that goes along with food: We know very well that if we do not eat, we will face what we fear most: death, illness, impermanence of ourselves. So when we eat, we worry, be mesmerized and think a lot about ourselves. The opposite is true: when we are anxious and afraid, we eat. Fear from the root is a function of ignorance. We fear the unknown and do not understand, the darkness, the noisy sound, the physical harm, the ghost, the soul, the death, the scourge, the things we have, etc. All fears come from The unclear about birth and death - "Where do you come from, and when? Where will you go after you die? "
So we panic and cling to anything that happens around us shows the impermanence of life. So there is the saying, "We live in a dream." From the cradle to the grave, never know, never peace - map and dragged by the shadow and speculation. This is natural. This is called "drifting". Living is easy, but dying is difficult.
Going back to the birth line is the essence of spiritual practice. For over 2,600 years on this planet, tools and methods to "get on the road" are always available. The purest way, the most direct in our minds. All Buddhist do is provide tools and a map. Do it yourself. Every method (toolbox) is just a tool, created to prevent endless stream of thought. When the mind goes mad, the scattering stops, the "fullness" of nature.
Understanding, fullness and clarity, like the water reflects the moon. The mind is like the sky, miles without clouds.
I have a broken tooth with a dental pulp. It helps keep my mind from wandering. If I try to talk while eating, my teeth hurt terribly. If I eat too fast, too much, or let go of my candy, this tooth hurts immediately. This happens all the time. You can say it is a "wisdom tooth" (wisdom tooth) that keeps me honest and mindful when eating.
In general, feedback responds to the tacit system becoming more and more tense. We have few places to make mistakes. Every small mistake is a thorn or beer, a tooth or a broken car.The message is clear: now that you know it is wrong, do not run away to do wrong - focus.

The mountain road is narrow with big winds and fog. Sloping, rocky, rugged mountains, steep, and almost vertical; Only the red-tailed hawks can be found here. Diesel trucks and long-wheeled vehicles scurried through our books, turning like dried leaves.
Wisdom is to understand how things really work. It is the knowledge that transcends the limits of who we are, where we go, of birth and death, and of innumerable things that come and go not together.
It's so obvious that we are all related. All men are fathers, children, and brothers. All the women are my mother, my sister, my sister.
What we call life is extremely short compared to the past and the future. Our body and the earth are like the house we live in for a moment and then move on. Nothing stays and nothing goes away:  Silence and emptiness ", there is no beginning nor end.
Why fight and trouble, kill and hoard? There is no place and time for little things. Open your heart and mind until the whole universe becomes so small that you can not even distinguish them. This is our home. This is great compassion and a fleeting glimpse of the Buddha, all within us and waiting for us to open. Too simple.

Angry
Anger comes before every act of killing. And, every thought of anger starts from the mind. Replacing anger with a compassionate heart and patience, that good will grow and turn every war and disaster until it never hears the cry of the little deer on earth. this time too.

Like the four elements: earth, wind, fire and water, they are intertwined and inseparable; We and the same things we do. How happy it is!
There is no place where one can point and say, "This is where I ended up and where others started." Between all things and the whole universe, it is this: all beings are my family, everything is my body. Demolition of all fences is the return of our original nature. Nothing is better.

The seeker of silence

The universe is created by the mind

If someone understands the mind, they will understand it all. The universe is made up of mind. No direction, above or below, high or low in the universe. No beginning or end, no value or self . It's all the same. When the mind goes mad, the universe disappears.

Master your desire: It comes from yourself.
Today the wind blows, but it is the sweet breeze and the wind of discovery: the desire for sex from myself. It's all my projection, and today I saw it. Sexual desire does not come from the heart - it comes from the old habits. Sexual desire is the thought of self. It does not come from other dharmas, it comes from me. Dhamma and others are not to blame. "The dirt is not dirty clean."
At some point, in my life, I learned to laugh at certain things and call them "sex," and see them as dirty and special. I reinforce that habit every day, for hours, giving it some stimulus value associated with my own body and that habit has become very important in the nine years of my life. At the moment, I'm giving up on the reactions that have taken place and are devaluing the signals, the causes and conditions of sexuality and sexual behavior. Little by little, the habit disintegrates, and slowly I come back to the equality of dhammas - there are no special dharmas, no special dances or joys.
