Those who have been ordained can not arbitrarily break the precepts. If you commit transgressions, you must quickly confess, repent, and improve before the mass. A monk or nun who broke the precepts seriously should line up in the back and accompany the novices or even lay people. The monk is not allowed to continue acting negligently and disregard the breaking of precepts. Buddhism has just begun in this country and we can not be arbitrarily discredited. If we are now sloppy then the future does not know how far away.
