SUTRA VAN 2:
SEASON FINDING
first). MENTAL INJURY. 

- The Blessed One! All the ten kinds of beings in the world (1) give the mind in the body; I have received your eyes on my face and mind in my body, like the eyes of Thanh Lien of Tathagata on the face of me. 
     Buddha said:  
- A Nan! Now he sat in the lecture hall of the Tathagata, see where the jade forest? 
- The Blessed One! This spacious spacious room is located in the garden level, while the jade forest is outside the lecture hall. 
- A Nan! What did you first see in the lecture hall? 
- The Blessed One! I was in the lecture before Tathagata, see the mass, then look outside to see the forest. 
- A Nan! You see the forest, by any means seen?
- The Blessed One! Because the lecture window is open so that you can see inside out. 
     Buddha told An Nan: 
- As he just said, the body in the lecture hall, thanks to the opening of the drum should see the forest; Are there any beings in the lecture hall do not see Tathagata, see the forest outside? 
- The Blessed One! In the lecture did not see the Tathagata, the forest outside the tree is not true.
- A Nan! In the same way, his spirit (2) is all clear, if the mind is clear his money is in the body must first see clearly in the body. So are beings before seen in the body and then see things outside? Although not see the heart, liver, spleen, the location: nails, long hair, tendon also see, why not see? If the body does not see how to see the object outside? So, he said, "The mind in the body (3) is not true.

EXPLAIN:
(1) Ten types of beings in the world  :
1) Species born from eggs (ovum): As birds, turtles ...
2) Species born from fetus (fetus): Human, animal ...
3) Species born from damp (low birth): As insects, mosquitoes, bacteria, fireflies ...
4) Species that are produced by transformation (biochemistry): As cicada. butterflies ... from other species; gods, ghosts, demons ... suddenly appear not through the embryonic stage at all.
5) Shapes have the form: as the good gods have beauty.
6) Ideally thought: As the gods have thoughts.
7) The species does not have form (non-sharp): As the sky is not sharp.
8) The species is not without form: as the gods are not sharp or sharp.
9) The species does not have thoughts (non-ideal): As the gods do not have thoughts.
10) The species is not without thought (non-ideal): As the gods are not supposed or unthinkable.

     The Buddha asked: " Now, you sit in the lecture theater to see the jade where, he was in the lecture hall first see what? 
     Sun worshipers:" This lecture hall in the garden level, but the jade forest is outside the lecture hall. I was in the lecture before Tathagata, see the mass, then look outside to see the forest .

     The Buddha further asked, " As you said, the trunk is in the lecture hall, thanks to the opening of the drum, see the forest; Are there any beings in the lecture hall do not see Tathagata, see the forest outside? 
     Sun worshipers said:" In the lecture hall do not see Tathagata, the forest outside is not true . 

     The Buddha then asked to break down that "In the same way, his spirituality clarifies, if the mind clarifies his present state in the body, it must first be seen in the body; So who ever saw in the body and then see things outside? Although not see the heart, liver, spleen, the location: nails, long hair, tendon also see, why not see? If the body was not found, how to see things outside (?), So he said:  " The enlightened mind (understanding) a place in the body "  is not true ".We have seen Venerable Ananda Dependent in the body, the Buddha said: "It is not right " because if the mind is in the body, it must see the parts of the body, but the mind does not see anything in the body.
2). MORNING OUT OF THE BODY

     A nan bent Buddha head: 
- I listen to the teachings of the Tathagata, enlighten the real mind outside the body, why? For example, the light in the room before the light in the room, then from the door to illuminate the yard. All living beings do not see in the body, just outside the body, as well as the lamp outside the room can not shine in the room, this meaning is clear, no doubt, so compared to the ultimate meaning of the Buddha not wrong To 
     Buddha told An Nan:

- The Blessed One! No! Why? Although the bhikkhus are Arahants (1), but the body is not the same, not a person to eat, which makes them all full. 
- A Nan! If his mind is outside the body in the outside, there is no relation, the mind knows the body does not know, the body knows the mind does not know. Now I show him his hand, while his eyes see, his mind knows? 
- The Blessed One! Well know. 
- A Nan! If the body and mind know one another, why say the mind outside the body? Know, he said, "the mind outside the body is not true. 

EXPLAIN:
(1)  Arhat: Arhat, P: Arahat, is a killer, that is to kill defilement defilements, achieve the uneducated, the killing of samsara, Nirvana.

     The Buddha asked and broke down:If the body and mind know one another, why say the mind outside the body? Know, he said, "the mind outside the body is not true "; As well as the mind in the body, here is Sun Ananda Da accept the mind outside the body, but the body and mind know one turn can not speak mind outside the body, so the Buddha said " not true " is because that's it. 

3). MENTAL INJURY

Buddha told An Nan: 
- According to his words, the mind behind the eyes as the eyes hiding behind the glass cup, so when the mountain river view, see the cup to save? 
- The Blessed One! I saw the cup saved.
- A Nan, the eye behind the cup to save the glass to see the cup; the mind behind the eyes do not see eyes? Whether it is eyes, eyes ie scene, scene how to see the scene? If you do not see the eyes, he said "enlightened mind lurks behind the eyes" is not correct. 
Interpretation:

     The Buddha asked and broke: " The eye behind the cup to save the glass to see the cup saved; the mind behind the eyes do not see eyes? Whether it is eyes, eyes ie scene, scene how to see the scene? If you do not see the eye, then you say "mind hidden behind the eyes" is not true . It means that if the mind behind the eyes is why the mind does not see the eye, and if the mind sees the eye, then the eye is the scene of the mind, the eye is the scene of the mind, the eye can not see the scene; Therefore, the mind behind the eyes is " not right ". Here we see the Buddha's disobedience of the Buddha Sun Nan is the representative of ordinary people we often accept in this place where the mind is there because not mind is the same mind throughout space and time.

     Buddha told An Nan: 
- When he closed his eyes dark, the dark scene is for the eyes or not for the eyes? 
- If the eye is dark in the eyes, ie outside the body, why say in the body? Suppose that in the dark body in the dark room there is no light, what in the dark room is his organ? 
- If not for the eyes how to see? If you leave the sight outside, the establishment of the view into, when the eyes are dark see as seen in the body; When I open my eyes, I see no face?
- Again, if you do not see the face, the meaning "eye inward" can not be established: if the face is the mind and sense of sight is in vain, how to say in? 
- Again, if out of nowhere is not his body, ie now Lai see his face is also his body? So his eyes know, his body does not know. If you let your body and eyes know one turn, then there must be two known, that one must become two Buddha himself! Knowing that he said "seeing dark in the body" is not true. 
EXPLAIN:
(1) Organ  organs : organs such as heart, liver, kidneys, intestines, etc.
(2) Screening: Grievance : Holes such as eyes, ears, nose; Blood vessel: Upper body; Acupuncture : Important place between the body and the outside.

Here, the Buddha said and said: " So his eyes know, his body does not know, if he let his body and eyes know one turn, then there must be two know, that one must become two Buddha himself! Knowing he said "seeing dark in the body" is not true . " That is, there is only one view of the eye, not of the body, and the darkness found in the body is wrong. 

5). DIFFICULT
THINK IS TÂM

- I have heard the Buddha said that: heart born of the French, the French birth of the mind. Now think, that thought is my mind; depending on mind thinking, there is no inner, outer and middle. 
- A Nan, he said the dharmakaya should be born, depending on mind thinking. Mind is not self can not think; If there is no self that can be thought of without grounds to see the ceiling, this is not true. 
If there is self, then try to use his hand to flush his body, his mind is from the body or out from the outside? If from the inside out, it must be seen in the body; If from the outside, first face. 
- Eye owner, the master mind, the mind is not like the eyes, say the mind is not true. 
     Buddha told An Nan:
- If you see the eye, he is in the room, the door can see. As if the dead had eyes, they should have seen the things; What if the object is called dead? 
- Your consciousness, if it is possible, is one body or body? Does your body, your heart, or your body all around? 
- If you say one, when his hand flips a limb, should know all know, if you know where the flicker is not, if there is a flick flick is not one. As many as many people, so how is he? 
- If you talk about the whole body as if the flipside, if not all around, when he touched his head and feet, the head knows the right leg does not know, but now he is not so. Be aware that he said: "Depending on mind thinking right" is not true. 
EXPLAIN:
     On the fifth, Venerable A Nan Da has heard the Buddha declare them: "The mind of birth should be born, the birth of the mind. Now think, that thought is my mind; depending on mind thoughts, there is no inner, outer and middle ". That is because the Buddha was told that "the birth of the Buddha should be born, the birth of the mind ," then he thought and thought that the mind is the mind, as the mind thinking right; Venerable mind that the heart is not in, not out and not in the middle. 

     The Buddha said, " If we say that the path of birth, according to the thought of mind, there is no mind can not think can not think; If there is no self that can be thought of without grounds to see the ceiling, this is not true"; Here the Buddha reasoned that the mind is free. 

     He went on to say, " If you have self, then you try to use your hands to flush yourself, his mind is from the body or from the outside? If from the inside out, it must be seen in the body; If you come from outside, you must first see the face,"the Buddha demonstrated to refute the mind both inside and outside the body. 

     The Buddha said: " Know the eye, master mind, the mind is not like the eye, said mind is not real sense, " here the Buddha said that the mind sees and he determines the mind and eye. see different. 

     He poses the question:If he saw the eye, he was in the room, did the door see? As if the dead had eyes, they should have seen the things; What if the object is called dead? "Here, the room is like the body, the door like the eye, the eye of the dead can not see; The Buddha said: The eye is not enough elements to see, should have something else to see the eye. 

     The Buddha continued to ask: "Your mind knows if there is a self, a body or many things? And: where in your body, mind all over the body or not all over? 

     The Buddha said:If one's mind is one, then one's hands or legs should know, if two limbs are known, if there is no flush, there is no flush. a self; If so many people, then what is his own? "Here the Buddha has a mind of one or more bodies. 

     The Buddha said, answering and breaking that: " If talking mind all over the body is the same as the above mentioned, that is, when flicking a place, should know other places, if you know the flick is not there. If there is a place to flick it is not the same. If not all over, when he touches his head and touches the legs at the same time, the head knows the right leg does not know or vice versa know the head must not know, but not so; Knowing that he said, "It is not right to think in the mind."This part of him is the same mind and heart not all around; That is to say that the mind all over, he explained that the mind is not around, when the mind is not around, he explained that the mind around to break it.
6). LIABILITY

     A Nan said: 
- You say "in the middle" not these two. As the Sun said: The label of the bondage and the beauty of bondage born consciousness. The base of discrimination, the bare sense, in the middle, ie the mind. 
     Buddha said:
- If your mind is in the middle of the ceiling, does the mind include both or not? If both objects and objects are interwoven, things are not real, they know, into two opposing, what to do in the middle? If you leave (know) and do not know (bare) can not be, so what do the middle do? It is not right to say that "mind is in the middle". 

EXPLAIN:

     He reasoned, " If the skin is not in the skin, it is in the middle, it is in the middle. if it is in the place of origin, it can be stated or can not be mentioned (?); If it can not be mentioned is not as if there is no place to say, why not? For example, if someone planted a tree in the center, looking from the East, for the tree in the West, looking from the South, the tree in the north, the middle body is mixed up, the mind also into disorder , do not know where ". Here, the Buddha pointed out that it is difficult to determine the position of the mind in the middle. 

     Ah Nan Da said, " I say" in the middle"Not two things. As the Exalted says:" Eyesense and sharp Chen Yanping each born consciousness. Eyesense distinction, excellence ceiling senseless, informal Birth place between "ie our hearts ." 

     Buddha " If your mind is in the middle of the eye and the hermeneutic, then the center of the mind is composed of both or not." EXPLAIN:

So the Buddha said : " All The first is called the mind is not true .
     To summarize for the 7 times of the abbot of Ananda Devi, who also represents the thoughts of sentient beings, we conclude for this section as follows:
     Here the seven questions asked, the Buddha is to bring Sun Nan Da Da straight to the self, the Buddha is not the truth, but the means as the healing physician; Buddha only use fake drugs to counterfeit of the author of A Nan Da, why say is fake? Because of the insults of the Buddha A Nan Da is not real, why say fake drugs? Because the Buddha's disobedience is not true. 

     Just as Venerable A Nan Da speaks in the body, outside the body, to say no attachment ( before ) is the mind, the truth is not wrong or wrong place, because the fixed in place, Buddha said " not true ". If the disease is not enough, then can put out a lot of places, not only seven seats, if the disease is complete, there is no place, say only seven seats!

     Self-nature or Buddha nature is NOT TWO (non-dual), if accept the "heart is not in" is two (second), for "real heart outside" is also TWO, until the mind in any place or not in any place is TWO; why? Because if there is one place, the other there is not, there is no place is TWICE. So the Buddha said: " Phàm organic language, the real meaning " (Phàm speech is not true) is.END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.24/2/2018.
