Introduction
Metaphorically,  lovingly speaking  ,  is a spiritual affection for all beings of small oil, which is an essential necessity in the life of every sentient being.
All organisms  [1]  existence in general, all beings in particular, typically have two essential needs:
- Material needs:  such as food, clothing, accommodation, medicine, etc.
- The need for spirituality:  Here only want to refer to the divine sentiment,  love  for all sentient beings called  metta,  only in pure heart, only a spiritual good It is not only for the moment, but also for the good of growth, for the benefit, the evolution, the peace in the present life and many future births, both for oneself and for all beings. half; So,  magnetism  is a valuable source of energy, a safeguard for the body.
To get  care from  is not easy, but requires the practitioner should have a solid foundation to mind from arising, centered diligent constantly, virtuous patience, perseverance practice  concept spread kindness By the method,  the new mind can arise and grow, certainly bring benefits, evolution, peace to yourself and the close ones, all beings, not foreign except one.
Because, mindfulness spreading the mind from the vast infinite, boundless to all beings, harmonious with himself with all sentient beings; Harmony, all creatures receive peace, cool in a living environment derived from mettles, making the organism is lush and growing.

What is the metaphor?

The word mind  is the  mental field  in the coexistence in the good-hearted object is all sentient beings. The meditator proceeds to spread the word of mind to all sentient beings, without the exception of a sentient being. He has infinite compassion on every creature; From the scattering of the mind, all sentient beings enjoy a cool and peaceful place; From all over the place, all sentient beings enjoy peace, cool everywhere.
In contrast with the   metaphor of "fake mind",  is also  love,  but arise from the  mind in the object of any satisfactory beings, who satisfies, etc.
If  the object of  sentient beings, he does something that does not meet the heart of desire, the subject, the desired person feels dissatisfied, disappointed; It means that the  greed  that is not as their own, then the  heart of the greed  that causes the coast to arise the  center of  hate, destroy the object of sentient beings, that person. Therefore,  love  arises from the  citta  called  "citta".
The difference between the  "fake mind "  and the  mind-  set according to the mind and object.
- From the fake  birth with  the greed,  the object is sentient beings, lovely people according to their greed; If the object of sentient beings, the human being is no longer satisfying the greed of attachment, the cause of attachment is the  center of  harm that object. That is the nature of the  "false mind."
- Magadha  is the  center of the field  with the kindness, with the object is all sentient beings, except that none of them, even among all sentient beings, know that sentient beings are their enemies. The mind still remains unchanged, the meditator still recites the heart from all beings:
- No difference between the two,
- No suffering,
- No suffering,
- Keep the mind is usually peaceful.
That is the special nature of the  metaphor.
Emotional meditation is the person who needs to have the mind first; Just like the proprietor want to do the blessing, must meet the conditions:
- Intentions of generosity.
- Have enough supplies ready.
- Someone has been done.
At that time, the new master accomplished blessed charity.
Likewise, the meditated mind must first have the fullness of the metaphor, and then meditate on it to all sentient beings, without exception.
The practitioner should meditate in the Pāḷi language  ,  the teaching of the Buddha, which is a universal language for the gods, the offspring, can also create feelings in sentient beings; It is important, when meditating, that practitioners need to understand the meaning of each word, each Pāḷisentence   .
This little book has been compiled, directed to carry out mindfulness from various methods such as:
- Method according to the  Mettāsutta .
- Method according to the  Visuddhimagga (Visuddhimagga). - The method of the Paṭisambhidāmagga,  etc.
To help you, readers learn, study, choose the method of meditation to cope with the appropriate nature with the nature of each practitioner, so that the process of meditation get the best effect.

 TÂM TỪ
Center from  translation of the noun  Pali: mettacitta.
- Metta: words, love, love.
- Citta: mind, knowledge.
Mettācitta: loving kindness, lovingkindness, loving kindness  , compassion and all sentient beings; May the benefits, the evolution, the long-term happiness for yourself and all sentient beings all together.
The object of  metta is the loving, beloved, respectable  (piyamanāpasattapaññatti) sentient beings  .
What is the mind?
Actually, no interest from separate center in the consciousness  [2] . This metaphor is one of the  tasksthat know the object of  ado-anacca (adosacetasika),  when the object is a loving, beloved, respectful, dutiful sentient being.
Concomitants adosa kind concomitants sobhana  (sobhanacetasika)  arises with all pure hearted  [3](sobhanacitta)  6 subjects: identity ceiling, bar ceiling, incense ceiling, the ceiling, touched the ceiling and the legal ceiling include There are object law and legal definition.
If the  mind of the yard  with the birth of peace of mind does not know the object of sentient beings, lovely, respectable, the  mental institution of the field  is not called the  metta.
If the  mind of the yard  with the goodness of the mind to know the object of sentient beings, lovely, respectable, then the  mentality of the field  is called the  mind.
Love is one of the four virtues (love, compassion, joy, happiness) in the mind of the mother, the father; So often called mother is  from the sample,  called father is  auxiliary.
In terms of the mind, the mind  from  mind and  compassion  never coupled, asynchronous born together, because we have different audiences beings:
The word  loving, loving, beloved  beings (piyamanapatattanañatti), may  all beings be of benefit, evolution, long-lasting happiness.
Compassionate  beings are suffering  (dukkhitasattapaññatti).  Compassion felt merciful, praying to help sentient beings out of suffering.
Therefore, when there is metta, then there is no compassion; And when there is compassion, then there is no metta.
Kindness is love
Love has three types:
Love with craving  (taṇhāpema). - Love in the family  (gehasitapema). - Love with  metta (mettā-adosa).
1. Love with a craving heart like?
Compassion is the love between the man and the woman who has loving affection, is attached to each other due  to greed,  satisfaction; This love is usually limited to men and women, each considered as belonging to each other, due to the greedy heart so often suffering misery.
- Two men and women living in harmony together, if this person is sick or sick, etc., the other also suffering from anxiety, care and treatment to recover from illness; If he cures the disease does not go out, he left the realm, then make the other suffering sorrowful mourning to the loved one was past.
- If the person doubts the loyalty of the other or betrayed the silver, then feel the suffering leading to hatred, to abandon each other, etc.
It is love with the heart of craving between men and women.
The Buddha said: "Craving is the cause of suffering." Therefore, when greed is satisfied, it will cause long suffering; When greed is not satisfied, it will cause severe suffering.
Attention is the core, the heart is the fruit. So how much, how much suffering, too!
2. What is love in the family?
Compassion in the family is the love between family members, bloodlines, and other family members such as daughter-in-law, son-in-law, etc., who are closely related, have become members. in family, family. This love also limits the family, the family: grandparents, parents, children, siblings, uncles, aunts, etc. are relatives.
The love of these people always wants the health, the benefits, the evolution, the long-lasting peace. But if any of the family, the sick family sick, the relatives also suffering care care, healing, hope for healing soon; If he does not heal, he must give up his life (death), the relatives in the family grief heart sorrowful to him.
The adults in the family often wish for the children, he was good, nothing bad happens; But if any of the children, grandchildren spoiled, do not do well, the adults in the family can not stand up, scolded, even scolded to teach the child, the damaged child. It is love in the family, family; If this love comes from the greed of greed, whether  greed  is satisfied or unhappy, it can also cause attachment to the center of the mind to  cause  suffering;  If this love comes from  kusala citta, kusala  citta is also restricted to the family, the family, it is difficult to be completely clean.
Both kinds of love are called  false minds,  because that love arises from greed, negativity pollutes, is subject to change.
3- How does compassionate love work?
Compassion with the metaphor is that the mind is scattered all the way to all sentient beings, without the exception of a living being, may all beings be peaceful.
Heart from  this expenditure measures are  concomitants adosa  (adosacetasika)  arises together with good will have audiences all beings without limit, without exception beings, (without distinction grandparents, parents, brothers siblings, etc. in the family, family line).
Therefore, whether beings have good or bad changes, etc., good heart has mental yard, the metaphor does not change according to the object of that.
This love is called  loving-kindness  because loving-kindness arises from purity of mind, not defiled by defilements, not transformed by the object of sentient beings.

The special nature of the metaphor

- Magnetic heart is one of the four items of meditation immeasurable  (appamaññā)  (mind, heart, mind, mental discharge). He meditates on the idea of spreading the mind from all sentient beings, without excluding the sentient beings, who can attain from the first stage of morality to the fourth stage of meditation. The subject of meditation depends on meditation  (sukha);  Can not attain the fifth disciple of meditation; The disciple of meditation beauty, must destroy the meditation, instead of meditation discharge.
- Kindness is one of the four virtues of the  Brahmavihara.  Brahma deities have four virtues noble is the word, bi, hỉ, discharge.
- Magadha is one of the ten virtuous dharma passages to attain the Enlightenment Buddha or the Noble One or the Noble Eightfold Path ...
Life in the world, if people often have meticulousness, he is most people love, love, respect, should avoid many troubles, all work is smooth, easy to succeed. life.
To the lay person as well as the monk, the metaphor plays an important role, supporting the practice of meditation or meditating to attain the noble dharma.
Magnetic expression of three subjects [4]  :
Kāyakammamettā: The  mind is manifested by the body of good deeds, all sentient beings in both presence and absence.
Vacīkammamettā:  The word metaphor is expressed by saying good to everyone, all sentient beings in both presence and absence.
Manokammamettā:  mind comes into being in the consciousness of goodness, longing for benefits, evolution, long-lasting peace for all people, all beings in both presence and absence.
1. Magnetic mind is manifested by the body of compassionate people, all beings both in the presence and in the absence of how?
- Those who have the mind of one another live together in a temple or a house or a collective place, each have the same thought:  "We should live to please the friends. I am with you, although different body, but the mind is the same as a ".
Everyone has the same idea, they are sure to live together in harmony with water, together enjoy the benefits, evolution, long-lasting peace.
Thus, first of all, we must have the metaphor embodied by the body of good deeds, good deeds to help the friends of heavy and light work; material needs, spirituality, etc.
- When you are present, you should be ready to work together to achieve good results, it is also the work of each person; because if the joint work is completed, the new work is fully completed. When you are sick and sick, you have to take care of your illness and healing quickly.
- When you are absent, we should do your unfinished work, clean your house, wash your clothes; If you dry your clothes, you should bring them neatly, when you go to wet rain, have clean clothes to replace, have food and drink water, etc.
That is the metaphor expressed by the body of good action for you both in the presence and absence.
2. Magnetic heart is represented by saying good things to people, all sentient beings both in the presence and in the absence of how?
- Those who have compassion, in good will, think of good things that bring benefits, evolution, long-lasting happiness to all beings.
- When you are present, meeting together in joyful love, do not say the nonsense nonsense, but discuss the Dhamma, talk to each other in 10 things such as: less desire, How to live in solitude, not living together with people, the diligent practice of insight meditation, the maintenance of pure virtue, the practice of meditation heart firmly, the practice of wisdom see the truth Four Noble Truths, liberation by the Holy Path - Holy Fruit, the wisdom of contemplating liberation, etc. They live and rejoice practicing the Dharma, often peace in the present life.
- When you are absent, they miss you, often praising your good qualities in love, loving each other, helping each other in every way, even in great joy. joint work. Particularly, he is an exemplary man, not only having a pure virtue, but also diligently meditating, meditating, etc., but also encouraging and encouraging you not to delude in all good deeds. .
This is the metaphor expressed by the saying good that brings benefits, evolution, peace to everyone, all beings in both presence and absence.
Mind-born from the mind of goodwill pray for benefits, evolution, long-lasting peace for all people, all beings both in the presence and in the absence of how?
Those who have compassion, meditation from the desire to bring benefits, evolution, long-lasting happiness to the accomplices in both the presence and the absence of that:
- May my fellow devotees be unjust to the sentient beings, without suffering the mind, not having the body, keeping the body is long peace.
In addition, those who have mettà are often referred to as mindless beings, all sentient beings without exception:
May all sentient beings be wholly unjust to the sentient beings, without suffering the mind, without suffering the body, keeping the body permanently blissful.
It is the mind that arises in the consciousness of compassion, from the mind of all beings, of all sentient beings.

MASSES FROM

According to the  Mettàsutta
Cause of the mind
One day, the Blessed One stayed in  Sāvatthi,  nearing the three-month retreat in the rainy season. Monks from all directions paid homage to the Buddha, instructing him to teach the subject of meditation. The meditator is suitable for the nature of each bhikkhu.
At that time, there were five hundred (500) bhikkhus, after they had completed their meditation, they led to the mountains of the Himavantu Mountains  ,  where there were green trees, fresh water, not near Not far from the village, the Bhikkhus spend the night there. The next morning, the monks lead the villagers to beg for alms, the people of this area about 1,000 (1000) families, when they see the monks mass, they are very happy, because the family Living in this remote area is hard to see, it is difficult to meet bhikkhus. They are happy to make blessings, offerings to the monks finished, then said:
- Dear Buddha, we all invited you to settle down for three months of rainy season in this area, so that all of us have the opportunity to bless the four items, life Tam qui, five world, hear the French. Please accept the invitation of all of us.
Bhikkhus consider the place, people, food ... suitable for conducting meditation, conduct meditation, should accept their invitation. They are very happy to make 500 small cups, assembly hall, full facilities for bhikkhus, then make offerings to bhikkhus.
Bhikkhus reside in the jungles, sits under the trees, due to the virtue of their pure virtue, makes the gods dwelling in their mansion on the tree can not stay calm, Should lead the body down below the ground, the wind and rain cause this group of gods living very hard and hard. The gods knew that these monks would stay here for three months in the rainy season, so they met and discussed, "These monks will stay here for three months in the rainy season. Who will dare to go back to their castle in the trees. How do we let them leave the forest?
Then they agreed with each other, "We should turn out horrible images, horrible sounds, unpleasant odors, etc., which makes them unable to stay. "
In fact, bhikkhus are meditating, meditating at night, seeing horrible images, hearing horrible sounds, smelling unpleasant odors, making some minds bhikkhu vows are fluctuating, unstable, arise frightened mind. Therefore, the body is thin, pale face, emaciated, sickly disease, making the mind can not stay in the subject of meditation.
One day the bhikkhus are meeting, the chief of the group asks the monks:
"This is the way of the Lord." Before he entered the forest, everyone was healthy, his skin rosy, his face bright, etc. But now he has a thin body, a pale face, emaciated, sick, etc., the legal residence in this forest is not something convenient?
Bhikkhus admonish that:
- Venerable Thich Duc, at night, we see the horrible images, hear the sound of horrible sound, smell the foul smell very unpleasant, making our mind fluctuate, not good We can not dwell on the subject of meditation.
The head of the group said,
- This way, the place where this place is not suitable for meditation practice, meditation practice. The Buddha allowed bhikkhus to settle down two periods:
1- Passport: From 16 June until 15 September (ÂL).
2- Housing after: From 16 July until 15 October (ÂL).
So, we have enough time to return to Honor the Buddha, please allow him to settle down after another place. How do you think?
All bhikkhus are unanimously agreed to listen to the leader of the group, prepared to return to Sāvatthi,  came to pay homage to the Buddha, he taught that:
- Monks, Tathagans have prescribed, issued to all bhikkhus: "In the rainy season, monks must settle for three months in a place, not allowed to go elsewhere, if There is no legitimate cause. " So, why do you leave your old place?
Bhikkhu bhikkhu the Buddha blessed the disaster caused by the group of gods in the forest, so monks can not continue to settle down for three months of rainy season. May the Blessed One allow us to settle down in another place.
Considering that there is no better place to live in that old forest, the Buddha advised that:
- Bhikkhus, the other place better than none, you should return to the old place; This time, Tathagata will teach the children  Mettāsutta  [5]  as a  paritta  to protect you safely, so that you are a meditation subject and a foundation for meditation, appropriate for you.
That is the reason that the Buddha preached the discourse  Mettāsutta:  business mind.
After the study of this sutra completed, practice the teachings of the Buddha, bhikkhus together back to the old forest. Then the group of gods in the jungle feel cool, peacefully due to the magnetic power of monks, so extremely happy bhikkhus to live quietly conduct meditation with the idea of mind From the level of meditation as the basis, as the object to conduct meditation. During the immigration season, all bhikkhus have realized the Four Noble Truths, attained the Four Noble Paths - the Four Noble Truths and Nirvana, became the noble aristocrat; On the day of Pavāraṇā ceremony  ,  all Bhikkhus perform the ceremony of Suddhipavāraṇā: the  purely invocation  of the holy Arahat called  Mahapavāraṇā: the  great invocation .

Content Mettāsutta (Sutra)

First step:
The first part of the section of the topic of mind  (Mettāpubbabhāgapaṭipadā).
The meditator is a wise and intelligent mind who wants the benefits of human beings, heaven and Nirvana. For the practitioners who live in the mountains, want to proceed to discuss the concept of spreading the word, the Buddha taught these practitioners, before proceeding to discuss the concept of spreading the word, it should be practiced full 15 practice called  Mettāpubbabhágapaṭipadā: The  first part of the title of the metaphorical mind, in the spirit of the  Mettāsutta  .
The wise-minded practitioners desire the noble benefits of attaining Nirvana. For the practitioner to carry out the task of meditating on the mind, first it is necessary to practice the full 15 practices (then proceed to the object of meditation) as follows:
1. Sakko: A  qualified person, who has faith in the Three Jewels, is genuine, has good health, has constant diligence, has the ability to understand the law and practice.
2. Uju:  is upright, honest, do good deeds, not deceit by body, by mouth.

- Satisfied in the wealth that is available.
- Satisfied in their wealth are going to be.
- Satisfied in good things despite good (bad mind not good things, not scorn bad).
Subharo:  People are easy to raise, other people nurture how happy like that, no choice, good distinction bad, delicious, many, have not, etc.
Appakicco: A  little bit of work. For meditators who practice meditation, do little work as long as possible; With less work, there is more time to practice.

11- Santindriyo:  is the collection of pure green. When the eyes see beauty or bad; when the headset sounds good or bad; when the nose smells fragrant or foul; when the tongue tastes good or bad; when the body is hard or soft, hot or cold, etc .; When the mind knows the object satisfactory or not satisfactory, the practitioner knows the end of the pure green bases do not let afflictions, courts, si arises, only arises arises.
12- Nipako: He is wise  and intelligent, knows the benefits of noble Nibbana, only to practice meditation to quickly realize the truth of the Four Noble Truths, The Four Noble Truths and Nibbàna are free of dukkha.

It is the 15 practices that one must practice in full before proceeding with the thought of spreading the mind to all sentient beings. If you do not practice these 15 practices in the first place, the progression of the mind-centered task does not work well in the meditation practice.
For example:
Farmers before planting seeds to the ground, need to clean the grass, plow deep dig carefully, water in, spread fertilizer, etc. .. that is the first stage to complete, next to sow, Then the seeds are eligible to sprout into trees and grow ...
If the farmers do not complete the first stage, the cultivation does not work well in agriculture.
Second Stage:
Method of meditation from the mind.
After practicing the full 15 practices of the first part of the Sutta, to the second stage, he begins to meditate in accordance with the core spirit of the  Mettàsutta  in two parts:
I. The first part of the  meditation practice is to spread the word of the heart, may all beings be evolved, the peace called:  hitasukhāgamapatthanāmettā.
In this section, mindfulness spreading from all sentient beings has three methods:
1. Sabbasaṅgāhikamettā:  To meditate on the word to all sentient beings.
2- Dukabhāvanāmettā:  The mind spreading from the mind to the students are two groups.
Tikabhāvanāmettā:  The mind spreading from the mind to the sentient beings have 3 groups.
1. How do you spread the word mind to all beings?
The practice of spreading the word from the mind to all living beings to gather together, not classify different sentient beings. The meditator proceeds to spread mind to all sentient beings without limit, according to the verse in the Sutta as follows:
"Sukhino and khemino hontu.
Sabbe sattā bhavantu sukhitattā".
(May all sentient beings, peace of mind, peace of mind, peace of mind).
Develop the method of meditating the mind from all these living beings according to the state of three methods of conduct:
He meditates on mindfulness to all sentient beings:
"Sabbe sattā sukhino hontu". (May all sentient beings, the body is usually peaceful).
He meditates on mindfulness to all sentient beings:
"Sabbe sattā khemino hontu". May all sentient beings live peacefully.
He meditates on mindfulness to all sentient beings:
"Sabbe sattā sukhitattā bhavantu". (May all beings, peace of mind often peace).
It is the method of attaining the citta of samatha to all beings synthesized in the three worlds.  [6] There are 31 realms, there are four kinds of sentient beings  [7]  without limit, except for beings.
2. How do you spread the word mind to the beings of the two groups?
You meditate to spread the word center to sentient beings have two groups of four types as follows:
- Tasa thāvara duka:  beings are afraid and no longer afraid.
-  Diṭṭhādiṭṭha duka : beings are seen and not seen.
-  Dūra santika duka : beings living far and near.
-  Bhūtā sambhavesi duka : beings are ariyan and saintly , with ordinary personality.
The method of proceeding to spread the word center to sentient beings are two sequential groups as follows:
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to all sentient beings in two groups:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi tasā and thāvarā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā".
(May all beings be frightened beings (the mortal beings and the
learned ones [8] ), and the beings who are no longer afraid (the ariyans), mind and body be happy).
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to all sentient beings in two groups:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi diṭṭhā and adiṭṭhā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā". May all beings be visible and the beings are not seen, the mind and body are peaceful.
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to all sentient beings in two groups:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi dūrā and avidūrā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā". May all sentient beings be far away and beings in the near, mind and body are happy.
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to all sentient beings in two groups:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi bhūtā vā sambhavesī vā anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā".
(May all beings be all beings who have already attained (ariyan), and beings have to be reborn in the afterlife (the class of the holy and the human), the mind usually peacefully).
That is the method of meditating the mind to all beings with two groups in the three.
3. How to spread the word mind to beings have 3 groups like?
You meditate to spread the word center to sentient beings are three groups of three types as follows:
Dīgha rassa majjhima tika:  sentient beings have long, short, medium bodies.
Mahantāṇuka majjhima tika:  sentient beings have large, small, medium bodies.
Thulāṇuka majjhima tika:  beings have fat body, thin, medium.
The method of spreading the word center to sentient beings has a different body divided into 3 sequential groups as follows:
The practitioner proceeds to meditate on the word to all sentient beings with three types of body:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi dīghā and rassā and majjhimā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā". May all sentient beings be all beings with long body, short body, medium body (not long not short), mind and body are usually peaceful.
The meditator proceeds to spread the word of mind to all sentient beings having three types of body:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi mahantā and aṇukā and majjhimā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā". May all sentient beings be all beings with large body, small body, medium body (not large), body and mind are usually peaceful.
The meditator proceeds to spread consciousness from the mind to all beings with three other body types:
"Ye keci pāṇabhūtatthi thūlā and aṇukā and majjhimā and anavasesā sabbasattā bhavantu sukhitattā". May all beings be fat people, thin body, medium body (not fat not thin), body and mind are usually peaceful.
That is the method of meditating the word mind to all beings with three different body types in the three worlds.
In a nutshell, the three methods of meditating on the mind are: proceeding to spread the word center to beings have two groups; meditate from the mind to beings have 3 groups. All three of these methods have the word of desire for all beings in the three realms , for the benefit, the evolution, the peace called the  hitasukhāgamapatthanāmettā:  mindfulness spreading from praying that all sentient beings are able to advance. long-lasting peace.
Part II:  He meditate on the spread of the word, praying for beings without degradation, the suffering does not happen to beings called:  ahitadukkhānagamapatthanammettā.
In this section, mindfulness spreads in the following cases:
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to sentient beings:
"On paro paraṃ nikubbetha". (May this person not to deceive the other.
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to sentient beings:
"Katthaci ki naci naṃ ntimaññetha". (May this person not despise others anywhere).
The meditator proceeds to spread the word to sentient beings:
"Byārosanā paṭighasaññā aññamaññassa dukkhaṃ na iccheyya".
(May the beings do not suffer each other by the body or by the hatred of hatred).
It is the method of meditating on the mind of the sentient beings to the beings without the degradation, the suffering does not occur to the living beings, only the benefits, the evolution, the peace that often arise. all sentient beings
How do you say it?
Kindness is love for all sentient beings as the Buddha says:
"Mātā niyaṃ puttaṃ, ekaputtaṃ āyusā anurakkhe yathā, evampi sabbabhūtesu aparimāṇaṃ mānasaṃ bhāvaye".
For example, as a loving mother of a single child, she put her whole love in her child, keeping her, nurturing her only beloved child with her life, Spreading mind from infinity to all beings is not limited to the same.
"Uddhaṃ adho ca tiriyañca, asam-bādhaṃ averaṃ asapattaṃ".
The meditator proceeds to spread the word of mind to the whole world of sentient beings  on the  four heavenly realms of the heavens; Direction under  11 sex realms; In the  middle of the  16 realms of the heaven, the mind in the heart is  not narrow,  spreading over infinite,  there is no left heart center is the enemy inside,  no enemy  outside. Because of the immeasurable magnetism, the boundary between beings, between themselves and all sentient beings, is the same. The meditator attains the level of meditation with the subject mind spreading the mind from infinite to all beings without limit.
The idea of spreading the mind from this can be attained from the  first stage of morality  to the fourth stage of meditation, but it can not attain the fifth level of meditation, because the object of meditation is always necessary.  meditation;  The disciple of meditation is the need to destroy meditation meditation instead  of meditation discharge.  Therefore, the object of mind from the mind can not attain the five disciplines meditation.
"Tiṭṭhaṃ caraṃ nisinno and, sayāno and yāvatā'ssa vitamiddho, etaṃ satiṃ adhiṭṭheyya. Idha etaṃ brahmaṃ vihāraṃ āhu".
When the meditator is standing or walking or sitting or lying down without sleep, then the mind abides in the meditative state of mind with countless minds.
The Buddha says: "The meditator with the mind is the noble way of living."
Kindness with wisdom:
The proposition that the mind is dispensed from  the object  of  the law  (paññattidhamma),  so that when meditators meditate on this subject, only the ability to attain the level of meditation, but certainly can not attained the Path - Fruit and Nibbana.
Want to attain the Holy Path - achievements and Nirvana, practitioners need to conduct meditation wisdom, with  the object of nama, rupa  under  foot the legal meaning  (paramatthadhamma). Therefore, after having attained the state of meditation, one must go out of that meditational stage, using  the meditation mind  or  meditation  of that meditation as the foundation, as  the object of the practice of meditation. .
The object of meditation skill it is  meditation  or  chi meditation  of meditation levels that belong to nomenclature,  and meditation that arise rely  identity consciousness  (hadayavatthurupa)  belong to the  material.  Practitioner  conducting meditation wisdom  with  nomenclature,  material  that makes  the object of meditation Property,  Intellectual Property meditation clearly know  the true nature of his material nomenclature; clearly know  the birth, the disappearance  of the material mantra; It is clear to know the  state of impermanence, the state of suffering, the state of anattå  of the nāma, which leads to enlightenment. The Four Noble Truths truth,  attained  in Save Sacred Path -  Enter Save St. fruits  and  Nirvana,  killed rupture is disturbing  viewpoints where the aggregates  and  skepticism  without remainder anymore.
The Buddha taught:
"Diṭṭhiñca anupagamma, sīlavā dassanena sampanno".
Noble Entity is  completely  devoid of wrong views on the five aggregates  , because of the Entrusted Path of Wisdom, the loss of the defilements,  wrong view of the five aggregates  and skepticism  without remainder; So, the level of the Holy Entered has a pure virtue (concentration and wisdom is not complete).
The noble Entered Continuing to carry out meditation has the  name,  the material object as the object of wisdom, intellectual wisdom see clearly know the  nature  of the material nature ; clearly know the birth, the disappearance  of the material mantra; clearly know  impermanence, state of suffering, the state of selflessness  of nama rupa does, lead to the realization of  truth the Four Noble Truths,  attained N tossed into Path - First back the result  and  Nirvana The then  the Enlightenment - Enlightenment  and  Nirvana,  the complete destruction of the  heart of craving In the sense world, only the mind craving in the realms of the world and the realms of the world.
The Buddha taught:
"Kāmesu vineyya gedhaṃ".
The monk Hyun Lai  is capable of killing the paragraph is the  heart of craving in the raw world of sexual realism, the subtle types are not killed; To  the  goddess No Lai  is capable of destroying the passage of the  craving in the five worlds of the subtle world of sex  without remainder, but the craving in the realm of gender and immoral world has not killed. Therefore,  the Regal  Not Laireborn back to the realm of sex education, only reborn in the realm of the natural world and the realm of the natural world.
The deity of the sphere of non-virtue continues to carry out the insight meditation whose  nama-rupa is the object of insight meditation, the wisdom of insight clearly recognizes the  true nature  of the nama-rupa; clearly know  the birth, the disappearance  of the material mantra; It is clear that the state of impermanence, the state of suffering, the state of selflessness  of the material nama, leads to the realization  of the Four Noble Truths,  the attainment of the  Arhat. Fruition  and  Nirvana, destroy all the  heart of craving in the realm of the precepts and worldless realms without remainder, will be the death of Nibbana in the present life, no longer reborn in another life again, ending all the scenes of suffering samsara reborn in three worlds of four species .
The Buddha taught:
"Na hi jātuggabbhaseyyaṃ puna reti".
A meditator who is able to attain the attainment of the Arhat and the Nirvana, has eliminated all remainder of citta of craving without becoming a stupa. -ra-dan, certainly will conquer Nirvana, no longer re-birth after another, completely liberated all the suffering in the birth of samsara.

Comment before and after the song
Last time, do not study and practice  Mettāsutta,  500 Bhikkhu to live in the forest, making the group of gods in the tree where suffering mental suffering. Group of gods turned out horrible scenes, making monks frightened frightened to leave the forest back to pay homage to the Buddha, permission to settle down in another place.
Next time, learn and practice all of Tam From this, 500 monks monk back to the shelter in the mountains old, making the group the gods in the tree where her body and mind are at peace, cool because capacity concept spread our heart the word of monks; group of gods he rejoices upholding Bhikkhus reside in forests that mountain, body and mind are usually peaceful, diligent conduct meditation with headings concept spread kindness, attained jhānas gender identity, and next All 500 bhikkhus attain the attainment of the Arhat of the Path - Arhat and Nibbàna become all arhat.
Five hundred bhikkhus are the pure virtue, full of virtuous dharma to attain the level of St. Arhat,  but lack of practice mind spreading the word from making the gods cool, Peace, the  gods have impeded the implementation of the wisdom of the monks. Later, the bhikkhus learn and apply the concept of spreading the mind to all sentient beings without limitation, making the gods in the tree in the mountain that mind and body are peaceful and cool; Instead of making monks frightened as before, the gods are happy to keep the bhikkhus an immoderate, peaceful body and mind, diligently meditate, conduct meditation, all attained the level of St. Arhat all. Therefore, The practice of meditation is a necessary practice to support not only meditators who carry out meditation,  but also the practice of supporting all beings and all sentient beings.
