BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY (PART 1)

 Ten years ago, in many countries around the world, we had lectured so many times that the Sufficiency Life Sutra, roughly ten times now. Each lecture is not the same. 

This time we decided to lecture because of the recent opening of this book, there are many new disclosure. The old saying goes, "the realm of cultivation is not the same every year," we thought to bring new enlightenment points to share with fellow practitioners.

On this occasion, we focus on "onions" and "witness" for the majority of fellow initiates who have gone through long periods of cultivation, both old and young, who know many sutras, and have " Buddhism, logic, action, fruit "that the Buddha called" Kinh Kinh, Ly Kinh, Kinh Kinh, Kinh Kinh. The text of the sutras belongs to "Tao". The moral argument in the script was called "Li". The content teaches us how to study, how to bring the practical message applied in life called "Onion". Meditators practice the realms of the world, bring their own contexts back to the sutras, see what the scriptures teach is the same as everyday life, from the way of thinking, the view of the human universe There are so many ways of dealing with people, with things, that is, called "proof".

In the business "education, management, results," we learn "credit, solution, performance, proof." In the past, when introducing this sutra, our goal was to focus on "faith, solace," hoping that initiates after hearing can give rise to shinjin, interpretation of sense. This time we focus on "the test". How to apply each sentence in the business in the right life, daily work, in the interaction with people, contact with everything, learning, so will be very meaningful, very beneficial helpful. So this lecture said there are some points not the same.

For "education," we can focus on intensive research "executive." We have lectured on the doctrine many times, have recorded, recorded and released widely. This time, we will focus on the legend that directly into the text, starting from the text. However, when we lecture, we can not focus on the subject, still have to look through the previous section of the book.

The congregation of the lay layman is the synthesis of the Song and the Han dynasty, which is flawless, full of the full meaning of the twelve translations of the Infinite Life. Not only the twelve kinds of translations of the Life Sutra, which all the Buddha said in forty-nine years do not leave this topic. Business topics are not different from the platform, are included in the platform. The Buddha said the same, ten thirds of all the Buddha Tathagata because all beings say immeasurable immediacy do not leave this topic. So the subject is actually the overall program of the Great Dharma. We from the subject of building faith that the association "faith, solution, action, proof" fullness.
 

THE PROPOSAL  "BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY OF HIGH QUALITY SEXUAL BUDDHISM"

Because for easy introduction, we split into eight sections. 

The first is the word  "Buddha" The

word "Buddha" is an Indian Sanskrit word. Buddhism passed to China in the Han dynasty. Through national treatment, large-scale interpretations are carried out hardship and dedication. However, the Chinese writing of the time can not say much, many meanings in the scriptures that Chinese writing is not enough to express. So the reluctant predecessors must create words. To translate Buddhist scriptures should have created a lot of new words, the word "Buddha" because that was born.

Buddha is the person, so next to this word added to a standing person, the sound is the Buddha, which is the new writing. The word Buddha is actually the confession of the word "Buddha Da Da". Chinese people simply want to be aware of the tone of the tail, just call a "Buddha", meaning that enlightenment involves "self-awareness", "sense of forgiveness", and "sense of perfection." Buddhist enlightenment students must learn enlightenment, the sense that not be absorbed into the Buddha. I myself twenty-six years old began to study Buddhism, contact Buddhism far more than seventy years. It is impossible to say completely without enlightenment, but a little, or in other words, to the world of the same worldly dharma. Dainty is not rotated. Ordinary people, six bases in contact with the six worlds will initiate the mind, the greedy greedy, see the beautiful, easy to see, like to listen, like to look, that is love. The good-looking ones are the same, Pure mind is equal, why are all the same? "As good as the general, all is false", beautiful eyes are false, not beautiful eyes are still false, so equality, the heart will not be outside the rotation, that is enlightenment.

The Buddha studied every hour to reflect, to check himself or herself is true to enlightenment or not? Enlightenment to what extent? If you listen to other people praise, the birth of joy, hearing the other dissolve in the heart is uncomfortable, so is still ordinary, still life in the six realms. The master of contact outside the world, not discuss the legal or Buddhist principles are clear, thoroughly thorough, as immobile, so called learning Buddhist.

At the door of the Buddha, the first lesson is to contact the "Three Refuge", is explained clearly, but ultimately we have or not? Is turning, do we turn? whether to rely on or not? If they take refuge in form, do a ritual, but in fact do not turn their head, do not take refuge, take refuge is fake, "real identity". Taking refuge in the Buddha is not love, the law is not the right refuge, refuge is not pure net, three things we have done or not? "Self-refuge" is always written on the subject of the new, see the fullness of the topic. After self-consciousness can sense.

Enlightenment fact is relatively easy, but why must "forgive"? Some initiates think that they are hard-working but do not go to teach, beings, they wait to become a Buddha. If this idea is not likely to become a Buddha, why? Self-erasing disturbing obstacles, the sense of ignorance of ignorance. The defilement of the defilement is the righteous thought, the realm of which is the state of Arahatship, the Blessed One, in the Apostle called the Bodhisattva of the Faithful, the Disciples of the Faith, the Teachings of the Teachers called Bodhisattvas Tam Hien, not registered. If you do not help others will not be able to break the knowledge. So if you want to become a Buddha, you have to develop the mind of the person, the whole heart to help others learn the Buddha, know how much help others, not necessarily legal, This virtue has been won, and two obstacles. After breaking two obstacles into the Bodhisattva, the Dharma Master that the Hoa Nghiem business has said, the practitioner not only transcend the six realms that transcend all ten dharmas, attain the Dharma Truth. Or in other words, through the life of the Dharma Master Dharma.

However, this has not yet reached the ultimate level, we still have to stop "self-level", need to destroy all ignorance is the idea. After the pure and quiet, we immediately perceive, achieve Buddhahood fullness, "Buddha" this is the only teacher Shakyamuni. Shakyamuni Buddha has truly attained the fruit of the Buddha. This business, he said, only the Buddha to save the full power to celebrate the great salvation, we read the sutra can explain it deeply.

Not the Shakyamuni Buddha that the third ten generations of all Buddhas like Tathagatas no Buddha does not praise the Pure Land. So the word "Buddhist theory" of the economic life and the word "Buddhism" in the other do not differ. In the other, "Buddhist theory" is Shakyamuni Buddha said, the "Buddhist theory" in this business is all three thirds of all Buddhas like the Buddha said all, real world can not think. So the meaning of "Buddha" here is extremely deep. 

The second is the word  "theory"

The main teaching is the sermon. Ancient "theory" and the word "browse" of "browsing" is one. In the Linguistics Lecture, when the opening of the "learning chi nhi chi chi," the word "browsing" is actually the "theory", meaning the browsing of the browser. In other words, the person who likes it, he said, do not like do not say. The Buddha took the degree of beings as a vow, see that beings are mature enough to receive the method, he rejoices nothing.

We can think calmly can explain, the Buddha wants to help all beings can save the Buddha. Actually all sentient beings who have become Buddhas, meaning in the two words "into Buddha", we have to be thorough, must be transparent. What is called "Buddha"? What is good about Buddhism? Is the Buddha or not the Buddha? Please, do not become Buddhists and Buddhists are very different. We do not have the Buddha, we have defilements, misconceptions, accidents, suffering, on the Buddhist scriptures often say "birth, old, sick, death", three suffering suffering no way to leave. After learning the Buddha, it is after the Buddha, this suffering permanently free, all suffering world sent out, this is the advantage of learning the Buddha.

In addition, one more advantage, when not the Buddha, the human universe for us is a piece of ignorance, do not know anything, it is suffering. After the Buddha, nowhere near the French, the current results in the future, the past is not endless endless, not anything not thorough, there is no clear. That transparency is not imagined, speculated. Our current world in recent years a lot of accidents in the country, many books predicted this also. We went to the bookstore to see how many foreign books predicted the future of what kind of accident. These predictions are unlikely to be true because their predictions are from arithmetic speculation that can be misleading. While the Buddha said very accurately because he had eyes to hear.

Buddha was born three thousand years ago, known as palm, clear clarity. Shurangama said our current social situation is very meticulous. The period of mishmash is exactly this age, after two thousand five hundred years later, this era "solid struggle", national struggles nationwide, unions in the same social struggle, individuals fighting fish The husband and wife controversy, the inevitable struggle, so fighting today is strange? If there is no struggle, turn out the Buddha said is wrong? This society is everywhere encountered the phenomenon of struggle, not the Buddha has clearly seen so and then told us.

Currently in this society "evil teachers say French as the Ganges sand," the teacher is how? It is the ghost of the destruction of the law. This type of people very much, the Buddha used the "Sand River Gang" for example, said the devil sermon is very rife. We meet the dharma, the truth as the business has said, countless lives until now the grace of merit merit ripe new can meet the Dharma, can not diligently dilapidated, right in this life inevitably achievements. But people met the Dharma in our minds quite a lot, why? Charity, blessings, conditions are not sufficient. Just missing one of the three conditions, they immediately distracted. Wanting to keep the profession does not regress, it must be particularly vigilant, despite the good virtue blessing slightly poor, still do not have to worry because the charm of victory.

The Great Master of the Four Noble Truths, the commentary of the Infinite Consciousness, is widely circulated, the Supreme Master Ching Hai teaches very well that the Buddhist recitation of the Western World of Ultimate Bliss, The three grades are not meet the same conditions. This statement we should not deliberate glance over. Dependent is very important, no one like anyone, if our charms win, good people can be blessed virtue can reach the high school. The great virtues of old, most think that the superior rebirth of the product is generally considered Bodhisattva Superior. The reborn product must be A Arhat, Bich Chi Buddha. Respondents reborn only in the product. However, he did not say so. Shan said, along with the great saints, the great saint is the Bodhisattva, the primary saint is Thanh Van, Pranayake, are due to not the same charm, ordinary people can also be reborn, so what is called grace? It is the recitation of the Buddhist sutras, daily recitation of the Buddha.

In the beginning of the National People's Congress, China has a colonial concept of the Buddha's body in Suzhou. The rectangle is the Buddha throughout the year, every day is retained Buddha, one year three hundred and sixty days without interruption. This is called charm. A person enters the recitation of the Buddha's name a year three hundred and sixty days without interruption, only thought of the Buddha, the recitation of the Buddha's name, try to ask why not become a Buddha? However, suppose somebody recites the seven names of the Buddha, departs from the recitation of the Buddha's name, moves to another place, transgresses, distracted, listens to this person, and changes his mind. not together?

Why today do we practice without being able to accomplish? Why is our mind easily oscillated? The main principle in this. About thirty years ago, we were in Taichung close to the layman Li Bing Nam. At that time, Tu Quang Library set up a great Buddhist school, lay Thai Dinh Hoa of Malaysia was the first student. The first class of Buddhism taught only four students, so we were very familiar with them. The world of impermanence, lay Thai Dinh Hoa passed away a couple of years ago. We have seen him study at school, study the Buddha, graduate, until his retirement, and at his death, impermanent here are worth the war. Buddhism teaches us to attain the fullness of the Buddha, not teach us to do Arhats nor teach us to be Bodhisattvas. Where is the nature of where to find it. Actually such nature is not without, but not grace. For many years, we always hope to have a village of Amitabha, which is the charm for us to cultivate, every day to recite the Buddha, not interruptions. Taoist monk also taught the mason how to fix the method, resting thoughts can rest, then recite.

We in Australia have a small colonnade, recently opened a Buddhist temple, there are ten initiates participate, next to recite the current Buddhist road to travel. The future will move this way, leaving space for vacations. Remember to rest, rest, health and then return to recite the Buddha. This place can roughly tolerate forty-eight people. We provide conditions, these forty-eight people choose the method of Far East in the Son, lifetime enrollment in the Buddhist concept. Lan Son in the same day, he did not go down the mountain.

We, too, in the Buddhist concept of a lap of a reborn luxury goods. We intend to place the "High-altitude Buddhist Mindfulness," not the upper middle class, which must be the Supreme Mindfulness, only forty-eight people, the same meeting. In order to insist on the faith, prayers of the Buddha's teachings at night, can preach continuously three to five years, then do not need to lecture again, people all explain, all close, all root spit it out, forty eight people become Buddhas. Charms won nothing match.

Currently I am old, it is time to recite the Buddha. The future of the mission for young wizards to develop the heart of the legal benefits. When sixty or seventy years old retired under the regime of China's "lost decade", we can retire, enter the recital of the Buddhist nembutsu, practice for yourself. There are two directories, so the solution - the new weight can flourish Dharma. Buddhas beings see that beings are ripe maturity, arise innumerable mind joy, the Buddha increases the grace for us, we must emit this mind.

What merit is the greatest, most significant victory? Nothing more than the organization of the Dharma propagation, the recitation of the Buddha Road to rebirth. Master of Love in the "Di Divine Award" when teaching the word "Buddha Theory" has said "Buddha's degree of nirvana", ie the grace of being beings to become ripe. The old saying did not say so.

The charm of being a Buddha was ripe, "the theory of nanny credit method," the Pure Land method is incredible. Helping sentient beings achieve Buddhahood fruitfulness, joy can not imagine. Narcissistic Master says very accurately. Ten thirds of all Bodhisattva Buddhas see the person who is ripe, no one does not say this method. Do know that, the character is not ripe, not mature enough, or not qualified to do Buddha, can do Bodhisattva, Buddha said the other Mahayana. If see beings have the Arahatship test results of Bich Chi Buddha, Buddha said the method of Thanh Van Duyen. If lower, see the beings are too heavy grievances, wrong views, can not escape the six realms of samsara, the Buddha taught the human nature, later advice can be human body, not to fall into three evil lines. The Buddha for all sentient beings advice, to say the French, that is "Buddhist theory".

The third is  "Mahayana"

. In ancient times science did not develop, the largest carriage was horse carts, because four horses pulled, can carry ten people; Small cars are goats, deer, can only carry one person. The Mahayana, the Hinayana example, the parable of learning to help us achieve a certain stage. The nearest target is Hinayana. Helping to escape the six realms of reincarnation is Hinayana. The journey further is Mahayana. Help us transcend the ten legal world called Mahayana. The means of transportation are not the same as before, the aircraft can hold several hundred, and the boat even more needless to say, its intention is to transport beings from the birth defilement of this transcendent realm to the other side of Bodhi Nirvana.

So this book is Mahayana Dharma, not only Mahayana as in the annotation of the ancient virtues that the Mahayana is Mahayana in the Mahayana; Not only Mahayana in the Mahayana but also in the Mahayana One. What is the Dharma? is the Buddha. Blessed in the last years of the Lotus Sutra in the Lotus Society, he declared "only the most redundant, neither two nor three". In addition, the Buddha means that it is true that he is his master. He teaches beings with equal honest heart that only the most dutiful teaches us to be Buddhists, not as Bodhisattvas, Arahats, but definitely to save the Buddha in this life.

Shakyamuni Buddha always say it is difficult to believe, so true. Starting to recite the Buddha is the cause, each recitation of the Buddha is the fruit, "the sea as the fruit, the source of human resources," the truth can not think, that is the meaning of Mahayana. The Buddha in the business often reminded as in Flower Adornment, all legal world out "by the mind turns, by appearing", consciousness is the mind, said "all French from birth," When we think of the Buddha, the results of the Buddha immediately.

Chinese history is recorded, the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Zhao Meng Pu is a famous beautiful writing, the present is still very popular words. He was good at drawing horses, preferred drawing horses, he often went to observe the shape of the horse's movements, each day thinking of them. One day nap, he dreamed of thinking of horses, it is time to focus on the whole spirit. The length of sleep was so long that his wife called him up. When she pulled the mosquito, his wife was screaming horrified when she saw a horse lying on the bed. Listening to screams, he woke up confused not understand what.

When thinking of horses should turn into horses, think of the Buddha can not turn into a Buddha? Obviously ethical. So the initiates should remember, think of the Bodhisattva, then turn to the Bodhisattva, thinking of the devil turns into a demon, thinking of hell is turning into hell, thinking what will turn into that. The Buddha is so clear to the truth of this truth and doctrine, teach us to think Buddha "remember Buddha recitation, present future, decisive Buddha." We usually every day from the beginning to the moon, not think of the Buddha, so from here, to truly feel that forming a Mindfulness Buddha Dharma is very necessary. A true Buddhist meditation is more important than anything. Nembutsu is the school recruiting Buddha, come there to do Buddha. That is the content of "Mahayana", the meaning of the One Buddha.

Fourth is the word  "Infinite Life"

"Infinite Life," Sanskrit called Amitabha, this meaning Buddha also said on Amida. "Amitabha" translates into the Infinite Light, Infinite Life. The consonant of Sanskrit, "A" translated into Chinese is the word, "Amitabha" translated as Volume, the main idea is the Influence. What is immeasurable? All are immeasurable, no one is not infinite, the infinite wisdom, immeasurable virtue, infinite art, blessings also immeasurable. Nowadays, everybody wants to develop their talents, their immeasurable talents, and not have any limitless numbers. In a slightly crude way, an infinite pores, a bare dust is immeasurable. All the Buddha Tathagata on the head of the hair lecture business speak French, the hair does not bulge, the Bodhisattva Buddhas also not shrink. This is the realm of "the unquenchable, the invincible" of the Huayen economic, no one is not immeasurable, All of the French are all nihilism throughout the world. Infinite Life Sutra is miniature, is the essence of Huayen. Huayan has said "Sixth Shan Shiken", this volume of life is also the "Shen Shui". Moreover, every sentence in every word in the business is full of "Luan Shenyang", the ancient called "Hoa Nghiem" medium is not without morals.

For clarity, the Blessed One mentions two types: the Infinite Life and the Infinite Vision which are all immeasurable. "Quang" is the light that shines around the world, the light of the Buddha everywhere. So now we call it space. Quang Minh expresses space. Life expresses time, including past, present, future. If the meeting of Time - Not again, is the whole universe contains all the things in it, no one sneaked. Buddha uses these two ideas to explain the Influence, the talk is also very full. So we meticulously think, the current people say Time, the Buddha said Quang Tho, meaning Quang Tho better than Time No? In Quang Tho there is a spirit; Time Not completely transformed into material, without spirituality. Quang Tho has a much more spiritual character than the two characters of Time.

In the immeasurable virtue that the ancients remind us of, the fact is that in all immeasurable dimensions, life takes the first place. This we can explain, if all the immeasurable we have but the life without, is not a piece or not? What we do not have, so in all countless, life is the first. Therefore, use the "Infinite Life" to explain Amitabha.

The Western World of Ultimate Bliss has a great master, the name is Amitabha Buddha, volunteering from the place to achieve success, after accomplishing his career, he expanded to help. All living beings throughout the world in a lifetime full of Buddha. This can not be thought of, it is the infinite amount of immeasurable, the practitioner must carefully measure the association can be one, two, or a few parts. Our lives are endless. Expression of the place? Expressing in our "Beliefs, Vows, Hanh", insight is not suspected, absolutely not wavered, vigorous volunteer force, nor anything that can be enchanted, so be it. Our "faith, vow, happiness" has achieved. 

Fifth is  "Trang Nghiem"

"Trang Nghiem" if using the current language is said to be nice, nice to the extreme. Dignitaries read to "The Best Direction, Trang Diem Do". What is magic? Ordinary people can understand it is the Western World of Ultimate Bliss, understand that just half, half of where? The situation of our current residence is Dieu Do. When we have just transformed the realm, this place is the magic, but not the true Dieu Do, but also close. 

Master Tathagata said, Same news, evidence, to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss is the Way to save. "Most professional direction", just as we do to "most specialized direction", this realm immediately turned into Pure Land or magic. "Landscape optional transfer," if the association can imagine this will immediately be able to imagine.

In the time of Dong Xun, the Great Master of the Far East in Lô Sơn Mountain built the Memorial of Dong Lam. At that time, many people recite Buddhist practice, where their is the magic, why? Because each person entering the "most specialized direction". 

The Book of Infinite Life teaches the method of practice, the platform of practice "a dedicated Amitabha Buddha, the mind of Bodhi." The situation of the practitioner is Dieu, the Pure Land. The old virtues have said "net calm realms." In this director, people who are pure mind, people who remember Buddha Buddha recitation. So how can not become Pure Land? Revelation of the same beast, thousands of strange strange natural current, touch can not think.

"The land of Ultimate Bliss, the merit of immeasurable, full of dignified". This statement is clearly praised Western world of Ultimate Bliss, why? The ten divisions comprise all the realms of beings in them. People recite the Buddha's birth to the Western World of Ultimate Bliss, each person's mind is pure, they remember Buddha Buddha recitation. The Western World of Ultimate Bliss is a great master, we can also imagine.

In this sutra, Shakyamuni Buddha praised Amitabha Buddha "Quang central religion, the Middle King Buddha." Shakyamuni Buddha delegates to all the Buddhists such a compliment, no Buddha does not praise Amitabha Buddha is "Quang central religion, middle of the king," based on what? Rely on your world. All those who reborn in the West of Pure Land have no mind, they are pure. This is not found in the ten realms of the Buddhas. Ten Buddha realm of course is very dignified pure, but in that more or less still some people start to think, although the number is rare. Our world, beings are the negativity of the majority. Thousands of people are nine thousand nine hundred ninety nine people are starting to think. The big difference is that it's devious. There are worlds,
