Practice living a life of letting go. Peace and happiness is the dream point of life that everyone aspires to achieve. Socialists, politicians, religious... all their efforts are not out of the question of bringing peace and happiness to life. Either your crossing of the border or your hard work in universities or having to do two or three things a week is no exception. Practice living a life of letting go All your efforts to how to get fame and money. Because these two facts are very necessary in a life of peace and happiness. Material luxuries play a very important part in a stable life. From there, you feel less anxious and afraid. Therefore, you need to persevere in your studies, rise in life and work hard. All negative thoughts and hatred for life often lead you to the destruction of life and do not help you much to have a peaceful and happy mind. You are studying hard and working hard. Your life is okay economically, but you often find yourself in a lot of pain and sorrow. It is true that material things, degrees, knowledge and status have helped you to have a lot of happiness, but there are many other things you lack of attention that have created a lot of trouble for you. Like a luxury house, you decorate with many beautiful pictures and amenities, but at the same time you bring in a lot of garbage and thorns. It is these thorns that make you lose a lot of the elegance and luxury of the house. If you know how to learn and be more careful to prevent troubles that can happen at any time around you like garbage, then you are indeed the happiest person in the world. Have you ever thought to yourself of the things that destroy the peace and happiness you are cultivating? In addition to the above things you are working hard on, how can you build a life with lots of peace and happiness? These are two very important questions to help you lead a peaceful and meaningful life. There are many reasons from the outside and inside the soul, which has caused you a lot of suffering. For example, you have to live with someone you don't like. You have to hear things that you really don't want to hear. You are cruelly slandered. You are angry with someone for a long time in your heart. You regret, repent of a mistake. You are selfish and very indifferent to the suffering of others... All these things are like high fires burning in your heart. Then how can you have peace and happiness even though you have an abundance of material life. These are no different than cancer germs that are destroying your red blood cells. You have to find the causes of sorrow on a regular basis before you can transform suffering. From there, you will find out how to deal with it. If you want to really have peace and happiness in your life, practicing equanimity is a secret to helping you have a lot of joy for yourself and those around you. What is Happiness Renunciation? Letting go is letting go. You let go of all troubles from the outside and within your own mind. You let go of selfishness and pettiness. You drop it like a torn and dirty shirt for a long time. All of them are fishy smells clinging to you. You must reflect on them wisely and frankly determine that sorrow is a poisonous gas that is enveloping you, you must definitely let go. If you can let go, peace will come. You note that suffering and happiness are the two left and right sides of the same hand. They always go in inverse proportion to each other. When you have a lot of happiness, there is less suffering and vice versa. Like a glass of water, if you add a lot of blue, the white will disappear. How can you practice equanimity in your daily life? 1. Practice letting go with yourself first: I am my own refuge. The Buddha often advised us like that. You must return to contemplation and practice within yourself. It was you who caused you a lot of trouble. You must learn to let go of the suffering in your soul that you have caused. If you practice equanimity, you are practicing compassion—love. You must be consciously aware that you yourself are a life like any other. Learn to love yourself. Learn to love to let go, in which the problems you often cause are as follows: a. Persistent Regret: In daily activities, you often do annoying things to those around you accidentally or intentionally. But then you feel extremely remorseful. Acknowledging one's own faults is the first gateway to all holiness in life. If I don't know what I'm doing wrong, how can I fix it? Your act of repentance can only happen when you truly accept your mistakes earnestly. But after you have repented, you need to let go of the nagging thoughts that have been going on for a while. Because, if you keep holding on to that regret, it won't bring you any peace at all. Like a washed shirt, you shouldn't accidentally crumple it to create regrettable creases. You note that, letting go of the mentality of persistent regret does not mean being complicit in all ease. You must be very careful to observe the workings of your psyche in this respect. Once the notion of letting go of a mistake is easy, you don't really have many regrets. If you don't have a lot of regrets, there's no way to let go. This is a permissiveness and you are starting a new negative karma on top of the old bad karma. Like, make another person suffer because of your unkind words. You know it's wrong and you casually say, Well, forget about it. Letting go of nagging regret is not here. Because, you have no qualms about your mistake. The two hours of letting go are only born with all your sincerity and repentance. One very late night, after finishing all the work of lighting books or other things, you sit quietly on the bed or in the living room with a dignified posture, if you have a picture of the Buddha, it is good. The world is so quiet now and only you and the Buddha remain. You told the Buddha about your mistake and it brought you a lot of regret and heartache. You sincerely repent. You earnestly recite the mantra of Mantra Bat Di Hong or recite any Buddha's name to ask for Buddha's power to eliminate your past sins. If you are truly repentant, your tears will well up or a healthy feeling will run through your body. You bowed your head to the Blessed One, and at that moment you vigorously shook off the regret that had been clinging to your heart during the past time. Peace and happiness are coming your way. b. Let go of selfishness: Selfishness will make your soul poor and isolated from the world around. Sharing the suffering of those around you will make your life more joyful and more respected. It's hard for anyone to hate you once you're very sympathetic to them. As in school, you feel more comfortable when a teacher understands that you are Asian and your language is not American. You learn to open your heart. Living for others and for others also means living for yourself. Buddha Shakyamuni out of love for people, he traveled from the countryside to the city for fifty years under the sun of India. Gandhi was murdered, but he must be very happy in his career of sacrifice for his country. Americans are increasingly involved in charitable social work. It made their lives more meaningful. In 1993, in just one night of donation, the organization that helps children with disabilities in the United States raised more than five hundred million dollars. To let go of selfishness, you need to learn to live a life of sacrifice and love. c. Letting go of anger: Anger is something that everyone is full of. Both the social psychologist Mead and the psychoanalyst Freud thought that people's anger was developed by learning from the surrounding environment. That is not entirely true. For a baby born a few days, We still see it showing signs of anger. Anger has followed us for many lifetimes, not just today. Anger has destroyed relationships between nations, organizations, friends, family and even in love. You have a lot of anger, you cause a lot of hatred and you will certainly have a lot of suffering. Former President Bush's anger at the relatives of the missing soldiers in Vietnam has greatly reduced the sympathy of the American public towards him. When anger arises, it is difficult for you to control the gentle and violent words that often occur. Every time you know you're about to get angry you repeat the phrase "I'm angry" over and over and you take a deep breath in before exhaling. And that's one of the ways you practice letting go of anger in the heat of the moment. You can still practice it in times when you're not angry. Like when eating an unsatisfactory dinner, you ask if your heart is very upset. When your lover is late for an appointment on a Friday afternoon, while you're waiting, practice asking me if I'm angry. Each of your repetitions gives you the ability to observe and control your mind. It will create a power that weakens the outburst of anger once you have a problem. Doesn't the ability to let go of anger bring a great happiness and nobility into your life. d. Let go of arrogance: Pride will make people hate you and avoid you. It does not help at all in your peaceful and happy life. Decarte said that, in a session there are many different intellectuals and each person speaks in different ways, does not mean that one is superior to the other but that each person guides a different consciousness. In the social community, each person has a responsibility and contributes to its own well-being. Unique thinking is a very naive and naive thought. "I meet anyone they are better than me in one way or another" this is a loving saying of a Western celebrity that you need to ponder. It is difficult for a monk to excel in politics and vice versa for a politician to be knowledgeable in an inner life and religious philosophy. Who is better. Pride comes from disdain for others. Human life is short, our knowledge is very limited, our talents are only very limited in a certain field. We are ignorant of many things. Then is it arrogant to inflict pain on ourselves and those around us. 2. Letting go of the troubles brought by others: Up there, you learn to let go of the insecurities caused by yourself. Not only that, you also need to let go of the troubles others bring to you. If you have learned to forgive yourself, you can easily forgive others. This is not very difficult. Others bring you trouble, if you are wise you don't hold on to it for long and it will pass very quickly. On the contrary, insecurity and depression increased day by day. A homeless wanderer on the street suddenly scolds you on a Saturday morning while shopping. You resent him. You seek revenge. If you don't mind the words of such an asshole, you'll find your heart at ease. In family life, between parents, siblings, you often encounter many troublesome conflicts. You keep in your heart every word, every gesture, every action that other people upset you. Your body is so small that you want to carry so many sorrowful stones, how can you live. Moreover, you find yourself surrounded by enemies even though they are people who are very dear to you. It destroys the most beautiful and sacred situation in your life. The Buddha advises you, all the troubles other people bring to you, like they bring you a gift, if you don't accept it, the package will be on them. Return all insecurities to those who brought you. Your heart will be as clear and poetic as the blue sky. Your body is so small that you want to carry so many sorrowful stones, how can you live.
