MESSAGE
 THE BEGINNING OF THE BUDDHIST

--- o0o ---
V rushing day of the full moon on the 25th century ago, a great man appeared in life. That is Thai Ta Si Dat Ta, after the Buddha is Shakyamuni. He was born in King Sri Soudhothana, 563 BC. His life from birth to death is a very beautiful and meaningful life. He has gone into the past, but his character and wisdom are still with man and his life. Today is the day of the Buddha's Birthday we need to review a few things in the Buddhist scriptures to understand the meaning of the birth of the Second Coming, to follow his example of diligence on self-sufficiency. According to the legend of the birth of seven steps, each step has a lotus, one hand pointed to the sky, a hand pointing earth, He read the verse as follows:
Heavenly people.
Unique solipsistic
Necessarily earth
occupational disease death
Translation:
Heaven and heaven
Only I above all
All of earth
Equal birth, aging, sickness and death
The images above are very deep. Why did Siddhartha go seven steps without much or less? What does the number seven say? In terms of time, it is often assumed that there are three past, present, and future times. In terms of space, there are four major directions: East, West, South, North. The notions of time and space are, in fact, only the offspring of delusions, not truth. So the seven-step image of Prince Siddhartha surpassed time and space, no longer bound by the relative rules of man.
About the lotus, all the Buddhists know a very great feature of it, is growing from the mud that rose and then spread the fragrance. Lotus is in the mud without being muddy, not muddy pollution.
"Between the rubbish dirt
Where the lotus blossom
Nice people ..."
The prince too, born in the ceiling to work for the benefit of beings but not entangled, tainted by the mud. The four verses he read did some misunderstandings.Buddhism is the religion of selflessness, why the host family to promote the "I" too much? If we read the following two sentences, we see the meaning of dress in it. All sentient beings can not escape the four conditions of suffering are birth, aging, illness, death, whether in the god (heaven) or human realm (under heaven). Only "I" is above all, because "I" has escaped this bond. Try all forms of the world, what is not subject to the dominion of the impermanence? Birth is a kill, there must be a form of destruction, although the body has 38 good generals and 80 beauty of the Prince. So the "me" Here is definitely not the selfish self, but the self. It is the mind, the Buddha nature, the pure mind, the Buddha is knowledge, the mind is the spirit, is the face ... There are countless names because it does not name nature. It has no form and can not be destroyed. It covers the whole world so transcendence space and time. All jhānas have this self, no one more than no one is poor, Buddha realized and lived fullness of it so he became a Buddha, and we forget that it should be floated in the birth of samsara. It covers the whole world so transcendence space and time. All jhānas have this self, no one more than no one is poor, Buddha realized and lived fullness of it so he became a Buddha, and we forget that it should be floated in the birth of samsara. It covers the whole world so transcendence space and time. All jhānas have this self, no one more than no one is poor, Buddha realized and lived fullness of it so he became a Buddha, and we forget that it should be floated in the birth of samsara.
Understanding these, we find ourselves comforted by some. If we sit in a meditation posture, the mind is not distracted, then clearly we sit on the lotus seat. If we walk step by step meditation, the mind to stay in the present moment without grace according to the dhamma, every step we take also have lotus feet. And if we are always diligent, wash the layers of dust, in life without being infected by the scene, then some time, the light suddenly flashed, the darkness ignorance How life will be dissolved without remnants.
In the A function there are sentences:
"The only living creature, an extraordinary human being, has appeared in this world, for the benefit of the many, for compassion, for the good, for the good and for the happiness of the gods and of the human race." . Why did the Buddha call "a living being"? Here we must understand the word "sentient beings" in the sense, the form by many combinations that become. Thus, the form of the Buddha, though beautiful and good, is also due to the four supernatural beings that are as impure and impermanent as everyone else. So he is also human. being sentient beings; But different from us is that He is an extraordinary man, a single being. Because He is the only sentient being who has no greediness, no defilement or defilement. Because He is a man born in the place of death, but freely with all the temptations of the five senses. The appearance of the Buddha is for noble purposes, for the sake and happiness of the gods and the human species. His life is a shining example of forgetfulness, to bring peace and to show the ultimate truth to sentient beings.
Dhammapada -193, the Buddha said: "It is difficult to pick up the Tathagata, not where any where. Buddha where birth place peacefully". If the Tathagata is the Buddha has 32 good generals, called Tathagata, it is very difficult to meet. Shakyamuni Buddha in A? Independence over 2500 years, so far we have not seen any other Buddha was born. But if we understand the spirit of Kim Cang, the Tathagata is not from where to go nor where to go, that is non-Prime Minister, invisible object, when we meditate, quiet mind that tri, Tathagata has money. An awareness of the Buddha was born, because the Buddha is the Enlightenment. An idea of crazy island chasing the scene of the Buddha's death. When Tathagatan self-centered, that is when the mind is clear, then clearly that place is peaceful.
In the Dhammapada - 182: "Being born as a person is hard to be resurrected, the harder it is to live, the harder it is to hear the dharma. Indeed, being human is difficult, because the human world consists of four worlds, while other realms like hell, ghost, etc. But the difficulty here is difficult to develop spiritual practice, because often in the Where there is so much happiness (like heaven) or too miserable (like hell), sentient beings are less likely to be reminded to progress. The human realm is neither too happy nor too miserable, many times encountering ups and downs in life or suffering loss, which are opportunities for human beings to see the cause of impermanence or causality. Please follow the path the Buddha taught.
In the four difficulties above, meeting the Buddha was the hardest. In a world never two Buddhas appear simultaneously. Only when the teachings of the Buddha before the transmission, the Buddha after birth. Today, even in the Dharma, we do not see the Buddha's incarnation, but we still hear the dharma, still admire his face through the image. So, if anyone claims to be a Buddha, teach the other people, or float news about the Long Hoa, Maitreya Buddha was born ... then it is the lie, mesmerizing people, to serve some dark intentions. The manifestation of the buddhahood in the world is a rare event, a thing that has existed (never existed). But when we ask ourselves, what does he appear in life for? In the French economy, the Buddha said:
The Buddha taught that: "O Bhikkhus, the body of the Tathagata exists, but what leads to an abnormal life was cut off." When the body of the Tathagata exists, the gods and humans can see that body. When the body is dissociated, the gods and humans can not see. " When the Buddha was alive, his good body and his 80 good qualities were a good condition for easing and easing the lower beings. Because of the curvature of the sentient beings, he must manifest himself so. But even though the body exists, the karmic force that promotes life after death no longer exists. It is the love that has created the karmic force that leads to another life, with the corresponding hagiography and medicine. The incarnation of the Buddha, because of the form, the gods and humans can see. When the body was broken, the Buddha returned to formless legal form so no one can see him. We all have such dharma-like dharma, the problem is that we have not realized and practiced how to live with it, secret every moment.
We have considered the meaning of the birth of the Buddha, to make it clear that the appearance of the Blessed One, our Lord, is an enduring affair. Every time the season is over, the Buddhist monks return to the temple, hear the teacher recalls his life and beautiful virtues, we just know that he has gone through life, Is Prince Siddhartha in A? After the Buddha is Shakyamuni. He is a great man, leaving behind a never-ending image in the hearts of Buddhists all over the world. Because his life is so great and beautiful, so many people have used every form of culture to praise his whole, perfect, perfect beauty. How many people pray to imitate Him, forget themselves to serve beings, sacrifice personal happiness to take care of the happiness of many people.
Today, once again celebrating Buddha's birthday, we bring all of our hearts into worship and worship. We find ourselves very blessed to be human, to be immersed in the flow of dharma, monks nuns guide spiritual practice, be friends with the good people. We vow to remember the image He walked on the lotus when he was born, in order to imitate him step by step peacefully relaxed on the uncertainty of life. Our five aggregates are earthly, but one must not rise to the mud of the five desires to pollute. From there we will contribute to blowing a new life into life, making everyone happy and happy. This is the only way to repay our precious Master's grace. END=NAM MO SAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.27/6/2018.
