5. THEORY VALUE OF HUMAN AND SOCIAL RESEARCH

Buddhism exists in the form of religion, but primitive Buddhism does not accept a blind faith, denying the power of anyone, whether it is the Buddha or God, to promote the role and personal responsibility, happiness achievement, or suffering in mankind are chosen by man and settled [2] , he is only a teacher  [3]  or a healer [4] never mind. The Buddha's words can be said to be the crystallization of the process of reflection and the experience of human life, the rules or principles of life. It is a profound sense that His teachings are closely related to our daily lives, and that these are not theories that are so real. Therefore, those who need a peaceful and happy life for themselves and society can not be separated from the Buddhist point of view, no matter what kind of person they are in society.

A. Doctrine of Kamma is the direction to build a happy life 

A person who is aware of karma is a person who is morally conscious, a person who is ethical, a person who respects life, a person who respects life is a person who knows how to choose a happy life. 

Every human being is afraid to die, want to live a happy life. But, how to reach this happy life? It can be said that it depends on the ability of human understanding and behavior, which means that human beings are able to grasp the results of the actions people have done or are doing. That understanding is an indispensable condition that determines whether our present or future life is happy or not. Of course, Buddhism does not negate the happiness of the world, such as happiness in gambling, alcohol or in other pleasures, etc. Because of gambling, alcohol ... have its own pleasures. , so new people are passionate about it. The problem that Buddhism is about happiness is not the kind of happiness that is true and lasting happiness, That happiness does not affect the happiness of others, or in the happiness without the shadow and the stalking of suffering. Buddhism calls it true happiness.

Where does this genuine happiness come from? Of course, the answer here is that karma consciousness, karma consciousness is a consciousness of cause and effect, a distinction between the right and wrong, or precisely the correct behavior. ant. Behavior with right understanding is the factor that leads to true happiness. For example, a person who wants a future life does not fall into poverty.The essential condition of that person, right now, he must make efforts in learning professional careers, experience. With sophisticated skills, professional knowledge is the decisive factor for good work in the future. The process of learning, gaining experience and doing good work is the indispensable relationship between cause and effect. The joy of doing good does not affect the happiness of others, it is the right sense of karma.

Another example, a gambler interested in gambling is often seeking pleasure in gambling or drinking, but the loss of money, unwholesome behaviors that occur after drinking are the results. Well, it not only afflicted me but also afflicted others, that is the lack of awareness of cause and effect karmic. The joy of gambling only lasts for a moment, but it hurts for us and for others, if we bring these two comparisons, the one who does not choose the joy of the short. , rejects long-lasting joy, hurls head on suffering, but wretched people can only see the immediate benefits, do not see the long-term benefits.The act of gambling alcohol is an act of suffering for oneself, a cause and effect causal equality and inevitability. Disaster is something that no one likes but it still comes to people,

Someone who understands the doctrine of karma in Buddhism, who sees clearly the cause and effect of causation, who sees the cause and effect as the one who does not do bad deeds, because evil acts are the cause of suffering. People who want to have long-lasting happiness need to understand and practice the doctrine of cause and effect, it is the moral foundation that brings people to the real world of happiness. 

B. Doctrine of Kamma is the foundation for building a healthy life for society

It can be said that social law is only a measure to stop illegal activities when it is expressed in concrete action, but the law is difficult to stop the unrighteous thoughts in the human mind. . An unlawful act expressed by external action is the result of an unjust thought from within the mind, in other words consciousness is the owner of the action. Then how can human beings discover and control those illicit thoughts? I believe that religious education plays a key role in stopping these illicit thoughts. For the purpose of religion is to direct people to a world of Heaven, Bliss or Nirvana is a world without suffering, only happiness, the ideal world that people dream, for the world that The living man is the imperfect world,

The condition for a person to reach that world, according to each religion, has its own rules, but no matter what, the basic condition is to teach people not to do unwholesome deeds. the good deeds. The question of the world of Paradise or Bliss, whether or not it is a matter of religion, of human belief, whether or not it has no harm to society, is directly affected by it. Building a healthy and ethical social order, so we do not need to discuss this issue here.

The issue that we need to discuss is whether the rules of religious life help the question of policing and morally building society. For Buddhism, the definition of nirvana is the cessation of greed, hatred and delusion (A Jataka), the condition to eliminate this greed must practice the precepts, practice meditation and promote wisdom. Here, the moral precepts of Buddhism are the principles of healthy living of a community life, including ethical rules of society. The purpose of meditation is to help people concentrate, because the Buddha said that one of the reasons why people fail in work is the lack of mindfulness during work, so the focus Helping people succeed in their work, is the cause of happiness.
