Happiness is something we all want to feel, no matter what happens. However, basically, how to become a happy person, able to cope with anything that happens in life? Here are some tips from Buddhism:
  1. Spend some time quietly  - retreat by paying attention to your breathing.
  2. Keep awareness  of how to behave and talk when communicating with others; Keeping mindful of what you think of when you are alone - try to act, talk and think positively.
  3. Every day,  do something good  for someone - take care of their happiness sincerely.
  4. Be generous  with the people around - this will enhance your sense of self worth.
  5. Focus on your good points and others  - make useful suggestions when facing difficulties.
  6. Ignore the mistakes made by others -  practice forgiveness .
  7. Ignore your own faults -  forgive yourself .
  8. Accept the reality  - life is full of ups and downs, but no matter how bad things go, then everything is over.
