- Free  Samsara :  There is no  shape  in  the  calm mind .

1. What is the suffering?

7 - Using righteous  thoughts to  kill evil thoughts?

Buddha  taught:  we  must have the mind needs puree, not  exasperated  hatred when  arrested  imprison. Go  farther  again in any  situation  when you experienced these things are not good for us, not so furious  hatred , which is ready  to accept  everything, keep the mind as the country winds the fire, because the country wind fire having animals what is  inclusion  of all, though slightly heavy object, pretty bad, big or small, clean and dirty, with  the value  not  worth  etc .. wind fire country are  intolerant of all, do not talk like or do not like, do not say love or hate It is a  mind that does not  accept everything,  Have equal heart . The Buddha  taught not only to meet this  misfortune  did not  end up practicing  evil, but also to spread  kindness  Bi  amnesty ,  termination of  pride  again as  explained  above, this would  benefit  in the long run, the most Is on the way  to liberation .
