3. The Middle Way (Majjhima-patipada)

II. PRACTICE
The practice is to maintain mindfulness in all postures - walking, standing, sitting, lying. If posture is to use the sitting posture, "three lists" - effort, mindfulness, awareness - on duty said sitting posture, and know that sitting posture was excellent.

1. Practice Principles

In one day, one can chase mosquitoes, scratch, pop fan, drink a glass of cold water, scanning bureaucracy is out of the cup, toileting, eating, dressing, bathing, shaving, brushing , nail clippers, pedicure, laundry, etc .. 3. The practice of natural
- Sit, walk, work at home, using the normal posture.

Why practice a natural way?
Dhamma Niyama is the law of nature or the natural order (ie the law of Cause and Effect). This rule exists everywhere in the world and is the only Buddha who discovered it. Dhamma Niyama has three characteristics:

- The suffering is compounded - sabba Sankhara dukkha .

4. How to know if your practice is right or wrong?

1. Contact the practice of the Four Noble Truths

Suffering Minister is the characteristics of the List - Sac. They have the same characteristics as all existence is impermanence, suffering, selflessness. This kind of suffering can only be realized by insight. Three generals or three characteristics are evident in the fourth Tue 16 Insight, the Birth Kills Tue ( occurrence of udayabbayanàna ).
Noble Truth is the First Noble Truth in the Four Noble Truths. Noble Truth is that Nama and Rupa. When Noble Truth is realized, the other parts of the Four Noble Truths are realized.
