First is to be recited. This means that you must understand the thirty-two possible degenerations by heart and recite the names of thirty-two possible degenerations repeatedly. What do any work, any time, from morning to night, are not always recite. In the records of that though student has memorized the Tripitaka way, want to meditate this title, also have to recite the names of the thirty-two parts of the body. The chant recited thirty-two possible degenerations must be practiced diligently for a hundred and sixty-five days. To be easy to remember, it was divided thirty-two parts of the body into five groups. The second group is the "group of five kidney" because it refers to the year group of parts and components to the final after a "careful". Also, we have "group in the lungs", "group in mind," "group of six fat", "groups of six urine". Thus, there are four groups of "five elements" and two groups of "six elements".
Students should recite the first group (group of skin) in fifteen days. Students should recite the order of parts down for five days and then recite backwards for five days; then, legal proceedings and reverse sweep in five days.
Students must recite as follows:

When reciting "group of five kidney" should need thirty days. Because must chant as "a group of five skins" for fifteen days, then chant merged with "groups in the skin," another fifteen days. This group must recite as follows:

meat, tendon, bone, marrow, kidneys,
meat, tendon, bone, marrow, kidneys ... (reciting prose like that in five days).

Kidney, bone marrow, bones, tendons, flesh.

The remaining group of thirty days recite: Fifteen days for which separate groups, legal and fifteen days before merging with the group.
Thus, it takes about one hundred and sixty-five days, or nearly half a year to complete the reading.
After reciting the last stage in the one hundred and sixty-five days, now comes the stage of proceedings silently, in the same way, in the one hundred and sixty-five days. This is the second skillful learning.
After reciting the oral stage and recite silently, now the stage students have learned about color (three), shape (four), direction (years), location (six) and limited (seven) .
"Orientation" here means that part of the body that we pay attention to is located in the upper or lower part of the body.
"Placement" means the parts that are in place.
There are two types of "the world": "World of the same" and "different world". "About the same," is knowing which parts are adjacent above, below and around by what. "The different" is learned that is not part of the other parts or other parts is not that department. So you have to learn seven skillful: the oral recitation, chant silently, color, shape, orientation, location and the area.
