4. Blow
Hei (piiti) means fun, joy. There are many words to describe the meaning of joy. Blowing means is the satisfaction of receiving something fancy. In meditation, the joy is their favorite subject. But we must distinguish letters piiti with the word sukha . Many people translate the same words and called joy, happiness, joy. Actually sukha or "optimistic" concerning the things that his experience had been. Such "blow" is going to be pleasant things and "touch" is satisfied enjoying the acceptance by the animals kept there. " Piiti" is content with a favorite character that you receive. Thus, piiti belongs volitional while sukha belong sensations. So when you realize that you will experience a thing or anything, you enjoy blowing, piiti . And when you actually get the thing, to experience it, you touch objects, Sukha.
Characteristics of joy is joy delight and satisfaction. Blowing function is to make the body's fresh and energetic. The expression of joy where the student is the gentle fun.
There are five types of joy:
1) Contempt blow: Make goosebumps, hair or brush. When you meditate you feel joyful, and Aaron enjoy horror of the body followed by bumps emerged, fur or hair, particularly hair-raising, ie up so you've experienced this kind of joy .

Sometimes a student may feel as being lifted off the ground. It is the expression of joy rooftop ups.
5) Chronic blowing Sung: This type permeated body blow like oil permeated with a cotton ball. Yogis have this kind of blow your whole body feel immersed in the joyful excitement.
Yogis can be achieved each year all or blowing a blow this kind of meditation. Venerable Mahasi expressed joy, piiti, as follows:
Joy will arise in the floor, starting with contempt blowing. When blowing your pure mind are starting to appear and yogis who felt goosebumps, vibration limbs ... and then felt a yogi and its greatest happiness and cheer. The body feels full of pleasure and smoothness. Under the influence of this kind of blow your student feel as if the whole body is raised and sat down the ground, or feel as if the body was sitting on a cushion of air, or felt as if his body drifted floating up and down.
There are ten ways to blow your mind arises:

7) thoughts to quiet peace: Peace tranquility here means that the inner negativity tame. Hei also arise through meditation as follows: "Negativity inner once rid thanks to the enlightened will not appear six or seventy years." Visuddhi explained, peaceful and tranquil here means Nirvana or the silence from all suffering. Accordingly piiti or blowing can be achieved thanks to the characteristics thinking particularly of Nirvana, Nirvana is the most noble teachings, remove all delusion, craving yearning removed, eliminating any dependence , terminate the cycle, destruction of craving. Nirvana is to stop thinking, is terminated.
8) Stay away rude: You can develop blowing (piiti) by acting aloof, rude gestures.
9) Inner graceful person: You can grow by close to blowing people with gestures and graceful action. These people have faith in the Buddha enthusiasm and soothing gentle heart.
10) Reflection to help texts arises faith: These texts have the character generator of faith in Buddhism is to read texts to increase their faith. Thanks to meditate or read texts that blow this development.
5. Resting
Relaxed (passadhi) means pure, or calm, tranquility. Relaxed enlightenment arises when the feeling of fatigue or feels dissatisfied enjoyed dominated without any effort. When the student reaches a certain level of concentration, the enlightenment appears relaxed. At that time you will not feel tired, there is no feeling of insecurity in the mind. You get a move without any effort. Characteristics of the relaxed nature as consciousness and mental silence is not disturbed. The function of relaxing is to eliminate the chaos, agitated. Relaxed expression of enlightenment for the student's heart and mind cool head, do not fluctuate.
There are seven reasons for a move to help developing enlightenment:

Things needed above does not mean that students have an important food products, posture. Yogis good can overcome any difficulties while meditating.
Glossary says: "Students filled the patience and determination can withstand all weather and all positions".
Accessories glossary says: "Thanks to support three types just mentioned that the basics of a comfortable body can bring carefree spirit and that is the cause of both mental and physical relaxation."
4) Thinking is now legacy to all beings: It means that the middle path reflections. Given that suffering and happiness that all beings are getting under the very reason, it is one extreme. Given that suffering and happiness that all beings are subject to the receipt by God created, which is the other extreme. You must avoid two extremes. You must understand that suffering and happiness is the result of his own karma. All beings are suffering or are so happy now that they previously accumulated. In reflecting sound like that yogis develop enlightenment relaxed.
5) Stay away from people uneasy tempers: Stay away from people uneasy temper, upset people or cause to others, help you develop enlightenment relaxed. Close to the insecurity, the insecurity you will follow. And this goes against the peace.
6) Close to people relaxed: The relaxation is known to control and manage the impact of the arms and legs, who knows his actions receiver end.
7) User-centered development enlightenment relaxed: If every gesture and your actions are oriented to how quiet it relaxed arise enlightenment.
6. Concentration
Concentration ( samaadhi ) is the ability of the office center on a main headings. Concentration characteristic of enlightenment is no silver corridor outside. Concentration has the power to do focused mental states, mental states help each other gather together. Concentration expression of enlightenment is peace, tranquility. Causes of Concentration is usually near or relaxed bliss. When yogis mind blowing, which means there is joy or comfort, it will definitely grow.
There are eleven reasons giving rise to enlightenment Concentration:
1) Clean the internal and external origin. (As explained above)
2) Balance of units: (credit,, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom). (As explained above)
3) Good craftsmanship in general: It means that the minister is skilled in the meditation subject Kasina or a minister in the meditation subjects only, leaving the floor to arise.
4) Lift the heart weakens mind: When the mind lazy due to lack of diligence they need to be supported or encouraged by developing three enlightenment: Trach legal enlightenment, joy and enlightenment enlightenment effort.
5) An interest concentration when too excited: When the heart is too excited or too aggressive due diligence process, the need to develop superior three enlightenment: enlightenment relaxed, and discharge of enlightenment enlightenment.
6) Encourage wither mind is: When you can not focus the mind because the mind is weak unwise student was depressed, depression, lack of capacity. At that time, students should have encouraged his interest. Could inspire thoughts to mind by the Buddha En. The joy arising from this kindness thoughts can help rekindle interest back.
7) Thinking with the heart to let go: When the meditation goes well, when a student does not feel the skin under sedation, restlessness and depression, the student should not disturb its center by supporting or encouraging pear. Yogis should continue to meditate with the mind to let go like grooms horses friendly control technology running smoothly without compulsion or restraint horses.
8) Avoid people centerless: That is, avoid people with mind wandering, lack of mental focus.
9) Near the center of people: Those who are interested to gain access to or samadhi.
10) Think about the great escape of the obstacles jhaanas: Reflecting go thinking again about the calming aspects of the story quiet meditation province, such as: this is the development, this is the import of meditation , this is meditation etc .. Recommended
11) How interested in the development of the mind: Turn your mind to develop concentration. If any action gestures were directed at development purposes Concentration concentration, enlightenment will arise.
7. Drain
Discharge (upekhaa ) enlightenment called neutral. Characteristics of discharge is creating a balance between mind and mental states. Thanks to exhaust the mind of enlightenment and its concomitants full implementation of its functions, not too dominant or too weak. Such enlightenment can discharge function prevents too dominant or too weak because it keeps the mental states are not sluggish or too elated or insecurity. Because discharge act to prevent the lack of redundancy and it is not in favor of a preferential or any mental states. Thus the function of the discharge is not inclined or incentives. The expression of enlightenment is the nature discharge.
There are ten types of discharge that is mentioned in the Explanatory Note. The important thing is our literal understanding of the Sutta discharge. [20] Discharge of interior enlightenment is not flush with the infinity sign (no pain, no peanuts). When you feel you have a neutral type of discharge and when you have a balance, you have a different type of discharge.
There are five ways to develop equanimity:
1) There is equanimity for all beings: When you're craving or own favor with a creature or a person, you will not have equanimity or secondary nature. To develop equanimity you have no attachment attitude towards all living beings. How you want to reflect on the legacy now of all beings: "I was born this was due to his own karma, because karma that we have accumulated in the past, and also because of this that we now will leave here. Who are beings that have this attachment. " You can also reflect a higher way: "In fact there is no living being exists, so we attachment to anyone here?"
2) Must have equanimity with inanimate objects: When you realize that you are attached to something, you can develop equanimity by thinking to the derelict, or the author's temporary object . A derelict can be thought as follows: "This material will then old, blight and someday will be discarded." or thoughts as follows: "This material could not survive long, it will be destroyed in a short time." It is thought to temporary nature of things.
3) Stay away from too-attachment: Stay away from two classes of people: The first is the attachment to people and other living beings, and the second was the attachment to inanimate objects.
Too craving beings can be divided into two categories: the laity and ordained. Laypeople and lesbian children, grandchildren make. Who ordained lesbian students and teachers. They too attachment to children or pupils that respond immediately to the needs of these people and do not let her do any favors whatsoever. If someone told someone they craving to do something, they would say: "Even its work which it did not do; if it must do this to make it tired."
For people too attachment to objects, then when someone asks to borrow something, he would answer: "Even I have not dared to use it, how can I let you borrow it."
To develop equanimity yogi must avoid close these people.
4) Body reach people with equanimity for all beings and inanimate objects: Inner equanimity of these people will develop.
5) How interested in developing equanimity: Every gesture actions are aimed at developing equanimity.
When the seven factors of enlightenment with the student know that they are present; they are absent yogis know that they are absent. You also know the cause of these factors is the discernment, and the reasons that the seven enlightenment factors are developed fully. This means that by the prime arahant entire seven factors of enlightenment is perfect. Therefore, when the student attained yogis arahant attained thanks arahant know that seven elements are perfect. Yogis observe these factors when they arise within, that is arising within student center. Yogis observe these factors when they originate outside, that's when yogis think the enlightenment factor in others, and sometimes yogis can observe both inside and outside. Yogis that only these factors only, not beings, not human not to men and women at all. Yogis know this will be by independent living does not depend on anything in life.
And again, the monk teachers, teacher monk observing the legal measures on seven factors of enlightenment.
As for the observation of legal measures, in order of record: contemplate the five aggregates, five obstacles observe, observe and contemplate twelve bases seven factors of enlightenment. But in what legal practice to everyone, the yogis observe that law.
E. Four Noble Truths
"Noble Truths" or "noble truth" is translated from the word ariyasacca. Ariya means "holy" or "noble" and sacca means "king" or "the truth". There are four noble truths or four Holy Roman Emperor. There are two interpretations Four Noble Truths or the four noble truths:
They are called "noble" or "noble truth" because this truth by the saints or the noble rank and smooth experience. The saint or the noble ranks are those who have seen the truth of this and they have escapist mind negativity.
They are called "saints" or "noble" because the truth was the "holy" or "noble rank" discovered. "Holy" or "noble rank" here is the Buddha, the most sublime level of noble rank. The four noble truths Buddha not set or invention, but just discovered or invented only. The truth that always existed but were ignorant screen. When the world is no Buddha appears, these four neglected.
There have been many Buddhas born in the past, and only when there is a Buddha was born, then these four newly discovered and manifest. After Buddha and his disciples directly death, His teachings gradually disappeared and four lies hidden truths. A long time later, another Buddha was born, discover and reopen these four or Four Noble Truths to the world.
A different interpretation that these four are called "noble truths" because apprehend someone becomes "noble". Those who scrutinizes or clear these four, the mind freed from defilement. The penetrating or realize these four magnanimity implies an individual. So this truth is called noble truths or truths that make the noble.
One other explanation for that truth itself is noble. Noble here mean really, no mistakes or fabricated.
The four noble truths are:
1. The noble truth of suffering (Noble Truth).
2. The noble truth of the cause of suffering (apron).
3. The noble truth of the cessation of dukkha (Killing Truth).
4. The noble truth of the path leading to the cessation of suffering (Noble Path).
Characteristics of the first truth, the noble truth of suffering, is "suffering". Suffering makes you miserable. Thus the character of suffering is suffering. The function of pain is burning you, makes you unhappy. The expression of suffering is an event or something going on.
Monday noble truth, the truth about the origin of suffering, the "craving". Characteristics of this truth is the "cause". Its function is to prevent disruptions, meaning it continues to cause endless reasons to occur without interruption. Expression of this second truth is the obstacle or hindrance.
Third Noble Truth, the truth of the cessation of suffering, Nirvana, whose "peace" and "peace state". The peace here is free from all afflictions: greed, hatred and delusion. The function of this third truth is never lost, never decay or death. Expression of third truth "no minister", "not every form", so you can not use a noun or shapes to describe Nirvana. Nirvana has no characteristics, no icon. Once, King Milinda asked Venerable Naagasena that can shape, age or size to describe Nirvana not, be answered is not. [21]
Characteristics of Wednesday noble truth or the path to where the end of all suffering is to provide "the means or escape route." Fourth Noble Truth has the power to exclude negativity. Indeed, this truth consists of eight elements, present at the heart of religion. At spirituality negativity appears, excluded. Expression of this truth for yogis is the escape from rebirth.
The first truth is called the Noble Truth, "dukkha". Dukkha means bad, no value (du) and "empty" (kha ). Something evil, no value and empty, not longevity, unhappy and without essence, called suffering, dukkha .
The second truth is called the apron, "samudayadhammam". Aya means "cause" and Udaya means "arise" and sam means "in collaboration with the conditions or other causes." Craving arises together with ignorance, attachment, business and other factors, are supported by other causes, causes suffering (dukkha ). Therefore, we call this second truth is the cause of suffering or "set", samudayadhammam .
The Third Noble Truth is called Kill Great, "dukkha nirodha." Prefix ni means "not" or "absent", and Nodha means "prison". Thus dukkha nirodha means no prison in the suffering of samsara, of Nirvana, as free from all rebirth. Nirvana is called dukkha nirodha because it is a cause or condition for the cessation of suffering.
Wednesday truth long known truth: the path to where the cessation of suffering, the Noble Truth, "dukkha nirodha gaaminii pattipadaa" . Means "way" or "path" or "way of practice" ( patipadaa ) led to the place (gaamini ) "cessation of suffering" (dukkha nirodha). The law does arise where there falls away. There is not a phenomenon born in this place and kill elsewhere. But the Four Noble Truths take Nirvana or the cessation of suffering, when it arises, as the object of meditation. Therefore, this truth is the path to the cessation of suffering.
The Buddha taught the four noble truths in Beijing four foundations of mindfulness as follows:
Bhikkhus know the truth "here is suffering," said monk-like "this is the cause of suffering"; monk know the truth "this is the end of suffering"; and monk know the truth "this is where the path to end suffering."
And the writer said on the description and yogis have known the truth realize how noble. "As true" means in accordance with its actual situation. You know as truth or according to truth, the right to truth. You know as truth or according to truth that it was born, this is the old, this is suffering, sorrow, death etc .. this is realistic You know craving is the cause of suffering and Nirvana is terminated suffering and the Noble Eightfold path is the path to a place of escape from suffering.
1. Noble Truth of Suffering.
The Buddha explained the truth about most things as follows:
This and the master monk, how the noble truth of suffering? Birth is suffering, old age is suffering, death is suffering; worries, frustrations mourning, suffering body. mental suffering and so is suffering a nervous breakdown; near the unpleasant is suffering, the preferred distance is suffering, not to be the favorite is suffering. In short, the five aggregates is suffering.
Beijing Dhammacakkappavattana, recorded explanations of the Buddha's first sermon in that spelled out verses.
"Birth is suffering", because birth is the basis or foundation of next sufferings then you deserve all throughout life.
"Aging is suffering". Old means to grow up, mature and blight. Aging is also basic or foundation of suffering. Nobody wants the old, but the body can not be young forever. Ruined body every second, every minute. No moment we do not add all elderly. No one escaped the process of aging. You can eliminate some aspects of aging. You can go to the salon to remove the wrinkles on his face by a facelift, but you can not end the process of aging. Once you are on the table to make his surgery, then you are also children of every moment an elderly gradually. Maybe after the surgery is complete, your face looks younger, but you do not really younger. You can not reverse the aging process. You do not want to get old, but you are an older every minute there. That's the cause of unhappiness. So also is the basic old age or background of suffering and old also known as "suffering".
"Death is suffering." This is easy to understand. No one wants to die.
"Anxiety, sorrow, nostalgia mourning, relatives suffering, mental suffering and so is suffering a nervous breakdown." You've been through these things throughout your life. Sometimes you sad, sometimes you weep sob (crying into mourning, cried). Sometimes body aches, sometimes anger or frustration flooded your mind. Mental suffering is a kind of sorrow (domanassa) or unpleasant and disappointing belongs hatred ( dosa) . But in general they all belong to the field.
"Close to the unpleasant is suffering." Must see something you do not want to see the suffering. Sound heard what he did not want to hear is suffering. Must live with the person you dislike is suffering. To be away from someone you love, or your favorite animal away is suffering. When someone you love dies or his temporary absence are suffering far.
"Not achieve the preferred are suffering." Not get what you enjoy which means not holding it, not mastered your favorite ones. Most of us are longing, desire something which they are not. We often wish, desire the things that he could not and never has been; such as we desire to not be depressed, frustrated, do not suffer themselves, but the mental suffering this agony is unending. We desire not to age, but this is a thing could not be done. We wish there were things that we could not have also are suffering. But remember, even if there are also favorite animal is suffering anymore.
"In short, the five aggregates are suffering." Five aggregates are all that is on earth, whether sentient beings, beings or objects accidentally, inanimate objects are objects that we take wrecked, craving or attachment and wrong are aggregates of grasping. Therefore, the five aggregates is suffering.
Birth is dukkha , aging is dukkha , which is understandable, but the last sentence of the above passage says that the five aggregates is also dukkha is a bit confusing; because we have gone from common understanding into the philosophical understanding of the word dukkha . In the conventional sense, then dukkha is "suffering body" or "mental suffering", but in the sense of profound analysis, the suffering itself, which means wider mental suffering, and once you understand the profound sense of the word analysis dukkha is you have clearly understood the truth first.
To understand that word dukkha you should know there are three types of dukkha :
1) dukkha dukkha (suffering pain)
2) Viparinaama dukkha (suffering septic)
3) Sankhaaradukkha (issue size)
Dukkha dukkha: Dukkha in the normal sense of life is suffering. To be translated as "suffering of misery". It is suffering and grief. For example, when the needle in hand, you feel pain. It is dukkha dukkha or suffering of misery; the pain can clearly see and identify. When you feel sad, regret or feel depressed or unhappy, that's kind of normal size or suffering of misery.
Viparinaama dukkha : "Suffering due to the change". This size depends on the type of peace, pleasure or emotional material. Even the optimistic life is dukkha because when we change, or leave them to cause nostalgia and sorrow. Thus, in this sense, even the pleasures, enjoy fun feeling of physical or mental well are dukkha.
Sankhaara dukkha : "Suffering", suffering because of dependent arising. "Dependent students means that are created or caused by others. Everything in the world is so interdependent, so sankhaara dukkha has created everything on earth. Here sankhaara dukkha including feelings neutral and all other conditions originating in the third world. there is no time in life you can escape the kind of dukkha this.
Why call grasping aggregates are suffering? One definition of dukkha is what is impermanent is also called dukkha . According to another definition of dukkha , the pleasant feeling, unpleasant, neutral life and all things all things are impermanent. Because all things are impermanent, all things are dukkha.
But how is impermanent? What has a beginning must have an end. Once there the uprising there must surely perish. When something born and disappear, then lost it out there is impermanent materials. That character has been dominated, oppressed by the coming and going in every moment one should object that is impermanent. Something oppressed, bound it is dukkha . What has a beginning has an end is impermanent. What is impermanent is dukkha.
The word dukkha is often translated as "suffering", but the word "suffering" is too limited. It is a common definition of the word dukkha . Actually word dukkha covers everything impermanent, what is the starting point and an end point. Even when you are enjoying something, like eating good food and watching a good movie, or enjoying a certain pleasure, the fact you are suffering, because the fun and the you are entitled to enjoy will not last long, it has a starting point and an end point. The fun has just disappeared soon arise again, so it is impermanent. And because it is impermanent, it is dukkha . Many authors suggest leave word dukkha not translated because there is no full list literal translation word dukkha is.
When declaring the four noble truths, the Buddha only shows the truth of what the world and life on it are suffering. Many expressed dissatisfaction with Buddhism because they think that Buddhist living in misery. They think that it teaches the pessimism. Actually, to say that all things on earth are dukkha , it is not pessimism, because it's true. All are dukkha . We can not accuse a doctor is pessimistic when you carefully consider this a patient and say this person is sick. It is not pessimistic but realistic and necessary; because you really know the condition of the patient, the physician will be able to specify whether the cures.
If the Buddha is said to only dukkha that alone he can be accused of teaching the pessimism. But Buddha found the cause of the suffering and bring hope to us by claiming that there is an end to suffering, as if physicians know the circuit after diagnosis condition and the patient know that the disease can be treated. Buddha not know there is an end to suffering, he also shows us clearly see the path to the cessation of suffering. Ie methods that way, there is a practice to eliminate suffering. Therefore, the message of the four noble truths or the Four Noble Truths are not pessimistic, but realistic. The Buddha pointed out that in the cessation of suffering with peace, tranquility and wisdom.
V "In short, the five aggregates is suffering " must be understood in the sense above. Both grasping aggregates are causally conditioned medium. Thus, the five aggregates have a starting point and an end point is impermanent. Because they are impermanent, they are suffering. The Buddha told the truth about the suffering by definition as follows:
Now how are you born? The birth of a being depends on the kind of beings world, their birth, their origin, their conception, their existence, the presence of aggregates, the acquisition of the units; This monk teachers, so called birth.
"The birth of a being depends on the kind of beings the world", which means the birth of beings in the world of man, or in the heavens or in the animal realm, peta etc ..
"The presence of aggregates", which means the arising of the aggregates at the birth.
"The acquisition of the senses", which means the arising of some units at the birth.
And this, the master monk, is how old? The aging of a being depends on the kind of beings gender; Our aging, degradation, loss of teeth, the gray hair, the wrinkles, the collapse of health, the wasting of grounds, this monk masters, such as aging.
In Atthasaalinii has said that the elderly can not be seen. What you see is the result of aging, such as tooth loss, gray hair, body weakness ... From consequences such as tooth loss, we see them as the cause of the elderly. Thus the elderly here are described by the realize the consequences of it. [22]
This and the master monk, what death? The departure and the disappearance of beings from the world we live in kind; the decline, the disappearance, the dying, the dead, the complete termination of life, the cessation of the five aggregates, the discarded corpses, the decline of the vitality based control, the spleen teachers bhikkhu, so is death.
As described and interpreted the dead, Buddha spent many examples and use a lot of letters meant to give the listener, if not understand the first explanation, can understand the explanation Monday or Tuesday . That's how the Buddha explained the word, especially in the Abhidhamma (Abhidhamma) very much synonymous word was used to refer to the same thing.
And this, the master monk, how are worries? Those who encounter this loss or other losses encountered pain or other suffering, repentance, the sadness, melancholy heart, the anguish inside, this the master monk, so called worries.
Anxiety is an unpleasant feeling sorrow presence of two types of consciousness corresponds with anger.
And this, the master monk, how are frustrations mourn? Those who encounter this loss or other losses encountered pain or other suffering, weeping, and mourning the tragic, and tragic state of mourning, this monk teachers, as so-called wailing frustrations.
First you feel sorrow then you can coal into. You cried and cried, called "mourning". Wailing sounds or voices chaos created by the mind.
And this, the master monk, how the body is suffering? The suffering of the body and the body does not cheery about; the pain, the pleasure not because of body contact, this monk teachers, so called body size.
Suffering is an unpleasant body related to body. When you take something that hits the body, you will feel this kind of suffering. It is the feeling that came with a body-consciousness arises simultaneously with the pain.
And this, the master monk, how is mental suffering (grief)? Not the mental agony and the pleasure of the mind, not suffering and the emotional mind-refreshing, this monk teachers, so called mental suffering.
Sorrow or suffering mental suffering is a present life where consciousness comes with anger (dosa) . When learn the mental agony, you will find this feeling is similar to the type of interest arise with pitch.
And this, the master monk, how is depressed? Those who encounter this loss or other losses encountered pain or other suffering, the brain shirt, the sorrow, the status of sentient beings are the brain shirt, state of beings are the sorrow, the master monk this, so called sorrow.
Sorrow is a kind of hatred (dosa) present in the two types of consciousness accompanied by unpleasant. The difference between worries, frustrations and sorrow mourn Visuddhi be referred to as follows:
- Anxiety sorrow is like cooking oil in wok on a burner over low heat. Mourn frustrations boiling oil spill is like the pot from the fire was too strong. Sorrow is the remaining oil in the pan after boiling oil was leaking and could not be able to continue flowing out again, cook until the oil dry completely. [23]
This and the master monk, how is painful to have to close what they dislike. here, anything that is not lovable, not happy, not interested (euphoria), form, sound, smell, taste and touch objects or anything that you want them to take, want them to be damaged, they do not want to be comfortable, they inevitably want misfortune, but they have to live with them, close contact with them, love them, and mingled with them. This the master monk is so close to what you do not like.
This and the master monk, how far the favorite. here, whatever lovely, fancy appearance, cute, color, sound, smell, taste, touch; or who you want to give them peace, they want to have the benefit, for they want comfort, they want to avoid misfortune, parents, brothers, sisters, friends , colleagues, close relatives, distant relatives; those who can not live closer to her, can not come to you, not to your neighbor, do not mix with them. This the master monk, is so far from suffering to the favorite.
This and the master monk, how is not getting what one expects. Birth was dominant, the expectation may arise following: "We hope that from birth we govern, hoping that we would not get reborn", but in fact, these are not just due to expectation that is . Such is the suffering caused by not achieve what they seek.
Being the dominant elderly may arise expectation: "We hope that our elderly from being the dominant". But actually, these are not just due to expectation that is. So as not to achieve what they hope for, and that is painful.
Dominant illness can arise expectation: "We hope that our dominant against illnesses." But actually, these are not just due to expectation that is. So as not to achieve what they hope for, and that is painful.
Death was dominant could arise expectation: "We hope that we dominated from the dead." But actually, these are not just due to expectation that is. So as not to achieve what they hope for, and that is painful.
Being worries, frustrations mourning, suffering body, mental suffering and anguish can arise dominant expectation: "We hope that we from worries, frustrations mourning, relatives suffering, mental suffering and anguish dominate ". But actually, these are not just due to expectation that is. So as not to achieve what they hope for, and that is painful.
"Not achieving what they seek" means do not get what can not be achieved. Every time you yourself do not desire to be the dominant delivery, not being the dominant old, do not be the dominant pain etc .. that's what you desire can not be achieved alone and so is the cause of pain dry.
This and the master monk, "In short, the five aggregates is ill?". It sharpens aggregates, aggregates life, great aggregates, aggregates act, form aggregates. This the master monk, they are called "a brief, five aggregates are suffering."
The noble truth of suffering has been explained in detail in this business. Explained last part is the most important because it includes everything in the world. It helps you understand the first noble truth to the extent profound analysis.
When explaining the sentence: "Do not achieving what they seek," then we are suffering, the interpretation would say that the expectation of what they can not achieve what they could not get is suffering should belong to the first truth. In doing this, the main expectation of explaining that seeing, hearing, smell, taste, touch, craving itself is legal should belong to the Second Noble Truth. Mahasi Venerable Zen teaches that: "Craving has been accumulated in the past existence and craving is the origin of the five aggregates of the next life in the Second Noble Truth. That's what his craving is not reached, the craving of the five aggregates of the next life.
