What is Bodhipakkhiyadhamma?

2. Right Exertion (Sammapadhana)

6. Seven Enlightenment (bojjhanga)

7. Noble Eightfold Path

IV. Four Noble Truths

Monday kinds of suffering (dukkha results), can not kill in this life. If an Arhat is alive, he is still suffering to this effect. Vipāka is "results" or "outcomes", in this case referring to the suffering is seen as a natural consequence of the reborn due to name and form.
And matter itself is the result of our rebirth, due to ignorance ( avijjā ) and craving ( Tanha ) creates. It can only be eradicated when no rebirth - ie to elect parinibbana, and thus eliminates the Five Aggregates.

1.1 Four kinds of suffering:

1.2 The eleven kinds of suffering that the Buddha had discovered:
They are: birth; Old; Dead; Six; Belgium; Dry; advantages; Brain; Sudden demand; Affinity separation; Resentment chapter format. The first three belong to the hard fruits ( vipāka ), eight categories of the suffering associated with negativity ( kilesa ). All kinds of suffering that are caused by clinging to the five aggregates. The birth of the five aggregates is suffering soles. Opposite of suffering is happiness ( sukha ), but optimism is impermanent and can not last forever, it is also suffering; and because it is out of control, it completely selfless.
To make an end to suffering, we must recognize the suffering through the practice. Seeing suffering with wisdom takes us out of the cycle. Because negativity is strong and persistent, so be sure to use new intellectual realizing the pain and eliminate it.
When shop suffering, one must use the list-Sac in the current moment as an object, as list-Sac is dukkha. As seen suffering with wisdom, he should be much more interest in the practice. This benefit is getting rid of craving. Conversely increasingly optimistic, the more obscured suffering and practice will not benefit. Some practitioners instead meditate to see suffering, was immersed in peanuts (the regulations), and developed greed for his optimism. What they like, really is the five aggregates. Five aggregates have unpleasant ( dukkhavedana ), pleasant ( sukhavedana ), indifference ( upekkhavedana ). Therefore, they prefer pleasant, like the five aggregates news. 2. Tap Truth - Samudayasacca

3. Removal Truth - Nirodhasacca
Cessation of dukkha is the cessation of suffering. In terms of the Killing sole meaning and Nirvana are the same. No rebirth in Nirvana, so there is no death there. Nirvana no list-Sac or five aggregates; List-Sac is also no longer the object of insight. Nirvana is not an abode, but still exists. Nirvana is like the wind, you do not see but only feel it because of the cool effects that it brings. Nirvana is the subject of a special center called Tam Dao. Nirvana will witness himself said - do not need a guru to tell them. No one can reach nirvana without practicing vipassana until insight vipassanā become the focus direction ( maggacitta ) both.
Nirvana is the cessation of suffering, you can not realize Nibbana otherwise follow the Eightfold Path. There are two types of Nirvana:
- Huu Du Y Nirvana - Saupadisesanibbana - Nirvana is attained with the five aggregates exist.
- Unknown Y Du Nirvana - Anupadisesanibbana - realization of Nirvana no leftover remnants of negativity and five aggregates. This is the cessation of mind and body who is no longer suffering, often called parinirvana - parinibbana .
4. Truth Truth - Maggasacca

Wisdom realized the Four Noble Truths :

Do charity (human) being the exception, the "world" of these five are the exception, and thus an end to suffering and under. Wisdom realizing the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism just seen.
As Purity Path ( Magga Visuddhi ) said: Noble Truth is like a burden; Truths such collective burden bearers; Killing God is putting the burden down; Truth Truth is the way to put the burden down. ( Samyutta Nikaya , III, 26 )
V. vipassana
Vipassana (actually the result - the wisdom - of the four foundations of mindfulness practice, ie Tue sixteenth. This is the ultimate finality of Buddhism, so the practitioner must understand vipassana is.
Vipassana is the kind of wisdom ( Panna ) knows List-Sac is impermanence, suffering and non-self. The other knowledge is not wisdom vipassana (insight). Only wisdom who knows List-Sac is impermanence, suffering, selflessness called vipassanà new. Dao said Purity wins here is wisdom.
The object of vipassana -Sac is a list of the current moment. If you know something beyond your List-Sac, you can not see the true nature law ( sabhava ).
Incumbent vipassanā destroy negativity wherever they came born. Therefore, we practice to observe the present moment where six bases, because negativity arises in that place.
Benefits of vipassana is kill crazy idea ( vipallasa ) think the color is beautiful (net), List-Sac is generally, List-Sac is located, list the self-Sac. When wisdom vipassanā thrive, it will lead to the cessation of suffering ( nirodha ) and that is Nirvana.
The practice vipassana Satipatthana use as described in the sutta ( Mahasatipatthanasutta ). These measures need to know is:
a) Six vipassana Bhumi (basic knowledge)
b) Sixteen insight.

Three types of knowledge in practice
- Suta Panna (Van Tue), is the understanding by learning the teachings ( pariyatti ), or by listening to an explanation of the legal ( dhamma ) before practice.

- Vipassana Panna (Insight), is the understanding by the insight that only and Matter and List-Sac is impermanence, suffering, selflessness.
Correct theory will lead to proper practice, and right practice leads to wisdom or insight knowledge.

In accordance with the terms, suta Panna is legal enlightenment that attained by listening. Cinta Panna is wisdom does not enlighten himself by a teacher at all. Only new Buddha Cinta Panna . Bhāvanā vipassana (insight practice) other than Samantha bhāvanā (Pure Land practice only). Samadthi (Concentration)
