Suddenly I felt deeply about a human life, the end of the four-body body, everyone is the same, just holding ashes. Already holding ashes, there is no ash that is better than any ash, no hold of ashes is more glorious than any ash, no hold of ashes is more despicable than any ash. Naturally, how much sorrow, the calculation in the heart fell. Because I am already a handful of ashes, there is no reason to bother with other ashes.

We more or less have lost a lifetime of trouble and suffering. In the end, these four elements cannot be carried because it is just holding ashes, only carrying karma. Why don't we wonder what karma we create, for whom we create karma? Because holding ash that creates karma! Is there any nonsense. If only for gold because of the jade we create karma, but because of holding ashes, creating karma is unjust! Creating karma to seek happiness, unexpectedly experiencing suffering. Because of where the line between happiness and suffering lies, we don't know.

For example, when it is hot, I want to eat ice cream. Eating an ice cream is wonderful, you can call it happiness. Eat one more tree, also happy. One more tree is… out of happiness, because it's about to vomit. If eating ice cream is happiness, the happier you eat, eat one tree of happiness with only one, eat two happy trees doubled, eat three happy trees triple. Why eat three trees out of happiness? It turns out we have misunderstood about happiness. What is happiness? Is gratifying. Let's just define it briefly like that.


I think that what is pleasing, pleasant, satisfying is happiness, without knowing that our body, our mind can never be satisfied. When greed is to want to add, but the reception of the four elements is in moderation. By the time it is not received any more, but the karma of greed still entails, there is conflict between body and mind. That is loss of happiness.

Buddha taught that the dhammas were only dependent upon existence, but there was no such thing as the truth in them. We always want our lives to be satisfied, but the conditions do not know it. It just goes on going, going on melting its own way. If I am not satisfied, it does not satisfy me. So in the end happiness is not real. It is just an illusion of feeling.

Feelings have three:

One is suffering. When we encounter unpleasant scenes, we do not like it against our hearts, called suffering.

The second is pleasant feeling. When we encounter scenes that are pleasing to our satisfaction, we enjoy pleasure, which is called pleasant feeling.

Third is not suffering without stray. When we encounter ordinary scenes, we also see normal, called non-stray unpleasant feeling.

Of these three, there are some people who prefer normal life. Why? Because they say happy, there is suffering. Due to fear of suffering, I do not dare to accept joy and worry so far. It turns out that because we avoid suffering, we also avoid the joy, not enlighten the temporary joy of the world which is not real. Therefore, choose normal life. But Buddha said this clearly: Those three feelings are impermanent, even ordinary feelings are not.

In short, having feeling is suffering. For example, now I am neither sad nor happy, but when there are sad things I will be sad. We choose the ordinary, but the external conditions are not always normal, they always change.

External conditions come from outside, we cannot be active. In the whole life, people are only partially active, the rest are mostly passive by external conditions. Like good weather, we find it normal, pleasant, but what if the water floods up? Instant size. The central and southwestern provinces flooded all the time, our people just had to live by their own country, completely unable to take the initiative. Nobody wants to flood, but the water is still rising.
