Self-Sutras:

(1) Serious : Formal and serious.
(2) Great bhikkhus: are only bhikkhus (monks) who have ordained for more than thirty years according to the Buddha, studying and practicing full day and night, called by the word "great" because they are monks. Great, full of dignity, virtue and wisdom.
Monks: Sanskrit, has three ideas: mendicant, ghost father, destroy evil.
1. The mendicant : The mendicant goes from house to house to beg for food, but the mendicant is not an ordinary beggar; When the bhikkhus alms, whether or not he gives food, more or less, he receives it without caring about happiness or sadness. On the way begging for alms in silence, and focusing only on the practice of mantra, meditation, contemplation, etc. The monk always keeps the dignified and majestic attitude in accordance with the law, if anything is not right with the ritual, the eyes will not see, the ears will not listen, the mouth does not speak, the body and mind do not hope.
2. Father ghosts: Monks always keep a dignified look, so when Thien ghost sees them, they are scared, all kinds of evil ghosts must be kept away from them; because evil always wins.
3. Destroying evil : It is very difficult for ordinary people to break the bad habits, while the bhikkhus are those who specialize in destroying the qi practice, specialized in correcting their mistakes, correcting evil into The good, therefore, is called destructive evil.
(3) Bodhisattva: Is only a Saint in Northern Buddhism, to say enough, it is «Bodhisattva-reda”, called Bodhisattva, which translates to "Enlightenment being sentient"; The word sentient means only sentient beings. The Bodhisattva is the person who has enlightened to "just doing good, not doing evil, completely taking on wrong views", so in action there is no ignorance; The Bodhisattva is a Saint of the four Holy Realms (Thanh Van, Dependent Origination, Bodhisattva, Buddha).
(4) Buddha-field : Buddha- realm is a galaxy (Galaxy), like the Sa Ba realm of the Milky way, has trillions of suns, which scientists say sees 400 billion stars.
(5) Sufficient freedom : Freedom is arbitrary comfort. Being self-sufficient is comfortably arbitrary enough, not constrained by anything.

SAINT OF BUDDHA:

4. Know the legal person Selflessness
Defilement and Atrium (11)
Often pure formless,
That initiates great compassion.
5. Nirvana (12) cannot establish,
There is no Nirvana Buddha,
There is no Nirvana Buddha,
Leaving sensory faculties (13).
Either with or without,

6. Dharma meditation on tranquility,
Capital leaves arising.
Not this life after life,
Called not prime discharge (14).
DISCUSSION :
(1) The upper level : As the leader, representing to ask the Buddha in this sutra.
(2) Making empowerment : Is the act of accepting, that is, recognized by the Buddhas as the superior Bodhisattva.
(3) Quality : For that. From Sanskrit: Pratyakwa-Pramàã, used in Nhan Minh. Quantity means measurement, is the standard to distinguish right and wrong of knowledge. The mind specifies, giving this right and the wrong is quantity. When we perceive the things around without distinguishing, considering, it is called Present quantity; In a narrow sense, the amount of present quality usually only gives the quality of Chan only. There are 2 types of quality: Foot current quality and Self current quality.
- Truth of the quality: The correct perception of intuition, not affected by the manifestations or the distinguishing effect of the concept, like seeing a string, then immediately know that it is a rope.
- Self-amount: The false perception, that is, the perception that has been affected by the faculties or the distinguishing effect of the concept, such as seeing the smoke as clouds, seeing the clouds as smoke; or in a dim place to see that the immediate thread is a snake, etc.
