“Practicing and Developing the Attitude of Non-Clinging, Non-Attachment to Anything in This World” Is Practicing What? How? Or just practice by chanting slogans: “let go, let go”, “don't cling, don't cling”, “don't be greedy, don't be greedy”, “don't be angry, don't be angry”… “There will be a time , when death comes to take us away, forcing us to let go of everything. So we need to practice letting go and become proficient, otherwise we won't be able to let go when that moment comes. Letting go of everything, eliminating craving, boredom and rebirth is the work that a wise person must do before death. But what needs to be done and how to do it? - Pay attention to birth and death anytime, anywhere." – Accountant Vien Phuc Sumangala. Practice following the eight noble paths to give up all attachments. – That is PRACTICE OF THE FOUR POINTS OF MEMORY TO LET GO OF DESIRES. @: The general theory is not wrong, but it is not clear or specific about the practice in every moment of precious life. To learn theory in order to practice, you must remember the practice instructions by heart, not the explanations. Instructions are completely different from Explanations. It is not possible to let go, renounce, not cling, separate from greed, and eliminate desire only by means of Wisdom (wisdom gained by listening to the Dharma, reading scriptures) or by Tu Tue (wisdom gained by thinking and studying). You need to clearly know each step of practice and follow it to gain Wisdom. This is the core issue that many practitioners get confused about, unable to distinguish between general theory and practical guidance. There is still a huge gap between theory and practice for the majority of meditators. Even when they appear to be practicing, in reality they are only mechanically imagining the practice. They are just trying their best to shout slogans, but they think they are practicing letting go, separating from greed, and eliminating desire. Maintain uninterrupted mindfulness, observe mental and physical phenomena to see them arising and passing away continuously -> impermanence -> suffering -> boredom -> do not cling to anything in this world. Bach, usually when I detect a rough reaction of the mind (manifested through changes in breathing rhythm or muscle tension), I will continue to monitor the tension in that muscle until the time comes. when this phenomenon no longer exists. By doing so, you will not be carried away by the mind's reactions. That's right, pay attention to the CHANGES - BIRTH AND DESTRUCTION of the five aggregates, especially the changes - birth and death of images, words, and feelings related to the reaction of the mind, NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THE CONTENT OF THE REFLECTION. RESPONSE OF THE MIND - ONLY FOCUSING ON THE BIRTH AND DESTRUCTION (IMPERMANENT, Suffering, Selflessness) of ALL PHENOMENON, you will be bored, free from greed, eliminate desires and no longer cling to anything in the world. That is correct practice, that is Tu Tue - Wisdom gained by practice, by practicing the Dharma correctly - leading to liberation, no longer just an empty theory, no longer shouting slogans of letting go and renunciation. Heavenly Master Sakka told me: "- World-Honored One, in short, to what extent does a Bhikkhu cherish liberation and achieve the ultimate goal?the salvation of peace from all sufferings, the salvation of holy life, the salvation of perfection, the supreme being between gods and humans? When I heard that, Mahā Moggallāna, I said to Sakka: "Here, Lord, the Bhikkhu heard the following: "It is not worthy, if there is partiality towards all dharmas." Dear God, if a monk hears the following: "It is not worthy to have partiality towards all dharmas". He knows all dharmas clearly. Having clearly known all dharmas, he knows all dharmas ultimately. By thoroughly knowing all dharmas, if there is any feeling, pleasant feeling, painful feeling, or neither painful nor pleasant feeling, he lives contemplating the nature of impermanence, lives contemplating the nature of detachment, lives contemplating the nature of cessation, Live contemplating the nature of renunciation in those feelings. BY LIVING CONtemplating the nature of impermanence, living contemplating the nature of separation from greed, living contemplating the nature of cessation, living contemplating the nature of renunciation in those feelings, he does not accept anything in life. Because he has no attachments, he has no afflictions. Because he has no afflictions, he attains Nirvana. He understands: "Birth has ended, the holy life has been achieved, what needed to be done has been done, there is no more coming back to this life." Dear God, in short, to such a degree, a Bhikkhu desires complete liberation, ultimate achievement, ultimate peace, from the yoke of suffering, the ultimate goal of holy life, the ultimate goal of perfection. victory between Gods and Humans. Thus, Moggallāna, I know I have just spoken briefly about the love that liberates the Lord Sakka.” The World-Honored One preached like that. Venerable Mahā Moggallāna was happy and believed in the Buddha's teachings.I know I just spoke briefly about the love that liberates God Sakka." The World-Honored One preached like that.
