Only wisdom has the power to control suffering and destroy wrong views. To have a true life, you can only live with wisdom and wisdom. Because, without wisdom, it cannot be called a high, civilized life even if the material is adequate. On the other hand, only wisdom has the ability to control suffering, destroy wrong views, and achieve self-control and freedom. At one time the World-Honored One was staying at Àlavi, at the residence of the Yaksha Alavakka. Then Yaksha came and said to the World-Honored One: - Hey monk, I will ask you a question. If you cannot answer me, I will make your mind crazy, or I will break your heart, or take you by the feet, and I will throw you to the other side of the Ganges. – Dear Sir, I do not see anyone in the Gods, Demons, Brahmas or among the Samanas, Brahmins and humans who can make My mind crazy or break My heart, or grab My feet and throw Me to the other side of the Ganges River. However, Sage, ask if you wish. – Hey monk: What for humans is the ultimate wealth? What, if practiced well, brings true peace and happiness? What among the tastes, Is the ultimate sweetness? How to live, Called the ultimate life? – Hey Sage: Trust in people is the ultimate asset. Practicing the Dharma well brings true peace and happiness. The truth among tastes, Is the ultimate sweetness. Must live with wisdom, It is called the ultimate life. Comment: People living in this world often wish to have many things such as wealth, fame, happiness, etc. However, when asked which of these things is the ultimate, most people are confused because of their wish. of humans which is limitless and has no end. Mostly, for those who are mature and calm, the answer is simple: What meets the most necessary needs in the present is paramount. Yaksha Alavakka also possessed many things but still could not satisfy his inherent ambition and arrogance. He was angry because he did not know what was the ultimate thing to own, and he was greedy for appropriation. Among all kinds of assets, according to the Buddha's wisdom, faith is supreme. This concept may seem strange, but if you carefully contemplate Buddha's words, you will realize that property only comes later, the result of faith. Because "faith is the mother of all merits", if you have faith, you have everything. What to do for long-term happiness is also a big problem? Because the joy that people have is quite a lot, but it is all temporary and passes quickly. At the same time, that joy is very difficult to find but easy to lose. For the World-Honored One, only by practicing the Dharma can one gain lasting happiness. There are many sweetnesses in life, but most of them are like a bit of honey stuck on the blade of a knife. People who crave that bit of honey will find it difficult to avoid the disaster of having their tongue cut off. Behind that sweet taste are always traps and dangers lurking. Because of running after the sweetness of life, many people lose their lives, lose their reputation, or even lose their lives. On the contrary, the happiness of experiencing the truth, liberation and enlightenment, is eternal and peaceful, so it is called the ultimate sweetness. To have a true life, you can only live with wisdom and wisdom. Because, without wisdom, it cannot be called a high, civilized life even if material things are adequate. On the other hand, only wisdom has the ability to control suffering, destroy wrong views, and achieve self-control and freedom. Therefore, every Buddhist must realize the true value of life to have faith, practice Dharma, develop wisdom and experience liberation.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).GOLDEN ZEN BUDDHIST MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.17/6/2024.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.
