 SCREENING  CENTER.

The root of  suffering  is what  we  called avijja-not  knowledge , or ignorance of  the truth  of  all things . Fundamental ignorance  is no true understanding. We suffer  because of the  concept and  is accepted , because the habits and  circumstances  that  we do not understand. We  live with the  daily life  of his own in the  state of  ignorance , not  knowledge  of such capital measures.
If you listen to yourself more,  sometimes  you can hear lines like "I should do this, but I should not do it. I'm doing this, but I should not be that way, "or  the world should change the  better ,  the parents  I have to like this or like that should not be like that and that and the other. So  we  have the verb tenses  especially  rang in  thought  us , because  we  have the  concept  of what should not be, or should be. With  meditation , listening to  ideas  within yourself for what should and what should not be-just listen to it.
The tendency of  us  is  trying to  become  something, and  we  set  goals , make  the ideal  for what  we want to  become . Maybe  we  think  society  should be  better  now; People  should be  honest ,  generous , not  selfish ,  sympathy  and  love , the  fraternity  should be, the government should  lead  the wise and  the world  should be peaceful. However ,  the universe  was still in moments like that with  time  and  space  still does. Because do not understand this so  we  fight . Listening to the  heart  of you with non-stop crying, "I am this, I am not like that," and pierced through this sentence, "I mean, I do not mean," with attention.

Most of  us  do not  believe  in those  realms  as  gods and  heaven , and for that  belief  is naive. This type of  thinking  negative , of people  ambiguities ,  doubts and do not  trust  anything. "I do not believe  heaven  and  angels , I do not believe any of that, just help me a realm of  heaven . It's absurd! "So many  notions  skepticism  and  ambiguity  that never see.
There is  trust ; there are  skeptics , the  practice  of  Buddhism  as  we examine  beliefs  and  doubts  that  our  inner experiences  of thought  and  we  know that these are two kinds of  status  change.
I have  observed  in themselves of  skepticism  as a sign. I asked myself a question like, "Who are we?" And then I listen to the  answers such as, "Bhikkhu Sumedho." I  contemplate  the sound  in question: "The eye can not hear it? If I cut off your ears and your eardrums will also  sound  to? I can see and hear a  precision  like now? "All the  senses  and its objects are  impermanent , the  situation  changed. Now let's  think , "Where is your mother? Where is my mother? If I thought she was in her bedroom in California, it is a concept of  ideology . Even with what I  thought , "California is" over there ", that has been the  thinking  of the mind of" over there ". "Mother" is a concept right? So where my mother now? She is in  ideology : the word "mother"  is up , you think of it as a  sound  , and it creates an  image  in my head or be a memory or a  feeling of  like or dislike, or is priceless oranges. All of these concepts in mind that  we  see as  really being  observedIdentification of  these concepts  impact  on the mind. Note the  fancy  you any, of  thinking about certain concepts with not  fancy  , but other things were brought. You have the  prejudices  and biases of  competing  internationally, with all of the concepts and the  growth  concept. Men are the  views  and  prejudices  that of  women , and women have the  same opinion  and  prejudice  that about men. These are just the  characteristics  inherent heterogeneity.

Like  the current , one might ask the question: "Do you live in  society  like this, if everything is vain?"  The Buddha  did the analysis between  true  convention  and  the truth  eventually  very  clear . In  position  convention  for the  existence ,  we use the  convention to bring harmony for  us  and for  the society  that  we  live in. Type  conventions  bring harmony yet? Do something good, something useful, do not do things that cause  disharmony  such as  theft ,  fraud  and the  exploitation of  others. There is  respect  and  compassion  for the  survival  of all species, attention,  seek  help: all these  conventions  bring peace to this life.
In the  teachings  of Buddhism , according to  the level  of the  convention ,  we live with encouraging  job  well and  curb  the harmful actions of body and speech. This is not like the kind of  world law  , "I do not want to do anything because it is an illusion" - which is also  an illusion otherwise. The notion  that the  conventional  world  is an  illusion  is  stuck  on a  concept  other.
