(1) The self-realization of the Dharma-nature and another profoundness is (2) The principle of existence (the main pillar) of the Dharma-nature. It is according to the above two things of profound meaning that my statement is established. What is the intimate meaning of self-realization of Dharma? Whatever the Tathagatas experience, it is also experienced by Me, in which there is no growth, no loss. Since the realm of self-experience goes beyond conceptual language and structure, it also has nothing to do with dualism. What is the meaning of the principle of existence of Dharma? Mahāmati, the ancient path of dharmata is always here all the time, that is, the nature of the Dharma is like gold, silver, or jewels stored in a mine. Mahamati, whether the Tathagata appears or the Tathagata does not appear, the Dharma-nature remains permanent, the dharma-sign, the dharma-nature, the dharma-dwelling, and the dharma-seat remain stable, just like the roads in an ancient city . Supposing, Mahāmati, a man was walking in a forest and discovered an ancient city with orderly streets, those roads could lead him into the city and when he had entered the city. Once there, he can rest, act himself as a citizen there, and enjoy all the pleasures that there can be. Hey Mahamati, what do you think? Did this person invent the road leading into the city he went to and how many different things in that city? Mahāmati said: World-Honored One, no! The Buddha taught: That's right, Mahāmatti! What I and the other Tathagatas have experienced is the principle of existence of this dharmata, the dharmata, the dharmata, the suchness, the reality, the truth. Therefore, Mahamati, I declare that from the night the Tathagata experienced enlightenment until the night the Tathagata fully experienced Nirvana, during that period of time, the Tathagata did not say a word and certainly did not say a word. will never preach.
