The world we live in is the world of desire. All beings are born and exist as a combination of desires. We are born due to the desires of our parents. When we enter this world we become infatuated with matter, and become the source of desire. We enjoy the material comforts and sensual pleasures. So we are attached to this body, but ultimately we see that this body is the source of suffering and suffering. Because this body is constantly changing. We long to live, but every hour this body changes from young to old, from life to death. We may be happy while we are young and healthy, but when we visualize old age and illness, as well as death that always haunts, anxiety will overwhelm us. So we try to run away from this by avoiding the thought of it. Greed for living and fear of death are one of the attachments. We also have attachments to our clothes, cars, buildings and property. In addition, we are attached to memories related to the past or future plans.

Practitioners of meditation should always have the attitude of 'Seeing without seeing, hearing without sounds, smelling without smell.' Why look but can't see? Because there is reflective reflection. Why does it sound bad? Because the essay is autism, it means turning the ear to listen to yourself. Why smell without smell? Because it captures body and mind, the taste does not make you cling. This is a state when the eyes look sharp without seeing sharpness, the sound of the ear is considered to be no sound, the nose smells the fragrance without seeing the smell, the tongue tasted without seeing the taste, the body touched without seeing it. feeling, the mind has no clinging to France.
According to Kinh Kim Cang, everything that appears is the compounded form. The compounded Dharma is like a dream, an illusory tomb, a bubble, or a shadow, a bolt of lightning, all empty things, without substance. Everything must be so consistent, in order to understand the truth clearly, so that we are not attached to, not be deluded into distractions.
"All the compounded vi

Should observe them like that. ”

According to the Sutta of the Twelve Chapter, Chapter 18, the Buddha taught: do without the subject and the subject doing; talk without the subject and the subject talking; tu but no longer the subject of cultivation and the object of cultivation. The enlightened one is very close, the addict is very far. End of the language, not bound to anything. If you miss one, you will lose an instant. ” END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=GOLDEN AMITABHA MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THICH CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.21/12/2019.
