What is cultivation in the end? What is cultivation? Does it require escaping from life, running into a temple to chant sutras and pray to Buddha, does it require concentrating on sitting in meditation, reading books to improve one's character? Cultivating in life requires much more courage than those who practice alone, and must balance work and family, pressure and health, desires, emotions, joy, suffering and impermanence. When problems arise in life, we often feel that they disrupt our cultivation. In fact, cultivation and life are one, they are one and go together. The purpose of cultivation is also to solve problems in real life. Isolating from life and talking about cultivation, isn't it like avoiding problems? Cooking, washing dishes, and doing housework are also a form of cultivation. How much suffering is born in the universe, often causing people to turn their thoughts to peace, seclusion in the mountains and forests, sitting in meditation, walking... However, the definition of cultivation is by no means limited to that. Cultivation in life requires much more courage than those who practice alone, must balance between work and family, between pressure and health, between desires, emotions, joy, suffering and impermanence. Seeking balance in the complex intertwined relationship, on the contrary, can make us see the true nature of life more clearly. Simply put, as long as you are focused, cooking, washing dishes, looking after children... is also a kind of cultivation. Therefore, as long as we constantly examine ourselves, eliminate our arrogance, greed, expectations and fears, in order to achieve a peaceful mind, see the different levels of life, you and I will both become teachers in life. Cultivation is not to meet the Buddha outside, but to meet oneself first, to first complete the path of being a human being. Cultivation means... wherever there is a problem, there is cultivation. In temples, meditation halls, great forests, in places where all around are people of good character, no problems appear, then how to cultivate? Cultivation is not to show off to the outside, like: "Look how well I cultivate? I am a cultivator", but to focus on oneself, like: "This problem, no matter how difficult, cannot stop me; it is not a problem; nothing can bring me trouble or trouble..." Cultivation is not to meet the Buddha outside, but to meet oneself first, to first complete the path of being a human being... True cultivation is not in the deep mountains, nor in temples or in social isolation, but in the reality of life, tempering the heart. The environment and circumstances are the best places for you to practice Buddhism that you should take advantage of.END= NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).
