"Hey An Nan! How is your self leaning monks lit  the lamp  Dhamma  for yourself, self-made place  to return  refuge for himself; What is not looking for   another lamp , do not expect another  turn back  ? Hey An Nan! If there're rested monks  sequential contemplation  place themselves in a  diligent  effort , a concept not  chaotic , to control your  craving ,  grief  for  the world ; Contemplating one's  body like that, and contemplating the  place of  feeling , where the  mind , where the dharma is also, a diligent  effort , a concept not  chaotic , to control your  craving ,  grief for  the world ;This is Nan! Such is the self-leaning monks lit  the lamp  Dhamma  for yourself, self-made place to return  refuge for yourself, do not seek  lamp  else, does not seek seat returned to  any other.

So so, this Nan! Tathagata  is the Career  Guru , for every bar-writer, what do  Tathagata done. You also  follow  that way. That is  the teaching  of the  Tathagata . You should master in place  of tranquility , where the graveyard, where the empty lot where the house is unoccupied, that  single-minded  practice  allows  only shop ,  thinking  to terminate  the root of suffering, do not be let loose! If you  let go , then later  sure  to sorrow ,  regret !

Here  the Buddha  said:

"Tathagata pointed  the  main road

Have spit the arrows of  no mind

You teachers should  diligently  practice

According to the  teachings of  the Buddha said

To clean up all kinds of  comments

Also  no   other way

Those who practice  are liberated

Can be closed except for business

If one  practice  under  way

As the Buddha taught

Certainly  overcome all  suffering

Fully  volunteer force  of the Buddhas "
