Leaving aside the different realizations of the path, if the person is only capable of training and practice possesses human qualities of patience, honest heart, each person can bring to much happiness to the world. Many millions of people will be happy, happy and long life instead of the opposite. A person can create change, he just becomes patience instead of anger. You put yourself into this situation. It can happen to you. If you do not practice patience in this life or the next life, then you can be reborn as someone hurting millions of others. Therefore, you need to practice patience. You should see it is the duty liability. It is extremely important that you train yourself in the practice of patience and patience. Perhaps that is the most important meditation that you need to perform.
         
If you practice patience, then you get rid of anger. That means no enemies in your mind. The perfect way to practice patience, you can attain supreme enlightenment, lasting relief, take out all the wrong mind and complete all perception. Once you have attained enlightenment, you absolutely do work for the benefit of all sentient beings to liberate them from all suffering, cause of suffering and bring them to the Buddha nature. This is immeasurable benefits when practicing patience in your life right now, an endless benefits as infinite nothingness.
         
Today, the practice of patience will make you become perfect masters and bring happiness to countless beings. So, when someone treats you bad or angry, then this is what is beneficial, not confused. You have to look at it a different way. You can see the patient's reaction to the source of all happiness-happiness not only in this life but also your life to life again; happiness not only for yourself but also for countless other beings. You can make all happy existence. Happiness comes from your patience.
         
Patience has many other benefits. For example, practice patience cause to get a lovely body in the next life-a human body or a beautiful body posing of fairies. If your body become more attractive, then it is easier to benefit others. It is also the cause of many special qualities of this magical body of the Buddha. There are many more benefits for the patient.
         
If you do not practice patience, you will become angry. One of the results of anger is to take the ugly body in the next life. If you look ugly, then people will not want to look or listen to you, do not want to help and will not pay attention to what you say. Even worse, you will have to experience the ultimate suffering in hell when reincarnated. Even now, after that, you reincarnated people, there will be more problems as a result of anger. Anger has many obstacles, but by practicing patience, you can get away from all the obstacles that. In general, practice patience on a daily basis will have certain benefits. It brings peace, joy, happiness, success for yourself and others in the present life as well as after birth. After all, you enlightenment and happiness for all beings as you guide them to practice enlightenment.
