The fifth enlightenment, the Buddha taught that fools are subject to the cycle of birth and death. This stupidity just for ignorance is the clue of samsara, is the first limb of the Twelve Causes and Conditions: ignorance, action, consciousness, name-and-form, six-entry... ENVIRONMENTAL THING 5. CHANH VAN: De pentagon. Enlightenment: Stupid birth and death. Bodhisattvas are often mindful, Quang study multi-literate, Grow wisdom, Achievements of eloquence, Teaching is necessary, All of the great bliss. TRANSLATION: The fifth thing adds enlightenment: Ignorance is the root of samsara's suffering. The bodhisattva often remembers without ceasing. Listening to a lot of learning, it doesn't help at all. Cultivate the higher the intellect, the more meritorious, the faster the success. Deng to teach sentient beings, Nirvana peace is better than that. TEACHER: Fifth enlightenment: Stupid birth and death. The fifth enlightenment, the Buddha taught that fools are subject to the cycle of birth and death. This ignorance points to ignorance as the clue of samsara, the first factor of the Twelve Causes and Conditions: ignorance, practice, consciousness, name-and-form, six-entry... Ignorance in the ordinary sense is not light, delusion is dark... In the spirit of Buddhism, ignorance is not realizing the True Mind, not seeing the dharmas as they really are. . The Vien Giac Sutra, the first chapter, Bodhisattva Manjushri asked, the Buddha explained: "Sentient beings attach themselves to these four elements as real, and their minds and hearts follow the shadow of six objects as real, which is ignorance." Due to the attachment of body and mind as the real self, because it creates karma, then follows the karma to go in samsara. We learn the path of enlightenment to see the cause that causes us to go through the cycle of birth and death. See clearly, see the ultimate, to destroy ignorance to get out of samsara. So how to break ignorance? Bodhisattvas are often mindful, Quang study multi-literate, Grow wisdom, Achievements of eloquence, Teaching is necessary, All of the great bliss. The bodhisattva breaks through ignorance by constantly listening to extensive studies of the Buddhadharma, to increase intelligence. Learning to listen here does not mean learning to listen to worldly dharmas, because worldly dharmas only increase ignorance and afflictions, but one must listen to the Buddha's teachings to practice the correct cultivation method. However, it is not only bodhisattvas who study extensively, but also monks, nuns, and Buddhists who want to have wisdom to break delusions, must also study widely and listen a lot to have a true understanding, and to simplify the practice to suit their current state of mind. I'm not mistaken, not lost. Then there are instructions for those who practice to guide in accordance with the Dharma. However, learning to apply practice is beneficial to others; learning to understand and speak only, not only does not increase wisdom, but also gives rise to the disease of pride and conceit, obstructing the path without benefit. Most Venerable Dharma Master Khanh Anh taught: To practice without learning is to practice blindly, to study without practicing is to hold books. So we have to practice both learning and cultivation. Learn to understand the Buddha's teachings in a mature and extensive way, and then apply the Buddha's teachings to your own life. Once you have penetrated the Buddhadharma for a long time, wisdom will be as clear as the ocean. When wisdom is vast, achievements can be defended and promoted to benefit sentient beings. Arguments are divided into four things: 1- The Dharma is unobstructed: that is, for the Dharma taught by the Buddha, there is no doubt about it all. 2- Meaning without hindrance: that is, the profound and mysterious meaning that the Buddha taught in the sutras is penetrated and thoroughly understood without any doubt. 3- Words without hindrance: that is, the languages of each locality are spoken fluently without hindrance. 4- Parody theory without hindrance: is to understand the meaning of Buddhism and the language of each locality. When preaching the Buddhadharma to listeners, it is suitable for their level of ability, making them happy to listen, not bored. So, First, it is because of studying and practicing that we can gain clarity and peace, which is self-benefit or self-realization, then it is benefiting others or enlightening others. If you want to teach people, you must understand the Buddha's teachings, be fluent in the language, and then, depending on the situation, teach and guide people from the dark place of suffering to the place of peace and wisdom. The joy that Buddhist practitioners achieve, is not the ordinary joy in the world. The joy of worldly people is due to enjoying the five senses, but in the round of treatment, it is better to lose and lose... For example, when a business person meets his time, his profit is doubled and tripled in normal times, his heart is happy and smiling. open. However, that joy did not last long, it was only for a while. Because from prosperity to decline, business losses or unexpected things happen, again sad and insecure. The joy that the Buddha said here is the great joy of those who strive to cultivate, end ignorance and afflictions to escape the cycle of birth and death. This joy in the Mahayana sutras is called the quiet Nirvana, not limited in time. Therefore, when a cultivator reaches enlightenment and liberation, his mind will be happy every moment. The joy of worldly people and worldly people are different. People in the world are happy according to the five desires. When they are happy, they are miserable. When they are happy, they laugh and talk loudly. The worldly people are enlightened, after suffering, they are happy, eternally light and happy. The worldly people are all day searching for small pleasures, but then they lose. So the Buddha is like a person picking up a water bubble, seeing a beautiful and sparkling bubble, reaching out to pick it up, it immediately disappears. The joy of worldly people is the disguised joy of suffering, the joy of the deluded, the joy of living beings. And the joy of the worldly person is the eternal joy of the enlightened person with wisdom, is the joy of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas. We see that the ignorant and the wise have very different attitudes to life. Beings are deluded, so they keep looking for and chasing after small, temporary false joys, not knowing fatigue and boredom. The bodhisattvas of wisdom and wisdom, knowing well the temporary and false pleasures of the five senses, suffering immediately after that pleasure, should be avoided, always using willpower to cultivate, seeking true joy for themselves and helping others. people are happy. In short, everyone in life is afraid of suffering to find joy. However, it is up to the wise or foolish to avoid small or great suffering and to seek small or great joy. Fools are afraid of small sufferings such as hunger and thirst, cold and heat, etc. To find small pleasures, they have a lot of money, a house, a car, a luxury house, a good meal, etc. On the contrary, a wise person is afraid of the sufferings of birth and old age. , illness, death, impermanent burning, should seek great joy is the eternal joy Nirvana liberation. So let's examine whether we are stupid or wise, a living being or a bodhisattva? Being a Bodhisattva or a living being is up to you, not someone else. In daily life, if our three karmas are good and consistent with the path of liberation, we will continue to progress until we are completely enlightened and liberated. On the contrary, if our three karmas often do evil and fall in the direction of the delusion of sentient beings, then we must try to correct it for goodness in accordance with the Way, in order to benefit in the present and future lives. Cultivation is in that place, knowing what deluded actions lead to suffering is quickly abandoned, knowing awareness leads to happiness, then training for maturity. If a person refuses to turn delusion into enlightenment, then even if he goes to the temple often, bows to the Buddha a lot, and always prays for the end of suffering, he will certainly not get his wish. So, True Buddhists should know that worldly joy is a temporary joy, the suffering of hunger, lack of clothes, etc. is also a small temporary suffering, which can be turned into happiness, should not be lamented. One must remember the great sufferings of impermanent birth, old age, illness, and death, wish to escape, and strive to practice to enjoy eternal Nirvana. You should not think that this sutra is taught by the Buddha to the bodhisattvas, we are the ones who have no share and do not practice, but all Buddhists, whether at home or in the monastic life, if we want to achieve Buddhahood, we must practice it. Bodhisattva practice, that is, we must apply wisdom to observe the dharmas as they really are, as taught by the Buddha, so as to cut off the root of ignorance, gradually increase wisdom, and fully benefit from others. Don't expect to be a Bodhisattva is automatically a Bodhisattva.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.1/11/2022.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
