ASSETS OF PEOPLE. At one time, the Blessed One was staying at Sàvatthi, at Jetavana, and addressed the monks: "Monks, having these seven possessions, what are seven? Credit talent, talent, talent, precious talent, literature, talent and wisdom. Here, the noble disciple has faith, believes in the enlightenment of the Tathagata, called faith. Here, the noble disciple gives up killing, stealing... drunkenness, called the precepts of wealth. Here, the noble disciple is ashamed of body, mouth, and mind doing evil, which is called bad talent. Here, the noble disciple has fear of body, mouth, and mind doing evil, which is called precious wealth. Here, the noble disciple listens a lot, preserves what he has heard, upholds the holy life, reads and recites many times, diligently observes, and achieves right view, called literature. Here, the noble disciple with a mind of abandoning lust and greed, fond of relinquishing and sharing alms, is called giving. Here, the noble disciple who has the wisdom of arising and passing away, achievement of the Holy Body entering, leading to the true cessation of suffering, called wisdom. These, bhikkhus, are called the seven possessions; whoever possesses them is said to be not poor. DISCLAIMER: When it comes to property, people often think of owning many things such as money, house, land... The more assets you have, the richer the reputation and especially the feeling of stability and sustainability in your life. life is reinforced. Therefore, getting rich properly and honestly is a common criterion for all mankind to strive towards building a perfect and fulfilling life. However, building material wealth is only part of life. It would be a big mistake for individuals and the whole society to focus only on creating material assets and neglect or forget about getting rich and developing spiritual assets. The imbalance in the process of material and spiritual development will create social crises, especially problems such as moral decay, personality deterioration, distorted conceptions of life in favor of enjoyment, For cultivators, "discharge of wealth and poverty" is one of the necessary conditions to contribute to the accumulation and sublimation of spiritual heritage. Mental assets, though intangible, are massive and not difficult to create. There is no need to compete fiercely in the style of "market is the battlefield" to still create assets of the spirit of faith, virtue, goodwill, preciousness, literature, generosity and wisdom. Spiritual property is a gift of nature, which is generously given to each person. Rediscovering what has been forgotten and lost primordially holy is the way to get rich. This property, once accumulated, will make those who possess it truly rich, happiness and stability before all fluctuations of the times.L 2- KEEP YOUR PROPERTY Once, the Blessed One was in the midst of the Koliya people, in the town of Kakakrapatta. Then Byagghapajja, going to pay homage, said to the Blessed One: Venerable Sir, we are householders who enjoy sensual pleasures, live in bondage to their wives and children, use the incense of sandalwood, wear garlands, receive gold and silver. World-Honored One, please preach to people like us, so that we can be happy and peaceful in the present... Hey Byagghapajja, there are four exits for wealth to be wasted: Passion for women; passion for alcohol; gambling passion; friends, friends, and associates with the wicked. For example, a large lake has four inlets and four outlets. Some people close the water inlets and open the water inlets. Thus, the lake's water is increasingly reduced, not growing. Again, Byagghapajja, there are four entry gates for property to be aroused: Not infatuated with women; do not indulge in drunkenness; not indulge in gambling; friends, friendships and socializing with good people. For example, a large lake has four inlets and four outlets. Someone opened the water inlets and closed the water inlets. Thus, the lake's water is growing, not decreasing. DISCLAIMER: Passion is both an animal and a human habit. It can be said that most people who make a fortune start from passion, but there are many people who also lose their name because of their passion. Life without passion will be bland, tasteless and lifeless. Because in fact, passion is not inherently a sin, but the question that needs to be posed to people is what passion, what passion? Passion is an expression of karma, evident in thought, will, and action. Whoever is passionate about something is heavy in that respect. Therefore, Buddhists must always observe themselves to know their karma. If you see that your aspirations, desires, and passions are directed towards Truthfulness-Compassion-America, they should be promoted and vice versa, they should be restrained and eliminated. In terms of preserving property, controlling and transforming illicit passions is the most effective way. Because once you've had fun, really passionate, then it doesn't matter whether it's expensive or wasteful; especially when infatuated, infatuated with women (men), gambling, drinking and bad friends. Those who have once splashed money through the window to satisfy their passion until they wake up can see the price of collecting, saving, and thrift. Property is made by sweat and hard work, so the Buddha's son must be very precious, spend properly, in the right place to benefit himself and others. Always observe yourself, be careful with unrighteous passions, avoid wasteful spending to build and keep a life of peace and happiness.L 3- Real Estate & Real Estate Once, the Blessed One reside in Sàvatthi, the garden of Mr. Anathapindika. Then Ugga, the king's minister, went to the Blessed One, and, having bowed down to him, sat down to one side, and said to the Blessed One: How wonderful, how rare, World Honored One! So rich, so rich, so rich, so much wealth, World Honored One, is Migàra Rohaneyyo! Hey Ugga, how rich is Migàra Rohaneyyo, how rich, how much wealth? World-Honored One, there are hundreds of thousands of gold in gold, what can I say about silver! Hey Ugga, could this be property? Not that I say this is not property. But that property is governed by fire, water, kings, thieves, heirs, enemies. Hey Ugga, have seven possessions that are not ruled by fire, water, kings, thieves, heirs, and enemies. What is seven? Credit talent, talent, talent, precious talent, literature, talent and wisdom. These seven kinds of property, Ugga, are not governed by fire, water, kings, thieves, heirs, and enemies. Whoever has this property, he is rich, the world is difficult to win. DISCLAIMER: Property is the lifeblood, the criterion to strive for, and the decisive basis for the existence of an individual, a family and an entire country. Wealth is the most eloquent proof of success, growth, wealth and prosperity. Therefore, it is not surprising that the indicators of accounts, movable and real estate of individuals or per capita income, total national income are always of interest to everyone. In general, people live in life, no matter what they do, Their ultimate goal is not just to make money. Accumulating and developing assets, getting rich honestly is a good thing, but quite a few people are fanatical in the magic of money, "with money, you can buy money" so they are obsessed with making money regardless of the consequences. On the other hand, creating legal assets is inherently difficult, but maintaining it is even more difficult. Therefore, many people wake up empty-handed after a night, always afraid of "one morning, suddenly seeing nothingness in life". With the wisdom of the World-Honored One, being rich, possessing a lot of legal property is a blessing. However, these assets themselves are not sustainable, but extremely fragile, volatile and subject to change, torn apart by: floods, fires, state confiscation, theft, spoiled children damage and destruction by hostile forces. So, The World-Honored One introduced another method of accumulating wealth, which is stable, absolutely stable and immovable. Those who live in the world and create the Seven Holy Talents are the richest people, the richest people in the world, including the heavens. Therefore, in addition to creating legal worldly property, a Buddha's son must strive to create and accumulate the seven kinds of worldly wealth of the sages. Developing faith, cultivating morality, being ashamed of others, ashamed of oneself, studying the Dharma, practicing generosity, and developing insight are the seven extremely valuable fixed assets that are guaranteed to be secure. for a man to be infinitely rich, in this life and in the lives to come.L 4- HAS HUGE Wealth Once, the Blessed One was staying among the Sakka people, at Kapilavatthu, teaching the monks: Accomplish these four dharmas, behold. The bhikkhus, the noble disciple is called rich, very rich, has great wealth, has a great name. how is four? Here, bhikkhus, the noble disciple attains immovable purity of mind towards the Buddha: "This is the Tathagata, the Arahant... Buddha, the World-Honored One". This is the fullness of merit and virtue, the fullness of goodness, the food for the first pleasure. Again, bhikkhus, the noble disciple achieves immobility towards the Dharma... towards the Sangha... he accomplishes the Precepts respected by the saints... leading to meditation. This is the fullness of merit, the fullness of good, the second, third, and fourth food for pleasure. These dhammas, bhikkhus, are the four abundant virtues, the fullness of goodness, the food for pleasure. Having accomplished these four dharmas, bhikkhus, the noble disciple is called rich, very rich, possessing great wealth, having a great name. DISCLAIMER: Money and wealth are symbols of wealth, a goal to strive for. Getting rich honestly to stabilize life and contribute to building society is the life motto of genuine people. In order to achieve wealth and material affluence, there must be a great blessing, not everyone can have it. However, material wealth is very temporary, fragile, hard to find but easy to lose. Therefore, besides the criterion of getting rich in money, human property needs to enrich the soul, to be really rich in terms of spirit. According to the wisdom of the World-Honored One, the attainment of unwavering faith in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha and the attainment of the Precepts leading to meditation is called being rich, very rich. This is the spiritual property of all Buddhas. Compared with temporary material assets, this spiritual property is very stable, enriching those who possess it not only in this life but also in future lives. This road to spiritual riches does not come at the cost of blood and tears; complete absence of ambition, calculation, hatred along with all fear and anxiety; rich but extremely happy, peaceful and free. In the context of the country's growing development, the socio-economic increase significantly, the Buddha's children are also getting richer and richer, including inevitably the ranks of monastics. With the spirit of means, all Buddha's children can get rich in material terms for their own life, family and practice of compassion and vows to save birth. However, even if this enrichment is completely genuine, honest, and true to the Dharma, true wealth is not attained. Therefore, those who cling, clinging to material achievements but neglect spiritual enrichment, according to the wisdom of the Blessed One, he is still really poor. Each Buddhist child, in addition to material enrichment, must focus on spiritual enrichment. Only the Buddha Dharma inheritance is truly rich and sustainable. Spiritual enrichment is the achievement of unchanging faith with the Three Jewels and the Precepts is really rich, very rich, has great wealth, has a great name. reside in Rajagaha, in Veluvana. At that time, Singàlaka, the householder, rose early in the morning, left the city of Vajrasattva, folded his hands and bowed down to the six directions. Then, in the morning, when he entered the city of Rajasthan for alms, after teaching Singalaka about the meaning of bowing to the six directions, he further taught: householder, there are six causes of squandering wealth: Passion for alcohol is the cause. property squandering. Timeless street travel is a cause of squandering wealth. The cult theater is a cause of wealth squandering. Passion for gambling is a cause of squandering wealth. Associate with evil friends is the cause of squandering wealth. Lazy habit is the cause of squandering assets… DISCLAIMER: Assets are the lifeblood of most people. Experiencing many hardships to make real property, but it is not easy to preserve or spend it properly and with practical meaning. Everyone has their own hobbies and spending preferences. It is these squandered and unjustified expenditures that have made many rich people miserable and the poor even more miserable. According to the wisdom of the Blessed One, there are six causes of squandering wealth, rooted in man's passion (according to bad inclinations): Passion for alcohol, gambling, nightlife, lama, and association with friends. you are evil and lazy. The social reality shows that the causes of this squandering of wealth are now rampant. It is worth mentioning that not only people with a lot of money squander, but even low-income workers are also attracted by passion, making them broke. Therefore, the Buddha's son always contemplates his own hardships, his property is exchanged with sweat and tears to be aware of saving and not wasting. On the other hand, contemplating the poverty of those around you, nurturing and generating compassion to share and use assets in the most meaningful and practical way. Today, technology and entertainment services are very developed, operating legally, meeting the entertainment and relaxation needs of people. In some places, entertainment is a spearhead industry, generating substantial revenue. Granted, entertainment and relaxation are essential for life, but entertainment participants need to be mindful, aware of passion, know how to stop at the right time... to avoid squandering property.L 6- FINANCIAL INHERITATION OF FRANCE Once, the Blessed One was in Sàvatthi, at Jetavana, in his garden Anàthapindika. At that place, the Blessed One called to the bhikkhus: "Bhikkhus, be heirs of my Dharma, not heirs of wealth. I have pity on you and think: "How can my disciples be heirs of my dharma, not heirs of wealth?" And, bhikkhus, if you were heirs of my material possessions, not heirs of the dharma, not only would you but I also become the person to whom it is said: "Both teacher and student are are heirs of wealth, not heirs of law". And, bhikkhus, if you are my heirs of dharma, If you are not the heirs of wealth, then not only you, but also I have become the person they say: "Both teachers and students are heirs of the law, not heirs of wealth". Therefore, bhikkhus, be heirs of my dharma, not heirs of wealth. DISCLAIMER: In all of us, anyone, whether materially or not, inherits an inheritance of blood and spirit from parents, grandparents, and ancestors. It is this that has made an important contribution to the formation of the body and the soul, creating a uniqueness in each individual and clearly reflecting his or her karma. However, not many people pay attention to this aspect, most of them are interested in inheriting property, houses, and land (if any) and that is also the cause of breakdowns, conflicts, and discord. in each family. The same goes for cultivators. Inheriting the Dharma inheritance of the Buddha and his ancestors to practice and propagate the Dharma is a must. However, in reality, this has not been fully grasped in the perception of some people and the results of disputes, conflicts, and divisions occurring in the fraternity, residence and Sangha are inevitable. At the time of the World Honored One, he and the Sangha lived a life of three robes and a bowl of alms, traveling from place to place, when everyone was nearly proletarian that he was concerned about, warning against material inheritance proving the mind. How great is the craving of sentient beings! Today, social life is more and more developed, more affluent, of course, the life of cultivators is also enhanced and more stable. However, material development is only a necessary but not really sufficient condition for the purification of body and mind, sometimes it even brings the opposite effect. Therefore, must achieve Right View in order to inherit the inheritance of the Dharma treasure of the Tathagata, not inheriting anything but the Dharma. In the current context of studying and studying, inheriting the Dharma is something that post-graduates need to ponder and observe deeply in order to practice the Buddha's teachings for sublimation and liberation.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.17/9/2022.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
