Summary of the content of the sutra: The sutra tells about a prince named Dung Quan (transliterated name as Vrasena 'Vīrasena') of the aristocratic class of Lesa (Licchavi), who lived in the city of Visha. -ly (Vaiśāli). Just as in heaven, gods and goddesses have fun, so is this prince's life, day and night enjoying pleasure, playing with passion for sex with beautiful women. On the occasion of one day when it was time to live, the Buddha entered the city for alms. He used All Wisdom to hear the playful sounds of Prince Dung Quan and the beautiful women playing upstairs. The Buddha knew that Prince Dung Quan after seven days would die in hell. He just taught Ananda to go to Dung Quan's house to advise him to become enlightened as soon as possible, so that at the end of his life he can avoid falling. Obeying the Buddha's instructions, Ananda went to Prince Dung Quan and advised: "Hey friend! After seven days you will die. If you are in the five senses without enlightenment,If you don't leave home, then at the end of your life you will fall to hell. Buddha is the One who is omniscient, right speech and right doctrine has said about you like that. Like a fire that consumes everything, everything is not wrong. You should think twice.” Prince Dung Quan heard that he was too afraid, sad, melancholy, and unhappy, then said: "According to the teachings of the Venerable, I have to leave home, but I want to enjoy the pleasures for another 6 days, until the 7th day. I will say goodbye to my loved ones and decide to become a monk.” On the 7th day, Prince Dung Quan asked Buddha to leave home. After a day and a night, Dung Quan practiced pure precepts and died. After cremating incense and smoke, Ananda and Dung Quan's relatives came to ask Buddha, where did Prince Dung Quan's consciousness go? Buddha taught: Prince Dung Quan practiced pure precepts for one day and one night, leaving this world to be born in heaven, the Four Heavenly Kings, having fun, lived to be 500 years old.then the life span is about to return to heaven Thirty-three… life span lasts 1000 years; the number of people who died in Diem Thien... life of 2 thousand years old... born in Tu-sat heaven ... life span of 4 thousand years. Born in Heaven… life expectancy 8,000 years old. At the end of 8,000 years of life, one will be reborn in heaven. Tha Hoa is at peace… life is ten thousand six thousand years old. Such bliss goes back and forth seven times in the six realms of desire. Due to one day and one night of renunciation should complete 20 kalpas, not fall to hell, hungry ghosts, animals; are often born in the natural world, be human, enjoy natural blessings. In the last life of the human race, he was born into a rich and happy family, rich in wealth, full of treasures... but Dung Quan was bored in life, left home, shaved off his hair and beard, put on the dharma robe, diligently cultivated diligently, kept it. 4 posture, regular practice of mindfulness, contemplation of the five warms, suffering, emptiness, no-self, understanding the law of cause and effect, becoming Bich-chi Buddha, the name is Bhikkhu-storehouse; At that time he gave off a great light that filled many people,Devas have good roots and help all sentient beings in the three vehicles to be liberated. Ananda again asked the Buddha, if someone rescues a monastic, how much merit will that person receive? And if someone interferes with other people's monastic life, what is the punishment for receiving the report? The Buddha taught that the merits of monastics cannot be overstated. If they are born in heaven, or among humans, they often become kings and enjoy human and heavenly happiness. If anyone helps a monk to enter the monastic life, even in birth and death he will still enjoy peace and happiness... But if he causes obstacles to harm others' renunciation, that person will be robbed of endless treasures. good fortune, blessings... life of immeasurable guilt. The Buddha again said to Ananda: If there were arahants in the four realms as numerous as rice, grass, dense forests, then there is someone in there who is enough to be 100 years old and dedicated to making offerings to these Arahants such as clothing, food, water, medicine, etc., until after they have passed into nirvana. building temple towers, using all kinds of true treasures, flowers, incense, pearls, etc., making offerings, and using verse chanting and praising, this merit is not equal to that of a monastic who receives the precepts even for a day and a night to practice. The merit of ordination is 16 parts, the previous merit is only a part. At that time, the whole audience listened to the Buddha's sermon without being bored with the world; some have ordained and maintained the precepts, some have attained Tuda-completed status, some have even attained Arahantship, some have sown the seeds of Pratyekabuddhas, and some have developed the mind of Unsurpassed Bodhi. Everyone was very happy to pay respects. Conclusion: Regarding the merits of leaving home, the Buddha praised and praised silver throughout the Sutras, such as the sage of the sage:“The merit of renunciation is higher than Tu-di, deeper than the ocean, wider than space. Why? Because he decided to become a Buddha because he left home. Sutra Australia-old bourgeois: “At home, it is polluted, when leaving home, it is pure; Anchor at home, emancipation from home…” The Manjushri Sutra advises: “Staying at home increases afflictions, leaving home leads to liberation. To stay at home is to enter the forest of thorns and swords, to leave home is to come out of the forest of thorns and swords…” These words from the Blessed One's lips, we have nothing to discuss. But we should understand, here the Buddha is not denying that life in the house is not liberated, it is only that the householder cultivates celibacy and selflessness is a difficult thing, and the fruition is attained to the fruit of Non-return. only, it is not possible to attain Nirvana. At the same time, standing on the concept of "philosophy of ordination", the Buddha wanted to prove to us that love, money, power, fame ... eternal difficulty before the law of impermanence; so he taught Ananda to advise Prince Dung Quan to leave home. Prince Dung Quan left home to practice for a day and a night, then with his life he was reborn in the heavens, his life span was extended, he did not fall into hell or hungry ghosts after 20 kalpas... Why was Prince Dung Quan so blessed? Because Prince Dung Quan kept the precepts completely in one day and one night. The Heart Contemplation Sutra says: “The most difficult thing to do is to keep the precepts. Keeping precepts is called renunciation.” The Law of Good View also says: “The precepts are the life span of the Buddhadharma. As long as the precepts remain, the Buddhadharma remains." Precepts are the gateway to liberation, the energy that maintains and protects the Sangha community. A monastic monk with high moral conduct is an image, a signal for the survival of the Congregation, wherever it is, or in any country. Song, the wish of the exiting person does not stop there, but “The wicked world is full of the five defilements, I swear to enter first; If there is one living being who has not yet become a Buddha, I swear never to enjoy nirvana." Therefore, in the last life of Prince Dung Quan expressed the great compassion of the monastic "to seek the Buddha's way, to bring down sentient beings", so Dung Quan practiced to become Bichchi Buddha, known as Bhikkhu-deer. radiant light to save sentient beings in the three vehicles. Discussing the merits of a true monastic is discussing the merits of a future Buddha, that merit is inconceivable, and mortal wisdom cannot penetrate. We would like to borrow the words of the Blessed One to rephrase: "The monastic is the most noble, the unsurpassed, the incomparable, the peerless: he is the mighty one in the world, unique set of travel.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
