1. Right view (samma-diṭṭhi).

3.3- Go to Right Speech:

If words are good, lack of legs and good will become the form of cheating, treat, flute, lie people; is a colorful paper flower without the fragrance. Words have legs, good that no American said no one hears, not to reassure, to be human. Words are good, aesthetics without legs to build the castle on the sand, the boat goes no direction. Words that have legs, fine without good will not bring good things to the world.
The foot must be seen as the "body", the root - good American is "general", branches and flowers.

Right Action (sammākammanta).
Kamma is karma, is action. So, Right Action is right action, righteousness.

5-Right Wing (sammā-ājīva).

It seems that the more developed the society, the more comfortable the living; How many needs to meet, satisfied? Therefore, everyone to work on the job to make money, any job, free money is. There are those who make money regardless of morality, morality. There are those who make money despite the tricky, tricky tricks. Some people make money to lose humanity. There are those who make money do not indulge in prison, prison. Someone making money does not count on the lives of others. There are people who make money regardless of cruel, brutal ... See the situation of moral and human welfare downgrade, so bad, surely the gentle, the conscientious will not follow the path of crime to make money, they will choose the relatively harmless careers in life to keep their minds and hands clean. Not from now on,
- Butcher's job, animal slaughter.
- Trade in weapons, explosives, sword damage.
- Trafficking in human beings, slaves or animals for slaughter.
- Trading in poisonous and toxic chemicals.
- Trade in alcohol, narcotics (like current drugs).
If you want to stay away from the five types of careers, you need to have conscience and responsibility in your chosen career. For example, the teacher must be a teacher of conscience and responsibility. For example, a physician must be a physician with conscience and responsibility. Journalists, writers, drivers, nurses, farmers, artists, civil servants, shopkeepers, engineers ... all have conscience and responsibility.

In short, whether raised or up, the problem of raising the right hand in this life, is a great challenge. Fortunately, only the degree of earnestness with the path, sincere, faithful to the new path to the goal of enlightenment, liberation. Because if you do not practice the Noble Eightfold Path, there is no one there, no one can open the Realm.
6 Right Effort (sammāvāyāma).
Vāyāma is the effort, the effort, the effort, the need, the diligence.

Raise your hand to lift this foot, the other a bit must also. When lifting a heavy object, we have to use as much as we have tons. Then, in the daily activities, go, stand, lie, sit must have tons. All work, occupation, study, exam ... if there is no effort, effort, need professional, we will fail. Until the murder, robbery, doing bad things evil ... must also have tons. Qualified people, alms, meditation or good work must also have tons. Think, live this life, everyone must have tons, one way or another.
Thus, with the general example above, ton is merely a power to transmit power, not moral, good and evil. Thus, not surprisingly, in the Abhidhamma tons (viriya) is not a concern, it is only a neutral mental states  (3) . Because it is neutral, it is not in the good or the akusala  (4) . When we do evil work, the negative karma, if there is tons of strength, power, the evil industry is more evil; On the other hand, good deed is better.
Therefore, the effort, the effort to do the wrong wrong, the hand of evil - is called "evil effort  ".  The efforts to do good things, right, towards enlightenment, liberation is called Right Effort.
Here, in the context of the Noble Eightfold Path, the ton-viriya (neutral) or ton-vāyāma (masculinity) has almost determined its righteousness.
So, sammāvāyama, condensed, has four feet of effort:
- Evil born, the unborn: Mindfulness of mind, listen to the mind, if not a thought, a thought, a bad evil thoughts arise, try to make it do not arise.

Right Mindfulness (sammāsati).
Sati is recitation. Mindfulness is remembering, recognizing, paying attention to what is happening, being dependent, acting through the sense-ceiling.
And samma, then I have understood; So sammāsati is the total attention, the object of the body - whether the object is beautiful or bad, distorted or round, good or evil; It means how it captures it completely (like a camera) without dividing, analyzing, not interfering with its subjective and subjective thinking.
In other words, Mindfulness is to return to the body of the mind, how it should be so, so to focus on it, do not forget yourself, do not get away from the reality that is. If it is wandering around somewhere, it is called mindlessness. If it is immersed in the object to arise in the yard, hate, hate something is called evil thoughts.
Speak for a more specific and understandable image - Right Mindfulness is the guardian of the body. The door keeper, who go out, go out, he must remember, noted. What, any way to go, go out the mind must go through Right Mind, as the door guard. Right Mindfulness stands and is fully attentive there, very serious, diligent, not neglected, not mindfulness. The task of Right Mindfulness is just that - do not do the job of  "seeing clearly, knowing or distinguishing bad guys and good people - knowing clearly the duty of right understanding and discrimination. Good guys are part of Right Thought! "
Going to the sutras, when speaking of Right Mindfulness, the Four Foundations of Mindfulness are mentioned everywhere. But when practicing the Four Foundations of Mindfulness, it is not just using Right Mindfulness but also using Right Understanding, Right Effort.
Specifically, when the mindfulness (kāyanupassanasatipaṭṭhana), the text as follows:

And they may be joined together in a circle; strangely, what is before, what later is also. For example, some people ask: How can we have Right View, without Right Mindfulness? How do we have Right Mindfulness, Right Concentration - if language, Karma, net not? How do you know the language, Karma, Pure net without the Right View and Thinking?
