G- FROM THIRTEEN TO LESS THAN 5

A This is a period-piece founded the Church Sangha and Church monks-ni. During this period, the Buddha trained his disciples, persuading them to get the support of powerful political and religious figures, establishing four large congregations as a base Study for monks and nuns. These are: Venuvana [1]  (Veluvana, Truc Lam) in the capital Rajagriha of Magadha (Ma-out-momentum), Jetavana (Jeta) in the capital, Sravasti of Kosala (Qiao-slap-la), Mahavana ( Dai Lam in the Vesali capital of Vajji, Nigrodha in the capital city of Kapilavastu of Sakya. At that time, Magadha and Kosala were the two largest in the Ganga Basin. King Bimbisara of Magadha and King Pasenadi of Kosala became two great zealous Buddhists.

1- first place in Loc-Uyen (-589)

On the full moon day of the seventh solar calendar, the Buddha entered  the first [2] with ten Arahant disciples at Deer Park, in the current Isipatana village of Sarnath. At present, the Mulagandhakuti temple was constructed by Anagarika Dharmapala (Dharma) in 1922 to commemorate the Buddha's first entry. This is a sacred place of Buddhism, one of the Four Mind Center (where the Buddha was born, the first sermon, the first sermon, and where the Buddha entered Nirvana), and where the Buddha Dharma converts The first time), as well as the place of the Sangha Sangha with full Buddha, Dharma and Sangha. In the year 244 BC, asoka ascent to pilgrimage in this holy place, for the construction of a number of temples and memorial stone pillars, the head of the four-lion lion statue "French Wheel "(Dharmacakra) gorgeous, Today still on display at the Sarnath Museum. Four-lion lion is used as the official symbol of India. Jawaharlal Nehru wrote: "At Sarnath, near Benares, it seemed as though I still saw the Buddha preaching his first sermon, and his teachings echoed from afar, still whispering in my ear, Two thousand and five hundred years ago, the Asoka Stone, with inscriptions on it, seemed to speak to me in beautiful words about a human being, though imperial, but greater than king or great. Any emperor. " (The Discovery of India, p. 44; Calcutta, Signet Press 1946). It seemed as though I still saw the Buddha preaching the first sermon, and his teachings echoed from afar, still whispering in my ear, through two thousand five hundred years.Asoka's head with the inscriptions on it seemed to speak to me in beautiful words about a human, even emperor, but greater than any king or emperor. " Discovery of India, p. 44; Calcutta, Signet Press 1946).

Fifty of Yasa's other friends are seeking ordination. [3]

In this summer, 50 other Yasa friends, all of the most famous families in the region, also came to hear the sermon, attained the Arahant and asked the monks, Buddha disciples up to 60, are all Arahants.

The Buddha gave the mission to teach Dharma to the monks

On the day of fulfillment, the Buddha called the disciples to say:
Bhikkhus, As-Lai has escaped all ties, whether in the scene or the sky. The monks, too, monks, teachers have also escaped from all ties, whether in the scene or the sky. Teachers go out to bring good to many people, bring happiness to many people. Because of the compassion, the teachers bring goodness, benefit and happiness to the gods and mankind. Teach them to go one by one, spread the Dhamma, perfect in the beginning, perfect in the middle, perfect in the end, perfect in both spiritual and spiritual aspects. Declare the noble, pure and pure spiritual life.
There are beings that have more or less sand in their eyes, if they do not hear the Dharma will fall down. There will also be people who understand the Dhamma.
As As-Lai goes, As-Lai will travel towards Uruvela in Sananigama to propagate the Dharma.
Raise the flag of the level of good. Teach the sublime Dharma. Bring goodness to others. That is, the teachers have completed the task.
Dear Buddha, Kondanna-sensei, please teach us how to do ordination for the development of the mind.
You have seen As-Lai ceremony for many people already; So you keep doing that.
White Buddha, Assaji said great-grandmother, so no need for ritual cunning. But for us, a minimum ritual to use during ordination is very necessary. Please Kondanna request a simple rite, then ask the instructor to teach more.
According to the thought, first of all, the bridegroom  shaved her beard, wore a robe, and kneeled in front of the ordained monk, The practitioner repeats three times like this: "I would like to take refuge in the Buddha, the one who guided my path in this life, I take refuge in the Fa, the path of love and enlightenment. The Sangha, the unity of those who wish to live a life of consciousness. "  White-blooded, the proposed adventurers like that, do not know what mistake you made?
As the  teacher suggested very well, As Lai confirmed to the mass: kneeling three times three times under the feet of a bhikkhu can become a bhikkhu.
They are happy to follow the Buddha's teachings.

Mr. Punna Mantaniputta and 29 friends of the monk [4]

After the end of the day, Lord Buddha traveled from Isipatana to Uruvela. On the road from Isipatana about to Benares, stop at the Buddha, sitting under the tree, in a small forest clusters Kappasika [5] , thirty youth youthful fun to play also took his wife in his forest cluster. One in thirty people without a wife should follow a girlfriend. While everyone is bathing, playing with each other, the girlfriend walks away, stealing the valuable items of the other. When it comes time to go out, everyone runs together to search in the forest. When they met the Buddha, they approached him and asked him if he saw a woman who was passing by. The Buddha asked again:
In your opinion, should find a woman or should find her real self is more?
Sir, find your true self would be better.
So you sit here, As-Lai will teach the Dhamma for you.
 We would like to hear.
Thirty young men bowed and sat down hard to hear. After listening to the Buddha's teachings on the Three-Sided Self, the Self-Suffering, and the Four Noble Truths, all thirty of them were happy and asked to be ordained. After the ordination ceremony, the Buddha told all to Uyen Uyen to meet Kondanna, ask him to shave his beard, put on his clothes and receive the instructions to learn; July next year will see the Buddha in Rajagriha (Wang-Xa) to enter Lower. In the group of 30 young adults have a name puñña · Mantaniputta (Purana Maitrayaniputra [6] , Phu-Lou-Na Di-Da-La-Ni-Zi) after the Buddha recognized as the monks preach the Best in Number of Buddhist disciples.
Number of Buddhist disciples from now to 90.

Uruvela Kassapa, two sisters, and one thousand disciples of monasticism [7]

Ten days later, the Buddha arrived in Uruvela (Bodhgaya region). There are three brothers ascetic, worshiping the Fire God. The eldest is Uruvela Kassapa, whose 500-year-old son, Nadi Kassapa, is 300, and his youngest brother is Gaya. Kassapa (Ca-Da-Ca-lettuce) has 200 students. The Uruvela, Nadi, Gaya refer to each person's residence. These three are Brahmins, worshiping the Fire God. They live in huts made of branches and leaves. Their dress is made of bark. Hair lengthened into pendant or scabbard on the top of the head. They do not go begging, but receive offerings from people from villages in the area. They cook for themselves. They also raise animals to eat and to sacrifice.Uruvela Kassapa is over 100 years old but still very healthy. He is the expert of the Vedas, living a virtuous example, And confident that he has attained Arahantship. He is revered by two sisters. His lectures were attended by the local people.
The Buddha visited this first. Uruvela Kassapa, the young samsara, whose dignity is well respected. After a moment of conversation, he panicked that there were thoughts in the Vedas that he had not mastered. This monk showed him the very (very puzzled) gowns of the Atharvaveda and Rigveda kings. Strangely enough, when it comes to the subject matter of literature, literature, storytelling and the eighteen spiritual practices of brahminism, there is nothing that the samatha does not know.
That afternoon, the Buddha accepted his wife with Uruvela Kassapa. Dressed in a four-piece shirt to spread the grass on the edge of the grass, the Buddha sat comfortably in the silence. Uruvela Kassapa also kept silent quietly to take care of the boy next door to the monk.
That afternoon, while conversing with Uruvela Kassapa, the Buddha asked:
Sage, let me tell you why the Fire can bring us liberation?
recluse Gotama, after a moment of silent thought Venerable Kassapa said, fire is the essence of the universe learned material. Fire originates from Brahma. Therefore, in the shrines, the image of Pham-Thien is always placed at the central position. The Atharvaveda Sutra speaks of the worship of fire. Fire is life. If there is no fire, there is no life. Fire is light, warm, a source of energy that produces plants, animals, and people. Fire destroys darkness, shatters the cold, brings joy and the growth of things. Food by fire that becomes pure. Humans come back to fusion with Brahma. Because fire is life, fire is Brahma. The Agni god of fire is just one of the many manifestations of Brahma. In the firehouse, the Agni god is often shown as having two heads: One symbolizes fire used daily and one symbolizes fire of sacrifice and return to the whole. There were forty-four firepower. The fire-worshiping monk must maintain the precepts, practice ascetics and diligence and practice to maintain the Fire God and clarify the path to liberation.
Kassapa, the Buddha asked, what do you think of people who think that water is the first nature of life, the water originates from Brahma, and the water has the power to make people become so pure Return to fusion with Brahma?
Uruvela Kassapa was silent. He thinks of millions of people, right at this moment, bathing in the Ganga River and in other sacred rivers and lakes, hoping to cleanse all sins and karma so that he can later Return to Brahma. A moment later, he said:
Gotama, water does not really help us escape. The water goes down, while the fire rises. When we die, our body by fire comes up into smoke ...
Kassapa, you said that you are not right. The white sky that is flying in the sky is also water.Water can also fly. Smoke is also water vapor. Both clouds and smoke will have to return to the ground. Everything, as you know, is always circulating.
But all things have a source, and can return to that origin.
Phra Kassapa, mutable objects that are present. You see the leaf in my hand. The seeds are the earth, the water, the heat, the cloud, the sun, the time, the space ... all help the leaf to be present.Missing one of these conditions leaves the leaf different or unsuccessful. All kinds of rocks, herbs and animals are subject to the law of causation. The origin of an object is universal . Please watch closely. There is only one single nucleus that leads to one fruit. There must be enough new harmony grace born fruit. The idea of a single, original cause is an illusion caused by disappointment . Hey folk, leaf in my hand this is due to all the dharma in the universe to form, including the awareness of the author.
The Brahmins silent.
Oh my God. Uruvela Kassapa invited Buddha to sleep in his hut. But the Buddha wanted to spend the night alone in the hospital. The Brahmanist said:
Some days there is a big snake in the hiding in the hospital, chase how it does not go. Gotama should not spend the night in there, it could be dangerous. It is because of that snake that we have had to set up outdoor picnics for the ceremony. Please spend the night here for safety.
Peace of mind. I would like to spend the night in the hospital. Surely not.
Sa-subjects have to spend the night at the fire station, please feel free. He wants to stay there as long as possible.
That night the Buddha stayed in the firehouse. On the central altar, the fire is fed by many lamps, each with many wicks. The corner on the left has a large pile of wood, perhaps a frieze of wood for burning at every ceremony. The Buddha thought that if there was a serpent in the fire, it would be hidden in a pile of wood. He picked up the opposite corner, folded the cassette in four, spread it down as a coordinator, and started sitting in meditation. Late at night, the Buddha saw a huge snake circled the center of the hospital, he said softly:
- Snake, go out to the forest to be safe, do not stay here will be dangerous to life.
The voice of the Buddha is full of compassion and understanding. The snake slowly slides towards the door. The Buddha also laid his back down. When the Buddha woke up, the moonlit night shifted through the window into where he lies. He sat up, grabbed his coat and dusted his clothes, went out of the hospital, went to the forest to meditate. At dawn, the fire was on fire, for unknown reasons.Kassapa's followers saw fire, shouted and panicked, then ran for the jar into the Nairanjana River to get water. But all efforts are in vain. Their fire station is on fire, there is no way to cure.
Uruvela Kassapa is mourning the mourning and virtuous salvation he had just known since yesterday morning. In the meantime, the Buddha appeared. He was walking on the high hill, burning fire, he returned. Seeing the Buddha, Kassapa gladly ran and grabbed his hand.
Good luck, luckily Gotama is safe, okay. I'm so glad.
 Thank you, I'm safe.

The Buddha knows today is the day Uruvela Kassapa Dharma talks. It has been said that among the listeners of the dharma, in addition to the five hundred monks, there are nearly a thousand people from the villages. The sermon is set at noon, after the meal. Knowing that his presence in the sermon would make the leader uncomfortable, Lord Buddha took the bowl to go to the village for alms. At midday, he sat down on the lotus pond. Walk around the lake, then sit under the shade of ancient trees.Late afternoon, Kassapa-sensei look forward to.
recluse Gotama, today at noon our son waited without seeing him. Why do not you come?
Thank you, I want to go sightseeing around here, and let you be natural during the sermon.
Yesterday recluses Gotama say about the presence of leaves as the aggregation of many weak-causal factors. He said that man is also due to the aggregation of causes and conditions. Then when the causal disintegration, where do people go?
We have long been trapped in the notion of self (atma) as a constant self at constant. We are used to thinking that when the body is disintegrated, that self still exists and can return to its origin as Brahma to dwell with him. Kassapa, that is a fundamental mistake that has astray many generations.
Vassa Kassapa should know:  Everything from karmapa charm and also by karmapa that kill .This birth because of the other birth, this one killed because the other kill. That is the principle of dependent origination that I have discovered through meditation. In reality, there is nothing consistent and unchanging. There is no self, self or self. Venerable Kassapa this, he had been contemplating the body-can, feeling, mind, heart and the mind acts not [8] ? Man is present due to the aggregation and operation of the five aggregates. These are the continuous streams of change, in which there is no common factor.
Uruvela Kassapa was silent for a long time, then asked:
- Is  this Gotama Gotama advocated nihilism?
Not. The notion of all things is nihilm as well as the wrong view as the concept of a permanent immortality. Kassapa, you look at this lake. I did not say that water, lotus leaf, lotus in the lake was empty. I just say that water, lotus leaf, and lotus are all phenomena that are co-ordinated by beings that are present, and that in their bodies there is no permanent and permanent entity.
So, if there is no self, there is no "atma", then what to cultivate to achieve liberation? Who is free? Who is liberated?
The Buddha looked into the eyes of the Brahmins. The glint is as bright as the sun but it is as mellow as the moon. He smiled and said,
Phra Kassapa try to find answers yourself. The other day, we will continue the story.
Two returned home. Uruvela Kassapa gives way to the Buddha for the night. He spent the night at the hut of a large student. Uruvela Kassapa is very beloved by disciples and revered.

In the following days, the Buddha did not go out for alms round because morning Kassapa also offered food in place. However, after lunch, after lunch, he also went to the forest or the lake, then to the place where the shady sit. Late afternoon, Kassapa again to find the Buddha to talk. He became increasingly aware of the great stature of the insight and virtue of the Buddha.
One day it was raining all night long. The next morning, the Nairanjana River floods the banks, flooding village homes in the area. The forest where Kassapa and five hundred disciples were practicing were also flooded. However, everyone ran up to the high places, no one was swept up. Only Sasama Gotama, no one sees. Kassapa-sensei urged many boats to find. Finally, the Buddha was standing on a hilltop.
Water rises very quickly and draws down quickly. The monks of Kassapa's congregation began rebuilding the burning firehouse and the tents swept away by the water or made sullen.
One afternoon, Lord Buddha and Kassapa stood on the banks of the Nairanjana River. Kassapa asked the Buddha:
Yesterday recluses Gotama say about contemplating the five aggregates are form, feeling, perception, volition and consciousness. I have tried the practice of observing and seeing that all five phenomena are the body, the sensation, the perception, the mind and the mind are constantly changing, none of which is permanent. But I still do not understand that if there is no self, then we need something to work hard? Who is free? Who is liberated?
Kassapa, do you admit that suffering is a truth?
I acknowledge suffering is a fact.
He has acknowledged that suffering does have its causes, as well as all things in the universe, which are conditioned by the combination of conditions.
I acknowledge that suffering has its causes.
When the causes of suffering are present, suffering is present; So when causes of suffering are absent, suffering is absent?
Of course, when the causes of suffering no longer exist, no longer suffering.
Kassapa,  suffering is not liberation, there is no need for self to be liberated.  This religion, the deep cause of suffering is ignorance, the cause of suffering is craving . Everything is impermanent that we think is often, it is ignorance. Everything is not self that we think there is self, it is ignorance. From ignorance produces craving, desire to be the other, then generate love, hate, greed, anger, fear ... and so many sorrows and sorrows. The path of liberation is the way of reflecting reality in order to realize the impermanent nature, not-self, and dependent origination of all things, all things. The way to liberation is the way to eradicate ignorance. Ignorance kill the craving to kill; Craving disappears, afflictive destruction and suffering kill. That is liberation.
Uruvela Kassapa was silent. A moment later, he asked:
recluse Gotama, I know what he said is what he realized, not mere theory. According to him, the results of liberation can only be meticulously conducted. So all rituals and prayers are completely useless?
The Buddha pointed his hand to the other side of the river and said,
Kassapa, if someone is standing on this side of the river wanting to go to the other shore, what should he do?
He must wade across the river or have to row paddle boats across.
Yes. But if some people want to cross the river without wading, also do not use the boat, just set up sacrifices and prayers, what do you think?
I think that person is not practical, and do not know as long as he can cross the river.
Likewise, the Buddha said, if not practice contemplation to eliminate ignorance, greed and negativity, we did not achieve liberation, even if we have sacrifices, prayers, all my life.
Uruvela Kassapa suddenly fell at the feet of the Buddha. He sobbed and said:
Dear teacher, I have missed most of my life, now please accept me as his disciple to have the opportunity to learn and cultivate the path of liberation.
Awesome! But what about your disciples?
Please give me a chance to contact them. Tomorrow I will submit to your teacher decision.

Two days later, Uruvela Kassapa and all of the 500 disciples shaved their beards, waving their robes. They threw in the Nairanjana River all the bunks, idols and instruments of sacrifice, gathered before the Buddha, kneeled down, said loudly:
"I would like to take refuge in the Buddha, who showed the way for me in this life.
"I take refuge in the Fa, the path of love and enlightenment.
"I seek refuge in the Sangha, the unity of those who wish to live the awakening.
After the ordination ceremony, the Buddha preached to the 500 new monks, the Four Noble Truths, non-self, breath control, body and mind, alms and silence.
The next day, Rabbi Nadi Kassapa and his 300 disciples also arrived. Yesterday they were frightened to see hundreds of buns and worship equipment floating on the Nairanjana River; They thought that an accident had happened to Uruvela Kassapa's retreat center. After explaining, they agreed to go home and let the gover inform Gaya Kassapa. The three brothers Kassapa love each other, the same ideal so in just seven days, all three brothers and 1000 disciples are ordained Buddhist, bringing the number of Buddhist disciples to 1093.

Buddha then guide all to Gaya-Sisa peaks (Mount Soy), not far from Uruvela, teaching experience and Tuesday [9]  is doing Adittapariyaya (of fire). Listening to this sutra, all 1003 new bhikkhus are attained. The Buddha resided in Gaya-Sisa for three consecutive months to teach the new monks.

The Buddha says the Fire (Aditta-Pariyaya) [10] :

Monks, all burned. What are the monks, all burned up?
Eyes are in the fire, shape is in the fire, consciousness is in the fire. Feeling, whether happy or painful, or not happy without suffering, arises from the label, lies in the fire. Where did the fire come from? From fires of craving, anger, delusion, birth, old age, sickness, death, sorrow, mourning, suffering, sadness and despair. As-Lai stated so.
Imagine this, the monks, the pure disciples of the saints who are bored with eyes, form, eye, eye contact, no matter how the feeling is received. Joy, suffering, or unhappiness. In the same way, the pure disciple of the saints sees the boredom with ears, sound, nose, scent, tongue, taste, body, mind, mind, mind, mind, How do you feel - happiness, pain, or unhappiness? Due to boredom, the person is no longer attached; Because of no attachment, he is freed. He will know that he is no longer reborn, that the happy life [11]  is fulfilled, what needs to be done, and will never return to this state again.
When the Buddha was finished, all the monks were attaining Arahantship, clearing all the defilements.

5- The second half in Venuvana (-588)

Buddha King Bimbisara

From Gayasisa, Lord Buddha went to Rajagriha (also known as Rajagaha, now Rajgir, Wang-Xa) to meet King Seniya Bimbisara as he promised before his enlightenment. Venerable Uruvela Kassapa asked the Buddha for the congregation to follow him. He told the Buddha that there would be no obstacle for the 1000 beggars to reach the Magadha. Near Rajagriha has many forests for the wanderers. They can go begging in the suburbs and even in the capital to educate the people of this region. After listening to the Uruvela Kassapa, the Buddha consented to all 1003 mendicants following him to Rajagriha.
The three Kassapa brothers held the monastery very seriously. A thousand masters are divided into 40, each of them 25, including one of them. The stewardship of the almsgivers, thanks to good organization, should be more and more bright and full of prestige. From Gaya to Rajagriha only about 52 km which the sangha has to go for 10 days. Because every morning the monks (bhikkhus) must share in the villages to beg for alms. They then gather in a forest or on a grassy pasture to sleep in silence. Feeling the boys finished, they left the road, go into each of them. The shape of the monks wearing yellow robes on a quiet road on the return of a deep impression and nice-people in the heart.
Uruvela Kassapa led Rajagriha, led the Buddha and the Sangha to resettle in the forest of Latthivana (Palm Grove), at the Supatthita Temple, 2 km south of the capital, Vuong-Xa. The next morning, the congregation was allowed to embrace the alms bowl. The novices divided into 25 each, went in a row, step by step deliberate and deliberate, eyes straight down in front, elegant and calm posture. According to the Buddha's teachings, they stopped silently in front of each house, regardless of the rich and poor, about five minutes, then approached the front gate of the house next door. While standing silently waiting for offerings, they watched the breath and practiced the contemplation that the Buddha taught. When offered, they only quietly bowed their gratitude without saying any praise for the food offered. The donation after eating food in the bowl, Can ask a few questions. The beggars were kindly asked to answer those questions. Yes, they said that I studied in the Province-Consciousness congregation, under the guidance of Gotama Sakya Gotama, often called the Buddha; They are taught by the Four Real Truths, Five Mindfulness and the eight Paths. All beggars are ordered to return to their homes before lunch time to have lunch together and hear the Dharma talk. Afternoon and evening for study and meditation. So from noon until dawn the next day, no one saw any yellow-throated person in the city anymore. All beggars are ordered to return to their homes before lunch time to have lunch together and hear the Dharma talk. Afternoon and evening for study and meditation. So from noon until dawn the next day, no one saw any yellow-throated person in the city anymore. All beggars are ordered to return to their homes before lunch time to have lunch together and hear the Dharma talk. Afternoon and evening for study and meditation. So from noon until dawn the next day, no one saw any yellow-throated person in the city anymore.
Within half a month, most of the capital of the capital was aware of the presence of the Buddhist mendicant congregation. In the afternoons when it was cool, many pilgrims came to Latthivana to meet the Buddha and the Sangha to study the doctrine of consciousness. The Buddha was not able to visit King Seniya Bimbisara [12]  when the king was reported to the Buddha and his large congregation. The king was told that the leader of this congregation was the young sorcerer he had met in the diocese of Uddaka Ramaputta. One afternoon, the king accompanied by Videhi and Crown Prince Ajatasattu (A-So-do) [13]  ride a four-car car to Gec forest to visit the Buddha. The king invited a hundred and twenty civil servants, intellectuals and leaders from Brahmanical circles. By the edge of the forest, the king stepped in. Queen Videhi hands Prince Ajatasattu followed. One hundred and twenty new Brahmins do the same.
Upon hearing that the king came, Lord Buddha and Uruvela Kassapa came out to welcome. All 1003 masters are present, sitting around. The Buddha invited the king, queen, prince and new guests to sit. King Seniya Bimbisara started introducing Brahmins to Buddha. Among these new visitors are many Venerable Siddhartha and Vedic teachings. They belong to various religious and religious trends in the area.
Most of these people have heard of Uruvela Kassapa, and some have met him, but apart from King Bimbisara no one has ever seen him. Seeing Uruvela Kassapa's reverence for the Buddha, many expressed surprise. Uruvela Kassapa was over 100 years old when the Buddha was only 36 years old.The guests murmured to each other, not knowing who the teacher was. Uruvela Kassapa immediately stood up, walked to the front of the Buddha, hands speak slowly speaking clearly each language:
Glass transparent recluses Gotama, completely enlightened, steps most precious in life, children are Uruvela Kassapa bowed respectfully ask him.
After saying he respectfully bowed to the Buddha three times. The Buddha helped Kassapa up, told him to sit down on his left hand. Now all the audience is completely silent. The Buddha speaks for everyone to hear the  Maha Narada Kassapa Jataka  talk about Uruvela Kassapa has had the charm of being a Buddha disciple from many previous lives. Then the Buddha preached about the Four Noble Truths, the impermanence, the non-self, and the causalities of man and all things, teaching only to eradicate delusion and suffering by practicing the awakening, , Concentrating and contemplating. The voice of the Buddha in bright, resonant sound like a bell, warm as the sunshine spring, as depressed as the sea tide. More than a thousand people listen in silence, everyone is happy to see their heart bright, full of hope and peace. How many questions in the heart gradually open. When the Buddha finished speaking, King Bimbisara, as a result of Tu-dà-complete, a happy smile, radiant. He stood up and wrapped his arms around the Buddha:
Dear young people, when I was young I had five wishes. Now five wishes are fulfilled. The first wish is to be  empowered and to be crowned; That wish was fulfilled. The second wish is to meet an enlightened master; That wish was fulfilled. The third wish is to have grace for that enlightened being; This wish has also become. The fourth wish is that the enlightened one teaches me the path of Dharma; This wish has also become. The fifth wish is to understand the teachings of that enlightened being; This wish has just been fulfilled. Dear Lord, I have begun to understand your mystical teachings. Today, the Blessed One accepts to be my lay disciple.
The Buddha smiled silently. The king asked the Buddha and all the monks to have dinner at the king's temple on the next full moon day. The Buddha also welcomed the word.

The Buddha preached the world of the layman

King Seniya Bimbisara deliberately organized a welcoming procession and solemn sangha. The king invited many civil servants to hear the sermon. All officials in the court were invited. The people were ordered to hang lights on the roads where the Buddha and the sangha would pass. While the king was preparing, the novices were ordained by the Buddhas in Loy-Uyen, Isipatana, who were going to propagate the sites in turn to gather the Latthivana Forest (Forest Gecko) to meet the Buddha to prepare to enter. Coming down.
Full moon day has come. Around ten o'clock in the morning, Lord Buddha, along with a thousand monks, wore yellow robes, and hugged the bowl, and entered Rajagriha Palace, in response to the invitation of King Bimbisara. The delegation was solemnly silent - passing through the streets where the people had flown the flag. The people stood watching the two sides of the road.
King Seniya Bimbisara and the courtiers and human beings took the field to welcome the Buddha and the Sangha. Entering the large courtyard in front of the shrine, covered with decorations and flowers, Lord Buddha was invited to sit in the honor seat, one with King Bimbisara, the other with Uruvela Kassapa. Thai-Ajatasattu brings water and towels to the Buddha's body. Next, the servants also brought water and towels to all the novices. The purification was done, the king stood up solemnly to welcome and introduce the guests, then reverently scooped the food into the bowl of the Buddha.Empress Videhi also stood up to lead the royal army to offer food for the mendicants and guests.
At midday, the Buddha and the monk group of novices sat down and prayed before eating. King Bimbisara and all the guests remained silent during the meal. They all felt the serenity and peace of nature from the personality of the Buddha and the mendicant congregation. After the Buddha, the monks and the guests were finished, the bowls of the monks were washed and handed back to each of them.
King Bimbisara turned to Buddha, reverently hands. The Buddha understood the idea, lectured on the five precepts of Buddhists at home as a way to build and protect peace and happiness for the nation; The five precepts are the principle of peaceful and peaceful living in the family as well as in society:
"  The first precept is not to kill, to keep the precepts is to nourish the compassionate mind, and all living creatures are afraid of dying. To cultivate loving-kindness, loving people, loving all things, making the life of suffering easier and more beautiful. If all people in the country know how to keep the precepts of killing, the country will not be in disorder. Peanuts, people are peaceful to do business. When people love each other and solidarity together, the rich people strong.
"  The second precept is not to infringe on the property of others, I want to give others respect for their property because of their hard labor, then we must also respect the property of others. To steal, to rob, to deceive or to use their power to occupy the property of others. It is forbidden to take advantage of the fools or the plight of others to gain their advantage. In the country there will be social justice, prosperity.
"  The third precept does not encroach upon the virtue of others, it helps the couple trust each other, the family is happy, warm, together build the future, happy for the children, build a commune Healthy Assembly.
"  The fourth precept is not to lie, not to say harsh words, do not divide hatred, speech must fit the truth: yes say yes, no, no, do not add to distort the truth. True words create trust and happiness. The word is vulgar and divisive, creating hostility, resentment, and war.
"  The fifth precept is not drinking and not using drugs ." Alcohol and narcotics make people lose control, lose the sense of humor, and make things misbehave for themselves and their families. If the great king and mandarins maintain the precepts and advise the people to preserve them, it is a great blessing for the nation.
"Great king, the king of the head of a country should live in awareness, in wisdom, to know what is happening in his kingdom. If the king made in the dynasty and the people understand the benefits and the real. In the five worlds, the kingdom of Magadha will become the most powerful kingdom in the universe. "
The Buddha just finished, King Bimbisara happy to approach the Buddha before the ceremony.Queen Videhi also stood up to hand Prince Ajatasattu to the front of the Buddha, she taught the Prince hand to greet the Buddha.

The Buddha tells the story of cotton plants

Empress Videhi bowed to the Buddha, then said:
"Lord, I have a son Prince Ajatasattu today, and many other children of sons, princes, ministers and guests. Mercy shows only to children the path of love and awareness. "
When she finished, the queen fell down to bow to the Buddha. Prince Ajatasattu also followed her. The Buddha smiled and reached for the Prince's hand. Queen Videhi turned to the children to gather before the Buddha. This is all children's rights so all precious children are well dressed. Trai as well as girls are worn around the wrists and ankles. The girls dressed in colorful sari shirts, looked fresh. All sat down in front of the Buddha.
The Buddha said:
I have done earth, stone, trees, birds and animals, before you were born. You also used to do earthly things, rocks, Trees, birds Today we meet you may be because in past lives we have met and we have been able to make each other happy. For each other suffering.
"Today I want to tell you something that has happened for thousands of past lives." This is a stork, a crab, a porcelain flower and a lot of fish and shrimp. And among you, maybe you have made a stork, some have made crabs, and many made fish and shrimp.
"In this story, the stork is a sinister, tricky, deceitful creature that has made many other people die and suffer. But I learned a valuable lesson:  When I cheat and hurt others, I myself will be deceived and suffering again .
"At that time, we made porcelain flowers next to a lotus pond has just cool, but no  fish.Near there is a small pond, dirty, hot, but there are many shrimp and fish. Seeing that too much fish and shrimps spawned a tactic ... It came to stand on the edge of the pond, making a mental thought.
 Uncle, what do you think?
We are thinking of the fate of the uncle. Here narrow, little water is hot, dirty. They lack food.Your life seems hard, I love it.
So you have a way to help us, doctor?
If we let each of us bring down the lotus pond over there, we are now free to swim in the cool water with loads of food.
Uncle aunt, since he was born our parents grandchildren have never heard storks that have goodness with shrimp and fish species. I figured out that way is to eat each one of us, right?
We are suspicious now. I'm our uncle now, do not tell me again to tell us now. The truth is over there a lot of lotus ponds, plenty of water but cool again. If we do not believe one then follow me through it. Then I bring it back here and tell them right now.
"The heads of fish came together and talked a little, then sent a shark with a stork, the shark was old, his body was strong, he was good at swimming, he was able to move easily. I shoveled the shark into the mine, flew to the lotus pond, dropped the fish into the lake for it to swim all over the lake, and then brought the shark back to the pond. All that it has seen in the lotus ponds The fishes are very happy to hear that they are asking for the stork to carry them to the lotus pond. But instead of dropping the fish into a lotus pond, it flies towards the porcelain spade, puts the fish in the trunk of the tree trunk, uses a fish-sharper to eat it, and pours the fish bone into the porcelain spoon. Pond to bring a fish Other to eat, fish bones under the tree more and more, superimposed on each other.
I am very angry with the stork, but I can not stop it, you know, porcelain can only be rooted to the ground, it grows Branches, leaves, flowering, but can not run to the pond to tell the news to the fish, can not stretch out to stop the stork eating meat. Day after day, it just brings fish to porcelain to eat meat, fish is broken to shrimp, so it is very heartbreaking to pray later if animals or humans We will work to defend the weak and prevent the violent and deceptive cheating and murdering others.
"A few days later, the fish in the pond was gone, only one big crab was left, but at first it was too hungry.
All right, all the shrimp and shrimp that we have brought to the lotus pond are happy to wave to the side. I'm here to you always go through it.
How can you carry me? I'm a crab, I'm hard, slippery and heavy. I missed you, I'm missing.
Do not be afraid, you will snuggle tight.
"The crab thought: It may be that the stork has dropped all the fish and shrimps into the lotus pond, and also the stork has eaten all the houses of the fish house.
Uncle, I'm scared. If you give him two clutches to his neck, then I'm scared.
"Stork willingly let the crab cling to his neck and flapped his wings, but instead of flying straight into the lake, he flew over to the porcelain flower.
Auntie, why do not you take me down to the lake where the beans on this tree, I'm scared.
What foolish foolishness you go to hire now? I'm not your servant either. I just want to bring them here to eat each and every one of them. Look at the bones under the tree.
- The  evil stork Oh, the fish are too foolish fish was cheated cheated and eat meat. But with me, you do not have to. Uncle bring me to the lake, otherwise I will clamp off his neck to see.
With that said, crabs tighten to the neck. Stork pain so exclaimed:
Well, my dear, Hai, do not hold me tight. Let me take him to the lake.
"Stork landing on the shore of the lake, standing near the edge of the water, crabs afraid to let go of the throat will be eaten like the predators of the fish before it clenched teeth clamped two strong to force the collar to break off. Rolling out, Crab goes down to the water.
We all witnessed a tragedy from beginning to end, but we did not do anything, but we learned a valuable lesson:  in life, He will be helped by many people, and sooner or later he will fall into the tragic situation, and I will work for the benefit of all beings forever. Now, meet the children, I want to pass that precious lesson to you. "
All the children were attentive to the story of the Buddha telling his predecessor. Everybody loves porcelain and all the fish are cheated. Everybody is angry with the stork and compliments the crabs.

King Bimbisara stood up, came to the Buddha in hand and bowed and said:
Today, the Buddha gave adults and children a precious lesson. I wish Prince Ajatasattu to instill in his teachings. The Magadha Kingdom was very fortunate to have him stop here. I have a gift to offer to the Sangha and the Sangha, do not you know that I have the honor to offer this gift?
The Buddha gazed silently at the king.

King Bimbisara donated Venuvana (Truc Lam)

King Bimbisara continued:
North of the capital Rajagriha about a mile (1.6 km) there is a very large bamboo garden, just quiet and cool, I called Venuvana (Veluvana, Truc Lam). I would like to dedicate that park to the Buddha and the Sangha to serve as a chancel and study. This is the way I am and the people here will have many opportunities to come to life with him. Desire of Compassion accepts for my heart.
The Buddha thought of the upcoming summer retreat, should have a place convenient for monks, he smiled nodded consent. King Bimbisara was very happy. The king thought that the soon-to-be-established Venuvana chieftain would hold the long-standing Enlightenment in his kingdom. Among the many new members of Brahmin's leadership were not happy about this decision of the king, but they kept quiet.
The king brought out a jar of gold. He himself poured water in the jar on the right hand of the Buddha and cherish the declaration:
White World-Religion, as well as water in the vase gold flowing into his arms, Venuvana garden was dedicated to his station and his teachers-union leaders due to his residence for monks practice.
The handover ceremony is over. The worship ceremony is also completed. The Buddha and 1250 al-Arahants returned to the Supatthita temple in Latthivana.

Two Sariputta, Moggallana and 155 monks [14]

During the stay at the Supatthita temple in the Latthivana jungle, about 2 km south of Rajagriha (now Rajgir), the 90 novices had been converted to Buddhism in Loc-Uyen ( Migadava in the village of Isipatana (Sarnath) consisted of the Kondanna group (5 people), Yasa group (55 people) and Punna Mantaniputta group (30 people). As the Buddha has commanded.
In Upatissa (now Kalapinaka) or Nalaka, in the north of Rajagriha, there is a very intelligent young man named Sariputta, his father Tissa, his mother Rupa-Sari. . Because Sariputta is well known for being the eldest of the eldest family in the village, the people in that area call him Upatissa.Sariputta has a friend named Moggallana (Moggali), her son Moggali, in Kolita village (now Kulika), next to Upatissa village. Moggallana is also very intelligent and belongs to the most important family in the village so it is nicknamed Kolita. Sariputta and Moggallana are born the same day. Both families are Brahmins. One day, they came together for a solemn sacrifice for several days on the mountain top near Rajagriha. On the first day they had fun with everyone, Suddenly Sariputta thought about 100 years later, after all the people who were playing around here would be dead, and the scenery would be completely changed. They are calm before the life of impermanence. He sadly said his thoughts to the Moggallana, and two friends asked each other to find teachers. They both came to seek the teaching with the teacher Sanjaya Belatthiputta, then there are 250 students. Soon the two of them took over all of his teachings. But feel unsatisfied, led each other to find other famous Brahmins. Finally disappointed. They decided to split up further to find the master. Mr. Sariputta went south, and Moggallana went north. Coming to meet the master will notify each other to learn together. Suddenly Sariputta thought for a hundred years after all the chaos in this place would die and the scenery would be completely changed, but now everyone is calm before the fight. One day, walking in the Rajagriha, Sariputta suddenly saw a solemn yogi, who walked away, gazed down a few feet in front of him, his expression calm, showing a deep calmness. inside. The respectable deity from house to house to receive a little food according to the generosity of the patron. The supernatural power of Assaji made Sariputta's attention, [15] silently followed by observation, not daring to disturb him. Dai-Assaji went to bowl, find a suitable place to sit back real life. When the great Assaji life was finished, he came to the side, pouring water into the bowl of giants and said:
White-glass virtues, his ministry is pure and pure. Could you please tell me why you escaped secularism? Who is your teacher? Who do you spread the teachings?
Hey brethren, college-faith meeting Assaji, poverty rose only a beginner monks, their inability to fully explain the teachings and savvy for the brethren.
Glass white-virtue, I'm Sariputta in Upatissa village, revered for the virtue of the teachings more or less, I will try to find out what part or section. Please teach me some essential points, summing up some important ideas in the doctrine that you have learned.
the Buddha Gotama teaches a lot, but you increase just under four following verses. So prolific read to the man heard:
Ye dhamma hetuppabhava -
Tesam hetum tathagato
Aha tesan ca yo nirodho -
Evam vadi maha samano.
Meaning:
The dharmas are due to conditions.
As-Lai explained so clearly
And the only way to end the dhamma.
The great monk taught like that. [16]
These four verses have just summarized the causal relationship of the arising and passing away of the dharmas and the practice of liberation (the end of the dhamma = the end of birth and death). Mr. Sariputta, who is very smart, has heard the first two words immediately burst forth and achieved Sotapanna. From then onwards, to show gratitude to the great Assaji, whenever he heard the Assaji whereabouts, Sariputta turned in his direction and bowed his head in that direction.
As committed, Sariputta goes to find Moggallana and reads the four sentences
next. Listening to Mr. Moggallana also attained the results. They went to the old teacher Sanjaya-Belatthiputta informs and invited him to come to life with the Buddha. Sanjaya refused, but his 155 followers followed Sariputta and Moggallana to Venuvana to receive the Buddha's teachings. To this news, Sanjaya immediately came to the vomit. Take the holy life according to Dhamma, to finish off all suffering . "  A week later, near Kallavala village, Moggallana Buddha was taught by the Buddha of the Four Great Halls (earth, water, wind, fire), attained Arahant. And the second week, when listening to the Buddha Vedana Pariggaha to the Dighanakha in Sukarakhata cave , The great Sariputta attained Arahant. That afternoon,
Since the number of Buddha disciples up to 1,250 , are attained Arhat, arahat, arahant.

Buddha established the first amnesty Venuvana

The next day, after the king's offering at the king's palace, the emissary of the king took the Buddha and the monks in the sangha to visit Venuvana (Truc Lam). What an ideal place for a mendicant congregation. The garden is about forty acres, about 2 km north of the capital Rajagriha (Vuong-Xa). In the green bamboos garden of all kinds. In the middle of the bamboo garden there is a clear Kalandaka lake (or Karanda). The ammunition can be erected scattered to make room for the great virtues. The great disciples such as Kondanna, Kassapa, Sariputta and Moggallana gathered very happily to plan to organize Truc Lam into a well-ordered dynasty. The Buddha taught:
The rainy season is not convenient for traveling alms. The monks need a place to settle in order to diligently study together, while avoiding the dampness along the road, as well as trampling the insects crawling out of the way. In three months of settling [17] , good men and women can bring food to the offerings in the residential centers. And every day they will be taught by the ordained monks on the teachings during the courses, and they can ask questions for further answers.
Traditional retreats are set up from here. Only fifteen days later the second semester will begin with a total of 1250 Arahants.
Under the mantle of Moggallana, the young mendicants erected a small amulet for the Buddha and several other amulets for the elderly mendicants. All are made of bamboo, mud and mud. Am of the small but very beautiful Buddha. Behind there is a golden bamboo bush. On the left is a green bamboo cluster. Nagasamala plays a bamboo mat and two chairs for the Buddha, and places a bowl of water beside the bamboo so that the Buddha has a place to wash his face and hands. Nagasamala is a young mendicant. Previously, he was a disciple of Venerable Uruvela Kassapa. From the day Venuvana Venerable Uruvela Kassapa appointed teacher Nagasamala as the first attendant for the Buddha.
Venerable Sariputta met with a layman in Rajagriha; He offered Venuvana a copper bell hanging near Kalandaka Lake, under an old tree branch. Bells signal the time of study. The Buddha teaches that when one hears the bell, everyone must watch the breath and practice mindfulness.
The lay disciples of the Buddha every day to Truc Lam to help with the construction. Venerable Uruvela Kassapa led the great Sangha, which coordinated the support of the lay members as well. You meet with the benefactors about offering the boys increased, to help each of the mates are full of cassava, bowls, coordinating tools, face wipes, water filter racks, and so on.
Day of residence. The retreat schedule prepared by the Buddha and the great disciples was promulgated and the group was strictly observed. In the morning, there is a wake-up call. After washing their face, the mendicants began meditating in their sleep. Everyone practices meditation and walking meditation several times until the sun reaches the tip of the bamboo. Then it's time for alms round. Most people just go out on alms day on a pilgrimage offering food for the entire sangha. On these days, the masters can use morning time to meet with their teacher to discuss what they have not mastered in the field of teaching as well as in the field of practice only ( Samatha (vipassana). Y-master is a mendicant who has made much progress on the path of practice. The great Kondanna, Assaji, Kassapa, Sariputta, Moggallana, Bhaddiya, Vappa, Mahanama-Kulika, etc. are all great masters. Each person in charge of the guidance of the sixty-six new masters. There are ten instructors, twenty or thirty people. Each new-born monk has his or her teacher. That is the leader in the religion that we need refuge to learn. Venerable Uruvela Kassapa and the great virtue Sariputta do this distribution very carefully before settling.
At the beginning of the hour, the mendicants are present at the infirmary, standing in rows at the lawn next to the lake. After the food was distributed, everyone sat down on the grass and started to eat in silence.
Sibling finish at the end. Then the Buddha often preached to the public. Sometimes, when he teaches masters, lay people are invited to attend. Sometimes when he teaches lay people, mendicants are invited to attend. Again, there are sessions he teaches to the children, laypersons and mendicants attend auditions. Often in the children's lectures, the Buddha or the story of his precursors.
Sometimes the great disciples stand out teaching the Buddha to sit listening. Then he usually points in addition and praises the parts that are clearly displayed. After the lecture, the lay followers left, the monks were resting for some time. Then the bell signals the time of meditation and walking meditation. Next hour is free consultation and learning. When the hour (21 hours) is pure, everyone is quietly resting. The Buddha and his disciples usually meditate until midnight and get up earlier than the young ones.
King Bimbisara very often visit Truc Lam to visit the Buddha and Sangha. He carried only the queen Videhi, Prince Ajatasattu and several servants. He left the quad and quartet at the gate and walked into the infirmary. One day saw the mendicants sitting in the rain to listen to lectures, the king with Buddha to build a lecture hall so that the monks can eat or hear the Dharma. From the day the lecture is completed, life in the clinic begins to have sufficient facilities. The large lecture hall, which can not only cover the sunshine for 1,250 masters, can also house about a thousand more lay people.
One day King Bimbisara visited the Buddha alone. After a conversation, the king confided to the Buddha:
I have another son that the Deity never met. I really want him and his mother to visit him. Your Honor, his mother is not Queen Videhi, his mother is Ambapali (Amrapali), and his name is Jivaka, this year is fourteen years old. His mother lives in Vesali, north of Pataliputta (now Patna). Ambapali did not like life in the forbidden house, she did not care for title, status, just like free life. I have given my parents some self-sufficient economy, including a very beautiful mango orchard in Amvara village near Vesali. Jivaka is very intelligent but he is like mother, not like politics and power. He is currently in Rajagriha to study medicine. I love it so much. Please also love it as well. And if accepted by the Buddha, I will tell him to come visit him to learn the noble teachings.
The Buddha smiled approvingly. The king happily hands down the Buddha.

Kaludayin invited the Buddha to visit King Suddhodana [18]

From the day the Buddha attained enlightenment under Bodh Gaya in Bodhgaya, and first sermon at the Garden of the Uyghur in Isipatana, his fame grew and spread to King Suddhodana in Kapilavastu. The king and the royal family were delighted, the memory of Prince Siddhattha increased.King Suddhodana sent him seven times to Prince Siddhattha over the court. But all nine nuns, after listening to the Buddha's sermon, asked to become ordained and attained Arahantship. When they attained Arahant, they were no longer eager to go to earth and did not think of the Kapilavastu mission.
After nine disappointments, King Suddhodana carefully advised Kaludayin (Kala-Udayin), who was born on the same day and a close friend of Prince Siddhattha, to remember his mission unmolested. Kaludayin commits himself to fulfill his mission but asks for a condition that the king allows him to be ordained by the Buddha. Princess Yasodhara asked the king for Channa to accompany him to remind him of Kaludayin.
Kaludayin and Channa arrived in Venuvana about one month after the opening of the retreat season. Kaludayin and Channa are very happy to meet the Buddha before his am. The Buddha inquired about the king, queen, Yasodhara, Nanda, Sundari Nanda, Rahula and all the relatives. Kaludayin and Channa have become old men. Kaludayin was holding a prominent position in the court and became one of Suddhodana's trusted assistants. According to Kaludayin, the health of the king was somewhat diminished, but he was still wise even though he was 78 years old, and now there are many good assistants in the government affairs. Queen Gotami was 77 years old, still healthy. Prince Nanda, 35 years old, is 30 years younger than the Buddha, has 30 good generals, is less than two generals of white (long and white eyebrows) and slightly shorter than his ears. Prince Nanda was engaged to a descendant descendant named Janapada Kalyani. Sundari Nanda, Buddha's sister, has become a lovely young woman. Since Yasodhara is no longer as beautiful as she is, she is dressed up simply, and she continues to work for the poor and the sick. Heard that the Buddha fasted one meal a day, she also eat so. Rahula has become a seven-year-old boy, beautiful, healthy, dark-eyed, smart and brave, very beloved by his grandparents. Eventually Kaludayin asked the Buddha, as long as he could return to his hometown, everyone was tired of waiting to see him again. The Buddha replies: She dressed very simply, and she continued to help poor people and sick children. The Buddha replies:She dressed very simply, and she continued to help poor people and sick children. The Buddha replies:
After the retreat season, Tathagata will return. Now is the rainy season, away from inconvenience. Furthermore, the newly founded Congregation, in need of the presence of As-Lai to educate them. Kaludayin and Channa stay here for a month and then come back to inform our king.
Kaludayin and Channa stay at Venuvana's guest quarters. They get acquainted with the mendicant, observe the peaceful life of the peace of the renouncer, get acquainted with the teachings of consciousness and liberation. Kaludayin every day to find ways to close the Buddha. He realized that the Buddha was always leisurely, as if he no longer wanted or sought for anything. Buddha as a fish disengaged in the water, like a cloud hovering in the air, completely reside in the present. Standing, lying down, sitting, each movement manifesting the spirit of leisurely freedom, almost nothing can bind or stir him anymore. Kaludayin suddenly wishes to live the pure life of the monk under the guidance of the Buddha. After hearing a few dharma teachings, he offered to seek ordination and was approved by the Buddha.
Channa is a very loyal servant. Seeing Kaludayin ordained, he also wanted to be ordained. But he thought he could not go home without the permission of Ms. Yasodhara. So he told himself to wait until the Buddha returned to Kapilavastu.

Mr. Dighanakha Buddha [19]

One day, during the retreat season in Venuvana, Venerable Sariputta and Moggallana brought Dighanakha (Phras-Chi-School) to the Buddha. Dighanakha is the brother of the great virtue Sariputta. He was not a disciple of Sanjaya but a very famous man. Listening to Sariputta and Moggallana after the Buddha, he came to inquire about the teachings of the Buddha. Two great virtues immediately led him to meet the Buddha directly.
Dighanakha asked:
Gotama, what do you teach? What is your doctrine? Personally, I do not like any policy or theory, because I do not believe in any policy or theory.
So, Buddha, do you like the policy of "do not like" him? Do you believe in his "do not believe" policy?
Gotama, my favorite or not, believe or not believe, not related. I just beg you to tell me your doctrine.
Once trapped in a theory then people lose their freedom of thought. The person becomes autocratic, assuming that only his doctrine is truth, and all other doctrines are false. The disputes and quarrels that arise from this persistent attitude can last forever, which takes a lot of time and can cause conflict and war. Therefore "ants" is the greatest obstacle on the way.
 What is insight?
Ants are perceptions, views. Player is obstinacy. An observation is to insist on a perception, a view. Mortgages like that are stuck. Because of the trapped, the door of truth is no longer open to me.
Hey, my friend, let me tell you this story. There was a widow who was living with an eight-year-old son. He is very dear child, watching the baby is probably the life of his life. One day, while he was away from the house, the bandits went to the neighbors, robbed him and took his son with him. Upon arrival, he saw a black baby's body lying on his burnt-down home. He immediately believed that his son was dead. He cried, cremated the body of the baby, then put the ashes into a bag of brocade, wherever you go with you. A few months later, his son escaped the bandit and returned to his old home at midnight. It knocked on the door. At that time he was holding a bag of ash, mourning alone. He refused to open the door, just as his son was dead, And the kid who was knocking on the door was a kid who lost some teaching to tease him. The child did not complain that his father had moved to another place, so lost out ... And that miserable father forever lost his only child.
Dear friend, if you insist on a certain doctrine or doctrine and for that absolute truth, I will fall into the situation of the young father. At that time, if truth came to knock on the door, I would also refuse to open the door.
Dighanakha asked:
Is your teaching a philosophy or a doctrine? Admit it is not an opinion?
My teaching is not a teaching or a doctrine. It is not elaborated by the intellect of intellect as the doctrine of the nature of the universe, that it is fire, water, earth, wind or spirit; Or that the universe is finite, infinite, boundless, infinite, etc. No, my teaching is not a construct built on intellectual reasoning. The teaching I teach is based on empirical experience. What I say is all I have realized. And he can also verify with his own experience. I say things are impermanent, not self. This I have experienced and you can also experience. I say that things swing at each other that arise, survive and disappear, not from the first cause. This I have also experienced and you can also experience. I contemplate the realization of impermanence, non-self, and dependent origination which can lead us to liberation and peace. This I have also experienced and you can also experience. The things I say do not have the purpose of explaining the universe but are only intended to guide practice to experience reality. Words do not express the reality. Only direct experience helps us to realize reality . The things I say do not have the purpose of explaining the universe but are only intended to guide practice to experience reality. Words do not express the reality. Only direct experience helps us to realize reality .The things I say do not have the purpose of explaining the universe but are only intended to guide practice to experience reality. Words do not express the reality. Only direct experience helps us to realize reality .
Good, great, Gotama! But what if someone said that his teachings were a doctrine?
Hey Dighanakha, your question is very good. My teaching is not an intellectual-induced doctrine, but later, and even now, there are people who view it as a doctrine. I need to clarify: My teaching is a means to enter reality, not to describe reality . Just like the moon finger. Have to finger your finger to see the moon, but the finger is not the moon. My teachings are to practice, practice to come to realization, not to worship, or to discuss and praise.  My teachings are the rafts that take people across the river to endure the suffering, to the shore of enlightenment liberation. When it came to shore, that raft became useless.
Please virtue World-Religion of showing me the way to overcome the grief of feeling.
Hey Dighanakha, listen carefully. Feelings are of three types: pleasant feeling, unpleasant feeling and neutral feeling. All three kinds of sensations are rooted or in the body, or in mind and consciousness. All sensations have a birth defect as any psychological or physical phenomenon. The method I just presented is the method of contemplation. Consciousness to see clearly the nature and origin of the sensations, whether for pleasure, longevity or discharge. Once it is clearly understood that the nature and source of the sensations are impermanent, not-self, conditioned, unreal, then the feelings of rebirth will lose their effect . The suffering of man is rooted in the false perception of realityOnce ignorance has ceased, enlightenment is present, all suffering is gone .
While the Buddha gave the Dighanakha, the Sariputta, Moggallana, Nagasamala, Kaludayin and Channa were present. But the great virtue of Sariputta is the one who understands deeply. He saw the mind light up, immediately attained Arahant. Unable to stop emotions, he clasped hands down bowing Buddha. Venerable Moggallana and Dighanakha are also bowing down to the Buddha. Dighanakha asked to be ordained by the Buddha. Kaludayin and Channa witnessed this scene is very moving, sincere respect and trust for the Buddha increased.
A few days later, Queen Videhi brought food to Venuvana. She brought a porcelain flower to plant beside the Buddha's am. Empress forever remembered the story about the cotton plant that Buddha told the children heard in the temple.

Public opinion against the Buddha in Rajagriha [21]

The Buddha went to Rajagriha (Rajasthan) less than a year after his reputation was rife with the founding of Venuvana (Veluvana, Truc Lam), the refuge of the Bimbisara, the ordination of three brothers Uruvela Kassapa, Sariputta, Moggallana and many young men in the area. The pagan lost the support of the king and the masses, began to criticize and defame the sabbatical order: Gotama was fascinated by the masses with a strange teaching that led to his father's death, Wife loses husband, lives alone, family disintegrates, farmers lack farmer. Opponents, when meeting the mendicants, read the following article:
Simon Gotama
Coming to the capital Magadha
Take all the disciples of Sanjaya
Who is next?
The mendicants whenever entering the alms-gathering place, listening to the bad news on the subject and listening to readings, getting annoyed, returning to the Buddha, asked the Buddha to take measures. Buddha said:
Hey monks, do not be sad about these people. Within seven days, the public opinion will be silent. If anyone reads the above post then please read the following shelf:
Enlightenment was born
Teach the noble Dhamma to people;
Who dares to mock taunt
Saint teaches the Law of Heaven?
Surely after seven days, the public opinion is no longer available. But the pagan exile group in turn left the Rajagriha capital of Magadha, moving to the capital of Kosra, the Sravasti, seeking the support of King Pasenadi and the people there.

Vesali people pray to the Buddha except cholera [22]

In Vesali, the famine has spread to thousands of people, most of whom are poor families, so they are only transported to the grave or dropped into the river. Therefore, the cholera disease is raging, causing the adults and children not to rich and poor to die as rash. The best physicians in Vajji have suffered. The teachers of laity set up many sacrifices for sacrifices and prayers, but did not produce any results. In the end, people think of going to the Buddha seeking mercy at Venuvana. Prince Mahali Licchavi was nominated to bring many precious gifts to Rajagriha, to the king of Bimbisara to ask for permission to visit Vesali, hoping the great virtues of the Buddha could transform the disaster. King told the delegation should go to the Venuvana monastery met Buddha. Knowing Buddha accepted, Bimbisara, Videhi queens, courtiers and people Buddha was solemn farewell to the ends of the Ganga [23] . On the other side of the river, the Vesali people gathered to welcome the crowd. They set up the ceremony, flag, flowers full of riverside.
When the Buddha's boat arrived, the people cheered and the music began to reverberate. The government and the public welcome the Buddha as their savior. Buddha just set foot on the land, the lightning suddenly rebels and a torrential rains down. This is the first precipitation after months of drought. The people rejoiced, dancing, cheering and singing right under the rain. The rain has brought coolness and hope for the whole country: the rain makes the orchard lush, the land is cleared of all disease pollution. The Buddha and the mendicant congregation are transported to the large park in the center of Vesali. Many spacious huts have been erected in the park. Over the next Buddha to preach Jewels Justice Forum [24]  (Tri-ratana) as three gem of everyone; Meditating on the Three Jewels and performing the Five Precepts will be devoted and supportive gods, Therefore, many illnesses can be avoided. After the Dharma, the Buddha visited the most raging plagues in the city. Wherever the Buddha has taught the people how to live in hygiene, how to prevent illness and how to live the Three Jewels according to the Three Jewels and the Dharma. A few days later, the Buddha said Sutra Luu Ly Tathagata Plum Ong Duc Duc Ể,  recall the 12 vows of Medicine Medicine Master to eliminate the suffering for beings, causing beings to be full of roots, and Lead beings into liberation; Lord Buddha just how to set, worship, offerings, chanting Medicine Medicine to eliminate suffering. After two weeks, the epidemic has reduced. The Buddha and the congregation are solemnly taken over by the Licchavi and the people across the Ganga River, Bimbisara was accompanied by his entourage to the Venuvana monastery. During the two weeks in Vesali, the Buddha achieved 84,000 results.

Ambapali and Jivaka meet Buddha [25]

At the beginning of October, 588 BC, when the season is near, there is a beautiful young woman coming to Venuvana to meet the Buddha. She drove a white horse, both horses were white. The youngster stepped out of the car with a fifteen-year-old boy. She is extremely gorgeous jewelry with noble posture. A young monk took her from the gates to the am Buddhist. When the Buddha was walking meditation, the priest invited the young woman and his son to sit down on two bamboo chairs in front of the courtyard.
A moment later the Buddha arrived, along with Sariputta, Kaludayin and Nagasamala. The young man and his son stood up and saluted. The Buddha invited the two of them to sit down, and then settled himself in the third chair placed.
Although used to living in the court, Kaludayin has never seen a beautiful woman so gorgeous and graceful. He has been a monk for a month so very surprised, do not know how to look at such a beautiful woman is not allowed. Nagasamala's attendant also reacts like that. Both teachers looked down. Only Buddha and Sariputta look at the face of the woman only. Sariputta looked at the woman and turned to look at the Buddha. You see the face of the gentle Buddha as bright as the full moon. The blissful and peaceful nature of the Buddha permeates the teacher.
Ambapali is also looking at the Buddha. She has never seen anyone look at her like this ever.Ever since there was a man or a young man looking at her, she saw in her eyes an embarrassed moment, a glimpse of dream, or a plan of possession. Buddha is looking at her like looking at a cloud, a river or a flower. Apparently he saw the deep feelings in her soul. Ambapali hands clasped hands:
Child is Ambapali, and this is the son of Jivaka (United States), this year fifteen years old. I am studying medicine in Rajagriha. I have heard about you and I wish you good luck to study with you.
Very good, so whenever you free time, go to Venuvana freely to learn with you.
Then the Buddha asked Jivaka about his education and life. Jivaka answered politely, neatly and clearly. The same father to Prince Ajatasattu, but he looks more intelligent and virtuous. After some stories with the Buddha, Jivaka suddenly felt deeply in love with this monk. He promised himself when he finished the medicine he would come near the Buddha.
Ambapali thought that the Buddha was only a famous guru as the other famous masters she had met. But no, she never met a teacher like Buddha. She has not seen anyone with respectable and beloved status like Buddha. Through the gentle and compassionate eyes of the Buddha, she felt as though she had understood all her heartfelt suffering, she did not have to say it. Being near the Buddha, she felt a lot less suffering. A tear in her eyes, she said:
Teacher, my life is very hard. Although I have no physical shortage, I have never had a faith.Today is the happiest day of my life.
Ambapali is 32 years old. She was an old, talented, sharp child, but she did not sing for anyone. Those who she found lacking in style and status, no matter how much money she refused. From the age of 16, she met a love affair. She then met King Bimbisara as prince. The royal family does not want the royal family to recognize Jivaka as the prince's son should announce that Jivaka is the illegitimate child that the prince encountered in a basket to the side of the road. This made Ambapali suffer. Suffering increases with jealousy and hatred. She was free as the only remaining treasure in her life. So no one has ever tied her.
Buddha told Ambapali:
Beauty also bear the law of birth and will also fade over time as many other phenomena.Wealth and wealth are the same. Only the peace and the freedom of meditation and contemplation bring true happiness. This is Ambapali, the time has come for her to live a peaceful life. Pay attention to every moment of your life, do not waste her life in the play to find forgotten. This is very important for her and Jivaka's happiness.
Then the Buddha taught Ambapali how to reorganize daily life, how to practice the five precepts, how to breathe, how to meditate, how to use time, how to donate and how to do good deeds. Ambapali is happy to hear the precious teachings of the Buddha. Finally, before leaving the Buddha, she said:
At the outskirts of Vesali, the mango has a very cool and quiet in the village of Amvara. I wish you and the mourners, on the way to propagate, have the opportunity to stop there. It would be a great honor for me and for Jivaka. Dear compassion mercifully welcome.
Buddha accepted the smile. Ms. Ambapali is gone, Kaludayin asked permission to sit down next to the Buddha. The master invited the great saint Sariputta to sit on the other chair, while his teacher folded his hands behind the back of the Buddha. Some mendicants are walking meditation nearby, and a cozy scene is also on. Venerable Sariputta smiled at Kaludayin and Nagasamala, and asked the Buddha,
Sir, who should have a family should have attitude towards women? Is the beauty of women an obstacle to the elaborate practice?
The Buddha looked at Nagasamala and the young beggars, answering:
Teachers, the self-nature of things is not beautiful bad. Bad beauty is due to the sensation or perception of each one of his own karma that arises. Because of the contact with the naked eye, the birth of consciousness. Observe each person's dependence that produces pleasant or unpleasant feelings. Nice feeling born beautiful thoughts, unpleasant feeling born bad thoughts. An artist and a well-off farmer have different opinions about beauty and bad. Therefore, depending on the perception of each person, a river, a cloud, a leaf, a flower, a ray of light, a golden evening of different beauty. But  no beauty can bind and destroy the will of a man by the beauty of a woman . Attending a female celebrity often results in the disappearance and great career of men.
For those who have attained virtue, have liberated themselves from the control of sensation, craving and consciousness, have gone beyond the concept of good / bad treatment, or / bad, right / wrong things. They are easy, each word, gesture, action are legal. But for those practitioners who are not sophisticated yet, reflecting is not mature, wisdom is not strong enough, Tathagata advised them not to be close to women, but to spend all the time learning and meditation. Work out. Only the beauty of liberation and compassion is the eternal beauty that gives us true peace.
Kaludayin, Nagasamala and the monks present are very happy to hear the Buddha's teachings.
When the full season is complete, on the full moon day of October, the Buddha tells Kaludayin and Channa about Kapilavastu first to inform King Suddhodana and Yasodhara or the Buddha's return.

The Buddha of Kapilavastu, housed in the garden of Nigrodha [26]

Upon arriving in Kapilavastu, Kaludayin entered the Buddha's message to King Suddhodana, Queen Pajapati and Yasodhara. Then, he left the bowl alone to return to the southeast to welcome Buddha. He applied the begging of the almsgiving congregation, day and night, stopping at the begging villages only. The teacher also reported that Prince Siddhattha was ordained to return. It was nine days when he met the Buddha and the mendicant. Congratulations, you joined the delegation and went to Kapilavastu together. Only the Venerable Sariputta and about three hundred masters follow the Buddha, and the others stay in Venuvana with Moggallana, Kondanna and Uruvela Kassapa. The Buddha and the congregation go to where the people welcome warm welcome.
After 60 days of road, day and night, the Buddha and the congregation arrived in Kapilavastu, staying at the Nigrodha Park outside the south gate. The next morning, the Buddha and the Sangha embraced the alms bowl. The scene of the three hundred mourners wearing yellow cassocks, hand holding bowls, quietly dignified alms in the city made a great impression in the heart of the capital.Soon this news was reported to the palace. King Suddhodana, Queen Pajapati and Princess Yasodhara were told that Prince Siddhattha was begging for food in the city with hundreds of other masters. The king sent his car to meet him. The queen and mother Rahula anxiously waited in the palace. Far away from the gate to the south, you meet the mendicant. The king's close-knit car immediately recognize the Prince.
Your Majesty, the beggar on the other end is the Prince.
The king suddenly realized his son. The gaze of the majestic Buddha, calmly, is holding a bowl standing in front of a poor house. He stood dignified, quietly, as if begging was the most important thing in his life. A young widow dressed in the house came out, holding a potato, kneeling down at the Buddha's feet and respectfully put the potato into the bowl. The Buddha paid homage to him, then quietly retired, stepped to the next house.
The King walked down the car toward the Buddha. The Buddha also just noticed the king. Eyes look at each other lovingly. The emperor was not touched emotionally, calling:
 Siddhattha!
 Sister!
The Buddha presented the bowl to the attendant, then grabbed his father's hands in his hands. Two tears slowly rolled down the king's wrinkled cheeks. The Buddha looked at the king with gentle, warm eyes to comfort him. He knew that Siddhattha was no longer a crown prince, but an alma mater, a guru with thousands of disciples. The king wants to embrace the Buddha, but he does not know how to do so. Finally the king bowed his hands bowed to the Buddha in the form of a monarch as a priest. The martial court also imitate the king bowed his hands bowed Buddha. The Buddha responded and turned to the great Venerable Sariputta:
I continue guiding sangha begging for food, then return to the park and resting Nigrodha real life. Tathagata and Nagasamala visit the royal family, get married here and this afternoon we will return to you.
Venerable Sariputta finished his orders, bowed himself to the king and Buddha and went back. The king looked at the Buddha with reproach:
I thought you came to the palace immediately to visit the parents and wife and children eat always. Why do not you go straight to the royal palace and beg for food in the street?
My dear king, you are not alone. There is also a follower congregation following the child, who is responsible for guiding the place of living and the activities of the congregation.
But why are you so royal face? Why are you begging for such poor homes? Has the Sakya family from the Maha-Sammata (Great Mao Thao) to this day do anyone do that !?
Lord King, no one does so, but the Buddha and the lineage from the Buddha Dipankara (Dien-Dang) to the life of Kassapa Buddha (Ca-lettuce) then everyone does. My dear king, begging is a practice for the realization of humility and equality. When you pick up a sweet potato from a poor family, you must have the attitude of reverence as when you receive a luxury dish donated by a king, because all beings have Buddha nature, The ability to attain liberation and enlightenment. In society there are many disparities in property and power. In the teachings that you find, everyone is equal because they have the full ability to enlighten the Buddha. Sub-king, yes, the king himself is full of the ability to enlighten the Buddha, I hope the king now practice his pure way of life. Whoever lives in holiness will have much happiness in this life and in the next life [27] .
Upon hearing the Buddha finished speaking, King Suddhodana immediately attained momentum-complete. The King was surprised and delighted to find out that his son was now a respected spiritual leader. The father and son quietly walked back to the palace.
Meanwhile, Queen Gotami, Princess Yasodhara, Princess Sundari Nanda and Rahula are standing on a high floor looking down, seeing all that is going on. When the king and the Buddha approached the palace, Yasodhara, with one hand, took a hand, pointed to the Buddha and said:
Rahula, do you see the monk walking beside his grandfather?"
 Yes, I see.
That person is his father. I ran down to my father. Your father has a great heritage. I went down and asked my father for my fortune.
Rahula heard her mother run down the stairs, crossed the courtyard, ran to the royal palace, took hold of the Buddha's hand, breathed and said:
- The  teacher, my mother asked to ask him to inherit. Where is your fortune?
The Buddha sat down and hugged Rahula, saying:
- Your  gift? Okay then, I'll give it to you.
The Buddha, the left hand holding Rahula's hand, the right hand holding the king's father, all three entered the palace.
Empress Gotami told Yasodhara and Sundari Nanda to join the king and the Buddha. Yasodhara answered,
Dear posterior, Prince Siddhasa gone in the middle of the night without a word to say goodbye. For the past seven years there has been no news for me. All information about the prince is known by the probe. So now the prince came here, if you ever think of me, then go to find me.
Empress Gotami sought to comfort Yasodhara and told Sundari Nanda to come down with us.Just arrived at the courtyard, saw the king and Buddha go to the royal garden, two people join in.
It started the sunny season. In the upper garden, hundreds of flowers bloom together. Birds chewing on the branches. The scene is happy to rejoice. Having seen Queen Gotami and Sundari Nanda step in, the Buddha said:
Mother! Em Sundari! Where are Yasodhara and Nanda?
Your baby is going to practice martial arts, it's coming soon. And Yasodhara blames me for not leaving him, and for seven years I had no news of visiting him. He said if you think about it then go to meet him. Poor! Yasodhara is a very courageous woman. After you go, there are many noble princes Kshatriya line [28]  contemplate calf to ask but it refused. When I heard the news of the monk's life, it also cut off all the gold and jewels. He often watches the news and is very upset during his ascetic practice in Uruvela. When you know that you eat only one meal a day, you also eat one meal a day; When it is known that the child does not lie high, it is also low. Yasodhara is a miserable, well-to-do woman [29] .
Mother, I know. Mother and Yasodhara are brave and virtuous women. You will visit Yasodhara soon. I adore Sundari Nanda so fast!
Siddhattha, the king said, tell everyone about the years I went to find teachers, ascetic and ascetic teachers. Everyone wants to know how live in the past seven years.
Obeying the King, the Buddha began briefly as he departed the royal palace, studying with Guru Alara Kalama and Master Uddaka Ramaputta, while practicing asceticism in Uruvela with the five Kondanna brothers, The Pippala tree, when he moved to Dapattana in Isipatana, when he met again King Bimbisara and the king held a great offering and gave the Venuvana Crown Princess as a refuge for monks to study the Sangha. . Warm Buddhist voice. He gave an overview of what had happened, and on this occasion he planted the seeds of Dharma into the hearts of the loved ones who were listening. The Buddha has just finished, the king achieved Sakadagami and Queen Maha Pajapati achieved Sotapanna. Nanda, a half-brother to Buddha, has just arrived. The Buddha watched Nanda say:
I'm home then! Well, I'm always cheerful and healthy. Are you engaged? When to do wedding?
Yes, everyone waiting for him for a few days to be married. You look different from the old one too.
Yes, Queen Gotami said, my father waited for me to be ordained Nanda at the Crown Prince at the same time with Janapada-Kalyani wedding ceremony as his wife.
Empress Gotami told Nanda to clasp the Buddha in the manner of a Taoist priest. Nanda happily followed. Under the orders of Queen Gotami, hearty vegetarian meals are served in the garden at the early hours. The king asked:
- What  did the two masters have already eaten?
Yes, I have a potato. Nagasamala teacher is nothing.
So let me offer you two teachers.
The King stood up to eat food in the bowl for the Buddha and Nagasamala teacher. The Buddha, Kaludayin and Nagasamala teachers finished, everyone in real life silent between the birds chirping on the branches.
After dinner, Queen Pajapati Gotami advised the Buddha to visit Yasodhara. The Buddha with Kaludayin and Nagasamala attendant visited Yasodhara. The Buddha sat at the place prepared for him.He told everyone to let the princess prostrate at will, should not say anything. The princess Yasodhara and the girls were dressed in yellow, at the feet of the Buddha. Finished, the princess rejoiced at one side, tears running down her cheeks. Buddha praise the virtue of her and the story Canda-Kinnara Jataka [30]  about the link between him and the princess in many past lives, and repeated promises of princess in a past life, while two The bearer of the seven lotus flowers of Buddha Dipankara. In that life, the princess promised Sumedha that if she was married to Sumedha, when he wanted to renounce, she would help with all her heart. Thanks to the Buddha's power, Yasodhara clearly recalled his promise, no longer sad.
The Buddha, Yasodhara, Kaludayin and Nagasamala came to the royal garden to meet the king and queen. Everyone has the opportunity to ask the Buddha what they have not understood about the life of the Buddha and his teachings. Finally, the queen Pajapati Gotami advised the Buddha to reside in the royal palace, but the Buddha told him to be with the monk in the Nigrodha Park, and thus more convenient. The king asked the Buddha how to renovate and build in Nigrodha's garden in order to gain sufficient comfort, and he also intended to hold a feast of Bimbisara in Magadha to all courtiers, And the public heard the Buddha lecture. The Buddha agreed.
The sun was shining. The Buddha stood up farewell to return to Nigrodha Park. The king brought the four-wheeled car to the Buddha, but he refused, saying that all the mendicants were alike walking only.

King Suddhodana ordered the people to fly flags, flowers for Thai ordination ceremony and wedding ceremony for Nanda, at the same time take the Buddha and the congregation to royal palaces to consume. Nigrodha Park was renovated to accommodate sanctuary, weather and congregational sanitation. People and some civil servants began to go to the park to make offerings, help with the construction work, and learn the doctrine. Prince Nanda visited the Buddha twice in the afternoon and heard the Buddha teach the basics of enlightenment and liberation. Nanda is very loving to the Buddha, and feels like the purity of the mendicant. But when he arrives at the palace, being with the beloved princess Janapada Kalyani is no longer worth thinking of getting out of the palace. He wondered what route he should choose.
On the day of celebration, the capital of all jubilant, flags, flowers, clothes full of brilliant colors.People are cheerful, gathering along the sides of the road that the Buddha and the congregation will pass from Nigrodha Park to the royal citadel. Everyone wants to see the Buddha. In the palace thousands of newcomers, including political, cultural and religious figures, have gathered in full.Empress Gotami and Yasodhara personally directed the reception. Everyone is gorgeous.
The Buddha and the three hundred wandering men in yellow cassocks, holding hands bowl, silent, dignified, step by step deliberately, gradually approaching the gate of expansion. King Suddhodana and the gods come out to welcome the Buddha. When the Buddha was about to enter the city gate, the fallen Sakya lineage said:
The other monk was not just pointing at our children. So let the young men welcome the guru, we are old, just sit still.
The Buddha knew that the high tribulation in front of a Buddha would make them lose a lot of virtue and no longer clear and focused attention to hear the Buddha teachings noble. The Buddha used the power of Yamaka Patihariya [31] , flew up in the middle of the sky, his body fused with fire at the same time, half of his body was pouring water out of the pores, and he slowly walked on the five- The city landed at the same time with a gentle drizzle of light drizzle.
King Suddhodana paid homage to the Buddha and told him that this was the third time [32]  his father had bowed. All the princes, the heart dissipates, are imitating the king, reverent to the Buddha.
After the enthronement of Thai-ness and the wedding of Nanda and Janapada-Kalyani, King Suddhodana invited the Buddha to sit on a set of high chairs. When the Buddha and the mendicants settled down, the king motioned for the servants to bring their food offerings. It was the king's hand to eat food in the bowl of the Buddha and Sariputta. While the queen and Yasodhara led the troops to admit their mendicants and guests, many of them were Brahmins, wandering monks and ascetic monks. All of them lived in silence.
When everyone was finished, the bowl of the Buddha and the mourners were washed, cleaned and handed back to each person. King Suddhodana stood up to hand over the Buddha sermon. The Buddha sat quietly for a moment to contemplate the minds of the masses. Then he began to say the Vessantara Jataka, [33] narrating the predestination of the Buddha before Vessantara, the birth of the Tusita heaven, and the birth of Kapilavastu. Then the Buddha spoke briefly about his will to find his way, study experience and practice. Then he revealed to the public the impermanence, not-self, and dependent origination of things. When the audience received this new concept, he went on to address the Four Noble Truths: recognizing the presence of suffering in life, pointing out the cause of suffering is ignorance and craving, Indicating the existence of the peaceful realms of nirvana, and the path of practice to eradicate suffering leads to the peaceful realms of Nirvana. It is the path of awareness, enlightenment and liberation, leading to true happiness. The Buddha affirmed that what he had just presented was realized by him when he attained consciousness, celestial awareness and illusion-perfection during the night of enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. These are the realities that you perceive by the triad of wisdom, not by reason. In conclusion, Lord Buddha continued: Natural-label-intelligent and pirate-martyrdom in the night of enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. These are the realities that you perceive by the triad of wisdom, not by reason. In conclusion, Lord Buddha continued: Natural-label-intelligent and pirate-martyrdom in the night of enlightenment under the Bodhi tree. These are the realities that you perceive by the triad of wisdom, not by reason. In conclusion, Lord Buddha continued:
Dear King and you, all our suffering originated from ignorance, persistence, craving. To get rid of suffering must eradicate ignorance, persistence and craving by using the wisdom of contemplating all things as true. Those who do not have enough wisdom have to practice slowly with anapana-sati, vipassana, Thanks to three pure business so the mind is determined; By the mind of intention, wisdom arises; Thanks to wisdom arises so ignorance, persistence, craving no longer; Suffering is therefore also terminated. Ladies, contemplation and precepts, wisdom is the only path to liberation and true happiness (Nibbana).
When the Buddha ended the Dharma talk, some people witnessed the Sotapanna, which included Princess Yasodhara, Queen Maha-Pajapati, and Sakadagami, Suddhodana. Attain anagami.
After the lecture, many people came to Nigrodha Park to ordain or take care of the five laymen's precepts. Many Sakya youths also came to the monastery. Yasodhara also often accompanied the emperors Pajapati and Rahula to visit the Buddha, offering monks and listening to sermons.

Nanda left home [34]

Half a month later, King Suddhodana invited the Buddha to consume in the royal palace so that the king and the royal may have the opportunity to hear the Buddha sermon. This time he invited only the Buddha, Sariputta, Kaludayin and Nagasamala. In the family atmosphere, after the meal, the Buddha taught to contemplate the breath, contemplating the sensations of the six faculties (eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind), meditation and meditation . He focuses on ways of contemplating overcoming the sorrows and anger in daily life. He pointed to how to maintain mindfulness and stay in mindfulness. Yasodhara, Rahula, Nanda and Sundari Nanda are all present at the sermon. Rahula loved being with Sariputta and grabbed his hand.
When Buddha left, people took him to the south gate. The Buddha gave his bowl to Nanda, hand in hand to King Suddhodana and left the people. Nanda stood and hugged the bowl, waited for the Buddha to return the bowl. But the Buddha did not take the bowl but silent, solemn, leisurely, looking straight to the ground in front, step back to the monastery Nigrodha. Nanda did not dare to bother, quietly hugging the bowl behind her.
Upon arriving at the monastery, Buddha told Nanda to stay and play seven days here. As the Buddha sighed, Nanda obeyed. Seeing the lifestyle here is very calm and comfortable, the young princess fell in love. One day the Buddha asked Nanda if he would like to become a Buddhist monk for a while. Nanda replied yes. Buddha told Mr. Sariputta to ordain Nanda. Nanda was so respectful of the Buddha that she was ordained, but in her heart remembers her beautiful wife Janapada Kalyani[35] .
Nanda's exaltation was discussed by the Buddha with King Suddhodana. The king agreed with the Buddha that although Nanda was clever and gentle but lacking in the determination of a leader.Buddha proposed to the king for Nanda to follow his study and close to the Buddha for a while to train him for the necessary virtues. The king agreed.

Rahula was ordained [36]

Rahula saw that Nanda was ordained during the day with the Buddha so much. Rahula begs her to be ordained as Nanda's uncle, but she tells him how small she is, as long as Nanda can be raised.
One day, a group of beggars gathered near the palace. Ysodhara and Rahula stood upstairs.Rahula would like to visit the Buddha. He ran to the royal palace door, holding the Buddha's hand. He was very happy to be with the Buddha, he said:
Master! Going to the side of the teacher feel cool cool.
A moment later, he asked:
 Master! Where is your fortune?
Buddha replied:
Go to the clinic you will give me.
To the Nigrodha monastery, Rahula was seated next to the Buddha and the great Sariputta. He saw Uncle Nanda sitting in the distance. Mr. Sariputta divided his meals into Rahula and taught him how to eat in silence. For the first time Rahula was surprised to find that eating in silence gave him the opportunity to enjoy the taste of each dish. Eaten up he was brought Sariputta virtue to his room.Rahula said to the great virtue of Sariputta that he wanted to stay in the abode like Nanda. Venerable Sariputta always wants to stay at the monastery, but must be twenty years old to be ordained. Rahula clasped Sariputta's hand and said, "I want to go home now!" Venerable Sariputta led Rahula to the White Lotus of Rahula. Give newspaper:
So please do the ceremony for them to practice the ordained, ordained novice chamber. [37] .Up to twenty years old will receive bhikkhu ordination.
Mr. Sariputta gave Rahula's hair and gave him three things and four precepts: not killing, not stealing, not lying, not drinking. He taught Rahula how to dress and hug her. Rahula was ordered to be with Sariputta, in his sleep as well as during alms rounds, to learn and practice the alms-giving way. In addition to lunch, Rahula was eaten again in the afternoon. During the meditation hours, Rahula is responsible for chasing crows quietly to keep quiet for the teacher.
It is believed Rahula left home, King Suddhodana, Queen Gotami and Yasodhara to Nigrodha.Buddha came to the reception, and Nanda and Rahula followed. Rahula wanted to run to see her mother, but Sariputta said he had to be slow and not run. Yasodhara hugged her son with tears in her lap. The king of Suddhodana sanctified the Buddha, then said in a reproach:
Blessed, I was extremely hurt when the Prince went home to leave the house. Then Nanda left.During my old age, now 78 years old, the throne is no longer a successor, only Rahula is the only source of solace. Now the Buddha encouraged Rahula to become a mendicant. It's so small, it's only seven years old, I'm afraid it's not that the lifestyle is homeless. The Buddha should also think of his mother's suffering as Yasodhara. To the layman, fatherly love, motherly love, grandfather love, very heavy grandfather. Distant pain as well as knife cut into the skin. Cut into skin finish, cut back into the meat. Cut into meat, then cut into the bone into the pulp. Pain can not be described. The Blessed One and the Dafa from now do not accept the young people of monasticism without the consent of their parents.
The Buddha turns to Sariputta and the other virtues:
From now on, the teacher should not accept children left home without the consent of their parents. Please write such virtue.
Then the Buddha sought to comfort the king, Queen Gotami and Yasodhara. He gave them the truth about impermanence and non-self. He talks about elaborate daily practice as the only gateway to free himself from all suffering. He said that Nanda and Rahula were practicing the Dharma way of life to reach the unthinkable authentic happiness. It is a good and good thing to be encouraged. He advised the king, queen and Yasodhara should also improve the practice of liberation in the daily waking life. If you are familiar with the way of life, then after death is wise enough to meet again, if you do not practice now, then blindly blind, but what is maternal love, husband and wife? Me too

Buddha's third sermon in the Kapilavastu palace [38]

Exile that congregation stayed in Kapilavastu nearly six months. The number of people who sought ordination with the Buddha or with the great monks was nearly five hundred. The lay people are too numerous to count. King Suddhodana gave the congregation a new base to provide enough shelter for the monks. It was the ancient summer palace of Prince Siddhattha, who had a large garden on the north of Kapilavastu. Venerable Sariputta brought several hundred mendicants to the monastery. The Sangha laid a firm foundation for the practice in Sakya.
Before the Buddha returned to the Venuvana monastery for the holiday season as promised to King Bimbisara and the Sangha there, King Suddhodana invited the Buddha to offer offerings and hear the Dharma. Both royal and court attended.
During this sermon, the Buddha spoke about morality and politics:
Ladies and gentlemen, morality is the lighthouse illuminating the political boat. Politicians should cultivate virtue in order to achieve social justice, bring peace and happiness to all people.Politicians must cultivate themselves, using compassion, charity, political and economic machinery.Should not live rich and over-exaggerated, should not be absorbed in sensual pleasures, should spend more time on the benefits of water and encourage people to live ethically, preserve the five world ...
King Suddhodana (Sanskrit and Sanskrit) listen attentively. Emperor Dhotodana, the uncle of the Buddha, said:
The path of virtue that the Exalted Sun just outlined beautiful. But perhaps there is only the Blessed One is qualified and virtuous to perform only. So the Blessed One should stay in Kapilavastu to succeed Suddhodana, holding the political rulers in the Sakya kingdom to create peace and happiness for all.
- My  age is high, King Suddhodana said, if the Blessed stay, I will abdicate immediately. With the virtue, the prestige and the wisdom of the Blessed One, I am convinced that the people will be fully supportive, and soon the kingdom will become prosperous and prosperous.
King and Queen, the Buddha smiled, I was ordained, now I am no longer a family, a family or a country again. Now your family is human, your home is heaven and earth, the status of your child is a mendicant living on the seeds of daddy of people. The way you have chosen is the path of the monk, not the path of the politician. I think that I will serve more useful for human beings and beings as a monk.
Empress Gotami and Yasodhara attentively bowed and listened with tears running down their cheeks.
The Buddha continued to lecture on the three rules, five precepts and how to practice the five precepts within the family and society to bring a peaceful life for everyone.

The Buddha went to the city of Anupiya Malla [39]

(Ananda, Anuruddha [40] , Bhaddiya, Bhagu, Devadatta, Kimbila [41]  and Upali ordained)
Buddha left Kapilavastu go southwest to a hundred and twenty mendicant, to city Anupiya [42] of origin Malla, staying in a mango orchard by the river Anoma. There are also the great sages Sariputta, Kaludayin, Nanda and Rahula.
At the time of the Nigrodha monastery in the suburb of Kapilavastu, many of the young men in the royal family came to seek ordination, many of them from families of three or more sons. After the Buddha left Kapilavastu for a week, there were two siblings, Mahanama and Anuruddha, the sons of Sukkodana, who also wanted to renounce. Seeing many of his friends in the royal family went out with the Buddha, Mahanama also wanted to go out. He discusses with me:
Anuruddha, our house has not been ordained by the Buddha, so one of my brothers should have a go out.
- Your  body is weaker than you, I can not afford the life of the mendicant, so I go out.
Okay, so you stay at home to take care of the garden work offline!
- What  about farming?
To look after the plowing, cultivation, harvesting, and so on to the right season crops to harvest more benefits to the family.
Well, that's all I have to say. Letting him go out as a mendicant seems to be stronger.
I want to go home as well. Depending on your choice.
Anuruddha immediately asked her permission to leave the family, she said:
As long as your friend Bhaddiya [43]  goes to ordination , she will agree to let her go home.
She said this because she thought Bhaddiya was a high-ranking, prestigious, and powerful authority who could not leave the monastery. Anuruddha heard her mother talk to Bhaddiya who is now dominating the northern provinces of the Sakya kingdom. Under his command there are many troops. His residence has four guard guards. The servant guy is down. Bhaddiya followed Anuruddha as a guest. Anuruddha tells you:
I want to go to the Buddhist monastic study, but did not go well at because of you.
Why do not you come to my house? Asked Bhaddiya. I forbid you from selling? On the contrary, I will do all the way for you to go home again is another.
Anuruddha recounts the story, then goes on to say,
He promised me that he would do everything for me to be ordained. But the only way is to go out with me.
Bhaddiya is embarrassed, finds herself inadvertently stuck with the promise. Not that he did not worship the Buddha with the enlightened enlightenment of liberation. He also intended to ordain, but not right now. He said:
Seven years I will go home. You keep waiting for me.
Seven years is too long. Know if I'm alive or not?
Why are you so pessimistic? Bhaddiya said with a laugh. But, well, I'll take care of you. So wait three years for me.
 Three years is too long!
Well, seven months. I even have to arrange my family, resign and hand over power to someone else.
Have been ordained, it should be arranged so long. The renunciation is to give up everything to follow the path of emancipation. How long did it take you to change your mind?
He said so seven days I will go with him. Well, I'll just leave.
Anuruddha was happy to tell his mother and he knew it. His mother did not expect the governor of Bhaddiya to give up the title, so easily. She suddenly realized the heights of the teachings of liberation and consent to the monk.
Anuruddha invited some of his friends to go out, including Ananda, Bhagu, Devadatta and Kimbila. Ananda is the son of Empress Amitodana. Devadatta is the son of King Suppabuddha and Queen Amita. Suppabuddha is the brother of Maha Maya and Pajapati Gotami. Amita is the sister of King Suddhodana. Devadatta is also Yasodhara's younger brother. Of the six princes, Bhaddiya, older than the Buddha, was the youngest, Ananda was only eighteen years old, and his father was allowed to end Amitodana for his ordination.
Six princes traveled by car to the border of Malla, they got off the bus, returned the car, and walked together to Anupiya, not far from the border. Anuruddha asked people to take off all the precious jewelry, dressed simply before crossing the border. Everyone agrees. They took off the string of beads and gold rings of silver wrapped in a shirt. When they arrived in a small village, they met a poor barber shop. The hairdresser is a young man of their own age, face not so handsome but ragged.Anuruddha went to the shop asking for directions to the Anupiya city. The barber said his name was Upali and volunteered to take the six strangers on a ramp to the border.
Upali took the princes across the border of Malla, headed for Anupiya, and greeted the princes to return. Anuruddha thanked Upali and gave Upali the jeweled garment in it. He said:
Upali, we want to follow the Buddhist monk. We do not need these jewelery anymore. We donate to you. Each of these precious jewels was enough for him to live happily ever after.
The princes departed from Upali and set out. The barber opened his shirt. Gold jewel makes him eye white. I do not believe this is true. Suddenly he felt fear, he felt lost all the daily peace and quiet. I fear the lovers will kill him to rob. I fear the officer knows that he will be the thief. Upali think He saw the rich so rich, so powerful, but still left to go home, then the monk must have something more precious than rich to fame. He suddenly thought to throw away the treasure package to follow the prince. He hung up the treasure package on a nearby tree, and whispered who was the first to see this treasure pack, the treasure would belong to him. Then he hurried to follow the prince.
The crowds were surprised to see Upali running after him. Devadatta asks:
Upali, what do you run after us? Where do you wrap your jewels?
Upali gasped, then told the story. He said he hung up the treasure package on a branch, because when he picked up the treasure package he felt fear for nature, heart unsafe. He asked the monks to allow him to accompany him to Anupiya for ordination with the Buddha. Devadatta laughed:
You want to go out as we do?
But Anuruddha and Bhaddiya immediately agreed:
That's good, let's go. There he led the way as easy for us.
The Buddha and the Sangha reside in a mango orchard on the Anoma River, about two kilometers southeast of Anupiya. Seven people seek to see the Buddha. Bhaddiya on behalf of the whole group presented to the Buddha their wish to be ordained. The Buddha accepted silently.Bhaddiya says:
We wish the Exalted One Upali. So we have to see Upali as a brother to eliminate the stigma of discrimination in our hearts.
The Buddha praised all seven, then gave Upali first, after the six princes. Ananda, though at the age of eighteen, was ordained, but was ordained only [44]  and studied as a monk. At twenty years old he was ordained as a beggar. At that time Ananda was the youngest in the sangha, except for Rahula.
Three days later, the Buddha and the monk leave Anupiya, heading for Vesali, about 220 km southeast of Kapilavastu. Arriving in Vesali, the Buddha resides in Mahavana for three days, then returns south to Venuvana (Truc Lam), about 110 km from Vesali.

6 - Lower 3rd in Venuvana (-587)

Baby donated earthen cake to Buddha bowl

The Buddha came to Venuvana (Truc Lam). The great virtues of Uruvela Kassapa, Moggallana, Kondanna and nearly six hundred monks are glad to receive them. King Bimbisara immediately visited the Buddha. Truc Lam atmosphere is very cheerful and lively. In the rainy season, the great Kondanna and Uruvela Kassapa prepared for the masses to be able to reside. This is the third season since the Buddha's enlightenment in Bodh-Gaya. The first settlement in Isipatana (Sarnath, Deer Park). Second and third settlements, the Buddha lived in Venuvana.
Before the holiday season, one day the Buddha was begging in Rajagriha, there was a baby playing the land to make bread on the side of the road, I gladly solemnly holding a donut of earth made offerings to the bowl of the Buddha. Buddha smiled and received praise baby will be born baby sign king Asoka later [45] .

Foreign miners dig fire to harm Buddha [46]

Master Purana Kassapa plotted with a devotee in Rajagriha, dug a vault in front of the house, in the basement to burn red coal, in the mouth of a camouflage ditch, Buddha went to the maternity house. The Buddha accepted the words. When the Buddha and the saints arrived, the fire pit turned into a beautifully beautiful lotus pond, the large lotuses protruding into a bridge for the Buddha and the saint to pass.

Maha Kassapa (monk Ca-lettuce) monk [47]

During the holiday season there were many monks seeking ordination. Among them is a brilliant talent Maha Kassapa.
Maha-Kassapa is about the same age as the Buddha, whose real name is Pippalayana because his mother was born under the tree of Pippala, the village of Mahatistha, the outskirts of the city. Rajasri (Rajagriha), a family of wealthy rich chiefs, Brahmins. Father named Cu-Trach (Ni-Câu-Lu-Da-Kiet-Ba), mother named Huong-Chi. In childhood, he was very clever, elegantly dressed, full body yellow, radiating far away. Some see the generals said: "This child in the past has great merit, will later leave the family." His parents heard that they were afraid, and together he would get married soon.
As they grew up, their parents took care of the housekeeper, but he refused. Finally, he unwillingly said: "There is a girl who body color like children, new children eats." By 607 BC, he had to obey his parents, married to Bhadra Kapilani, a native of Vesali, whose yellow body shone like him.But both of them do not like the love of husband and wife, just prefer to live pure life, pure. Although husband and wife, but for 18 years they still have their own bed, not sharing the pillow.
In the morning of -589, when one awoke, Maha Kassapa saw Bhadra Kapilani asleep, one arm let loose from the bed to the ground. A black poisonous snake crawls under the bed, near the arm. Maha Kassapa held her breath as she reached for her bed. She jumped up and blamed him for not feeling well. He pointed to the snake crawling out of the house. Both of them sat in contemplation of the impermanence of life. She advised him to rush to find teachers. He left home to find the right teacher on the day the Buddha just became director.
One day, in -587, just saw the Buddha in the middle of the road near the Venuvana (Truc Lam), he walked to the Buddha before the ceremony, please go home. Two people have met each other immediately recognize the teacher. Only eight days after ordination, he attained Arahantship. Among the disciples of the Buddha, he was best known as the novice monk [48]  , and was ranked as the third of the ten great disciples of the Buddha, after Sariputta and Moggallana Kien-Liên). By -585, after the Buddha allowed the Queen Pajapati Gotami to ordain and establish the Ministry, Bhadra Kapilani also sought ordination, later also attained Arahant.

Bhaddiya enlightenment [49]

Bhaddiya diligently studied diligently. He followed Maha Kassapa's example, residing under a tree, without resting. He studied diligently and spent most of his time practicing meditation. One day, while sitting meditating under a tree, suddenly felt a sense of pleasure. He exclaimed:
 Oh, happy! Oh, happy!
It was late at night. There was a mendicant sitting in meditation that he could not hear. The next morning he went to see Buddha, said:
Buddha, in late night, while meditating, I have heard you Bhaddiya twice uttered "Oh, happy!".I think you regret the rich lifestyle to fame as a governor. I would like to present to the Exalted know and determine.
Buddha nodded. At noon, after the meal and lecture, the Buddha called Bhaddiya Venerable to ask:
In this late at night, while meditating, I can say, "Oh, happy! Oh, happy!". Is it true?
- Well  , you have uttered those words.
 Tell the audience why.
Buddha, the day before as prefect, the wealthy live in wealth and power. I also have a cavalry followers and protectors. Your royal residence is always guarded day and night, inside and outside. Yet I am always worried, feel insecure. Now go alone in the forest, sitting alone under the tree in the night, but I have no sense of suspicion and fear. I feel a source of peace and happiness never exist. Sir, the ordained life is very comfortable for me. I'm not afraid of anyone, I'm not afraid of anything, I have nothing to fear. While meditating last night I was aware of the joy of pleasure so I shouted "Oh, happy!" Shocked to the Blessed One and fellow practitioners. I sincerely repent.
Very nice, Bhaddiya. You are walking steadily on the path of self-control, fearless. The peace of the teacher to the gods also wish, let alone human life.

Sudatta Anathapindika (Sultan) [50]

The third resting period has just ended three days, there is a very wealthy merchant, Sudatta, from the capital Sravasti of Kosala to the Rajagriha capital of Magadha. As before, he came to his brother Santana's home (San-Da-Na). Instead of being welcomed as always, this time Mr. Santana is constantly in charge of cleaning the house, cooking the very busy, to prepare a big party. Sudatta asked the next day in the house where the Buddha and the monks came to eat the Buddha, who is present in the nearby Sitavana forest. Mr. Santana told him that he often went to the Venuvana monastery to hear the dharma so he understood that the Buddha is the Enlightened One, Buddhism is the Way of Compassion which freed beings from suffering by samsara through meditation and Thanks to the practice of gender, concentration, wisdom.
Mr. Sudatta is a great benefactor who often brings money to help the many poor people who should be called Anathapindika. Hence, having heard of the Enlightened One in his heart, he had aroused an incredible interest, and he longed to see the Buddha. Because he was so hungry to see Buddha so he could not sleep that night. He got up and woke up twice, thinking the sky was already bright. For the third time he decided to wake up dressing, going to the Sitavana forest to see the Buddha. In the middle of the street, suddenly, he noticed his body emitting light. He stabbed fear, want to return, immediately the light disappears. Then there is the voice of the king of the heavens (Sakka Indra) encouraged him as follows:
Hundreds of elephants or, hundreds of good horses, hundreds of carts, hundreds of thousands of women wearing full market gold ring nor a fraction of a step in this time. Come on! Come boldly!Keep going better return. [51]
Encouraged, the Sudatta master fear, brave step forward, faith returned pure. The light from his body was born again. Great grandfather. Light lost. The heavenly King likes to encourage. After the third time, he came to the forest of Sitavana, where Buddha was walking. Suddenly Sudatta heard his name, he saw the form of a person coming. He is certain that it is the Buddha. He folded his hands and asked:
Blessed get up early too. Blessed are you happy?
Surely always happy, the Buddha replied. Because in the heart of an arahant, everything is extinguished. No longer entangled with desire. Completely cool. Exists all the seeds of birth and death.Cut off all nuisance constraints. Tame all the suffering and afflictions. An arhat is always calm and calm. Because mind has achieved peace and tranquility.
After hearing the sermon, Sudatta attained Sotapanna. He collapsed at the Buddha's feet and petitioned:
Blessed are the people of Kosala we have not had the opportunity to meet Buddha and congregation to hear the teachings of enlightenment liberation. I pray that the Buddha accepts his invitation to reside in his hometown of Sravasti [52]  for a while. I will try to make arrangements for the Blessed One and the congregation to have a place of religious practice convenient according to his instructions. Please pray for the Blessed Moral of Kosala.
Tathagata mercy all sentient beings. You may choose to stay quiet, spacious, outside the city but not very far to the mendicants easy to enter the alms-gathering and easy to hear the place.
Mr. Sudatta obeys and prostrates himself.
That afternoon, after the ritual and after the Buddha's Dharma, Sudatta asked the Buddha to appoint a great virtue, according to him, about Sravasti to guide the practice of setting up the monastery. The Buddha appointed the virtue Sariputta.

Sudatta and Sariputta go to Sravasti. [53]

A week later, Sudatta arrived at the Venuvana monastery after retiring from the Buddha and the Sangha, and at the same time took the great Sariputta along the way to the capital Sravasti.
They travel north, to the town of Pataliputta (now Patna), across the Ganges River (Ganga), to the city of Vesali. Here two people were picked up by Ambapali for a two-day break in the mango orchard. Venerable Sariputta told her that it was planned that about six months before the Buddha and the congregation would travel to Kosala, they would surely visit Vesali on the way. Ambapali was so happy she invited the Buddha and the congregation as they passed Vesali to visit her mango garden for a few days.
Saying goodbye to Ambapali, two men headed northwest. Rajagriha to Sravasti must travel over 435 km. This is the first time Mr. Sudatta has walked for such a long distance, as he must walk with the great saint Sariputta. Going forward, he announced in six months that the Buddha and the congregation would pass, everyone should prepare for the perfect Enlightenment, he will teach the doctrine of liberation from all mortal suffering, to return Nibbana calm peace. Mr. Sudatta is an Anathapindika, the rich man of compassion, who has helped the myriad of poor people who speak the language, and what he says. Also believe. Anyone who hears also wishes to see the Buddha and hear his teachings. Every morning, when Venerable Sariputta went to begging villages, Sudatta followed him to tell the people about the Buddha and the almsgiving congregation.
They were about one month old when they returned to Sravasti. Venerable Sariputta was invited by Sudatta to his home for offering. He kindly introduce the virtue to everyone in the family and the great sermon for everyone to hear. His father, his mother, and his wife Punnalakkhana are all three. His wife has four children, three daughters and one young son, named Subhadha sister, Subhadha me, Sumagadha and Kala.
Every morning the great sage Sariputta begs alms in the capital Sravasti. In the evening and evening he resides in a thin forest near the banks of the Aciravati River, now the Rapti River (Rapati).Meanwhile, Sudatta went to find a place where he could make an ordinance for the Buddha and the congregation to reside, facilitating the propagation of the Dharma. At the same time, they also informed the people that the Buddha and the congregation were coming to Sravasti in a few months.

Sudatta buys the garden of Prince Jeta [54]

Sudatta had visited many places but there was no place of beauty and pristine beauty by Prince Jeta, 50 acres west of the pristine forest, just south of Sravasti. Sudatta looking to Prince Jeta palace to meet. At that time in the Prince's palace there is a familiar familiar with Sudatta. After greeting, the sultan introduces Sudatta to the prince. Sudatta expressed his desire to ask the prince to surrender to him the garden of the prince as a base for training and teaching the Buddha and the Sangha. Prince Jeta has just been twenty years old and was given to him last year by King Pasenadi (Patani). The prince looked at the editor and looked at Sudatta.
This garden of the king has just given me. It is precious like gold. If you spread gold all over the garden, I will give you back.
Prince Jeta said half jokingly, believing that no one could buy that. Mr. Sudatta also knows that the prince does not want to sell. But he came here with the determination to buy a cool spacious garden with this rare terrain to offer the Three Jewels and to allow the people of his country to have the rare noble means of study. He answered:
Prince Siddhartha, I agree to buy under the conditions of the Prince just mentioned. Starting tomorrow I will bring gold to.
He was startled, saying,
I'm joking. I do not sell that garden. You do not carry gold.
Prince Siddhartha, I came here with the intention of buying the other garden to offer to Sakyamuni Sakyamuni, the great Enlightened One, a rare benefactor in the world. The garden will be refurbished to serve as the site of the teachings of the Buddha, as a place of study for thousands of monks, and will be a place where all people in Sravasti can come to study the noble doctrine of liberation from pain. Suffering in this world. I have heard the Buddha preach in Sitavana near Rajagriha. I believe the benefit that the Buddha and the Sangha will bring to the people here is even more precious than the amount of gold that I have to spend twice. Because of great conditions, I ask you to keep the promise of your own free will.
Prince Siddhartha, the bureaucrat told the Prince, he had already given up the price. Now the buyer has agreed, he can not not sell. Moreover, at that price, he can not be responsible for Prince Siddhartha.
When Mr. Sudatta had planted gold throughout the garden, only to remain at the stumps, he did not know what to do. He asked Prince Siddhartha. Prince said:
He was because of the Buddha, because the Sangha, because of the people, because of the noble doctrine that spent gold every time, is adorable. So the rest of my contribution, he did not have to worry anymore. Looks like he donated the land, but I donated all the trees in the garden to set up the Buddha's clarification.
From then on, this garden was called "Jade-Jade-Day-Night", or Jetavana (Jade-Jade Park).Today this garden is called Saheth.
Mr. Sudatta was delighted, praised Prince Siddhartha's merit, and invited Prince Siddhartha through the last day to bring the great Sariputta to visit Jetavana. Prince Sariputta and Sudatta went to see the forest. Three men planned to elaborate on the way of setting up the amphitheater, lecture hall, wells, baths, walkways, entrances, etc. On this occasion the Prince was well aware of the activities of the congregation and the doctrine. Enlightenment of the Buddha. Mr. Sudatta demanded that Venerable Sariputta reside in Jetavana for the purpose of guiding and facilitating the construction of the monastery. Sudatta is believed to have bought gold and land from the Jeta, offering all the trees in the forest to make the Buddha's sanctuary spread throughout the capital Sravasti. The people are curious to see the great virtue Sariputta sermon to hear. Many people volunteered to do the work, contributing to the establishment of the clinic.
Four months later, construction was nearing completion. Venerable Sariputta began his journey back to Rajagriha to welcome the Buddha.

Buddha life in Ambapali mango orchard in Vesala [55]

When Venerable Sariputta came to Vesali, he saw many yellow shirts in the city. Asked if he knew the Buddha and the five hundred mendicants who had been there for a few days and now staying in Mahavana (Great Forest, Great Forest). Venerable immediately come to Mahavana to find the Buddha. He reported that Sudatta had spread the gold for the land and Prince Jeta offered the tree to set up the monastery; The restoration work is almost complete, and he arrives here to receive the Buddha to Sravasti. The Buddha told her that Ambapali had just come here to visit the Buddha and to meet the monk tomorrow at the mango in her mango orchard; Kondanna and Uruvela Kassapa were older and could not go far, so volunteered to remain in Venuvana to lead the public to study and practice in Magadha; Tomorrow's the rite of Ambapali's mango; On the day two hundred monks will stay in Mahavana practice,
Yesterday, after arriving at the Mahavana Buddha, Ambapali met with the Prince Licchavi in the middle of the street. Vesali is the capital city of Vajji. The king asked her where to go. She replied that she had just come to Mahavana (Sang Lam) to visit the Buddha and the monk tomorrow morning to have lunch at her mango garden. The princes told her to cancel inviting the Buddha to invite them:
If she had invited us, we would pay the price for tomorrow's meal of one hundred thousand gold coins.
You do not know the Buddha should say so, Ambapali said. The Buddha is the Enlightenment, a rare saint in the world. I have invited the Buddha and the congregation tomorrow, even if you gave me the whole of Vesali I can not change my mind. However, by this I invite you to attend the ceremony and hear the Buddha sermon. Well, please get out of the way for me early to take care of tomorrow's reception.
Licchavi's princes diverted her away; Then they brought each other to Mahavana to see the Buddha is how she respected Ambapali. When they arrived, they parked by the forest and walked in.The Buddha knew that Licchavi's princes were young men with many seeds of compassion and wisdom. He invited them to sit and talked about how he developed his spirituality and enlightenment, and the doctrine of the cessation of suffering he had invented. The Prince of Licchavi knew that the Buddha was also a kshatriya (soldier, king) as he was a crown prince. Going everywhere spreading his noble doctrine, not only could he save the suffering of the present man but could also help them get rid of the cycle of reincarnation to enter into celibacy. Prince falls to pay homage to the Buddha, please accept him as a disciple in the house, then occasionally Buddha day to the boy at their home. The Buddha smiled and accepted.
Ambapali invited her friends and some of the Licchavi princes to hear the sermon on the Four Noble Truths and the Four Noble Truths.

The Buddha lived in the royal palace of Licchavi [56]

Over the next day, the Buddha with over a hundred beggars came to the rite of the rising of the royal court of Licchavi. The ceremony was held solemnly. Vegetarian foods are prepared very thoughtfully and specially. Having finished the Buddha, the Buddha preached to everyone who heard the doctrine of dependent origination, the doctrine of no-discharge and the Noble Eightfold Path. Due to ignorance that all things depend on each other arise in four stages, the pillars, the failure, creating many karmic good and evil lead the sentient beings in the cycle of birth and death. To get out of the cycle of birth and death, first and foremost, to practice non-self-liberation, ie not to live freely, then to practice the Noble Eightfold Path, ie to follow The path of the eight righteous practices of the saint:
1-Right view:  See things in the true nature.
2. Right Thought:  Thinking carefully to understand the truth, to know how to benefit yourself, benefit people.
3- Right Speech:  To say the right harmony, benefit the listener.
4-Right career:  What work is justifiable, benefit yourself, benefit people.
5. Right Livelihood:  Practicing righteous living, not much benefit, no harm to life and property of others.
6 Right-  minded : Hard work do good.
Mindfulness:  Always remember the good things to do, remember all beings have Buddha nature. The mind is always calm calm.
8-Right Concentration:  Practice meditation to keep the mind always calm calm, not disturbed before the scene.
After hearing the Buddha's sermon, twelve princes applied for ordination according to the Buddha. Among them were Otthaddha and Sunakkhatta [57] who  were two influential princes of the Licchavi tribe. The king invited the Buddha and the congregation next year to settle in Vesali. They promised to build the amphitheater and so on and so forth to turn Mahavana into a full-fledged sanctuary for religious practice and practice.
Ms Ambapali, who was present at that time, also offered her mango garden to the mendicant congregation. The Buddha is happy to accept.

Sariputta took the Buddha to Sravasti. [58]

The next morning, Lord Buddha, the great Sariputta and the congregation set out for Kosra, the capital of Sravasti. The path of Sravasti to the great Sariputta has become familiar. On this path, the layman and layman Sudatta Anathapindika has gained public confidence in the Buddha and the congregation. This time, the Buddha and the congregation go wherever they are welcomed by the people. On the left bank of the Aciravati River there are many cool forests for the Buddha and the congregation resting every night. People divided into three groups. The group of Buddhas leading by Sariputta teacher guide. The second group was led by Venerable Assaji. The third group has Moggallana great venerable care. The nuns go very solemnly, when begging as well as on the long journey.
From 340 km to Vesali to Sravasti. The congregation travels one month to arrive. Anathapindika and Prince Jeta go outside to welcome the Buddha and the monastery to Jetavana (Yatien). Seeing the temple is a spacious garden, cool, quiet, remodeled skillfully, the Buddha is very happy to welcome praise. Sudatta is very happy that the Buddha was thanks to the idea and care of the construction of the great Sariputta and new Prince Jeta was like. Thanks to its wide-ranging, cool, quiet but not too far from the city, Sudatta and Prince Jeta have all the financial and labor assistance and experience at Venuvana (Truc Sariputta created the Jetavana as an extremely hospitable platform for the congregation of one to two thousand mendicants. There are am Buddha's own (Gandha kuti), 80 am dedicated to the elderly mendicant, Many empty rooms are available for young masters, three or four large wells, and a large multi-storey auditorium. Jetavana is considered the most important basis of the Buddha, and he has been brought here about 25 times during the 45 years of the Dharma.
Little Rahula was nine years old. According to the principle must be close to the virtue Sariputta to learn with the teacher. But six months since Mr. Sariputta was absent, he was handed over to Moggallana. At the Jetavana monastery, he returned to the same old master Sariputta.
Prince Jeta and layman Sudatta make offerings at the monastery, just after the Buddha and the congregation arrive in Sravasti. People around the area were invited to listen to the Buddha's sermon.Having heard of the Buddha for months, the capital of the capital was crowded today. After the banquet, the Buddha preaches the Four Noble Truths and the Noble Eightfold Path: First of all, be aware of the sufferings of daily life; Next, investigate the near and distant causes of those suffering; Then the Buddha just eradicated suffering by eight action righteousness to achieve the true and true happiness and permanence of the realm of nirvana realm, baronial purity. Among the listeners were Queen Mallika, wife of King Pasenadi of Kosala, and Princess Vajiri invited by Prince Jeta. Princess Vajiri is sixteen years old.
Upon hearing the sermon, the prince and the princess all want to ask the three Jewels; But the queen said to wait for the king's approval first. Queen Mallika knew in the future that Pasenadi (Prasenajit, Pratyekhon) would have a sympathy for the Buddha. The king's sister Queen Videhi of King Bimbisara of Magadha has been ruling the Buddha for three years.
Among the people who came to hear the Buddha's sermon on that day were many prominent figures of the prevalent sects at Sravasti. They come for curiosity rather than learning. Someone listened to the Buddha suddenly found the soul open. Someone has listened to see the Buddha is an ominous opposition. But everyone recognizes that the appearance of the Buddha in Sravasti is a very important event in the history of thought and religion in the kingdom of Kosala.
After the offering ceremony and sermon was complete, layman Sudatta reverently paid homage to Buddha and said:
White World-religious, Prince Jeta, you and your family on your child with all organic glass offering up Buddhist Vihara this Jetavana and congregation. We hope the Honor accepted the joy.
Sudatta, your merit is enormous. Jetavana is very convenient for study and teaching. You have devoted yourself to the Dhamma, then you should also try diligently on the path of liberation.
The next morning, the Buddha and the congregation embraced the alms round. Venerable Sariputta divided the bhikkhus into twenty groups, each group of fifteen, sharing the streets in proper alms rounds. Then gathered to the clinic before midday to share food and meal.
Every seven days there is a Buddhist sermon at Jetavana. The people are very crowded. Within ten days, King Pasenadi, who had not listened to the Buddha's sermon, had repeatedly listened to the queen and courtesan praising the Buddha's noble teachings. According to Prince Jeta, Buddha was only 39 years old, the same age as King Pasenadi. The king did not believe such a young person that would have been more virtuous and knowledgeable than the current distinguished masters such as Purana Kassapa, Makkhali Gosaleiputta, Sanjaya Belatthiputta, Ajita Kesakambala, Pakudha Kaccana, Nigantha Nataputta Professors). His heart was half-doubtful. The King thought to himself that when he had the chance, he would go to see the Buddha in direct contact with the people, both Queen Mallika and Prince Jeta, who would show their affection and respect.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMOUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=THICH CHAN TANH.THE MIND OF ENLIGHTENMENT.VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=GOLDEN LOTUS MONASTERY=AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.29/6/2017.
