Who Is Man's Brave Enemy? A true Buddhist is one who follows the Buddha, loves him, respects his teachings, and follows the Noble Eightfold Path that the Buddha went through so much hardship to find. He did not find the way for Himself but for all mankind of all ages, nations, and races. After completing the examination for the attainment of Perfect Enlightenment, the Church was established and spread, developing throughout the five continents. The primary task of the Church is to teach the community of noble truths. We Buddhists are part of the Church. Therefore, if we try to actively follow the Noble path and do all the righteous and perfect things that the Buddha taught, we must in turn promote the good dharma and help others, the whom we meet on our earthly journey, for them to become companions, devout disciples of the Buddha. However, on the road that we must confront and conquer before reaching the final goal of Nirvana, that is to dare to confront and fight the enemy bravely, so that our enemies will not be weakened. and at that rate, the enemy will no longer be able to control us. Is the ego the ultimate enemy of man? The ego is what exists in every person since birth. The ego is a person's perception and evaluation of his/her own dignity, dignity and worth, through which, positioning himself in comparison with others. Each category of philosophy, psychology... will have a different understanding and definition of the ego. In the spirit of Buddhism, talking about the self is talking about the "self". The ego forms and grows over time. The ego, if viewed from a positive perspective, is confidence and pride based on the values of talent or dignity that they have. And the ego looks at the negative side, which means that it comes from the wrong judgments about my own worth, so I often have an attitude of fear, low self-esteem, or doubt about my ability. People with too big ego often generate pride, whereas pessimistic and depressed people. Both of the above states are not good. When we are hindered by our ego, we cannot see things and phenomena as they really are. If the ego is too big, the more harm it will do to oneself. Because the ego is too big to not see the value of the people around, it is easier to hurt others. Since then, making people with too big egos become selfish, jealous, always find themselves constrained when they have to conform to a certain standard framework. There are the following reasons why the ego is too big to be the intrepid enemy of man. 1/ The ego is so big that we waste energy on justifying our own mistakes, always thinking we are right, and everyone around us is wrong, so we put all our energy into arguing. 2/ Your ego is too big to make you think less clearly 3/ Push your kind relationships away. People with larger egos often receive the negative truth that people stay away. No one will have the patience to constantly explain and give constructive suggestions, but are always rejected, unappreciated. 4/ The ego is too big to allow you to open up. When you are in trouble, because your ego is so big, you think you can handle it on your own, so you don't open your heart to anyone's advice or suggestions. 5/ Your mind becomes heavy, much more stressed. 6/ The ego is too big to make you apathetic and indifferent. Compassion is not a natural thing, but if you keep focusing on the negative, worst aspects of the other person, how will you see the positive side of them. So how to neutralize the intrepid enemy of man. -Listen and learn -Choose reason over ego. -Disconnect from personal perception -Build a holistic perspective -Try to accept the feedback around -Don't let your ego be discredited -Look at the positive side of letting go Those who love If they cherish their ego, how can they open their hearts, because they only care about themselves, and don't even care and help others. People who live only for their ego, they become brutal, cold, greedy, dirty, dishonest.... If so, are they worthy to be disciples of the Buddha? How to reduce intrepid enemies in life? -Do not compare yourself with others. It is not advisable to compare in a positive or negative way. Everyone has their own strengths, no one is the same. -Learn to listen to others. Talking about themselves, everyone has different advantages and disadvantages. If you know how to listen to constructive suggestions from which to draw your own advantages and disadvantages, it is extremely appreciated. Be brave enough to recognize success or failure. People with larger egos are more likely to break down in the face of failure. Failure is a lesson for future successes. -After investigating, it can be seen that the ego itself is not guilty, not bad. The ego that is too big or too small is not good and needs a reasonable adjustment, timely help each person become happy, cheerful, peaceful, without envy for others but be satisfied with what they have. In short, the ego is the "self" that causes so many troubles in this life, is the fearless enemy of man. Whoever loves the truth, he cannot be greedy, cruel, selfish.... On the contrary, they are willing to help those in need and spread happiness wherever they go.END=NAM MO SHAKYAMUNI BUDDHA.( 3 TIMES ).WORLD VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST ORDER=BUDDHIST DHARMA WHEEL GOLDEN MONASTERY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.AUSTRALIA,SYDNEY.22/11/2022.VIETNAMESE TRANSLATE ENGLISH BY=VIETNAMESE BUDDHIST NUN=THE WOMEN OF THE SAKYA CLAN CHAN TANH.
